For an American diner, this is disappointing. The burgers are poorly prepared, with a slice of melted cheese and a lot of cheddar. The size and price-performance ratio are out of proportion to the burger. You have to order fries separately, otherwise you'll get a plain burger. The extra €6 for fries is pretty steep. I wouldn't recommend it. The service was nice.

I am an American.I ate here years ago and I can say that it truly tasted just like American food...school lunch. Out school lunch was provided by NIFDA, National Institutional Food Distributors of America.

We ate here on September 19th, and everything was excellent. The service was friendly and polite, and the price was very reasonable. We'd be happy to go back.

My girlfriend and I just stayed in the cabin for a few days. We were very happy with it; the furnishings were simple, but it was nice and clean and cozy. There's a small kitchenette with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. The room has its own roof terrace overlooking a typical Warnemünde courtyard. The location is good, very central by the church square, very close to the power line, and about a 10-minute walk from other important destinations (train station, sea, shipyard, ferry). The accommodation isn't ideal for people with mobility issues, as there's a narrow metal staircase to climb. The host family, the Heines, are very friendly and attentive and live next door. For me, it's a good place to stay for the price. I recommend it and will definitely come back. Best regards, Jana

Speechless, very sad, and incredibly disappointed, I give this poor review for an extremely poor meal. To celebrate my father's 90th birthday, we dined this evening at the so-called "Genusshafen" (Pleasure Harbor). The only thing that was enjoyable was the view of the sea. We, nine guests, agreed that the meal was a complete disgrace, both in terms of taste and preparation (sometimes burnt and lukewarm, overcooked vegetables, etc.). The fish soup was a mess with scattered ingredients, the vegetables in the main course were overcooked and, like the rest of the meal, barely seasoned and lukewarm, at times seeming reheated. Dessert, a dollop of cheesecake, was also not at all convincing. When we got home, we enjoyed the leftover guest schnitzel. I'm still really frustrated, what an anti-enjoyment experience, phew... Oh, and all of this for well over 600 euros. To be fair, I have to say that we would have been better off with the buffet. I can only advise against celebrating a milestone birthday, etc., at this venue.
