Great pizza and friendly service! I ate here last night and was really impressed. The pizza base was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were super fresh. The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was served hot and quickly. The prices are fair too. Definitely one of the better pizzerias in town, I'll definitely be back!

The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. I don't know if the waiter was new, but he kept us waiting for almost an hour. He only brought us the appetizers and drinks in 20 minutes, and the main courses arrived an hour later. When we mentioned the wait, he got annoyed, saying he'd already brought the appetizers. The same thing happened to the table next to us. There were only two of us. It seems they overcrowd the restaurant and don't provide good customer service. It was a very bad experience.

Fantastic atmosphere! Right in the heart of Dresden! We could watch the pizza being prepared in the open kitchen. The service was amazing!!!! Friendly, fast, and attentive. If we could give more stars, we would! Top restaurant :-) We'll be back.

The restaurant itself is actually quite nice in terms of atmosphere. However, we waited 40 minutes for a cold pizza. On top of that, the service was rather unfriendly, and when we waited for water, it never came. When we paid, we didn't even receive a receipt. I won't be coming back.

I went to L’Osteria today and had spaghetti al pomodoro – simply delicious! 🍝 The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce wonderfully aromatic and freshly prepared. You could really taste the love that went into cooking. The service was friendly and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made the visit perfect. I'll definitely be back – a true taste of Italy right in the heart of Dresden!

The food was delicious, with huge pizzas that you can easily share. However, the tables are rather small. There were three of us, and with just two pizzas, the table was already overcrowded. Luckily, the third person ordered lasagna 😉. The chairs were okay, but not exactly comfortable. The restaurant probably isn't meant for long lingering, though. The clientele changes quickly due to the tourists.

L'Osteria is a very cozy and tasteful restaurant. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. And the food is very good.

The service and the size of the delicious pizza were outstanding. The salad was all gone - a shame, but the pizza was definitely not a consolation prize, but incredibly delicious!

It's very nice there. We sat on the first floor, and it was lovely. The ambiance was even turned down a bit to create a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the plates were warm, so we could enjoy it. The service was also quick; we were always there when we needed anything. Definitely recommended.

Dear staff, thank you all so much for the wonderful evening with you. Our table for seven wasn't available right away, but the manager charmingly filled the gap with a glass of champagne. We waited in the entrance area, and despite the huge crowd, we weren't cornered or treated as a nuisance. We were also approached several times to say that our table would be free soon. That makes you feel good; the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The fact that our pasta and pizzas tasted great was the reward for the short wait. Have eaten here many times, it’s a chain but delivers a consistent standard. Service is always stretched. Pizzas are huge but you can get 1/2.

The food, once again, was very tasty, with very large portions (risotto with mushrooms, pizza Quattro Formaggi). The open Merlot (in a 0.5 l carafe) was also highly recommended. But the service! While I praised it in my last review a year ago, this time it was abysmal. Drinks (water and wine, two glasses each) were simply slammed onto the table, not poured. Sugar for the espresso was only added upon request, and no glass of water was added. We ordered dolci, but despite a reminder after ten minutes, they didn't arrive – instead, the bill arrived unsolicited after another five minutes. Of course, with the now-common suggestion for a "tip" on the card reader. Also, the misleading "other amount," which meant not the total amount, but the amount for the "tip." Reservations are strongly recommended; without them, we would have had to wait. A very lively atmosphere due to the group(s) on the lower floor.

Very busy, delicious food with HUGE pizzas. Despite the crowds, the staff was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced. A true 5-star rating is well deserved.

After being disappointed at L'Osteria in Berlin when our pizza order was refused, we tried again in Dresden. They served pizza, but they completely misunderstood it. We were disappointed again. Two disappointing visits to different branches, and we've come to the conclusion: we won't be going to L'Osteria again. It's a shame, the pizza there is actually delicious, if you get one, or even the right one! The service could also be friendlier and more attentive.

We were here to celebrate my 18th birthday, and we really enjoyed it, especially because the pizzas are so huge that you really get value for your money. Plus, the food tasted really good. The only thing that was a bit of a hindrance was the large crust, especially since it was almost impossible to cut even with the knives. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Nice decor, good music, and very friendly service.

Big pizza and nice service, very tasty

A super warm welcome, friendly and fast service. The pizza was huge and delicious, as was the salad with beef pieces and the lasagna in the cast-iron pan. We can definitely recommend this restaurant. A quick tip for the staff: I'd like the lasagna served a bit warmer and an extra leaf in the peppermint tea. 😉

Today, October 18, 2025, we weren't happy with the food. Pasta with grilled vegetables; you had to hunt for the vegetables. Penne arrabiata wasn't spicy. When I asked, there was NO harissa or pepperoni available. We didn't get a daily special.

It was a unique atmosphere 😌 Amazing service despite the rush hour, and the pizzas were top-notch. I especially have to mention the lovely waitresses, who were very accommodating to our requests and questions regarding allergies and offered alternatives.

We ordered our pizza with two different halves. It was very tasty and huge. The red wine went well with it. The service was very, very friendly. We'd be happy to go back.

We waited a very long time. Several items we wanted were missing from the menu. The tines of our forks were caked with dried food. We waited over 20 minutes for our order. The pasta carbonara was extremely salty. We always go to this restaurant chain in the Czech Republic, but this one gets a huge thumbs down.

Dear Sir or Madam, My girlfriend and I regularly visit your restaurant because we greatly appreciate the quality of your food and the pleasant atmosphere. However, on October 1, 2025, we unfortunately had a very negative experience. The waitress who served us that evening was extremely rude. Her tone of voice and the way she placed the bill on the table, and just because my girlfriend wanted to collect points in the app, the waitress had to take the bill away. This was unpleasant for us, and we didn't feel welcome as guests. Very disappointing.

The pizzas are huge and nice and crispy, but the toppings are a bit too thin for my taste. I'd rather shave off 10 cm from the diameter, but in return, they'd add a bit more flavor. Service was very fast, even though all the tables were full.

A very bad experience. We had reserved a table for 10 people and called ahead of time to inform them of our delay. They said, "No problem," on the phone. When we arrived, our table was gone, and they claimed we had never called. Disrespectful, unreliable, and absolutely unacceptable. Never again!
