Yesterday I had dinner with my relatives. Excellent quality of the food. Prompt service and friendly service. Gladly again !!!!

The two of us had lunch out here. We were served quickly and friendly and our two pizzas were both very tasty. So all in all, recommendable.

Been there many times and the food is simply great. But yesterday I was seriously disappointed. At first I was probably in the wrong place as a pick-up person and the waiter told me that very clearly and in a way that I have to say is not how I treat anyone. I felt like someone who was annoying and didn't really want to sell anything to them. I have to say that I am disappointed with my order, I wanted a large pizza with extra papricka. It's okay that it's charged twice, but 10 strips of pepper are extra. So just with Papricka 5 with a large pizza? Decide for yourself. 3 stars anyway because the store is really a good address and has been for years. I remember eating there as a child, but that was 30 years ago.

Mit Sicherheit der schönste Garten in Raum Augsburg wenn man Italienisch Essen will ! An vielen Plätzen im Garten wäre es jedoch ratsam sein eigenes Sitzkissen mitzubringen mit mindestens 5 cm dicke um das Missverhältnis zwischen Tisch und Stuhl erträglich zu gestalten !!!! Falls man Lust auf Pizza hat , - am besten ein geeignetes Messer mitbringen !! Was hier angeboten wird eignet sich maximal für ein Lachsfilet!!!!!!

Pizza and lasagne are both highly recommended. Very friendly service. The ambience outside with a babbling fountain is also really pleasant.

Seit über 30 Jahren Stammgast hier und zum "ersten Mal " hat einiges nicht gepasst !! Und das ausgerechnet beim 90. Geburtstag einer lieben Bekannten ! -Fieng schon damit an dass es eine Ewigkeit gedauert hatte bis sich jemand bereit erklärte die Aperitive aufzunehmen !!! Dass man nach der Essensbestellung normalerweise ein weiteres Getränk bestellen möchte hat sich hier auch noch nicht herumgesprochen!!!!! Übrigens : In jeder Drittklassigen Pizzeria bekommt man ein ein anderes Messer das wirklich schneidet wenn man eine Pizza bestellt , - hier hat man davon wohl noch nichts gehört !! Bei einer geschlossen Gesellschaft Ist es in guten Lokalen auch üblich dass sich "spätestens "alle 30 Minuten jemand nach Getränke- Wünschen erkundigt , -hier Fehlanzeige!!!!!!! Fazit: Als hier noch Italiener gearbeitet haben war vieles besser !!!!!

Not my first choice when it comes to Italian cuisine. The beer garden is quite nice, but there is room for improvement. Waiters, it depends, had very nice ones but also one who should do something else.

I would like to share my mixed experiences here. First the positive: The food was excellent. Each dish not only tasted very good, but was also beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh and the preparation demonstrated high culinary art. You could feel the attention to detail in every bite. Unfortunately, this positive impression was significantly tarnished by the rude staff. The waitress was unfriendly and seemed to take every request or comment personally. One had the feeling that the employees had no desire to serve guests at all. The moment when we wanted to pay was particularly negative. The way this was handled was rude and lacked any professionalism. Overall, the food remains fondly remembered, but the service desperately needs improvement. It's a shame that the great cuisine is accompanied by such poor service. A visit to a restaurant should be an entirely pleasant experience, but this left a bitter aftertaste. ---

Nice restaurant and nice terrace, nice staff and good food with large portions

Highly recommended, we sat outside with 4 people. We were served very quickly and in a friendly manner, even though it was very busy. Food was just delicious. Thanks for a great evening, especially to waiter Xoni, you don't experience such friendly, funny, courteous and fast service very often. The boss is also very nice, you can feel that this team is very, very hard-working. Thumbs up, we'll be back.

There were four of us and everyone ate something different. Everything was super tasty. The service works great here. Could others take an example? Our waiter was called Xino or something similar. This is someone who does this job with passion. TOP And I know what I'm talking about. We will come back and recommend 100%.

Very nice restaurant with very tasty food, but the last time I ordered a lasagna it arrived cold. I told the waitress that the food was cold and the food was taken away straight away. Unfortunately when I got it back it was still cold. It's a shame because the restaurant is actually very good.

We were there with our family, 7 adults, and we immediately felt welcome. The service staff was very courteous and friendly, the selection of dishes was generous and we enjoyed the food very much. We all received our ordered dishes at the same time. Perfect!

I had ordered a chicken pizza, which was tasty. But the size is sufficient to atleast 2 persons. But I was the only one. It was huge for me.

Eight of us had dinner yesterday. We had different dishes. Tortelini, spaghetti, salads, pizza… all people have stomach problems, nausea, pain. Very unfortunate. The service staff was a bit arrogant.

Essen war gut, Bedingung war frech und unhöflich... fast schon unverschämt... Wen das Essen nicht so gut wäre... würden wir nicht mehr kommen...

Huge portions and finally menus on the table

I've already been there when the weather was worse and I was already impressed by the food. Yesterday on a very sunny, warm day I was able to enjoy the beautifully decorated outdoor area with a fountain in the sunshine and delicious pizza. I had the Pizza Italia, which I really enjoyed. The pasta was also very well received at the table. Since we had a seat near the entrance, we were all able to watch what brilliant, well-prepared dishes were brought to the large outdoor area. Price/performance is very good as the portions are very good. The only negative thing was that we had to say four times that we wanted to pay. But this is not a deduction because the entire terrace was full when we left. I hope VfB Stuttgart will also play in Augsburg next season in such beautiful weather. About 20 minutes walk from the stadium. Just perfect.

So I'm usually very critical, as an Italian and former restaurateur. But for me this restaurant is the best Italian in Augsburg. I was there with families (10) for a week and I was really impressed. Heute mal wieder hervorragend gespeist , -wie seit Jahrzehnten gewohnt !!! Service wie immer freundlich und schnell ! Einziger Kritikpunkt den ich schon mehrfach erwähnt hatte : Das Verhältnis Im Garten zwischen Stuhl und Tischhöhe passt an den meisten Tischen überhaupt nicht !!!!!!!!! Selbst wenn man sich noch 5 weitere sogenannte Sitzkissen (die ihren Namen nicht verdienen ) holt passt es immer noch nicht !!!!!!! Habe schon Gäste beobachtet die ihre eigenen Kissen mitgebracht haben ! Es kann doch nicht so schwierig sein ein paar Hundert Euro in die Hand zu nehmen um ordentliche Sitzunterlagen zu beschaffen damit sich der Gast an seinem Platz wohlfühlt!!!!!!!

Fast processing, friendly staff

Unfortunately, the portion size of this dish is rather disappointing in relation to the price. The taste is good, but what's the point if you're looked at with pity by the other people at the table when you're served this portion as a main course? Of course this could have been pointed out. On the other hand, I wonder why it isn't noticeable in the kitchen that the portion seems to be rather small and you have to add more?

It was just horror! Starting with the unfriendly taking of the order. The food - all pre-prepared. We ordered the food and it came after 7 minutes. No quality and also carelessly prepared. No fresh vegetables. You couldn't even tear the ham on the pizza, the pizza dough was half raw. Unprofessionalism - as soon as a plate was empty it was immediately cleared away & empty glasses were not refilled. The ambience just looks run down and shabby. Every euro was a waste!

Hello, a group of 10 of us went to the restaurant for dinner today. The food was good but the service was so rude!!! Told my girlfriend to be quiet because he was collecting now. When serving, he slammed the plates on the tables and the tone was always rude :/

Arrogant, unfriendly, disinterested. I like going here because the food is really good but the service is just bad. If you watch them serve you can really see the unprofessionalism. Empty glasses at the table are not cleared away. Today was the last time I or the five of us were here, good food or not. If the staff isn't right, the food can be as good as it is. I haven't tipped several times the last few times I've been there but they don't care. For me and my family and friends it was the last time here for the time being

The Bruschetta Napoli is not recommended, ciabatta roasted blackened, just diced tomatoes and mozzarella cubes on top, no olive oil, no white onions, no basil..... The chocolate mousse is also not particularly recommended. Pizza was very good and so was the tagliatelle al salmone. Unfortunately overall a bit disappointing for the price.

We were invited to a larger celebration (50 people). The starter was a mixed antipasti platter with pizza bread and baguette. The food on the plate was very manageable. Lots of rocket, peppers and zucchini. For the main course there was either saltimbocca with chipped potatoes or grilled calamari with boiled potatoes. Both dishes also included peppers, zucchini, onions, and some were happy about a piece of broccoli or even a bean. The calamari (3 half pieces) only saw the grill for a very short time and some of the inside wasn't cleaned properly. Saltimbocca was okay, but that was about it. Service was a bit overwhelmed. The female service was hectic and unfriendly. Drinks came slowly. Conclusion: For the price I would have liked a little more quality and service.

The dishes we ordered (liver, pasta) were very well seasoned and we really enjoyed them. The portions were quite sufficient. Friendly service.

Everything tasted very good. Unfortunately, the only accompaniments to meat dishes are potato chips and steamed vegetables. I can only advise against ice cream: very small portion, cream from a spray can, zero “decorations” e.g. E.g. chocolate shavings, waffles or chopped pistachios... but expensive. The sizes of the main courses can vary depending on who is in the kitchen on which day of the week. !!!Be careful: Aperol Spritz, Hugo and Co. sometimes cost just under 10 euros!!! Small glass, few ice cubes. All types of meat excellently seasoned. Delicious apple juice in the spritzer. A fairly large Italian waitress has no idea how to set a table and is generally completely untrained and uncaring. Most male colleagues are on the ball, friendly and competent. Care should be taken to ensure that salt and pepper shakers are always filled and the outside is clean. And don't leave individual pieces of cutlery from your predecessor lying on the table after it has been assigned. The dishes look like they came from an upscale camping outfitter's clearance sale. In the summer it sometimes takes up to 15 minutes for someone to come to collect after being asked. The pizzas could definitely use a few more minutes in the oven. Because it's almost raw in the middle, it's not for everyone.

The restaurant has lost a lot of its former splendor, the ambience has become poorer and it shows, there is dust on the windowsills and the tablecloths are not changed very often, and instead of beautiful curtains there are gray kitsch panels - they used to be white or creamy. The lasagna is burnt on the outside and only warm on the inside. The Lambrusco is delicious. and the rest is so-so. It's a pity, because it was a place where you could feel Italy, maybe someday the former splendor will come again, I hope, I keep my fingers crossed 👍

I have been visiting this restaurant since 2006. The dishes are very tasty. In my opinion, the following dishes are particularly recommended: Vitello Tonnato, Pizza Calzone, Scaloppa Al Gorgonzola and Salmone Al Pepe Rosa. If you still have room for dessert, the tiramisu will not disappoint. Courteous and professional service rounds off the visit. Also highly recommended for larger groups.

The service was very quick and extremely friendly, despite the store actually being very full. Food is 10/10 and the price-performance ratio is right. Früher besser? Wir haben schon oft hier gegessen, aber in den letzten Monaten wirkt das Essen fad und uninspiriert .... Pizzaboden ist etwas gummiartig, kein Fitzelchen Gewürz im Salat ... es sieht alles schön aus und man kann es essen, aber es schmeckt ... sorry ... langweilig ...
