Italian restaurant where the pizzas are huge and you can cut the pizza into two halves each with a different flavor. There are also pasta dishes. They have a menu of the day that costs about €14 and you can order a plate of pasta and a drink. And another menu of the day is a little more expensive, but you can order drinks and a selection of pizzas, not all. The drink on the menu of the day can only be a soft drink such as Coca-Cola, water, fanta. The food is good. We ordered some ñaquis with lemon sauce and a pizza with two flavors, the pizza is very large, and the dough is thin.

On previous visits to L'Osteria we were satisfied with the food and service, whereas today's visit was negative. The two pizzas we ordered were delicious, but the pasta was stuck together and still completely raw inside (that had nothing to do with al dente). We politely let the food go back and were met with incomprehension. We asked for the menu again. We were then the topic of conversation among the staff, who didn't take any new orders from us for the next 45 minutes. Our waitress walked past our table about 10 times to ignore us, as did the rest of the staff. We were not charged for the returned food, but we will no longer visit the restaurant due to the lack of service, which is a shame. None of the staff present was able to deal with a complaint about a meal. Instead of offering a fresh meal or a new order, you are left without food until the bill is paid.

Friendly and very accommodating service. The food is impeccable and the service is very quick and without long waiting times, despite it being busy. There are deductions, even if the location can't do much for that, in terms of the ambience, since you're sitting very close to Willsdruffer Straße. This means that the classic city noise is included Tram unavoidable and unfortunately cannot be drowned out by the very cozy music. All in all, definitely worth a visit!

As always, it tasted wonderful at L’Osteria and the service was great too. The waitress Jessi is very accommodating and super nice :). We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time!

It's always a good idea to arrive here on an empty stomach, as the cartwheels of pizza and generous portions will definitely fill you up. As someone who often has a hard time deciding between two dishes, the half/half pizza is also a great thing. And both halves were delicious. The menu is not overloaded and well structured, and the selection of drinks is also varied, but not overwhelming. Despite the full house, the food comes quickly, the service is very friendly and the atmosphere on all floors is very inviting. Always happy.

After visiting L'Osteria in Munich, now the restaurant in Dresden. You immediately feel at home here. Nice staff and great pizza. For me, the pizza 🍕 Hawaii...with fresh pineapple 🍍 is absolutely unique.

At the beginning service was a bit overloaded. The food is typically Italian, although for me rocket has no place on a vitello tonato. Rustic and simple atmosphere. Tables outside are almost a bit too small for 6 people and chairs should be a bit more comfortable.

It's always a pleasure to eat at L'Osteria with friends, as a couple or alone. The food is good, the service staff is very nice and accommodating.

Cold lasagna was criticized and returned. We said that we didn't want a new one because we had to wait a long time for our food and the pizza came 5 minutes before the lasagna. In the end they still had to pay, according to the waiter that wasn't possible and we got 2 drinks on the house. Bruschetta was also more like a 3/10, it lacked garlic and that special kick.

Unfortunately I can't really rate the food, ambience and service.... A service person explained to guests that she was on break. They should sit in a different area. We sat in the other area and the second waitress looked at us three times and ignored us... we felt unwelcome as guests and left

Nice atmosphere, very nice staff, huge pizza and super tasty. The waiting time wasn't long and the prices were manageable thanks to the lunch specials.

We know the chain from Berlin and enjoyed eating there... we ordered a table outside here. When we arrived at the time we ordered we were told that nothing was available even though there were several tables available outside. Then why do we reserve?

The food came very quickly and was of the best quality. Charlie kindly asked us several times about ordering more. We are totally satisfied and would like to come back. I would absolutely recommend L'Osteria.

Food is okay, a bit expensive but otherwise okay. Warm & tasty. It just took an extremely long time. What annoyed me is that these tables are far too small for the number of people that are supposed to sit there, the things wobble like crazy, especially when you want to cut the very hard crust of the pizza. It's a miracle the table didn't tip over. And what are these plates? Far too small for the pizzas so that they constantly wipe across the table and you have to constantly move the pizza when cutting so that the edge doesn't hang in the air, which in our case meant that the dripping and soggy center ended up looking like it had been pulled through a blender. Fixed tables and simply matching plates are not too much to ask for.

Great lemonade, one of the best I've ever had. The pasta is also very tasty.

The waiter puts the sinfully expensive mineral water (0.75 l for €7.45) on the table with the cap turned on, without pouring it into the glasses. There was no cooler either. When paying you are given the bill, even though the money is already there, he turns around and goes to another table before coming back and collecting the money. This also resulted in a deduction from the tip. You can tell that it's not a trained waiter. It's a shame, that's not how gastronomy works in the upscale segment. The food, including the dessert, were highly recommended.

Really a very large restaurant with lots of seating inside and out. Still very comfortable, as everything is a bit winding. We were served very nicely and also pointed out the lunch specials. The food came quickly and was typical and tasty, as you would expect from other restaurants in this chain. Due to a mishap on our part, another half pizza was brought to us within a very short time at no additional cost. I wouldn't have expected that. Such great service is actually not a given. Perfect dishes. Pasta and pizza are 10000% recommended. Tastes wonderful. Since it is always full, you should definitely reserve in advance. Otherwise the waiting time can last up to 1 hour. Unfortunately I don't have that many photos, even though I've been there several times.

Unfortunately there wasn't a free table there, so we had to sit inside. Then came the next problem: the four of us were seated at one of those round mini tables! Anyone who knows the pizzas at L'Osteria knows that it's impossible for four people. Our food would never have fit there. After a short discussion and asking the boss, we were allowed to move again to a larger table. We could have saved ourselves all the back and forth if we had asked beforehand whether we just wanted something to drink or something to eat. Oh well.... The food was - as with every L'Osteria so far - very tasty. The waiting time was okay because it was very busy. Our conclusion - food great, service so good.

All of this shows that the staff simply doesn't want to learn anything! Seven months have now passed and what is interesting is that for the second time I am the only one on which the pseudo-Italian Padrone has not made a statement.

Just "checked in" in Dresden and spontaneously decided to have dinner at L'Osteria with my child. Not only were Jenny and Jessie very attentive, entertaining and unobtrusive - children's wishes, special requests, packing requests (or selfie requests at the neighboring table) were all fulfilled. A large selection of Italian cuisine is offered here and is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. After placing our order we were able to enjoy our food promptly. The staff are very friendly and ask you at regular intervals about your well-being and any other wishes. You can easily have 6 toppings from meat, fish to fruits and vegetables added to the various dishes. So we can only recommend this restaurant and advise you to take a look here yourself and don't forget to take a dessert with you, they are very tasty and unique in taste. For small and large hungers.
