The biggest pizza I’ve ever had, I could barely move afterwards, absolutely loved it. The staff were really nice, the prices are super reasonable and the ambience is great.

The food was quite tasty and the service was friendly. The prices are a little above average for today's standards but still ok. However, the waiting time for the food is absolutely unsatisfactory at over an hour, even on a Saturday afternoon at three. I will probably go to other restaurants.

Delicious food & great service! We just had lunch at L’Osteria and are more than satisfied! Our waiter Michael was super friendly and attentive. The bruschetta was wonderfully fresh, the pizza was huge and incredibly tasty. An all-round successful experience – we will definitely be back! Absolute recommendation!

The restaurant L'Osteria is definitely worth a rest stop. Table reserved online the day before, everything went well even when we arrived at the restaurant. The ambience is very well coordinated with the theme “Pizzeria…”. Staff, service on foot, competent, careful and friendly. Food excellent. What was a small disappointment was the somewhat long waiting time for the main course, perhaps due to the extremely well-booked seats in the restaurant, which is positive. So we'll definitely be back.

The Losteria in Leipzig is worth a regular visit for me and my partner. Huge pizzas, great selection, delicious tiramisu. The staff accepts requests in a friendly manner and makes personal recommendations. An example is Michael, who we have known for years and always has a smile on his face.

The food is good but the staff is even better. We were served by Mia, she was so sweet and charming :) There is so much friendliness here that it puts a smile on everyone's face

The staff and the food selection are always at a very high level. In times when mentally disturbed people walk around freely, no bread cutting knife should be left visible on the serving counter. And what I personally think would be very good if the music in the dining room wasn't so loud.

Place outside the centre. Many tables close together which makes it noisy when the place is full. Friendly staff and fast, attentive customer service. A little cold place. Good food. Always present vegetarian and vegan options.

Food was ok (for the price). But what's annoying is the incredibly loud music. I literally had to yell at the person I was eating with. I learned that this is company policy so that people leave as quickly as possible and the table becomes free. That's not how you treat guests! It was probably the last time there for me.

We were here for our daughter's birthday. Unfortunately it was extremely crowded, narrow and very loud. We couldn't use the assigned table because it was far too narrow and not possible for our dog (previously stated). The staff tried very hard and quickly found a solution. Unfortunately, a lot of things were out and we waited forever. The starters came after the main course. The service staff really did their best to make sure it was still a nice evening.

We had the Italian brunch for the first time today... and absolutely loved it! Top selection of delicious dishes, courteous and friendly service, absolutely unbeatable price-performance ratio! All we can say is: Thank you! We'll be back!

Very poor organization in dealing with reservations. The table was reserved for 5 people, but was not available at the agreed time. Instead, something was pointed out with a request for understanding. The other guests who are still sitting at the reserved table do not want to leave because they are still eating. In this case there is no structure and planning for a Saturday evening. After a 30 minute wait we were able to get a table. The ambience would definitely be very pleasant if the restaurant wasn't so crowded and loud. After taking the order, it took 1 hour until we had our food at the table, definitely too long for an Italian restaurant. Significantly understaffed and in the end when asked, the answer was poor. Unfortunately it wasn't a successful evening and definitely not recommended.

Unspeakable is a nice way to say it. Although I asked for a nice table for 9 people in my reservation a week in advance, there was no other table available on site other than the one to the right of the door. Loud Caribbean music should probably provide warmth in icy, drafty temperatures. The chairs had no backrests and another table was not available because everything had already been reserved. A look into the restaurant showed a different picture. One person in our group wanted to eat the menu, but the accompanying starter, potato soup, was not available. The lasagna was out at 5pm and the calzone was burnt. The other dishes were okay. We were escorted out promptly after 2 hours. I will never go to this restaurant or invite you there again. There are plenty of restaurants that make more of an effort and are nice to their guests.

The Losteria in Leipzig is simply a dream! The food was fantastic – tasted at the highest level and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and perfect for chatting in peace. I would particularly like to highlight the service, which was truly first class. Our waiter Jawad was super friendly, attentive and did everything to fulfill our wishes. You can tell that people work here with passion. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Losteria!

Nice restaurant, friendly, attentive waiters who listen to customers' wishes. Gnocchi were super tasty, portions were reasonable. 1 star deduction for the ambience because the tables were very close together, which limited privacy somewhat.

We had dinner here on Saturday lunchtime on the occasion of a birthday. We had reserved a table for this and were seated at a high table with wooden stools. Not really comfortable as you could barely fit your legs under the table. No backrest, no cushions. We waited over 1.15 hours for the food and had no starters. In between there was no question as to whether we wanted to order more drinks, so unfortunately it was just one round. The Hawaiian pizza had poor toppings and the zoodles with vegetables were unfortunately poorly seasoned, but that's a matter of taste. The food arrived 20 minutes later so that 3 of the 9 guests were almost finished when my parents received their food. During the payment process we expressed the points, which were accepted without comment. System catering or not... Prices good, location good, interior good. But unfortunately after this experience there is no longer an option for us.

The pizzas are very good. And we can only recommend the brunch on Sundays.

Despite the size of the restaurant, our waitress Gina kept an eye on us regularly, so there were no long waiting times. Even our short wait for the reserved table was compensated with a drink on the house. The food will definitely fill you up. But the pizza could have been a little more generously topped. I would also like to sacrifice some size for this.

We were there today for a birthday dinner with 10 people. There was also a lot going on otherwise. 10 people with small children and elderly people were led to a high table with stools without backrests. As we stood relatively motionless in front of the table, it would have been obvious that it wouldn't work that way. But the employee turned around and then we stood there...admittedly we were hungry. An employee then picked up the drinks relatively quickly and was last seen for 2 1/2 hours. If we had known that, we would all have ordered several drinks. At some point another employee picked up the food, and then 1 1/2 long hours of waiting began. We would have liked to ask an employee how long it would last, but neither the first nor the second ever came back. Asking the staff at the bar was also unsuccessful. At some point the food began to be delivered, but really slowly. Not together with 10 people or at least almost together no... the first ones were finished and the last ones had just finished...sorry that doesn't work at all. Not a word of apology or an employee who didn't just come running out of the kitchen, no, nothing at all... apart from that, the quality of the food was honestly poor. Well, we did that too...drinks still couldn't be reordered because no employee could find their way to us, so we decided against dessert and coffee and asked for the bill. It was there relatively quickly... when we asked if everything was good, we gave points... everything was very polite and matter-of-fact... the employee just answered us "then they just don't give a tip" and disappeared again. Admittedly, in addition to the qualitative disappointment, not being taken seriously or noticed as a customer is quite severe. But this categorically negative attitude towards guests...I don't know if it's good for business in the long term. For us, the location for family celebrations is no longer an option, but there are plenty of alternatives in the immediate vicinity. Dear team, please take this as well-intentioned feedback, today was at best a bad day on your part as host. Unfortunately, service, quality of the food and understanding of the customer were not worth much today.

The pasta was mediocre, but the service, personified by Gina, was really very good. We had to wait a short time for our table, not worth mentioning, and were compensated with a champagne. No long waits for orders and always a smile.

The waitress was super nice and took her time, asking again and again whether we needed anything or whether everything would fit.❤️ There were also coloring things for the child. I ate here and it was a great experience the location is very central and the restaurant is spacious and inviting the staff is friendly and fast the pizza is huge and very tasty also the pasta dishes are fresh and tasty in the summer you can eat wonderfully on the terrace Sitting the prices are reasonable for the large portions overall highly recommended.

the food itself was good. However, we had to wait an hour for it. The music is way too loud and not very Italian.

The food was a complete disaster. The tomato soup tasted like warmed ketchup, the pizza like cardboard. But maybe you go to a concept restaurant like this not because of the good cuisine, but because of the ambience. Definitely for eating. not recommended.

All in all it was very, very nice. Just two small things: unfortunately a drink was forgotten to serve and the size of the table was a bit unfavorable for 5 people. But gladly again, next time we'll try the brunch. 😉

We had reserved a table for 7 p.m. and the confirmation email said we had the table until 8:30 p.m., which isn't very long if you want to spend a cozy evening with your partner. When we arrived we had to wait another 10 minutes until a table was available. It was very loud in the restaurant, with loud music making it difficult to hear what you were saying. There was neither olive oil nor balsamic vinegar, which is what comes with an Italian restaurant when you order a salad. My question about parmesan with the main course was also ignored. It was 8:05 p.m., we had just finished eating, our glasses were still half full, when a waiter told us that we should pay and that the table was reserved for the next guests. 2 minutes later another waiter was at the table with the bill. I told the waiter that we should finish our glasses first, after all we have the table until 8.30 p.m. The waiter then went to the next table to collect the money. These guests were also very disappointed with this behavior. You were literally thrown out after eating. It was a mass dispatch. Thank you for the unsuccessful evening

I've been to L'Osteria a few times, today was the last time. The table was reserved for 4 people, we got a small round table right at the entrance, it was cold and drafty. The table was less than 1m in diameter and when we asked whether this was seriously meant for 4 people, we only got the answer that everything was reserved and that we could bring a side table. Two starters took 30 minutes, the main courses were at the table after 100 minutes (in the meantime we received an automatic email asking how we liked it...). I complained about the long wait. There was no apology, just an explanation of why it was that way today and my comment that it wasn't okay (among other things because our children had to go to bed and we didn't want to be in the restaurant for 3 hours) and a succinct "Yes "Okay." Service and complaint management from hell. The food was mediocre. 6 slices of Vitello Tonnato on(!) far too little tuna sauce for 15 euros. Far too salty carbonara with hearty bacon, but completely flavorless gambaretti on the pizza. In order not to have to wait another hour, we skipped dessert and left. Until the end there was no apology or at least a small espresso on the house (which would certainly have been bearable given the bill was >130 euros). Conclusion: completely overrated, service subpar, price/performance is absolutely not right. Go to the average Italian place on the corner, they definitely show more hospitality. The size of the pizza alone doesn't make you happy.

On a Monday afternoon my buddy and I visited the restaurant. We planned to order an antipasti plate and a pizza with two different toppings. However, our lovely, friendly and attentive waitress recommended that we only order the antipasti plate first and order the pizza later if there was still room in our stomachs. She had found that most guests were full afterwards. We trusted her advice and the trust was not betrayed. The antipasti plate was delicious and filled us up so much that unfortunately we didn't have room for the pizza. But next time we will definitely come back to try them!
