I posted a photo of the menu. I hope no Roman sees it, otherwise there'll be trouble. You can't see carbonara with bacon and not guanciale. 😂 As for the rest, I had tortelloni and they weren't bad at all!

The music was just too loud for me...

Dry pizza, more like tarte flambée. For 12 guests, they simply put two chairs at a table for 10. There was a space issue, even though there were other, larger, free tables available. Otherwise, it had the charm of a train station concourse.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The pizza is delicious, but considerably larger than the plate. No matter how you try to cut it, it inevitably drags across the table, which I don't particularly find hygienic. There are three restroom stalls, one of which doesn't close its door, and another doesn't have a light.

The pizza was huge, and the pasta was plentiful, too. It tasted even better.

Hello. We were at your place today. There were eight of us, and the food came pretty quickly and for almost everyone at the same time, so we could eat together. It was great. The pizzas are huge and delicious. The service was also super friendly and attentive, and the four kids even got something to color in right away :) Unfortunately, we only realized at home that we had been charged for two drinks that none of us had ordered. A total of €8.50. Since we didn't receive the receipt until after payment, we noticed it too late. It's obviously very annoying when you've already tipped a lot. I have no idea how something like that could happen?! Otherwise, as I said, it's really recommended. But: Check your receipt 🫣

Really good food. Felix (the waiter) was very nice and accommodating. However, we weren't served for about 30 minutes, and the candles weren't lit. Neither of these was a problem, as we weren't in a hurry and the food was delicious even without candlelight, but unfortunately, that detracts from the "B" rating.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food. Then we left because we were left out in the cold, even though the place was empty. You can't get beer at the bar either.

Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for both the drinks and the food. The Bolognese pasta had no sauce at all, let alone meat, just plain noodles. We sent the dish back. The explanation was that they were unfortunately out of Bolognese sauce. A dish like that shouldn't even leave the kitchen. The subsequent alternative dish, again after a longer wait, unfortunately consisted of a very watery cream sauce. The service was very friendly, but somewhat inattentive.

Great location due to its proximity to the stadium. The food, as expected, is up to L'Osteria standards. Once you've eaten at one, you know everyone. Felix served us to our complete satisfaction. We never had to wait longer than a few minutes and were always served with a smile. The only thing that bothered us was that the venue was a bit noisy due to the large number of people. If we have another concert, we'll definitely be back!

We haven't been here in a long time, preferring another Losteria in Düsseldorf, as we've often been disappointed recently. Especially with the service and the long waits for food and drinks. As well as the bored and unmotivated staff. Today everything was top-notch. Delicious pizza, fast service, and above all, very friendly. Felix deserves special mention here. We'll be coming back more often from now on.

We'd especially like to mention Felix, a member of staff who truly redefines the word "friendly." He radiates an infectious friendliness, always has a genuine smile on his face, and knows how to make his guests feel welcome. A true host, the kind you could only wish for – any restaurant would be proud to have someone like him on their team. The food was – as you'd expect from L'Osteria – excellent. The pizza was crispy, the pasta fresh, and the taste was truly flawless. One small disappointment: we found €12 for tomatoes with burrata a bit excessive, which is why we're deducting a star from the review. We felt comfortable in the ambiance, but the lighting was a bit too subdued for our taste – cozy, but almost a tad too dark. Overall, we give it 4 out of 5 stars: • Service: A solid 1 with a star – thanks in particular to Felix. • Food: Excellent, with only minor deductions for value for money. • Ambience: Stylish, but could be improved. Conclusion: We'd love to come back – not least because of the great atmosphere, the delicious food, and a host like Felix. 😊

Five of us were there on the Sunday before the Ed Sheeran concert. We had reserved a table in advance. That was the only thing that worked at this restaurant. It was very crowded, apparently because several patrons had the same idea of ​​eating there before the concert. Since there are several Park & ​​Ride parking lots in the vicinity, it must be crowded during concerts or other events. So nothing new! Used dishes and glasses were piled up both outside and inside. When we ordered, we were told not to order pizza because of the even longer wait. So we ordered one pasta dish, two salads, one vitello tonnato, and one carpaccio. After 50 minutes, we asked where the food was. "Our" waiter got rude and said he'd told us there was a 30- to 40-minute wait. (Which wasn't true, by the way.) After another 10 minutes, a waitress came over with two dishes whose names we didn't understand. So she left with the dishes. A short time later, our food arrived. The pasta was cold and had obviously been sitting in the kitchen for a while, as the pasta and sauce were almost dry. We complained to the kitchen. A salad was also returned because something was missing. The pasta came back "hot," but there was no sign of the salad... Finally, the restaurant manager came over and told us that we were apparently not satisfied, as his employee had told him. Long story short: There was no apology for the abysmal service, just another justification that the rush of guests that day hadn't been anticipated. All in all, this was a complete disaster! By the way, the missing salad wasn't even brought. The service, cleanliness, and food quality were abysmal!

After waiting an hour at the entrance, I was turned away. After being repeatedly told I'd be served right away, even though there were plenty of free tables. You should definitely skip a visit to this place and go to a proper restaurant instead!
