Speechless, very sad, and incredibly disappointed, I give this poor review for an extremely poor meal. To celebrate my father's 90th birthday, we dined this evening at the so-called "Genusshafen" (Pleasure Harbor). The only thing that was enjoyable was the view of the sea. We, nine guests, agreed that the meal was a complete disgrace, both in terms of taste and preparation (sometimes burnt and lukewarm, overcooked vegetables, etc.). The fish soup was a mess with scattered ingredients, the vegetables in the main course were overcooked and, like the rest of the meal, barely seasoned and lukewarm, at times seeming reheated. Dessert, a dollop of cheesecake, was also not at all convincing. When we got home, we enjoyed the leftover guest schnitzel. I'm still really frustrated, what an anti-enjoyment experience, phew... Oh, and all of this for well over 600 euros. To be fair, I have to say that we would have been better off with the buffet. I can only advise against celebrating a milestone birthday, etc., at this venue.

Unfortunately, the pasta sauce tastes exactly like it would've been in a hospital, like a mixture of water and powder. The asparagus was partly cooked and partly undercooked. The bread was burnt and had a corner piece. The price was far too high for the quality.
