We ate here on September 19th, and everything was excellent. The service was friendly and polite, and the price was very reasonable. We'd be happy to go back.

Not recommended The staff was doing their job badly. I was already having a tough day alone with my baby and dog that day and wanted to relax and refuel. I was there shortly after opening, but was sent away (staff were chatting at the table) because the kitchen was still cold. I was told to come back in 5 minutes. When I came back in, the line was already long. The baby and dog had to wait outside for me for 10 minutes (within my field of vision). We then had to wait outside for a very long time for the food because they were completely overwhelmed. The food was a joke for the price. The burger was inedible, and the fries had been sitting in old grease for too long. In my opinion, the place should close down. I'd rather go to the snack bar at the Viking Playground or at the Darwineum...

Wow, during the summer holidays there are two dishes... a fried fish and a veggie burger. No fries (which every zoo restaurant should have).

In such a beautiful place, unfortunately, there's no welcome, no politeness, and the staff are rude. You don't feel like a guest, but rather like a necessary evil or a supplicant. What a shame.

I ate here on Wednesday, June 18th. They had a vegan burger, a regular burger, and a portion of fries for two. The staff was incredibly friendly and brought the food right to our table, even though we were supposed to pick it up ourselves at the counter (the burgers seemed to be freshly prepared, hence the short wait). The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious, and the fries were especially well-seasoned. We could have as much mayo as we wanted at no extra charge. All in all, a very pleasant surprise, thank you!

The food is okay, all convenience food, but you don't need a second job to feed the whole gang here. If you're really hungry, the burger is recommended. The staff is friendly. What more could you want? The little ones and their parents can burn off the calories in the adjoining playground. If you want something more exclusive, but at a higher price, you can eat at the Darwineum.

Not recommended. The terrace is very nice and the staff is friendly. However, the food is almost inedible, and prices are typical for zoos.

Unfortunately I have to say the food doesn't taste good at all, fries taste old and currywurst is unfortunately not

Unfortunately, the pasta Bolognese was completely bland and the pasta was warmed up. Unfortunately, the food is not recommended.

The citizen looked good, but the disappointment came. Meatball cold cheese didn't come close to melting. Fries were fresh and therefore warm. Outside there were mountains piled up with dishes and leftover food. For that much money it wasn't worth it, unfortunately there is still a lot of room upstairs.

Portion sizes are sometimes outrageous considering the prices. You have to use a magnifying glass to find the burger. Friendliness and speed are borderline. Cleanliness could be better.

The Bolognese was so sweet! Either a lot of sugar and/or tomato ketchup was added! The noodles were cold. It was really inedible. A Burgerpetti MUST weigh 130-150g. The size of the burger was a joke! The sauce was indefinable and also inedible. Culinary an absolute failure! The location offers so much potential that is not being used at all!

Bad, overpriced food that didn't even fill you up. Burnt “Krakauer” is more accurate. Fries were acceptable but minimicro portion. Better eat somewhere else. Not recommendable!!!

Das Essen war kalt. Die Pommes Hart und alt. Die Currywurst war eine Schinken Krakauer mit einer komischen Soße gemischt aus Tomatensauce curry pulver Wasser und Fett. Die Chicken Nuggets wahren ebenfalls grenzwertig da hat Aldi bessere. Die Cola aus der Flasche war super. Aber da kann man auch nichts falsch machen Aber hier zu essen ist reinste Geld Verschwendung. Insgesamt haben wir 23€ im Restaurant gelassen für so eine Miese Qualität.

Die Portionsgröße ist für den Preis noch vollkommen okay. Die Bratkartoffeln waren etwas zu fettig, ansonsten kann ich mich nicht beschweren...

Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Essen war auf Kiosk Niveau, Preise aber fast wie im richtigen Restaurant. Der Herr an der Kasse war aber nett, dafür einen Stern. Stühle und Tische waren nicht sauber. Hier sollte der Zoo das Restaurant selbst betreiben. Die Marge scheint ja zu stimmen.

Es ist nicht sehr lecker leider.

Ein Schnellrestaurant halt unmöglich fand ich dass man dort Pfandflaschen nicht zurücknimmt

Die Preise sind für den Zoo in Ordnung, jedoch sollte die Qualität des Essens stimmen. Pommes und Bratkartoffeln waren gnadenlos überwürzt und die Nuggets bis zur Unkenntlichkeit fritiert.
