I've been eating at Lindenbräu sporadically for years. This time it was really bad. I ordered spare ribs, along with the other dishes. Ten minutes later, I found out they were out of spare ribs. The spaghetti portion I ordered was very small, the meat in the brewmaster salad was bitter in places because it had been burnt, the bread was very dry, and the best part was that after five minutes, an employee at the counter was eating spare ribs. When I asked how it was, I gave them feedback, which the waiter handled very unprofessionally and said we'll have to put out fresh bread next time. What?

The best brewery and also one of the best restaurants in the region. The best beer, great food, and excellent service. The atmosphere is also really great and very cozy. It's recommended to make an early online reservation; two people can usually get a seat, even if you might have to wait. Really great!

Great beer, great service, great ambiance, great food - BUT the price/performance ratio is difficult. (Example: >10€ for a bratwurst (pork) without any side dishes: sorry, not understandable!)

Simply consistently good and absolutely courteous service. Even when it's busy, there are no long waits. Unbeatable value for money. We come to Lindenbräu regularly and have never had a bad meal. 👍

I went there and ordered a shandy and got a beer! The steak was a shoe sole; you can get better at home! The spaetzle were great, but at almost 30 euros, way too expensive! Never again!

I've been coming to the Lindenbräu brewery in Waldbronn at irregular intervals since around 2010 – and I'm always impressed. The rustic, cozy ambiance invites you to linger, and the quality has remained consistently high over the years. On my last visit, I had the Hammersteak, prepared to perfection, wonderfully tender, and a real treat. Accompanied by a freshly tapped beer from the brewery's own brewery – simply perfect and perfectly matched. The service was, as always, friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. You can tell that the work here is done with passion. For me, Lindenbräu is a truly reliable place when it comes to good food, delicious beer, and a relaxed atmosphere. I'd be happy to return!

Disappointing evening – disorganized, disrespectful, and lacking in understanding of criticism We wanted to make a reservation by phone, but the restaurant said it wasn't possible. However, when we arrived, several tables were clearly reserved – contradictory and disappointing. My husband and my older son arrived 20 minutes before us and had already ordered drinks. I arrived later with our younger son. When we discussed it later, the waitress (Sabrina) said we couldn't claim we'd been there for an hour because she couldn't understand it. Instead of simply keeping track of things, she insisted on looking for the receipt for our appetizer – but she couldn't find the receipt for the first drinks, simply saying she "didn't have it anymore." We wanted to order spare ribs, but they said they weren't available at the moment – they would be available again in 30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour, we were told again that it would take another 30 minutes. When we asked why the kitchen didn't even know someone wanted spare ribs, an argument ensued – the waitress became disrespectful and clearly couldn't handle criticism. She abruptly ended the conversation, saying she would simply bring us the bill. Conclusion: The behavior was unprofessional, chaotic, and unfriendly to customers. We didn't feel welcome, but rather like a nuisance. This is not how you treat guests – we certainly won't be back.

The ribs are nice. There's always something going on, always worth a visit.

We always eat spare ribs there and love them. Friendly and attentive service, a pleasant and beautiful restaurant with a lovely outdoor area. The restrooms are clean. I recommend it. We went there at lunchtime, as everything was already booked for the evening.

A highly recommended stop. We were on a mountain bike tour. Refilled our energy tank.

Beautiful location and first-class beer

Terrible experience due to poor service: The blonde waitress was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I simply asked her to take my order. She made no effort, raised her voice, refused to tell me who could help me, and simply turned her back on me. This was my second and definitely last visit to this restaurant.

I ate there several times during my rehab stay (the rehab food was a complete disaster). So I'm so happy to have discovered this delicious little place. Whether it was flammkuchen (Flammkuchen), sausage and fries, or salad, everything tasted amazing. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be my first stop.

I wanted a steak, not the charcoal. The meat advertised as a steak was only a 1cm thick slice. The fries were oversalted and inedible. The food wasn't worth the money.

Cute beer garden in an old farmyard entrance under a... linden tree 😁 The dining room is very rustic with a large copper kettle, but the restrooms are clean and modern. The food is good value for money, and the home-brewed beer is delicious. However, I would have preferred some spicy cheese with the Strasbourg sausage salad with French fries. I'll definitely be back and try other dishes 😊👍🏼

We came here spontaneously after a day trip. It was very busy but we were lucky. The map is clear but attractive. We ate a mixed salad as well as spare ribs, a cheese sausage and an ice cream and didn't pay 70 euros including drinks. These are really fair prices where you can eat out more often as a family. The salad was colorful, even decorated with sprouts and really not small. The dressing was too light for me but still ok. The sausage was very firm and compact, I wouldn't order it again, but my husband's sparerib was really big and juicy. The dips that came with it were definitely homemade and not mayo from a tube. Overall it was really good and great prices. There is a star deduction because there was no changing table and I will deduct a star from every restaurant in the future because it is no longer fun to go out to eat with small children. You feel excluded and unfortunately that's not uncommon in Germany, but there are simple folding parts for the wall that don't take up any space.

Top brewery restaurant. The food is prepared on a wood-fired grill, and you can taste it. The portions are generous and taste very good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is quaint and cozy. If you also like good beer, this is the place for you. The price-performance ratio is good. Conclusion: You should reserve a table. I recommend this restaurant.

Very delicious food and drinks. We always enjoy the grilled turkey steak with herb butter, baked potatoes, and a small green salad. A bowl of delicious fries comes separately. Highly recommend the Lindenbräu Original, a nice malty beer, and also the non-alcoholic white grape spritzer, which is a great thirst quencher. We've been coming to Lindenbräu for a while now and are always very satisfied. The service is friendly and pleasant. The food comes promptly and quickly. We also really like the cozy atmosphere. You feel comfortable here, like at home or with good friends. We enjoy coming here, and often do so. Everything just works. Keep it up!

Overall, my visit to the brewery was very pleasant. The food was really good – tasty and lovingly prepared. A small drawback, however, is the reservation situation: reservations for just two people are not possible, as you are essentially added to other tables. That may be okay for some, but you should consciously accept it. I can therefore only recommend a reservation for groups of four or more. The inn was very full, especially on weekdays at 6 p.m., but this was made up for by a surprisingly short wait for the food. The rustic, charming atmosphere and the always friendly service made the visit a completely successful experience. Overall, the Braugasthof is a great address - especially for groups or for those who appreciate the special ambience.

We had the spare ribs with the twisters and the special smoked beer. The bottom line is that it's not cheap, but the taste is great and the quantity is right (our youngest at the table, who is a glutton by profession, had 1/4 of the ribs packed up to take away 🤓). It wasn't the first time we were there and definitely not the last time either. Reservation is recommended.

The Lindenbräu is the place to go for good cuisine and delicious beer! The original and the spare ribs are a blast! Varied beers and weekly menu.

The beer is simply incredibly good! Unfortunately, the food is not my cup of tea. Unfortunately, the spareribs are no longer as good as they used to be. They are now much greasier. Unfortunately, the very tasty curly fries are not always available and the special menu is usually largely sold out. There is a fairly wide range of dishes: grilled food for when you're really hungry, tarte flambée, salad, small things, etc. However, there isn't really anything there for me. But that doesn't matter, I love coming here just for the atmosphere and the beer. And there is always something to eat on the menu. It's just a shame that it's notoriously overcrowded. You don't have to come with a larger group; you can always sit somewhere with two people. Unfortunately you cannot reserve. We still enjoy coming here again and again because it just has a nice atmosphere and the beer is so good. And the waiters deserve a medal! Despite the overcrowding, they have everything under control, you're never left stranded and the food comes quickly.

Super tasty, friendly service, place really well done with the wood. Great card. In winter it is very difficult to get a place even after 4 p.m. The only thing that's slowly holding us back is that the two of us can't reserve a table. “Couple discrimination?” ;) understand that the tables should be full but if they are already unoccupied 1 1/2 hours in advance because they are reserved? When we go there, many tables are already reserved (not just 3) and that's over 1 1/2 hours - 2 hours before. Sometimes we are lucky and can sit there because we eat and then leave straight away.

We stopped here during our drive to Austria. After a warm welcome we had a very good meal. We had chili con carne, tuna salad and schnitzel. Everything was very tasty and the service was both good and pleasant. Top spot!

We were at Lindenbräu today. It was great, the food was delicious, everything was on point. The service 1+ with ***. A great service that couldn't have been more child-friendly. Coloring pencils and coloring books were handed out. The food for the children would be accepted first and would come only a short time later, and even a small treat (dextrose) would only be asked by the parents in a very thoughtful way. We'll definitely be back :)

The guest room is very nice, but everything is too cramped and therefore very loud because it is always full. The waitresses are nice. But if I order a rump steak it should be of a certain size. The steak in the photo (yes the small strip) is the normal steak, and not a senior portion. Given the price, you should be full with the side dish and not leave the restaurant hungry. Tastes good as always. At other tables the steak (also not a hammer steak) was much larger. Beer delicious as always.

Simply a great experience to eat here and enjoy the home-brewed beer. I think it's good that there are different sizes of beer. Standard 0.3 L and 0.5 L. But also 1 L measure. Beer tastes just as good as the food. A tip in advance, be sure to reserve in advance, otherwise your chances of getting a place are very slim.

What a great place. Delicious, home-brewed beers. Original and Britsch Bitter tasted excellent. Good, hearty food in far too large portions. Many guests run out with their packed leftovers. Even I couldn't finish the whole portion. The staff and ambience are also perfect. Even the prices are very moderate. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant

A really great little home brewery with lots of goodies. There were five of us there and we all had the legendary spare ribs. Simply super good! Everyone was really excited. The service is top! And the location is perfect! We feel good.

Went there last Sunday evening for the first time in a long time. I only ever had a drink there on my first 1 or 2 visits a long time ago. This time I also tried the food. I should have done this sooner. Without exaggeration the best beef steak I have ever eaten. The food was great and I found the price to be fair for today's times and compared to some other restaurants. Service was also very friendly. This time it definitely won't take as long until we come by again. Everything is great! 👍

I've been there several times before, but today I unfortunately ordered the goulash which was too greasy for me... when I made a friendly comment I was only laughed at. You could have simply offered a schnapps or coffee to calm the waves. Unfortunately nothing. It's a shame that a friendly customer reaction wasn't addressed.

The food was very tasty but a bit lacking. We had to wait an extremely long time for the food and the bill (bill 30 minutes despite multiple complaints). All in all, everyone was very friendly and we would definitely come back.
