We love l’osteria, we love going there and have never had anything to complain about except today. Food etc. was great as always!! But the waitress, on the other hand, was just unfriendly!! I've never seen a waitress/waiter at l'osteria being so excited, people looked at you askance and didn't want to serve you... it was a shame

So the food was great, as always! But this one regulation from the head waiter to keep everyone together outside so that the waiters don't have to walk far?? That's really weak. It's only 1 meter that the waiters may have to walk further. Everyone sits close together, so put everyone at the same table!

So the pizza was great! The delivery service was bottomless! The driver wasn't able to find the address and I waited an hour for my pizza! Delivery service is 100% expandable!

Once and never again. The waitress was constantly making private calls. So it took forever until we were allowed to order. The lady couldn't eat and drink at the same time. Then she forgot one of two drinks. The food took forever and then the pizzas weren't even hot. But what was strange was that the plates were very warm. Warmer than the pizza. Our starter (salad) came after the pizza. It was muddy and should never have been given out like that by either the kitchen or the service staff. After we asked her about it while paying (she hadn't come before), she ran away without a word. When she came back she canceled the two salads. Anyway. All in all it wasn't a nice experience.

The food is very good and varied, I have to say “hats off” to the staff. It was super crowded, but the kitchen staff were super quick, the wait staff was totally on their toes and super friendly. The ambience was a bit loud but that was due to the fact that both the indoor and outdoor areas were fully occupied; which definitely speaks for the restaurant.

I ordered lasagna to go. It was the most disgusting thing…flavorless and the worst part of it was that there was barely any meat inside. Some mini pieces of force meat and most of it was cartilage, like some kind of scraps for dogs. 15 € in garbage👎🏼 Good stars I left for the pizza, which I always like there.

Inflation has hit Losteria harder than any of us. Nothing tastes good anymore given the prices.

Completely wrong pizzas delivered. I then called and the manager Jannik said to me: "What's my problem if Uber Eats mixed up the orders?!" He cannot refund anything or arrange for a replacement delivery. Aha, great manager if you are already overwhelmed by such an everyday situation. First increasing the prices, then delivering the wrong pizzas and not even offering a replacement delivery or refund is really the last thing. We ordered pizza here once a week. That was the last time.

L'osteria... Who doesn't know it?! The shop in Pfersee has been around for ages and everyone in Augsburg has probably been there. For anyone who doesn't know the store, there are huge pizzas there, also for vegetarians or vegans, at a fair price. The quality of the food is good and the dishes ordered are quickly on the table. If there is something more going on, it may take longer, but everything is within limits. Can be recommended with a clear conscience.

Top food, got the food after 10 minutes and super nice staff!! Highly recommended. We always enjoy coming back :)

We spontaneously went to eat there. It was a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The food was very tasty. We ordered pizzas that were very large and topped with high quality and fresh ingredients. Price performance absolutely okay. Will definitely come again.

Nice food , but they need to work more with the service. There is a lot of things that don't make good first impression. And the atmosphere, there is not music , like I am eating at the school canteen.

The food at L'Osteria was delicious and very authentically Italian. Every dish tasted wonderful and was freshly prepared. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke several languages, which made the stay even more pleasant. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good Italian food and excellent service.

The employee just left us standing there and didn't let us know that the pizza was ready. She served others and delivered the pizza personally.

I give one star because I can't do less. They made us sit at a wet table and also brought the menus, we had to ask to dry them, they brought cutlery and dishes to the table without a napkin, we took a pizza brought without plates, we had to ask for the wrong salads without bringing oil, vinegar, we asked for bread and not the they brought from Union not to return good thing the water but they didn't turn it on

Die schlechteste L‘Osteria in der ich je war. Ich frage mich wirklich was der Koch beruflich macht. Tortellini Pana e Prosciutto waren ungenießbar. Die Soße war braun, halb rohe Zwiebeln (wer benutzt überhaupt Zwiebeln bei Tortellini Pana?) und kurz gesagt, ein geschmacklicher Totalschaden! Das selbe galt für die Calzone. (Mehr Rand als Inhalt.) Bedienung am Telefon, unfreundlich und hochnäsig. Fazit: Das war mit, die schlechteste Restaurant experience meines Lebens. Absolute Empfehlung hier NICHT zum Essen zu gehen!

At L'Osteria you can be sure that everything tastes equally good. A good pizza for the price. As is well known, portions are enormous. Price-performance doesn't get any better.

Food is always tasty. The operating staff is friendly and the service is very pleasant. It's wonderful when you can sit outside under the blooming oleander. The interior is quite large and has no divisions, so in my opinion the “homely atmosphere” is somewhat lacking.

Had a family reunion there! They took great care of everything, were very child-friendly and accommodating. Keep it up 👍

It works, but the management is apparently too lazy to accept gift cards, which is why they lie to visitors that these cards are supposedly no longer valid. However, there is credit online.

You definitely need more parking spaces... on Saturday it was a disaster to find a place to park, sad if you have a reservation with you...

We were there for lunch. The service was good. There are special children's meals for children. The food was really good. The prices are okay for the dishes you get. All in all we were satisfied and would eat there again.

Service after a mistake was sloppy and rude. Also brought the wrong drink the second time. No apology, just an annoyed shaking of the head. Was more busy watching football than doing her job

The food was good for everyone, but unfortunately the waiting time was a little longer. Service was completely fine. Ambience nice as usual. Unfortunately, as always, the parking situation is devastating.

Food is top. The only thing that bothers me is the music is way too loud. You can hardly have a normal conversation! If you order something for pickup you should always check. Have received the wrong order for the second time! Really annoying when you're already at home

Was very pleasantly surprised. It is really rare (in my humble opinion only) to find good pizzas in Germany. For the overall quality, price was low.

I've been there a few times. The pizza is good because it is freshly made. Last time I had lasagna. That day was very stressful, I was alone with the children. And then the lasagna was still cold in the middle because it had not thawed well. The kids were screaming, so no time to complain, so I ate them anyway. I later complained to the waiter, who wanted to buy me a coffee to make up for it, but only made the children angry; no coffee. In short: take the pizza.

Beautiful restaurant decorated with love. There are huge pizzas and a good, clear menu. The staff very friendly. I particularly liked the atmosphere, a mix of Italian tradition, vintage details (especially the wallpaper on the toilet) and a rustic-elegant flair. The toilets are also a real eye-catcher. Simply very pleasant and felt like you were in Italy. In terms of price, it is very fair for the quantity and tasted good. I will come back :)

Very good food in a nice setting.

The restaurant makes a nice impression. The outside area also looks very nice. The service person who served us was very nice. That's it for the positive things. The wrong drinks came first and then, after another wait, the right ones came. The lasagne wasn't really hot, rather lukewarm, the tortelloni wasn't really cooked through and the portion was rather tiny. Compared to other branches. Unfortunately my chocolate cake didn't have a liquid center for dessert but otherwise it was really good. The second dessert we had said something about fresh STRAWBERRIES but there was only a halved strawberry as a garnish. My companion's cappuccino had a very dirty spoon on it. When we complained about this, the answer was “oh, that can happen.” After there wasn't much going on, the rest of the funeral sat in the middle of the visitors' terrace smoking and talking on their cell phones, which of course made a great impression. Last but not least, the toilets were completely dirty, sometimes with 1cm of dirt on the floor. No paper towels...they certainly don't clean here every day. We were there on Sunday afternoon and there wasn't much going on. Conclusion: As a non-Augsburger, we actually thought you couldn't go wrong with Losteria. But we really regretted it.

We were here for Mother's Day and a birthday with 13 people. The service was more than accommodating, always there to ask if everything was OK, they even helped with our family photos. Always friendly, even when the store became more and more crowded and you could tell it was getting stressful for you. The different dishes were all brought at the same time so that no one had to eat alone or wait. So first of all, the pizza was very tasty and not covered in fat like you would expect from others. In terms of taste, it really hit the spot. For those who haven't found it, approx. 45cm is the pizza size on the menu. The salad was really huge and easily serves as a main course. The chicken strips in the salad were juicy and delicious. The carbonara was the best for me, a good normal portion and very delicately seasoned. No strong pepper note or too strong cream taste. It really harmonized well in the mouth. The desserts, whether tiramisu, panna cotta, tartufo or mascarpone, were very tasty.

We were there as a group of four people, two children and two adults. We adults ordered salad and the children ordered pizza. Our salad arrived, the children's pizza was a long time coming... OK. Busy. Holiday. May occur. We start slowly with our salad and the kids wait for their pizza. Anyone who has ever had hungry children waiting for their pizza can understand the situation. 😐 At some point after half an hour of “Cut the Rope” on the cell phone, when asked, it turns out that the children’s pizza was forgotten. An apology or a free coffee on the house or a free dessert for the kids would have been really cool. But nothing. It's no problem if you have to wait a little longer when things are busy. But this experience really ruined my day and it will probably be a while before I do something like that again for a delicious Nice salad. A warm: Meh. 😕

Was there today, May 4th, 2024, based on recommendations and I have to say very, very good and LARGE PIZZA, plenty of toppings and okay in terms of price. Other food is also very good and good portions. Very friendly service and busy staff will go again when I'm nearby. Can only recommend this PIZZERIA. We ate pizza with 2 different toppings

Since we come from out of town, we only visit here about once or twice a year. Like today, it's always worth a stop for food. Pizzas were great as always, lasagne was very tasty, the outside atmosphere was very inviting and, as always, very friendly and courteous service. Please keep it up! Unfortunately, many other restaurateurs have slacked off and there should always be something special when you go out to eat together! LG

Very nice and attentive service - good food! However, due to the design, it is quite noisy in the restaurant anyway, with wild Mexican and (too) loud music in the background, it is difficult to converse even with two people, which is a shame.

All in all, it's always worth a visit, the food is absolutely amazing, the pizza is thin and crispy and has more than enough toppings. The conditions are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it is very loud in there if you are looking for an Italian atmosphere you might be disappointed 😞. But the overall result convinced us that we will definitely come back 👍🏼😁

Very disappointed and never again. Rude and arrogant manager cannot apologize for the employees (waiters) own mistakes. She barely understands German herself and looks at customers in amazement when they try to explain something to her. The food we ordered was forgotten, after 45 minutes we pointed this out to the waiter and we got a cheeky answer like "yes, it was forgotten." Half an hour later the order was forgotten again and we also noticed that the salads had also been forgotten. When the manager came, she made a comment of "What do you want now" instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. Losteria in Stadtbergen has definitely lost its old quality and DECEPTION of the employees.

We had a wonderful evening in a restaurant. The taste of the food was really impressive and the service was quick and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the decoration was interesting. However, some dishes were a bit small in portions and the prices were a bit high. Nevertheless, overall we really enjoyed our time at this restaurant and might consider visiting again.
