A beautiful, spacious, covered outdoor dining area where you can still get a spot for 2-4 people without a reservation, even on Sunday lunchtimes. Very good food, friendly service. We'd happily return!

The food was delicious, but really expensive for an Italian restaurant. I had gnocci with arugula and Parmesan for just under €18.

I have been a regular customer for 25 years when our very popular Italian friend gave it up. We were very sad, but the food has been taken over. The tiramisu was smaller but just as delicious as before. The fact that we once waited 1.5 hours for food because there was a wedding to be served, and they still let all-inclusive guests in without restrictions, and with too few staff, we were miserably ruined, would have been a unique experience for me, as a former waiter, no drama, but unfortunately it was for my guests, who didn't want to come anymore, but the fact that I have already received inedible food 3 times in this year 2025, which was only tasted and refused to be packed up and thrown away, and despite that 2 times I was charged the full price, 1 time 1/4 of the price was deducted... I find it very unprofessional, especially for a regular customer, and I am actually considering giving up my beloved restaurant. 3 times is actually too much for me too, 1 time is too much. It can happen that the chef has a headache, but then I cancel. it and excuse me, to bring simple spaghetti with garlic in green oil soup, then to wait 15 minutes until new spaghetti comes this time completely dry and oversalted, to listen to why you didn't eat it, and then kindly deduct 3€ is cheeky and unacceptable, a pity

I used to be a big fan of the restaurant. Delicious food, a cozy, large beer garden, and friendly, attentive staff. Unfortunately, it's been getting worse since the original owner sold the business a few years ago. The entire cozy garden has been covered over with some kind of roofing. Carelessly oversized, crumpled cushions on the chairs. Slow, completely inattentive staff who completely ignore you. Fingers in your plate while serving. But yesterday's meal was the last straw. I've never eaten so badly there, and it will definitely be my very last visit. Pike-perch in white wine with chanterelles. More onions and bones than chanterelles, everything swimming in a bland soup. Potatoes, completely overcooked, mushy vegetables, and everything drowned in a completely flavorless soup. It was awful.

Highly recommended! We had dinner there the night before a classic car event and were absolutely thrilled! Very friendly staff, courteous service, and the pizzas arrived very quickly, even though the beer garden was packed. Even during our meal, we were asked several times if everything was okay! We also happily offered dessert. The only downside was that the next morning, the restrooms were just as dirty as the night before. When a group of around 200-250 people comes for breakfast, it would have been appropriate to clean them beforehand. But that was really the only drawback. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely go back!

July 12, 2025, 7 p.m. We're always amazed at how quickly the friendly staff brings drinks and food to our tables, no matter how busy the restaurant is! Here are two more suggestions for optimizing seating in the garden: 1. Despite being replaced, the chair cushions in the garden are still the same disaster as their predecessors! "Harder" seat cushions are needed that add at least 4 cm to ensure the height between the chair and the table is correct! 2. The tablecloths that we've (feel like) have been around for decades could also be replaced with more modern, plain ones without patterns! - That would also be a great feature for the restaurant! Otherwise, everything's great!

The pizzas are actually great, but they can't seem to get the hang of offering a half-and-half pizza as an exception for regular customers. I would have even been happy to pay for the more expensive version, but oh well... disappointing.

There were nine of us there for dinner. We made a reservation at short notice and got a table. This is our third time there and I really can't complain. The Da Vinci is stylishly decorated and the waiter was very friendly. The drinks arrived quickly and the food was ready for everyone within 30 minutes of ordering. We were all able to eat together. Empty plates are always cleared away promptly. People always ask if everything is okay and if we need anything else. The prices are reasonable. The food is very tasty. I love coming back here again and again. I can highly recommend it.

Leopard da Vinci ist eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants. Hier stimmt einfach alles: das Ambiente, der Service und der Biergarten. Besonders großartig sind die Pizza und überhaupt alle Hauptgerichte. Schade nur, dass die Desserts nicht ganz mit dem restlichen Angebot mithalten können – das ist wohl der einzige, aber dafür recht große Minuspunkt. Ich wünsche dem Inhaber, dass er eine gute Konditorin / einen guten Konditor findet und das Restaurant damit auf ein noch höheres Niveau hebt.

We had lunch at the Leonardo da Vinci in Augsburg on Mother's Day, and it was simply fantastic! We received a very friendly welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm, tasteful, and typically Italian, just right for a special occasion like Mother's Day. There were four of us, and we felt completely at home. My dish (tender fried fish on a bed of fresh vegetables with fine potatoes) was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. My companion's dishes were also cooked to perfection, prepared with love, and tasted excellent. The service was attentive, very friendly, and courteous, without being intrusive. Although the restaurant was busy, we never felt "overlooked." Kudos to the entire team! You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work! Thank you so much for this wonderful day :) We will definitely be back and recommend the Leonardo da Vinci to anyone who appreciates good Italian cuisine and a beautiful ambiance.

I live in Munich and go to this restaurant every week. Last week I was there, and there were about 400 people on the terrace. The atmosphere was very good. The staff was very, very friendly, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone; it's worth it.

We had a small family celebration with six people on Mother's Day. We had reserved a table, but when we asked, the reservation was in the book, but we hadn't been assigned a specific table. Since the weather was nice, we chose a table outside. We were able to place our orders relatively quickly. However, it took a good half hour for our drinks to arrive. Another two hours passed before we all received our food. There was no waiter directly assigned to us, so it took a while for our food to arrive. We've been going to this restaurant for a long time, especially for family celebrations, and we've noticed a clear trend. The ambience is getting worse and worse, the friendliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, the waiting times on this day were outrageously long, and only the average food and our hunger kept us from leaving. We cannot recommend this restaurant and will not go there again. This restaurant has lost none of its original charm and quality.

Never again! We had a reservation for 12:30 p.m. on Mother's Day and were able to sit on the huge, tightly seated terrace. Our order was taken, and the drinks arrived in just a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, the non-alcoholic beer was swapped for regular beer. For starters, we ordered two portions of bruschetta for six people – the wait was so-so, and the bruschetta was... okay. Three main courses arrived at 2:00 p.m., while the other three people didn't get their food until 2:30 p.m. after repeated, massive complaints. The food was nothing special. The staff was completely overwhelmed and annoyed by the number of guests. It's a shame they don't just accommodate the number of people who can be served satisfactorily. Then, for example, the tables would be double-occupied, the waiters would be a bit friendlier, and the turnover would probably be the same at the end of the day. Since we have been dissatisfied here several times now, we certainly won't be coming again.

We ordered two large pizzas to take out. Both were completely burnt on the bottom. A delicious stone-baked pizza isn't possible. Unfortunately, Leonardo can't do it (or rather, can't anymore).

I've been here many times and have always been satisfied. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is right – everything is great. But today I ordered a Frutti di Mare pizza, and unfortunately that was a mistake. Shortly after eating I felt really bad, the seafood on the pizza was apparently spoiled. I struggled with nausea all day and even vomited. I'll give the shop the second star because it was otherwise always good, but this one incident makes me think twice about eating here again.

I was here once. The food was very good and the atmosphere was friendly. They had a lot of food, but unfortunately I was still commercial and ordered pizza. But the pizza was delicious and big. 😄 I saw that they also have a beautiful garden, so you should definitely visit this restaurant.

A highly recommended Italian restaurant. The pizzas are good and generously topped. The mixed salad, on the other hand, is very simple and served without dressing; it could have been a little more. The pizza also has the option of being cut to 45 cm, but the prices aren't listed on the menu. There's plenty of seating inside, and overall it's very traditional, but not outdated. In the summer, there's also a large outdoor dining area.

The place is cozy, organized and beautiful. The service was excellent! The portions are pretty big and the taste of the food is absolutely delicious. The wine recommended paired perfectly with the meals and the dessert is to divine. Totally worth the visit.

We went there with friends and children to eat pizza and were a little shocked at the price level that now prevails (also for services). 0.75 water for €6.50 is quite remarkable - we have never experienced a pizza being shared for children and a €2.00 service charge for cutting it apart and serving it on a second plate. We have to digest that first and will probably take a little longer to see you again.

Der Koch wollte nicht mit uns sprechen. Dazu sind die Preise sehr hoch und spiegeln keinesfalls die Qualität wider. Hierher werden wir sicher nicht mehr kommen.

The pizzas are relatively large, soft and juicy in the middle, crispy on the outside. We are always very satisfied with the taste. The restaurant is beautifully furnished and is suitable for both a spontaneous dinner and a romantic dinner for two. Family celebrations are also often held there. In summer, the spacious garden is also worth highlighting; here you can relax in the shade of the trees and listen to the babbling of the fountain.

We ordered via Lieferando. So far so good. 1. Delivering wrong food. Happened. But after about 35 minutes. 2nd delivery about 45 minutes after the 1st - only half the order. Still not there after another 45 minutes. Hopefully it will be delivered upon request. Let's see when. Pure disaster. One pushes the other. It remains to be seen whether our warm food still tastes good. Been waiting for about 3 hours now - top performance!

We ordered home. It went very quickly, the food was warm and the delivery person was very nice. BUT we had ordered a pizza caprese (tomato, rocket, mozzarella), which had parmesan on it. With my histamine intolerance I couldn't eat them... something like that should urgently be added to the menu. Unfortunately it's a shame...

Were there with a larger group. Unfortunately the service was nothing. Service was hectic, no patience, food wasn't good either and was expensive. After less than two hours the cellar kept telling us we could pay downstairs. Honestly never again.

Unfortunately the meat was without salt, I expected the cranberry sauce to be a bit of a bummer. Vegetables were half raw.
