If you only allocate 1.5 hour time slots anyway (a cozy dinner is something else), then you shouldn't need 1 hour for 2 pizzas. And as if that wasn't annoying enough, the waitress came 2 minutes after our pizza finally arrived and asked us to pay because the table would be needed again soon. An apology and the really delicious pizzas no longer help. Overall a disappointing and stressful experience.

Delicious food, great ambience & affordable! Unfortunately it is often very full and fully booked, but that is no reason to deduct a star. Better to go at lunchtime during the week. 👍🏻

I thought the Maccheroncini Gorgonzola tasted very good, but the portion size was a bit small compared to the pizza. The dessert of pana cotta and mascarpone cream was excellent. The restaurant was very full and therefore relatively loud. The service was polite and customer focused.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pizzas are highly recommended, especially the Caesar pizza. We would love to come back.

Food was great, as always. But being greeted with: “You have 1.5 hours.”, then being shooed away because the next ones are already behind you and 40 minutes. Waiting for food was absolutely audacious.

Food is good, I 4 stars is a school grade of 2. What's not so nice is that you have 2 or 3 different service staff. One leads to the table, one takes the order, the next brings the food. The ambience is OK, but very loud thanks to the open "hall". It would be easy to improve the acoustics with room dividers.

The food was very tasty, the portions were generous and the service was very friendly. There is one minus point, the service can't do anything about it. I understand that you want to give out the table multiple times. According to the reservation, 2 hours, which is sufficient. But when I'm told at reception that the table is only reserved for 90 minutes, I find that very strange. Ultimately, you want to be able to enjoy your food a little. Or?

The food was very good. But it was very crowded and loud. We made a reservation for 4 people 3 weeks in advance and got a very small table that was actually only intended for 2 people. So it was very cramped. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed.

The pizza at L’Osteria was huge and tasted really good – a real highlight. The pasta was okay, but could have been a little better. What made the evening particularly pleasant was the exceptionally friendly and attentive service - really above average! We'd love to come back for that.

We ordered through the WOLT delivery service. The delivery was over half an hour late. In addition, the pizzas were cold, the edges were completely burnt and there was hardly any toppings.

We went out to eat yesterday and unfortunately had to wait at the beginning because our table wasn't available (reserved weeks ago). The entrance area is really too small for that because other people also want to get in and out. Then it was explicitly stated that we could only stay until 7 p.m. Difficult if you haven't had anything to drink or eat at 5:50 p.m. (I was there at 5 p.m.). The food was great only having to sit as a guest in an open kitchen...difficult because of the smells. The waitresses were very nice. But you have to change your reservation strategy because it is impossible to plan to let the guests leave at exactly that time.

Today we were so disappointed that we ate here for the last time. We couldn't have a conversation because the music and general volume were abnormally loud. We informed service five times or asked whether the music could be turned down. We were always told that you wouldn't be able to hear any of the music in the back. When we went to the toilets it was just as loud. We also noticed that other guests complained about this. When we wanted to pay, the lady went through the bill so quickly that we didn't even notice that drinks were listed on the bill that we hadn't ordered, so the bill had to be canceled. Quality and service has decreased significantly.

Today we had lunch at L'osteria for the first time in a long time. As always, the food was super good and our very friendly waiter Micha really made our day with his refreshing, relaxed manner. Gladly again.

If you like Italian food, this is the place for you. Very tasty food! And when you have Jay as your waiter, it's even more fun to spend the evening here. The prices are ok. The later the evening, the busier the restaurant. Please pre-order!

It's busy but you only have 2 hours to eat there and there's a small table for 16 people and the waiting time for food is 1 hour 10 minutes but the pizza is very tasty

Huge delicious pizza. The service seemed a bit overwhelmed as the restaurant became more busy (around 6 p.m.), but they were always super nice. The ambience is cozy, just very loud that it became tiring to have a conversation.

Very good pizza! If you're not too hungry, half pizzas are also served. Very large selection of drinks at fair prices. The consistently friendly staff should also be highlighted. Due to the size of the restaurants, the background noise is somewhat loud. But overall everything was very good.

We were there yesterday for the team Christmas party. It was nice and the food was delicious. Nothing can be said against that. It was very loud in the restaurant. The music is too loud to have a conversation and too quiet to “dance along” or get in the mood for more visits to the bar or something. A DJ would have been really cool. I've experienced it somewhere else and it was really cool. Processing the bill was a bit problematic with vouchers. Everyone was given a certain budget and had to cover the rest themselves. Purchasing the vouchers was strange because all 13 vouchers had to be debited and paid for individually. Same problem when paying. Splitting the bill and paying with a voucher was not possible. Just all invoices together with all vouchers. People who ate and drank less lost their value because many others consumed more. Problematic in my opinion. Could be revised. The mood was a bit tense and we were confused. If one thing works, then the other way around should work too?! Oh well.

Were for a birthday party, pizza, carbonara and maccaroncini. Even though the house was full, the food came quite quickly. Unfortunately, the pasta dishes were all still too hard. The return took place without any problems. An apology was made and an espresso was given to compensate for the extra waiting time. The food itself was very tasty and worth the money. Service was top, friendly, asked questions at regular intervals and was never overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the ambience suffers because the location is too packed, there is not enough space at the tables and it is too loud. All in all, recommended, we would be happy to come back.

We had reserved a table and were told at the reception that we only had 2 hours to eat. Not a very nice greeting when you are immediately greeted with overbooking. In addition, the music was way too loud, you couldn't have a conversation at all and we didn't feel very comfortable, but thanks to very good table service we still had a nice evening. Maybe the management should think about filling their tables not with quantity but with comfort.

The environment is nice. They have quite large areas, but be sure to make a reservation for the weekend. You can eat a delicious pizza in Los Angeles. The size of the pizza is quite big. You can feed 2 people with one pizza. You can make half the pizza differently and half differently. This way, you can try 2 different varieties. Their pizzas are delicious, but the service was probably slow due to the weekend rush. And the pizza that arrived was not hot :( Prices are reasonable. You can watch while the pizzas are being made. Be sure to order the two-course dessert after the pizza. It may seem like a small amount, but it's nice to eat two kinds of extremely delicious desserts for that price. (It is called PICCOLO DUETTO (2 GLÄSER DESSERT) in the menu.) Will I come again? Yes, I will come again. But a little more attention should be paid to the service.

We had booked a table for 7:45 p.m. and then waited almost two hours for our pizza. There was no apology or anything like that from the service; when you ordered the drinks you were insulted. Very unprofessional and by far our worst visit so far.

Super nice service, despite the stressful guests and the full restaurant, she was enthusiastic about her work with a smile. We'd love to come back ☺️

Ordered 2 pizzas One had to be remade because it was banished in the oven, so it arrived late (but was very tasty). Made a flying visit to Leipzig. We had an appetite for pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas. We got 2 giant pizzas with a diameter of 60 cm. Are you crazy? Nobody can eat that! You can take half of it with you! We live 300km from Leipzig. Take half with U. Give them away. Ridiculing tourists is one thing, but Destroying food on purpose is intolerable. That was a big mistake... Food wasn't tasty. Pasta was far too hard, had no taste and the burrata tasted expired, so you couldn't eat it. Stomach pain included.

Highly recommended. The pizzas are huge & delicious. You can also share a pizza between two people and choose different pizzas. The desserts are also very, very tasty. Be sure to reserve in advance, especially on weekends.

On the advice of my son, who has been your guest several times, and because I was looking for a location for a company event, I was your guest with my partner. A table was ordered in advance for 4 people and that was a good thing because the restaurant was very busy. The size of the pizzas we ordered is really awesome, but unfortunately you can't taste much of the super thin dough. Crunchy and slightly burnt cardboard - unfortunately that's why only 4 stars. Unfortunately, there is one star less for the ambience because of the background music that was far too loud that evening, which prevented normal table conversations. You had to talk very loudly to understand each other, which we also made the staff understand. A "I'll try it and pass it on..." was the nice, helpless answer that was already noted - this is often criticized. Since nothing changed, we left the restaurant after dessert, which was amazing! Overall, one had the impression that if possible, one should not stay in the restaurant for too long so that the table is quickly freed up for the next guests. Unfortunately, the super friendly and nice staff doesn't change that.
