L'Osteria in Dresden

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed during our visit today. Everything started well. We were placed a little apart on the first floor with our 3 small children, which my wife and I always find to be a good thing in case the kids do make a little noise and this way we don't attract unpleasant attention from other guests. Unfortunately, not much went right after that. It got busier and busier and the wait staff was very busy trying to serve all the tables up there. So no blame for them, more for the organization. It took a really long time before we could place our drinks and food orders. Not a big deal per se, but the little ones were really hungry. Once that worked, it took about three quarters of an hour for our food to arrive: 3 pastas, which the children liked, and a pizza that, without exaggerating, was cold. Of course we didn't let them go back because we were hungry and didn't want to wait that long again. None of that would be a big deal, but when you see people three tables away being seated 20 minutes after us and finishing the starter and main course before our food arrives, that's a real glitch. I'm sorry, but we won't be back any time soon. At least not with children.

Good dining experience, very unique interior, food was very fast. You need to have a reservation, getting a seat is a lottery ticket. If the restaurant is full, it is a little bit loud.

We tried to make a reservation online on Saturday evening, but unfortunately it didn't work. But we went there anyway and got a place for two. The pizza was very tasty because you could also choose individual toppings. Despite the large number of customers, the service ran smoothly, very friendly and fast. Gladly again :)

Have been here several times and are always thrilled. The quality of the food on offer is consistently good. The service and friendliness of the employees can hardly be found in any other restaurant chain. It's always fascinating how you manage to do this with such a high number of guests. Gladly again and again.

Zucchini noodles are disgusting. As you can see in the photo, a clumped, soft portion for just €15 The only “expensive” thing on the plate are the 6 shrimps. Disappointing. Lasagna is an extremely small portion size. Only the pizzas are good here. Too bad

Delicious large pizza at a reasonable price, what more could you want.

The portion sizes are huge, and the pizzas are delicious and crispy. The half-and-half option is perfect for those who have trouble choosing between two pizzas :) The knives are sharp enough to easily cut through the crust. All in all, a very nice shop with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff.

Of all the restaurant chains, I think L'Osteria is one of the best! Anyone who knows it loves it. Easy pre-ordering and pick-up of food is possible via the website.

The pizzas are, as you would expect from L’Osteria, huge and incredibly tasty – crispy base, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The quality and freshness of the ingredients absolutely convinced us. The service was very friendly, attentive and very quick despite the busy restaurant. We felt completely at home and will definitely come back!

The pizza🍕 is huge, so it's hard to eat by yourself, but the taste is average. The pasta is average, so even a Japanese person can finish it by themselves. The staff are friendly and nice. You have to tip more than 10% when paying the bill.

We had two pizzas. Once the margherita and BBQ chicken. Both tasted delicious. The edge of the Margherita was nice and fluffy. Unfortunately, the BBQ chicken pizza was bone hard, the rest was very juicy. The staff was super friendly and it was comfortable to sit there.

Went to Dresden as part of a city trip and also went to L'Osteria on Wilsdruffer Strasse. We had reserved and arrived a little early. Nevertheless, despite the restaurant being completely full, it took less than 5 minutes until we were shown to our table. Pizzas were huge and really delicious. And the service from our waiter Le Ph. was exemplary. Definitely again next time you visit Dresden.

I'm actually a big fan of the chain's concept, which is why I was drawn to this restaurant during my visit to Dresden. The food, as always, was completely convincing; I have no complaints about that. However, the service in the restaurant is disastrous. I haven't experienced a restaurant in a long time where so many employees were on duty, yet it still didn't run smoothly. Most of the employees, in my opinion, were standing around. Whenever requests were made, they were always referred to another waiter due to a perceived lack of authority. In my estimation, most of the employees were under 20. Of course, everyone has to start somewhere, but then perhaps they should assign more experienced colleagues to provide them with adequate training. But even behind the counter in the kitchen, the staff seemed rather bored and preferred to entertain jokes rather than consider customer requests. Our pizzas only arrived partially sliced, so we essentially had to cut them ourselves. I had brought other guests with me who had never been to a restaurant in this chain before. They found the service conditions disastrous. I was very ashamed of having chosen this restaurant.

The pizzas are incredibly large for the price and barely fit on the table (which is of course just a plus). Not only do they look incredibly delicious, they taste great too! We always like to come to you when we feel like pizza - it's just great!

Grab a quick bite to eat between the massage and cosmetics. We were lucky and got a table. The service was nice and friendly. For dinner we had burrata with fresh tomatoes. The portion was very manageable for a whopping €12. The pizzas looked big, but we didn't have them. 😔

My partner and I settled here because I remembered the branch back in Duisburg and was in a positive mood. We weren't disappointed, the quality is very good, the mushroom risotto in particular is top notch. My partner's pizza was crispy and thin like in Italy. Perfect, keep it up!

Yes, tasty food, attentive service, clean toilets, local prices. Very busy, it's better to order and then perhaps sit upstairs. It's not necessarily comfortable, but the ground floor has more of a train station atmosphere.

The operator could certainly generate more sales here if he trained his employees again. Empty drink glasses and no demand for new drinks. Too bad. Food was good, but very loud and crowded on Sunday evening.

The food was delicious as always. The gentleman from service was very friendly. It's a little louder in the restaurant but we sat in the corner and it was a little quieter, good for chatting.

We had lunch here because we know the chain and the quality. Accordingly, we can't say much about the food itself as it was delicious and tasted like any other restaurant in this chain. The service was okay, but seemed to take its time. We actually waited a little longer than usual for the drinks and we also had to wait until we could order. We now only know it when it's full and not when it's not really full. What was nice was the ambience chosen for this restaurant. It felt like a cozy Italian restaurant that came directly from there. However, one thing wasn't so great. Namely that the pasta contains significantly smaller portions than in equivalent restaurants in other cities. As a result, the price-performance ratio is no longer quite right and it becomes one of the more expensive restaurants in this chain. It's a shame, if it weren't for this it would have been 5 stars.

Completely overcrowded, waiters were sometimes overwhelmed. Food wasn't special. The food was in the oven too long. The lasagna stuck to the plate and the cheese on top was already very dark. Disappointing

I recently visited the pasta restaurant and was impressed from the start. The freshly prepared pasta impressed with its authentic taste and the lovingly balanced sauce - a real feast for the palate. I would particularly like to highlight the service: Mr. Nam was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. His competent advice and warm manner made my visit a completely pleasant experience. The ambience of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, which perfectly rounds off the culinary enjoyment. I can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.

I really like this restaurant. I really enjoy coming here and I often suggest it as an idea when I and my friends are thinking about where we could go out to eat. Of course it also tastes super delicious. The only negative point - the tables are a bit narrow, but I also understand that a lot of people want to come here to eat :)

We took advantage of the reduced-price lunch offer including a drink. The store was full, but the service staff had everything under control. The waiting time was manageable and all special requests were implemented without any problems.
