I don't understand why they give a bad rating. It was my first visit to Düsseldorf, and it was late. Finding a good and halal restaurant was the best option I found. The food was excellent, and the place was clean. The owner doesn't speak English or Spanish, but that wasn't an issue, he speaks Arabic and German. Next time I come to Düsseldorf, I will definitely go there again. I don't know why they give him a bad rating. It was my first visit to Dusseldorf and it was late. We looked for Zain and Halal restaurant, and this was the best choice I got. The food was excellent and the place was clean. It doesn't come to the world because of what happened. Sometimes I first visit Düsseldorf and again. Encontrar a halal restaurant with the best option you can contact. The food was disgusting and really bad. The meat was so dry and so were the sandwiches as a whole because there was no sauce. The bread was probably 4 days old. Tables are dirty too. And expensive too.

At first I thought from the look of the restaurant that it wouldn't be that good, but I was wrong, The waiters are very friendly, although they don't speak German very well, they understood everything and always asked in a friendly manner whether we needed anything else. The food was great and the prices were great too, of course some comments claim that the food wasn't that good and it was too expensive, but I think the food tasted great, larger portions than at other restaurants and a great price, of course it's a bit expensive but that's also because of inflation, I mean the bread they use alone costs €4-5 per pack with only three or four pieces of flat bread and the Hänschen meat was also of high quality in terms of taste, so it's no wonder that a Hänschen shawarma Plates cost 14€ and the water costs 3.50 but what should you expect of course it is a little more expensive in every restaurant drinks are more expensive than in supermarkets that's what's called MARKETING☺️.So you shouldn't complain about it and again about the aggressive comment from Walat Schachko 🤗, I just want to tell you, just because in your home country other people comment on food aggressively, it doesn't mean that every single restaurant you have commented on now has to be aggressive too. Yo, the food was very delicious and I recommend it very much for this price it’s perfect 👌. The Owner was also very nice it’s incredible how only a small group of 4 People can handle a Restaurant.😌 I mean the service was on point and I got my food really fast it took like 2-5 minutes faster than these Doner Restaurants. Also have exotic types of drinks like Arabic drinks and also the Cocktails 🍸 . They even have Shisha the Arabic water,eco friendly, smoker. The Tables were very clean and even smelled good the lightes were also good so you could see everything. It’s actually very Rare that I recommend people Restaurants but today I had to do it because I was so impressed I had to recommend it to everyone even to my friends and family in Spain.

Rude waitress , I have never seen a restaurant like this in my life who doesn't know how to deal with customers at all and has nothing to do with this job. Finally we asked to pay the bill and gave her money but she doesn't know how to calculate and she took more than she should have taken. I wouldn't recommend it at all and one star is too much for it

Very tasty kebab (dish number 48) today is football! The people as a whole. The restaurant is simple, with an eastern Lebanese accent. The waiters are friendly, the kitchen is respectable - they cook deliciously and serve it quickly. I recommend

Worst experience ever. The food is not fresh and doesn't taste good at all, chicken, meat and all are like old and cooked without any spices. I know the arabian food and this restaurant puts shame on arabic food because this is not how arabian food taste. I highly recommend to not even think about eating here. It's like everything except the Kunafa restaurant, it's all Qatar. The prices are very expensive and it's not worth it for anyone to come and visit Lebanese.

So I'll start with the service and the plate was thrown in front of me and I had to chew the food like chewing gum.

The waiter's behavior is very bad, especially the girl who stands near the cashier. I don't recommend visiting at all and the food has no taste at all and there is no Lebanese taste at all. and no attention is paid to personal hygiene. We ordered an Arabic dish called kibbeh, which is fried in disgusting oils and is so dirty on the inside that I suffer from severe diarrhea

There is no need to eat a nearby restaurant, but this is the most popular restaurant in the country. This place is more expensive and easier. My friend and I came from Dubai to try it Arabic food in Dusseldorf. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a girl with an angry face. She started making fun of us and looked strangely. After we asked for kibbeh, it looked like falafel and tasted like falafel oil. Then the shish tawook dish came out. The shish tawook was very small and had no taste at all. After we had eaten two bites, my companion and I decided to leave. The food was as it was and we walked away because of the reception and the bad food, especially the girl who was standing and distributing the food. We expected that the one who was working would apologize to us, but he did not pay any attention to us and took the money without apologizing or asking what the problem was. Frankly, I decided to file a complaint with food control in Germany because of the uneven kibbeh and because of the dirty treatment.

I hope the owners read the reviews too. Unfortunately the food only gets 1 star, I don't even want to think about how it was prepared. Service no star, endless waiting times, ambience, it's such a shame, great location, but such old furniture thrown together. I don't even want to mention the toilets, that's not possible. We're definitely not coming back. It's a shame you could do so much more with it.

We ordered two main dishes for 28€, one is grilled meat and the other one is shishtawook ,the service was nice and tbh the taste was also good, but the price is too expensive for this too little amount ! Bad food. They fill the Sandwich with whatever they have left instead of following the authentic recipe. Very high prices too. Almost double what you would usually pay in other Lebanese Restaurants. Don't recommend.

Es war lecker, Personal auch freundlich zudem ist der Preis auch in Ordnung!

Kurzfassung: Wir wurden nicht bedient oder auch nur begrüßt. Die Bedienung fand es angebrachter andere Tische zu bedienen und unsere Stühle passiv-aggressiv herumzuschieben, als sollten wir dort nicht sitzen. Da wir Hunger hatten und die Bedienung scheinbar ein unausgesprochenes Problem mit uns hatte, sind wir an die Theke gegangen um dort zu bestellen. Wir wollten eigentlich Tellergerichte, bekamen aber Sandwichrollen (Shawarma- und Falafelrollen), was aber für uns kein Problem war, da wir zu hungrig und froh über das Essen waren. Es wurde sich allerdings geweigert für uns Ayran zu machen, weil dieser angeblich leer wäre. Keine zehn Sekunden später wurden an den Tischen neben uns jedoch Ayranbecher für andere Gäste gebracht. Die Soße auf unseren Shawarmas und Falafel wurden komplett vergessen und bei Bitte um etwas mehr Soße, wurde erst diskutiert und dann mit einem Augenrollen eine ungenießbar riesige Portion Knoblauchsoße wie Mayo auf Pommes draufgeklatscht, sodass wir dann am Tisch selbst unsere Rollen aufmachen mussten um den Klecks Soße am einen Ende etwas verteilen zu können. Direkt danach wurde uns verboten uns mit dem gekauften Essen hinzusetzen bzw. an unserem Tisch sitzen zu bleiben, "weil nur bediente Gäste mit Tellergerichten sitzen dürfen". Bei unserem Hinweis darauf, dass wir nicht bedient wurden, auch nicht nachdem wir der unfreundlichen wortkargen Kellnerin DEUTLICH gesagt hatten, dass wir hier essen wollten, begann der Kellner eine Szene zu machen und uns laut zu erklären, dass man sich ohne Tellergericht nicht hinsetzen dürfe. Wohlgemerkt, dies ist ein IMBISS mit Sitzplätzen und kein edles Restaurant. Es war einfach nur lächerlich und wir sind direkt gegangen. Nie wieder.

This is shame. We were 5 people. 4 of us order a main dish , except the 5th person who preferred a sandwich. They did not allow him to set in our table for the reason of ( Sandwich for Take away only ). Our friend was eating his sandwiche outside the restaurant while standing!!!! I also asked in a polite way to allow our friend to eat his sandwiche with us in our table. They said no, we can not! Because others might sit and only order a sandwiche !!!

Geldscheinbetrug durch neuen MA! In der Vergangenheit war dieser Libanese zumindest akzeptabel. Am 09.09.22 um 18:50 Uhr bestellte ich an der Theke zwei Baba Ghanouch Sandwiches zum Mitnehmen. Zum erstenmal wurde ich trotz dieser einfachen Bestellung scheinbar nicht verstanden. Der Mann riss dann die beiden Fladen nicht wie sonst üblich auseinander, sondern beließ sie so plump. Nach dem Belegen klappte er lediglich zwei Seiten zusammen, anstatt zu rollen. Eine Schande für die libanesische Imbissgastronomie. Ich bezahlte in Ermangelung einer Speisen- und Preisliste absichtlich mit einem 20€-Schein. Der Mann gab mir 1€ zurück, keinen 10€-Schein. Auf Nachfrage wegen neines 20€-Scheines meinte er, 10 €. Ich hatte es leider eilig und keinen Beweis. Heutzutage kann man ja bequem online Meldung an Behörden machen. Der Mann ergaunert sich mit dieser Betrugsmasche bestimmt 100€/Tag.

Die hygienische Regelungen werden nicht durchgehalten, Essen geht so

Ein sehr zurückgebliebes Imbiss. Hat sehr wenig mit einem Restaurant zu tun. Die Leute die dort arbeiten finden es zu schade dem Kunden gegenüber ein Lächeln zu schenken. Das Hähnchen Schawarma schmeckt nach mindesten 1 Tag alt und die Preise sind ziemlich hoch. Jetzt könnte man sagen, okay die Miete ist dort teuer bla bla, kein Problem von mir aus für ein Schawarmawrap 6 €, aber dann bitte frisch !!! Ich empfehle wirklich keinem dort zu Essen, zumindest nicht unter diesem Konzept.

Sehr kleine Portionen, so wenige Pommes, ich habe es noch nirgendwo gesehen. Das Fleisch im Schuwarma war sehr fettig. Die Nuggets von der Kinderkarte waren definitiv nicht halal, sie waren definitiv gefroren. Knuspriges Hühnchen ist nicht knusprig, nur normale Semmelbrösel, schrecklicher Geschmack. Es tut mir so leid, wir haben 30 Euro bezahlt und unser Magen tut bis zum nächsten Tag weh. Schade, Kunden so etwas zu schenken...

Ordered a Kafta and Shawrmeh sandwiches. They were so bad that I wouldn't even feed them to pigs. Threw it away in the garbage where this quality of food belongs.

Sehr lecker. Portionen sind groß und Preis-Leistung ist gut! Lieferung war schnell. Pommes waren ein bisschen matschig aber ich denke das ist fast nicht anders möglich mit den Transportboxen.
