To put it bluntly, the pizzas are amazing. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. I had two different halves, which is a cool idea. When it's very busy, it gets pretty loud, and you need patience. But the wait is definitely worth it. Just to be safe, make a reservation.

Third visit – and this time a hit! After a long time, we visited this location for the third time – and honestly: this visit topped everything! If our previous experiences had been rated, they would probably have been rather mediocre. But this time? Absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, things started off relaxed: parking was right in front of the door, as always, hassle-free. The location itself is absolutely inviting – for families with children as well as for couples or friends. Whether inside or outside: There's plenty of space, various seating areas, and even comfortable benches with a beautiful view. 🕒 Insider tip: If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, we recommend the time between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – it's pleasantly empty then. Between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. onwards, it gets significantly busier – which, of course, also speaks to its popularity. 🐝 Previously a problem, now perfectly solved: Unfortunately, in the past, we often had visits from flies, wasps, and other little pests – this time, there was no sign of that. It was relaxed, quiet, and even the children felt completely at home. 🍕 Service & Food: The staff was super friendly, actively checking several times to see if everything was okay – in a pleasant, unobtrusive manner. Our pizza arrived promptly – after about 15-20 minutes – fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. 💸 Tipping by card – modern and fair: Especially cool: Tips can be given directly electronically. We asked whether the tips actually reached the employees – and the answer was great: "If we didn't get them, we wouldn't work here." Humorous and honest – that's how we like it! 😄 ☕ For coffee lovers, there's an extra treat upstairs: If you're still craving a coffee after dinner, you can enjoy a latte macchiato, cappuccino, or other specialties in the upstairs area. Ideal for winding down or as a little treat at the end of the day. 🛋️ Extra bonus: After our visit, we took a short walk to the Porta furniture store right next door – a perfect combination, and they also had a children's play area. Conclusion: We felt really comfortable, had a great time, and were warmly welcomed. A big thank you to the team – keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back – and this time with a really good feeling. 😊

I'm torn about L'Osteria. You can get lucky or you can get really annoyed. The food is good to very good. Large, delicious pizzas and pasta dishes, although the pasta seems to be counted and is really small. But the service is the big problem and the absolute variable. There are days when you get friendly and fast service – on another day, the same table, the same food – disaster. You wait forever for menus, drink orders, drinks, and food. Long waits aren't filled with bread or small appetizers; they're more likely to sell new drinks. And it doesn't have to be crowded. Often, many areas are closed off to keep guests together as much as possible... And that's exactly what makes L'Osteria a gamble...there's no consistency in the service. It's a shame, there's a certain skepticism before every visit. And complaints, or simply emailing your experience, are ignored, without a response or anything like that.

Friday, July 4, 2025, at 8:45 p.m. We tried eating here again and were very disappointed. After 20 minutes without contact from a waiter, we left. A drink would have been enough for now. The restaurant manager and two waitresses were sitting outside smoking and wished us at least a nice weekend. At Rossini, we experienced professional service. These two restaurants are worlds apart.

We sat on the terrace in the shade, the sun setting. I drank Lambrusco, and our waitress, Ines, attended to our every need. The food was delicious, and we were surrounded by beautiful oleanders... What more could you want after work?

Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the dinner table. I couldn't choose a seat because the waiters weren't supposed to walk so far. Half of the restaurant was empty, and all the other guests were crowded into the remaining seats. The music was unpleasantly loud the time I was there. I couldn't place an order because no one came. Instead, there was inappropriate and persistent "du" address during the "negotiations" for a seat at the entrance. Overall, it was unfortunately not a good experience.

We spent a wonderful afternoon/evening at LOsteria yesterday. The food and drinks were excellent. We were served by Nicole. She was very attentive and always there to help, just as you'd hope. It was a wonderful experience for us, and we'll be happy to stop by again. Grandpa even received a serenade and a birthday present. A special thank you again to the attentive and very nice Nicole.

The food was delicious, the service friendly and attentive, but everything took a very long time. The acoustics are terrible, making it unpleasantly loud in the restaurant and making normal conversation almost impossible.

I ordered a salad online that would have automatically taken almost an hour (the earliest possible pickup time). Sebastian was at the front desk and managed to get the salad to me early. The modern, stylish ambiance immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere – perfect for an evening with friends or family. The service was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. You feel well looked after all around. The food? Simply fantastic! Authentic Italian, with fresh ingredients and full of flavor – the pizza in particular was a real highlight. We'll definitely be back!

We were back after a long absence, and it was definitely worth it: a great vegetarian dish with zucchini spaghetti is now on the menu! And to top it off, Ines provided friendly and helpful service. Thank you so much!

We went there for dinner after the garden exhibition, spontaneously. When we arrived we asked for a table. The waiter made a big deal about it and then brought it to our table. It didn't seem like we were made to feel welcome. The atmosphere reminds me of an American diner but not a pizzeria (that's my personal opinion/feeling). The pizza was huge, absolutely amazing. Unfortunately it wasn't really hot, more like piping hot or cold. The service was very friendly, a definite plus. I didn't say anything about the food because it was extremely busy. And sometimes it's difficult to get everything ready; the first people had already had their food, others had to wait. The prices are pretty reasonable, but everyone wants to be paid fairly. But everything should be right too. All in all, let's just say it was the first and last time we were there. There are simply other restaurants that are more comfortable.

Very friendly service and short wait times. The food was piping hot almost until the last bite. Unfortunately, we found the background music a bit too loud, which became increasingly distracting the later it got and the place filled with customers. As a result, the customers also talked louder, and the noise level was enormous. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place.

The calzone was okay, but whether it was worth the price, hmm. Service was great, they took care of everything and were friendly. The ambiance, okay, the music was loud, so everyone was shouting at each other. The acoustics were completely ignored, like in a warehouse.

A spontaneous visit on a Saturday afternoon. Free seating, a warm welcome, and a very pleasant and service-oriented employee named "Tuba." Cool atmosphere, ordering and payment via QR code (credit card number required), although I prefer human interaction. Many-sided menu, slightly higher prices, but in my case, a wafer-thin 45 cm pizza, very tasty, well-topped, and manageable despite its size 😉. I'll be happy to come back and thank you for the culinary afternoon and the pleasant conversation with "Tuba" 😀.

A very nice restaurant with a lovely ambiance. The food is always very good, and there are no long waits between courses. The value for money is unbeatable. Special mention goes to the charming waitress Tuba. She is an extremely friendly and personable lady who does an excellent job. Always happy to return!

I had always ordered takeaway and love their pizzas but decided to come here for a sit-down dinner with some family. Ines was our waiter and she was absolutely phenomenal, the best customer service I've experienced in six years in Germany. We all deviated away from the usual pizza orders and it was a great choice. My wife ordered the special asparagus ravioli and was raving about it for the rest of the night, I ordered one of the vegan pastas and it was amazing, and my father ordered the lasagna, which he liked, but what was advertised as beef on the menu seemed like perhaps a mix of lamb and beef. Tasty, nonetheless. The atmosphere was great despite a few smokers ruining the air quality, but that can't be helped sometimes. We'll definitely be coming again.

We waited a long time for our drinks. We also had to wait for our food because something was mixed up. The pizzas weren't as well-topped, which was better after they first opened. We were at L'Osteria in Potsdam two weeks ago; it was much busier there, but everything was still served quickly and the pizzas were generously topped. Even five years later, we're sitting there waiting for an hour for pizza...

The food at L'Osteria is great. The location is good, the decor is modern, and there is plenty of parking. However, it is too hot to stay inside near the glass window during the day. We have been here a few times, but you usually have to wait a long time for orders and food.

We were at L’Osteria again today and also in the past few months. The service is always nice and friendly but unfortunately the waiting times for food are always far too long. Very rarely you get the food under 1 hour, usually it is more. Unfortunately, over the years it has gotten worse and worse. It's a shame because the food is good otherwise, but with Kibder a waiting time of more than 1 hour isn't nice

We celebrated my 40th birthday there on April 10, 2025 and were warmly welcomed at a beautifully set table. The waitress (Nicole) served us perfectly and rounded off the evening perfectly with service that left nothing to be desired. To round things off there was a serenade with a little sweet surprise. This was our third time at L'losteria and we felt very comfortable every time. Reservations are understandably necessary for this perfect service. All in all it was once again perfect. Thanks for that. 👍

This time the visit was very disappointing. As always, I order one Pizza Marinara. The extra topping (shrimp) was very lonely this time. It's a shame that one, from a long-standing one very good pizza a nothing matters.

We have been to six different L'Osterias. That's why we trust ourselves to give honest feedback. The music is not only loud, but downright annoying (this has already been criticized by other reviews, but hasn't changed). This interior is kept very cool. Comfort should not arise. The wooden chairs for 2-3 people have no seat cushions and are therefore too hard. The tables for 2-3 people are tiny. When the food comes, everything has to be taken off the table. There are upholstered chairs and comfortable tables for groups of four or more. Even though the restaurant was only 10% occupied, the boss didn't let herself be persuaded to choose a larger table. Merciless business table efficiency at the expense of the customers! Except for dessert, the food (pizza salami, spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti chitarra ragù alla Bolognese) was good. Kudos to the kitchen crew! The mascarpone (thick, mild, creamy double cream cheese) as dessert was unfortunately runny. When we complained about this, the boss stood up in front of us and defended the liquid food ("We always do it like that"). A good restaurant apologizes and simply takes the dessert away. After we didn't want replacement ice cream, the boss left in a huff. Professionalism is different. The other two ladies in service were very friendly and accommodating. Here the team obviously has to coach the boss.

I've eaten here several times and I think the price is a bit too much, at least when it comes to drinks. We were never disappointed in terms of taste. Special requests are gladly accepted, but unfortunately we sometimes forget to implement them. Staff always friendly. Reservations are recommended as it is always very full and therefore very noisy. Will definitely come back.

A friend and I ordered dinner via Uber. Unfortunately we were delivered the wrong food. When the friend in question called and explained the situation, she was immediately met with understanding. The order was then delivered and accepted directly by the restaurant as quickly as possible. Totally friendly and courteous service! The food is super fresh and delicious, highly recommended!
