The food there is great and the prices are great and the portions are so full that you'll be full

I like to come here again and again. Sometimes for a small snack and sometimes to enjoy a tasty main meal. Today I had a fantastic lentil soup and I'm once again really impressed with the taste and quality! Lo Kanta, my absolute recommendation with full conviction!

Adana plate tasted good, but the Adana skewer was a bit too small in portion size at around 120g and a few fries. The seats in the restaurant were all badly worn. The employees were all polite and the food came relatively quickly after ordering.

I ate some lamb ribs here, they are very tasty, and not easy to finish by one person, as there are a lot of meat and bread. The hot pepper 🌶️ is super chilly, and the rice (？) about the ribs in my picture is also a bit chilly.

The most important thing was that it was fresh and tasty as always. The staff is also friendly and nice. The opening times were good. Only the atmosphere in the restaurant could be better and more modern but otherwise everything was ok and positive.

Paja soup is truly a top-notch taste, well done.

Saw pictures on the internet and walked 20 minutes for a Turkish breakfast. They said there had been no breakfast for two years.

Always fresh, tasty, crispy vegetables, meat is always perfect, large portions, good prices. Super friendly service. Not so comfortable, not enough space. Kitchen smells are everywhere and after visiting you smell strongly of the kitchen.

Lokanta in Wuppertal is a real insider tip for lovers of Turkish cuisine. The restaurant is often well attended, which speaks for itself. We were lucky and got a table. The price-performance ratio is good. The atmosphere at Lokanta is warm and inviting, perfect for a leisurely dinner. We ordered and were thrilled. The lamb was also tender and perfectly seasoned, simply delicious. The appetizers are also a delight. Although Lokanta is a takeaway, it offers a variety and quality that you would normally expect in fine dining restaurants. The friendly staff also helps you feel completely comfortable here. A visit to Lokanta is definitely worth it and we would love to come back!

Food tastes sooo disgusting. Jägerschnitzel ordered burnt, cold and the sauce tastes like sweet and sour no hunter sauce. There were several of them and not everything was recorded. The price is also very expensive for such portions and food. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

I ate there twice last week. The food was super fresh. I think the prices are very okay. e.g. a kebab plate for €12 is very tasty The service was super friendly and very committed. There is also a stone oven and homemade ayran. Am thrilled

I've been eating there for years and have always been satisfied. On Saturday I had dinner there with my wife and mother-in-law. The waitress immediately addressed us as you, which I don't think was ok. Then my food was forgotten, no excuses nothing. Out of embarrassment, I ate with my companions. I've never had such dry lamb here. The starter looked like it had already been served. That was nothing at all and that with increased prices.

So normal says to eat I would have to think about it three times when we were finished with our first one and my daughter was still getting her nose at the fries, you were late and we took them with us

A great restaurant, tasty with really nice service! Price-performance ratio is absolutely right! It tasted fresh and delicious! The chicken was so juicy! There were several of us there and we got our food warm at the same time! Finally there was a delicious tea! The restaurant is really busy, so we made reservations in advance! I have been visiting this restaurant with friends or family for many years. The food is very tasty and of good quality. Often crowded and noisy, but worth it for the food on offer. The tea at the end is not charged like in the other restaurants. I can only recommend!

The ambience is similar to that of a train station, toilets are absolutely unclean, the older lady with the headscarf in service is absolutely unfriendly, even towards the employees. The food is also totally normal and mine had an absolute gas taste from the grill. 50€ for 2 people, already expensive.

Authentic Turkish restaurant, with a fantastic selection of Turkish dishes. Ordered a range of kebabs, kofte and lamb chops which were all delicious especially the lamb chops which I highly recommend. Baklava and Suclac for desert were also delicious. Good value and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Einfach nur großartig! Wir kommen aus Frankfurt und haben einen grossen türkischen Freundeskreis. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Es gab sehr guten chai während wir aufs Essen gewartet haben, was wir nur abholen wollten. Und das Essen- was soll ich sagen: einfach großartig und wie hier bei unseren Familien an Feiertagen. Leider hatte ich die "Eintopfgerichte" zu spät gesehen- gibt es nächstes Mal! Die Schärfe von Spiessen war moderat- sehr gut auch für ungeübte essbar. Echt ein Tip zum Essen in Wuppertal! Danke !!!

50 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet. Tische die nach uns kamen, wurden vor uns bedient. Bestellung falsch gebracht aber immerhin halb korrigiert wurden. Generell einfach sehr ungeschultes/schlechtes Personal leider. Essen ist nämlich eigentlich gut, das Fleisch schmeckt super, Beilagen sind naja. Brot kam nach 30 Minuten, kein Tee am Ende, so kenn ich keine türkischen Restaurants

Essen ist gut. Aber leider zu wenig und zu teuer geworden. Wir hatten einen AdanaTeller + Getränk. Der hat fast 20 € gekostet und dafür bekommt man 1 Spieß und ein wenig Pommes mit etwas Salat. Inzwischen sparen sie sogar an der Pommes. Die Pommes war so wenig, dass es nicht mal eine Kinderportion Pommes war. Und die kostet sogut wie nichts. Wieso spart man an Pommes? Die kostet fast gar nichts. Wieso nur 1 Spieß. Wir sind nicht satt geworden und mussten nochmal was bestellen. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht mehr. Das war früher mal anders. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin.

Für so ein leckeren grillteller lohnt es sich hin zu fahren .

Sehr net bedient worden und Essen top, daher auch ziemlich gut besucht, Ambiente, normal, nichts außergewöhnliches.

Bin öfters hier, immer lecker, immer nette Menschen. Nur zu empfehlen!! Beyti ist sehr zu empfehlen !

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Die Qualität des Essens war insgesamt gut, obwohl es vielleicht Raum für eine Steigerung gibt. Die Bedienung könnte jedoch verbessert werden, um den Gesamteindruck zu optimieren. Einige Aspekte wirkten etwas unorganisiert, aber das ansprechende Ambiente trug zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Insgesamt eine solide Erfahrung, die mit einigen Anpassungen noch besser werden könnte.

Wer eine große, leckere Pizza und freundliche Bedienung schätzt ist hier genau richtig!

This place is located just behind the big Galeria mall at the townhallsquare. They serve a wide range of oriental dishes for a very reasonable price. Portions are big and food is very tasty. I had the mixed grill consisting of adana, lamb kebab, lamb shaslick and chicken with a small salad and rice. You get a free starter consisting of three mezze with bread for free. Service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. They only letdown is that you can't pay with international debitcards, only domestic German ones are accepted. Recommended!

I ordered an Adana kebab and Efes pilsner and when my beer arrived it came with pitta and 3 dips, very nice! My kebab was nicely spiced and came with rice and salad with a nice dressing (and of course more bread and a grilled pepper/chilli) and as I waited a very short while for my bill a black tea was supplied. Nice touches around a good value for money and tasty meal, there is much to recommend about this restaurant!

Très avares sur les farces des baklawa et kenefe, service déplorable on mange le plat et l'entrée dans la même assiette, on nous donne des serviettes pour les essuyer ! Les serveuses débarrassent alors que nous somment encore entrain de manger, pas de ticket de caisse, nourriture quelconque pourtant payée a prix fort! Grandes assiettes, petites portions....

Nach mehreren Besuchen, mit und ohne Familie, bin ich der Ansicht, dass wir hier zwar ein durchschnittliches Restaurant haben, die Wertung jedoch tendenziell eher nach oben gehen wird. Wirklich viel Auswahl an leckeren Mittagsgerichten, dazu die übliche Speisekarte. Leider sitzt man etwas ungemütlich weil die Sitzplätze unten mehr auf einem Gang platziert sind. Wenn man Glück hat hat man hintendurch, nach oben, einen kleinen Raum wo man etwas mehr Ruhe zum Genießen der Gerichte hat. Was den Geschmack betrifft, da habe ich gemischte Gefühle, denn einige Gerichte schmecken nach Heimat, andere wiederum sind eher laff. Dennoch werde ich hier erneut essen und vielleicht den freundlichen Kellnern hin und wieder eine Botschaft für den Koch mitgeben.

Ich war schon des öfteren dort und das Essen dort war immer gut bis sehr gut. Das Personal war fast immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Awful place! I ordered a salad with chicken, and it was with a very long hair. When I asked to change the salad, they didn't apologies, but brought a new one. In the second salad was again a hair! I guess many people eat there and even don't notice.

Es gibt kein anderen besseren Frühstück wie als hier..Ich liebe es..Denn es gibt verschiedene Sorten zum essen..Nur allein der Sesamring reicht..Wo anders kostet es alles extra..Die verschiedene börek zum Auswahl ist der Hammer..Bin super zufrieden..

Grillplatte für 50€ vorbestellt und abgeholt.eine reine Katastrophe.nur eine Handvoll Reis und eine Handvoll Bulgur lieblos auf einer Aluplatte drauf geklatscht.darauf 1 Hackfleisch Spieß,2 Lammkoteletts,2 Hähnchenbrust Spieße und Salat.und alles war kalt.50€ für was??Das war nicht mal 20€ wert.wir sind immer noch entsetzt!

Hier kann man richtig gut türkisch Essen. Sehr schmackhaft und auch noch günstig. Gemütlich sitzen kann man dort leider nicht. Sehr hektisch und immer voll. Für ein Abendessen kann ich das nicht empfehlen.

Es ist mehr als eine Dönerbude, aber eben noch kein Restaurant. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an sehr leckeren Speisen. Vor Allem die Grillgerichte werden sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Dort gibt es meiner Meinung die besten Grillteller. Döner, Lavas und Lahmacun sind ein wenig schwach, so dass ich davon abraten würde. Aber die Adana Kebap und die Grillspieße holen hier die fünf Sterne raus. Auch die Künefe sind zu empfehlen.

Frische Speisen werden hier wichtig genommen. Ob ein Dönerteller oder etwas gegrilltes. Einfach und Lecker. Was will man mehr.

Es gibt einen Vorspeisen-Teller mit 3-4 verschiedenen Dips und frisches Brot vorweg. Wir hatten einen Adana-Kebab-Teller, gemischten Grillteller und einen Hähnchenspieß-Teller und uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, vor allem die Menge war großzügig und insgesamt sehr günstig! Künefe ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, dauert aber etwas, da es frisch zubereitet wird. Also der Vorspeisenteller vorweg, die drei Hauptspeisen, 3 Getränke, 1 Vorspeisen-Teller extra, 5 Tee und 1 Künefe ergaben 37 €. Meiner Meinung nach ein angemessener Preis!
