Due to traffic problems we were forced to spend time at the airport. Luckily, in addition to the friendly, very helpful staff, there is also gluten-free and soy-free pasta. And if you're lucky, there's also a gluten-free dessert. Probably the only place for this at DUS airport.

Very good and cozy for an airport restaurant. You get the usual L'Osteria quality and also a huge pizza. You also have a great view of the runway. The service is also very friendly and attentive and the food comes relatively quickly. The price is also relatively cheap for an airport restaurant. Great if you need to pick someone up from the airport.

Terrible service and waiting times. By far the worst in the chain. The restaurant was empty and they still took over an hour to serve. Not to mention that after we sat down it took 10 min for a waiter to get to take our order. Terrible experience.

Should we go to the shop? It's a small shop in the airport, but it's been beautifully decorated and something has really been thought of. The tables are nicely arranged and you can look directly onto the tarmac. The service staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We listened to your wishes and gave you good advice about the menu. The food tasted very fresh, the pizza was crispy and airy and there was plenty of toppings, and the salad that came with it was more than satisfactory. The only point of criticism, in my opinion, is that the tables are quite close to each other and so you have less privacy and the atmosphere in the room is very loud, because we heard the people sitting next to us talking about us without them shouting All in one area very happy with the visit. I'll be happy to come back when I fly from Düsseldorf again and thank you for the lovely evening.

The food and the location are great. The view of the runway is mega. But the service is just very bad. I have experienced the same service behavior several times. Harsh tone, stressful, stroppy and unfriendly. Not accommodating and you don't feel welcome or valued as a guest. Every waiter is always annoyed, dissatisfied and doesn't enjoy their work. As a guest you get in a bad mood. There is clearly a lack of a capable restaurant manager.

My kids wanted pasta so we went to L'Osteria. Our hotel was at the airport. The food pasta and pizza were quite ok. It is a bit humid sitting there, so not that comfortable. But worst part, there were no toilets. You had to use the airport onces which were a mile away. With just me and the kids, I had to leave one at the table to go back and forth to the restroom just to wash your hand. A real letdown.

After checking in our luggage in DUS, we still had about an hour until check-in and were hungry. So before we sat down I asked if things were going quickly at the moment. It happened very quickly and they said we should take a seat. After taking a seat, no one came to take the order for almost 20 minutes. After that it went really quickly - less than 10 minutes later the food was there. To pay we spoke to a waiter. “Not responsible”. After another 10 minutes of waiting and speaking to other waiters twice, the first one was suddenly responsible. But we didn't get paid at the table, we were the only ones who had to come to the reception desk. I have never seen my wife not tip. Here for the first time. And what happened? The guy simply took his own tip (presumably of course!) and gave the wrong change. It was noticed that he suddenly couldn't do even the simplest mathematics, etc. Well, the taste of the food was definitely okay, as was the time it took to order until the food arrived. The rest was a disaster, especially when you're based at the airport and guests say they have to get a plane. Well-intentioned 2 out of 5 stars. Not necessarily again.

The service today - with the exception of the lady who initially showed us to our table - was pathetic. There were two of us, my companion got her pasta, I initially left empty-handed - without explanation. 15 minutes later (15 minutes!) I received my salad (salad!!), and my companion was almost finished with her meal. I had to wait another 5 minutes until I was able to get a side dish from a service person, which is added directly to the salad in our branch in Paderborn. During the meal we repeatedly noticed that guests who had already been seated and had waited several minutes for service were leaving. The staff preferred to argue openly and audibly about the distribution of tips in our immediate vicinity. Just unpleasant. Our waiter also apparently felt personally attacked when I asked him whether my companion would get another spoon with her pasta, since initially only a knife and fork were revealed. Another irritating moment for everyone involved. The opening times are listed online until 9 p.m. When a family sat down at 8:20 p.m., they were told that it was already closed. Apparently they wanted to finish work early, contrary to the posted opening times. Because of the terrible service, we decided not to tip, but of course we remained polite. As a thank you for not giving us a tip, we weren't given farewell after collecting it. A bizarre dinner then came to an end and we were happy when we could leave. There was nothing wrong with the food itself, the quality was good as usual. It was clearly noticeable that there were enough walk-in customers and that the opinion or well-being and well-being of the paying customers was obviously unimportant. I would like to praise our branch in Paderborn.

Didn't eat here because we weren't greeted with a hello but with a "what do you want" after a long eye contact at reception. But additionally in a tone that is not appropriate. This is not how you want to be received. What was quite amusing was that we then went to the burger shop next door and met people there who also left because of the unfriendliness of the blonde waitress. Then at least it wasn’t personal 😁

We have once again experienced the worst service ever. After 20 minutes we spoke to a waitress so that we could even order. Unfortunately, we apparently interrupted a private conversation and the following charming comment was made: "I'm going to go for a moment, otherwise I'll be killed by the stares." It's very unprofessional if you notice this as a guest. They then asked three times for the order, which ultimately didn't come at the same time. The pasta came after the second person had already finished the pizza. Training in service matters is urgently recommended here.

The very rude lady at reception deliberately overlooks you so that she can get off work on time. The end of the day is sacred and is a blessing, but it's nice to say that the kitchen is closed. 2024-05-19. Salami Pizza €14.50. For a restaurant in an airport, I'm satisfied. Big portion that really satiated and good taste. What drags it down is that the staff prioritize bringing in new customers and completely forget about those who are already sitting and eating. Long waiting time to both get drinks, food and pay. A lot of running and shouting from the staff during the lunch rush, which caused their stress to rub off on the guests. But am overall satisfied with my choice of restaurant before departure on the flight.

Apart from the fact that the table was dirty.. and was only cleaned under observation with a water bottle and a cloth.. the pictures show how dirty the shop is.. There are no pictures of the ceiling.. But what was really bad... was... two waitresses were arguing in front of us and in the whole restaurant... although we heard everything and the black-haired lady only explained to her colleagues in the interests of the guests that the guest is king... whereupon the blonde one The (tattooed) waitress said yes, that's the case in the country but not here.. the black-haired woman tried to explain to her that the customer is king and went one better and said the customer takes care of our salary... I wanted to clap her.. . She was right.. The black-haired woman didn't want to discuss but the blonde ran after her.. We noticed her from a distance.. Then the blonde started to involve her male colleagues and get them on her side (they are probably compatriots).. The black-haired woman went on break. I wish her a lot of strength. She's doing a great job. I wish the blonde one gets fired and never works in service again. The company has to act here!!!!!

I have been to this restaurant at the airport many times because the view of the planes is very good and the food is also tasty. However, the service and friendliness of the employees (except the Thai colleague) is underground. Unfriendly, uncooperative, bored, not customer oriented. Unfortunately, this restaurant lives up to its reputation. The service is incredibly unfriendly. The restaurant was moderately busy, so there was no stress. The reason for the children who served me knows no greeting and no farewell. The only thing that was positive for me was the good atmosphere in the kitchen itself. I know in retrospect that the shift management was aware of my experiences today, but they told me this was normal and you can't change it. A pity!

Everything seems very inviting and the taste of fresh pizza made us want to go. The three of us had to take three pizzas because there are no small pizzas for adults and the children's pizza comes from the frozen food store. Pizza was ok but way too big. In total, almost an entire pizza was thrown away. Waste. Just make a small pizza €2 cheaper if you want. Beer was delicious.

The waiters are a disaster. Unfriendly and give off a negative vibe. I was attracted to the restaurant because you can watch airplanes at terminals from the window. The pizza, in the 20 euro version, was okay. You had to ask for spices, oil and parmesan three times and were reluctantly thrown onto the table by the head waitress with the shout that went through the whole restaurant: you have to pay extra for that. Completely unmotivated and untrained staff. Once and never again is the business concept that may work at an airport branch, but it is extremely damaging to the chain's reputation. My tip is to go to McDonald's one floor down.

Um 19.30Uhr gab es weder Nudel noch Salat. Die servierte Pizza war fettig und der Teig in der Mitte roh und am Rand verbrannt. Die Kellner haben durch das sehr leere Restaurant geschrien. Die Mitarbeiter waren lustlos und waren durch Gäste 1,5h vor Ladenschluss sichtlich genervt.

Pizza war mehr als reichlich und sehr lecker, unser Lambrusco hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben nicht lange gewartet. Es wurde leider nur ein Bereich auf gemacht der andere Bereich wurde gesperrt. Service war sehr bemüht, man hat den Kellner angesehen das er gestresst ist und alleine da war. Es waren 2 Leute da 1 Kellner und 1 Frau an der Bar. Der Kellner tat mir leid da er kaum Unterstützung bekommen hat von der Frau an der Bar Ich arbeite selber in der Gastro und konnte mir das nicht ansehen. Es war sonst alles inordnung.

No quieren trabajar. Dos veces que hemos ido, nos sentamos y nos dicen, la comida tardara 45 minutos. Nach 40 Minuten keine Getränke, kein Essen - wir mussten dann zum Flieger. „Personalgespräche“ werden öffentlich am Nachbartisch geführt…: Unprofessional. Nächstes mal dann lieber doch wieder einfach zum Bäcker. Zudem alles eher dreckig / unhygienisch.

Wir wurden relativ lange an unseren Plätzen außer Acht gelassen, nachdem wir dann einer Mitarbeiterin deutlich ein Zeichen gegeben haben, kam diese und nahm die Bestellung auf. Da die Bestellung aber nicht digital aufgenommen wurde, ist unsere Vermutung, dass wir komplett vergessen wurden, haben nach weiteren 30 Minuten ( in dieser Zeit kam niemand zu uns) dann nochmal jemanden angesprochen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass unsere Bestellung in 10Minuten käme. Wir sind dann aufgestanden und gegangen, da wir zum Check-In mussten. Für ein Restaurant am Flughafen, bedenkliches Zeitmanagement zu dem Sollte dringend der Staub und die Spinnenweben entfernt werden.

Für einen Flughafen sind 40 Minuten Wartezeit nach Bestellung einfach nicht schnell genug. Auch haben wir unser Essen (2x Pasta) mit einer zeitlichen Differenz von 15 Minuten bekommen (also dann 55 Minuten). Insgesamt war das Personal auch eher patzig auf die entgegengebrachte Kritik und wirkte nicht als würde jemand das Problem wirklich verstehen wollen. Eine eher enttäuschende Erfahrung, auch wenn das Essen die von Losteria gewohnte Qualität hatte.

Zeer slechte bediening. We werden aanmatigend aangespoord tempo te maken met de bestelling want anderen wilden ook nog bestellen. Borden worden voor ons neergekwakt zonder ons aan te kijken. En daarna willen ze ook nog een tip 😉

Der Kellner hat hier wohl offenbar seinen Job verfehlt. Man könnte denken er weiß noch nicht mal was auf der Karte steht. Einfachste Fragen konnten nicht beantwortet werden. Ebenfalls wollte(konnte) er auch nicht allzuviel Freude aufbringen neue Gäste bedienen zu dürfen. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hat er es insgesamt drei mal zum Tisch geschafft. Bestellung aufnehmen, Essen bringen und kassieren. Zum bezahlen mussten wir uns regelrecht aufbringen sonst hätten wir wohl nochmal locker eine Stunde mehr dort verbringen können. Das Essen an sich war ganz ok, Das Carpaccio war ein leckerer Serranoschinken aus der Packung, die Artischocke war schmackhaft holzig und fest das man sie super hätte lutschen können da sie zum kauen nicht zu gebrauten war. Def Cäsar Salat war wirklich gut und die Hähnchenbrust echt lecker.

Wir besuchten diese Filiale (Landseite) ca. 2 Stunden 20 Minuten vor Abflugszeit… Geschmack: Pizza schmeckt wie üblich bei L‘Osteria. Kindernudeln etwas wenig, aber für 4,70€ akzeptabel. Preis: Pizza ab 12€ nicht ganz billig, für einen Flughafen aber ok. TIPP: Man kann auch zwei (auch unterschiedlich belegte) Pizzahälften auf zwei Tellern bestellen. Eine ganze Pizza schaffen die meisten mengen-/Zeitmäßig nicht - Geld- und Essensverschwendung. Service: Leider viel zu langsam für einen Flughafen. Speisen und Getränke kamen zusammen nach 40 Minuten. Sauber ist es hier auch nicht (siehe Foto). Fazit: Definitiv nicht die beste Filiale, aber noch akzeptabel, wenn man noch 2,5 Stunden bis zum Abflug hat. Wenn Sie die Rezension hilfreich finden, dann klicken Sie gerne auf „Daumen hoch“.

Essen ist gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Aber der Chef scheint ein ignorant zu sein: die Filiale ist ständig unterbesetzt! Dadurch entstehen unnötige, ätzende Wartezeiten & Stress für die eigentliche nette Bedingung.

Öffnungszeit laut Internet und Flughafeninfos ist bis 21:00. Heute hingekommen um 19:35, jede Menge Leute dort beim Essen und das Personal hat keine Lust mehr, bis Feierabend zu arbeiten... schickt uns weg mit dem Kommentar "Küche macht zu". Hätten auch sagen können "wegen Reichtum geschlossen". Einfach nicht mehr hingehen. Unglaublich.... ;-)

Halbe Liter Bier kostet laut Preisliste 5,30 Euro. Kellnerinnen verlangen aber 5,60 Euro. So geht das seit Mai und bis heute ist die Preisliste nicht geändert worden. Mündlich können die viel sagen. Mir geht es nicht um die 30 Cent sondern um Prinzip. Also achtet darauf wenn ihr was bestellt.

Leckere Pizza, 1a Salat und auch der Wein war gut. Insbesondere möchte ich die wirklich netten Damen vom Service loben. Ihr macht das richtig gut und ich bewundere eure Gelassenheit. Very nice location in the Classic Remise. Great view of many vintage cars. The pizzas are very good. Price/performance top. Service is courteous without being intrusive.
