Top Service, leckeres Essen & gemütliches Ambiente! ​Service: Schnell, aufmerksam und angenehm im Hintergrund. ​Essen: Sehr lecker und perfekt auf den Punkt. ​Atmosphäre: Trotz (oder gerade wegen) des mäßigen Wetters saß man auf der Terrasse wunderbar. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, die Stimmung war super. ​Gerne wieder!

Klasse Location mit leckerem, außergewöhnlichem Essen

Schlechter Service, schlechtes Essen, schlechtes Erlebnis: Der Burger war fast roh und die Pommes verbrannt. Wir zeigten dem Kellner die Pommes, woraufhin er meinte: „So sollte das nicht aussehen.“ Als er aus der Küche zurückkam, erklärte er uns, Pommes „sollten so aussehen, weil der Zucker die Farbe verändert und sie nicht verbrannt sind“ (falsch, sie waren ungenießbar, und jeder erkennt verbrannte Pommes sofort). Uns wurde der volle Preis für die Pommes berechnet (6 € x 2). Wir bestellten Krautsalat als Beilage, der fast nur aus Mayonnaise bestand und ungenießbar war. Wenn das Essen und der Service schlecht sind, werden wir nicht wiederkommen, obwohl wir in den letzten zwei Jahren mehrmals dort waren.

Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Alles gross und glatt und mit Spiegel an der Wand und hinter der Bar. Tatsächlich nicht ganz mein Fall, aber Geschmacksache. Burger sind gut, aber etwas zu teuer für meinen Geschmack 160g Paddy 16€ und noch ne Beilage für 6€ dazu und es ist "nur" ein Burger. Gut vielleicht ist das inzwischen normal und ich muss mich noch dran gewöhnen. Getränke Preise sind auch nicht ohne. zu zweit ohne Vorspeise oder Dessert waren 80€ weg ohne das ich das recht wusste wofür eigentlich. Aber gut vielleicht ist das eben das neue Niveau

Ich war mit einen Freund dort zum zweiten Mal essen, das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Ich hatte das Rindertatar, es war vorzüglich, die Schwitters Restaurantkette kam ich jedem der in der Nähe ist, sehr ans Herz legen.

Wir waren heute in der Brasserie und sind absolut begeistert. Wer Lust auf richtig gute Küche in entspanntem Ambiente hat, ist hier genau richtig. Das Essen: Qualität, die man schmeckt • Die Burger: Absolut auf den Punkt! Das Fleisch war perfekt medium gebraten, saftig und von hervorragender Qualität. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf die Zubereitung gelegt wird. • Die Beilagen: Ein echtes Muss sind die Süßkartoffel-Pommes – außen knusprig, innen weich und einfach nur empfehlenswert. • Frische: Auch die Salate haben uns überzeugt. Super knackig, frisch und mit einem tollen Dressing abgestimmt. Service & Komfort Ein großer Pluspunkt für alle, die mit dem Auto kommen: Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das entspannt den Besuch von der ersten Minute an, da die lästige Parkplatzsuche wegfällt. Fazit: Tolles Essen, handwerklich perfekt umgesetzt und ein super Service. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Heute Mittag zog es meine wundervolle Begleitung und mich für einen spontanen Lunch in die Brasserie im Switzer nach Waldbronn. Nach den großartigen Erfahrungen im Switzer Pur waren wir natürlich neugierig, wie sich die Burger schlagen würden – und was sollen wir sagen: Die Erwartungen wurden erneut erfüllt. Geschmacklich rund, mit leckeren und frischen Zutaten und schön angerichtet, dazu ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Auf der sonnigen Terrasse, bei herrlichem Wetter, wurde aus einem einfachen Mittagessen eine kleine kulinarische Auszeit vom Alltag. Manchmal sind es genau diese unkomplizierten Momente mit gutem Essen, die einen Tag besonders machen. 🍔☀️

Auch zum wiederholten Mal wieder ein absoluter Genuss! Das Essen bei Schwitzer’s Brasserie & Lounge ist einfach hervorragend – lecker, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Tolle Atmosphäre und sehr guter Service. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Tolles Ambiente. Ruhige Umgebung. Netter Service. Leckere Törtchen und heiße Schokolade.

Also: die können hier kochen, das steht außer Frage. Schöne Räume, schöne Terrasse, freundlicher Service. Wirklich gutes Essen (ich hatte das wirklich gute Azubi-Menü mit drei Gängen). Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Dressing am grünen Salat war unfassbar langweilig. Das geht sicher besser! Ansonsten: alles stimmig. Nicht günstig-aber es paßt!

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gelegen, man hat einen schönen Blick ins Tal. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber das Essen ist sehr lecker gewesen. Da würde ich gerne nochmal essen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Frühstück. Sogar vegan war kein Problem 🥑 Der Service war super und geschmeckt hat es auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren gestern zum Mittagessen hier. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Bei der Begrüßung kam man sich fast so vor, als würde man stören. Die Terrasse war ziemlich lieblos. Holzmöbel ohne jegliche Kissen oder Sitzauflagen. Auf den Tischen kleine, halb vertrocknete Pflanzen. Das Essen war ok, wir hatten uns allerdings mehr erwartet. Beim Kulinarik Burger hat die Trüffelmajo geschmacklich alles überdeckt, so dass man die anderen Komponenten nicht schmecken konnte. Der Service war bedauerlicherweise sehr enttäuschend. Man saß und wartete bis jemand kam um ggf. eine weitere Bestellung oder die Rechnung zu erfragen. Das einzige Highlight war das Eis. Hiervon hatten wir eigentlich auch vor, für zu Hause welches mitzunehmen. Aufgrund des Gesamterlebnisses haben wir uns dann aber dagegen entschieden.

We once had the Brasserie Burger (160 & 320 grams). The meat was prepared as requested, and you could taste the quality. I personally didn't like the BBQ sauce that much, but you can leave it out. We also had the lunch upgrade, which is only available at lunchtime, I think from 12:00-2:30 p.m., for €5. It includes a relatively large side salad, a 0.3 liter glass of water, an espresso, and a choice of ice cream. The salad was super fresh and the dressing was okay. The ice cream was chocolate, which was okay, and yogurt, mango, and passion fruit were super delicious—my recommendation. The atmosphere on the terrace was very cozy and quiet. The service was super friendly and accommodating. We paid around €60 for the meal, a bottle of water, and a Coke Zero.

The brasserie's main attraction is its beautiful ambiance on the edge of the park (especially on the terrace). The food is solid, but has its ups and downs, as does the service. Pros: - Great outdoor ambiance - Good Aperol Spritz - Very tasty spelt yeast flatbread with sour cream and bacon - It's cool that they offer mixed fries - Very friendly service Potential for improvement: - The burger patty was unfortunately "well done" and not "medium," therefore too dry - The brioche on the burger was too dry - Given the restaurant's busyness during our visit, the service wasn't fast and attentive enough

Perfect service and perfect food. However, culinary enjoyment isn't possible with chain smokers at the next table. Perhaps a smoking ban in the covered outdoor area of a fine dining restaurant should be considered.

We celebrated our wedding here under the oak tree. The ambiance is, of course, gorgeous, and the service was simply outstanding. The "flying buffet" was absolutely delicious, and there was something for everyone! Our guests and we were absolutely thrilled. Thank you, dear Schwitzer's team!

I had arranged to meet a friend at the brasserie on July 30th. Unfortunately, we could barely converse at the table because a group of about 20 people were chatting extremely loudly in the dining room. It had a beer garden atmosphere. The menu was disappointingly small. Since our generation was still taught to eat with a knife and fork (i.e., we weren't dependent on burgers), and there weren't many tempting dishes on the menu, we decided to try something else.

Good food, very friendly staff. The terrace is lovely, and the interior is also very cozy. A beautiful view of the park, which is perfect for a stroll after dinner. We'd happily return...

Highly recommended! Five of us went there for dinner last week. We haven't experienced such quality in a restaurant in a long time. The food was spot on, finally seasoned to the limit, as it should be. A truly fantastic selection of dishes, including some great veggie/vegan dishes. The portion sizes are also satisfactory. I've been planning to visit this restaurant for a long time and regret not having done so sooner. The price is absolutely fair for the quality. The food also arrived surprisingly quickly. Only the burgers weren't quite perfect, but that can happen, it's not worth mentioning. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. There were four of us in the restaurant. The food and service were very good; we felt very comfortable. The burgers were excellent and the surf and turf salad was gigantic. We'll be back.

During my stay in rehab, I felt like eating out. The Wiener schnitzel with fries is highly recommended, as is the currywurst with fries. When the weather's nice, it's nice to sit outside.

Great restaurant with high-quality food - an opportunity to enter the top gastronomy I've been here several times now and each time I've been completely impressed by the selection of dishes, the presentation on the plate and the friendly service. Thanks to the changing trainee menu, there is always something new to try and if that doesn't appeal, there's the brasserie burger or another standard item from the menu.

Angelockt hat uns die Bouillabaisse, welche uns auch vorzüglich geschmeckt hat. Es hätten noch ein paar Fischbrocken mehr sein dürfen, aber dann wäre vermutlich der Preis deutlich höher. Burger und Thunfisch geschmacklich tadellos, preiswert, sehr gerne wieder. Die Trüffelpommes waren mit Parmesan bestreut, stand so leider nicht auf der Karte, deshalb deutlicher Punktabzug in der Bewertung. Die Trüffelpommes in dieser Art als Snack zu einem Glas Wein - hervorragend - zum Burger passen sie aus meiner Sicht nicht, da wären die "Normalen" die bessere Wahl.Insgesamt kann ich das Lokal trotzdem klar empfehlen und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Went there spontaneously for lunch. We had a fish menu and a potato risotto. The food tasted good, but the portions were very small. After we gave this feedback to the service, we got the answer: we always do it that way! The espresso offered as compensation relaxed the whole thing a bit. Nevertheless, it would be better to accept the feedback openly and actually change the portion sizes slightly. Therefore only three stars.

An absolute highlight! We ate at Schwitzer's Brasserie as part of our hotel stay and can highly recommend it. The food was excellent - you immediately notice that only high-quality ingredients are used here. The dishes are prepared with a lot of love and care, especially the meat was first class and perfectly fried. The culinary burger, the tartare and the surf and turf salad were to die for! The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is calm, relaxed and just makes you feel good. Together with the wonderful ambience and the top value for money, we give it a clear 5-star rating!

Schwitzers is and remains Schwitzers. The brasserie brings the highest level of enjoyment to the plate while trying to remain affordable. Of course you pay a few euros more here, but folks, there is absolute quality on the plate here. You can tell that there is a star chef behind it. The brasserie is suitable for those who appreciate good food, excellent quality and attentive service. We had two courses and we decided straight away to come back. Dear team, please keep it up!

Unfortunately today was a disaster. We had to wait 1:30 hours for our food, luckily we were told that the children's food should come first, that would be great too. And the ordering and invoicing system for the service staff also seems to be a disaster. You should take a look and optimize it.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not good. It tasted good but not great either. What was disappointing was a mojito on the menu which comes as a ready-made drink in a bottle. I can get 5 bottles at Kaufland for this price. Addendum to the answer from the operator: It doesn't say on the menu that this is a ready-made drink. I'm happy to be proven wrong by a photo.

I expected more. The service was a complete disaster. 2x wrong drinks, one wrong starter. The salad and dressing didn't taste like anything at all. The "small starters" were huge, but you had to look for the main course on the plate. 2 positive aspects: you sit beautifully and have a great view of the entire spa park and the drinks that you ordered when they arrived were delicious.

This is the last opportunity for you to leave these unnecessary fireworks. Next time there will be a petition and we will collect signatures and track them down to ensure that these fireworks are banned for you!!

Even though they keep getting more expensive the burgers here are the best going around! They really need to work on their drinks however. I found the draught Hefeweizen to be almost undrinkable and the wines by the glass are just not good enough.

All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. It's great that training is made possible for so many young people. Nevertheless, an experienced person at breakfast would have been appropriate. Overall impression of the hotel: beautiful location at the spa gardens, interior design very modern, sometimes cool and uncomfortable. Room: very nice: room upgrade to the park room with a pleasant size and facilities. Unfortunately there was a problem with the air conditioning not working and a drain in the bathroom that smelled unpleasant. We declined the offer to swap rooms because we didn't want the hassle. Still annoying that the room wasn't without its flaws. Spa area: small and nice. What is somewhat irritating is that the fitness room offers a direct view of the sauna area (nude area). Breakfast: Unfortunately, our expectations of an upscale hotel with gourmet cuisine were not even remotely met. The breakfast offers little variety; we were missing, for example, tomato mozzarella, olives, pickles, horseradish (with the salmon) and cake. Our biggest criticism was the quality of the food: the bread and rolls were almost tasteless and gave the impression of industrial baked goods. Fruit salad, vegetable sticks, etc. are way too chilled. The coffee comes from an ordinary fully automatic machine (“plastic bomber”), an espresso was only lukewarm despite the preheated cup. There is no filter coffee, the French press coffee was of varying quality and sometimes not really hot. Only the omelette was very well prepared and tasty. Restaurant Brasserie: the atmosphere may be nicer in summer, but unfortunately it seemed uncomfortable to us. We imagine a brasserie to be completely different. The dishes were mediocrely prepared, some of them bordering on being too salty. Absolutely no recommendation. Restaurant Pur: the taste of the food was okay, but unfortunately nothing special. We don't like wine glasses with "My favorite wine" printed on them, especially since it's not true. We wouldn't visit Pur a second time. Conclusion: unfortunately we were not impressed by our stay at the Schwitzers Hotel. Despite the friendliness of the staff, we had the impression that things weren't really going well. Considering the prices for hotels and restaurants, we expected considerably more and stayed much more pleasantly and ate much better in comparable hotels (such as the Jagdhaus Eiden in Bad Zwischenahn or the Hotel Sackmann in Baiersbronn). We cannot make a statement about the gourmet restaurant because we did not visit it.

The service is first class...somehow we probably had too high expectations...because of the stars shining in the background. The food had highlights...but also weaknesses. After asking in the kitchen, the gourmand coffee should be like this - I wouldn't order it again. On the other hand, the dessert from the daily menu as well as the main course Skrai and the al a carte starter Sablingstartar were wonderful. The furnishings were too loud for us.

One of the best restaurants in the Karlsruhe region, in my opinion. Very professional service and food presentation. The azubi menu varies frequently and is more economic than the normal menu items. Coffee is great!

I was invited to a Christmas party. The. Food was OK. The flamed scallops could have been a bit warmer, they were cold. This is probably also due to the size of the group. The burger was very tasty and perfectly medium rare. The dessert, crepes suzette, was also delicious. The atmosphere is good for groups. Rather too big for smaller tables. We often come here with my in-laws for dinner or just a coffee. Yesterday we were there for Christmas dinner with the family, it was another lovely evening. Good food, good service, everything is right ☺️ therefore 5 ⭐️
