Die Kajüte in Rostock

My girlfriend and I just spent a few days in the cabin. We were very satisfied; the furnishings were simple, but nice and clean and comfortable. There's a small kitchenette with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. The room has its own roof terrace on a typical Warnemünde courtyard. The location is good, very centrally located on the church square, very close to the power outlet, and about a 10-minute walk from other important destinations (train station, sea, shipyard, ferry). The accommodations are not particularly suitable for people with walking difficulties, as they have to climb a narrow metal staircase. The Heine host family is very friendly and caring and lives next door. In my opinion, this is good accommodation for the price. I would recommend it and will be back. Best regards, Jana

We had booked an apartment at Pension Kajüte for the following summer. The guesthouse asked us to pay a deposit within 12 days, which was fine. However, instead of waiting 12 days, the guesthouse simply canceled the apartment just six days after booking.

A cozy little guesthouse with a great location. It's a five-minute walk to the beach and the "Am Strom" promenade, and there are good restaurants next door and across the street. Shops for dining are nearby. You can also cook your own meals. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is also located in a courtyard, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet. The guesthouse has everything you need. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

In this restaurant, you feel less like a welcome guest and more like a burden. To get a different side dish to a meal, you have to pay a one-euro surcharge and are then told that it's a completely new dish. On the other hand, the surrounding restaurants like K25 or Carls are highly recommended.
