Picked up 2 pizzas and 1 salad. Order was ready in 15 minutes. Pizzas were good. I also like the salad in environmentally friendly paper packaging. The dressing was also delicious. Unfortunately, the extra pizza bread with tomato sauce and garlic wasn't recorded on the phone, so we didn't get any. But it wasn't a big deal.

I like eating there. Delicious pizza, good service, parking in front of the door.

The restaurant can get pretty loud inside, usually quieter outside. The staff are nice and don’t bother you. The portions are fairly large, but the plates used for the pizza are oddly much smaller than the pizza itself, making it harder to cut. Amex not accepted.

Overall everything was perfect and our dog felt comfortable too.

Highly recommended! The two of us went to L'Osteria last night, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I would particularly like to highlight the extremely friendly service: The server volunteered to serve us the pizza – which we shared between two different halves – on two plates. They even made sure that each plate had both types – a truly thoughtful gesture! The pizza was, as expected, very delicious – fresh, crispy, and with great ingredients. The location is modern and stylish, and the restaurant was busy, which speaks volumes about its popularity. Sure, it was a bit noisy, but the lively atmosphere didn't bother us – on the contrary, it added to the overall experience. We'd definitely love to come back!

What can I say? Super delicious food, mega-sized portions, friendly and extremely prompt service. All in all, a success. Top! Current update from May 2025: What's really bothering us now is that the restrooms, as well as the stairs and hallways leading to them, were extremely dirty during our last visits, and in some places, they seem to have gone uncleaned for several months.

That was probably nothing! I was there for dinner with my wife. Each of us ordered a pizza, each with a different topping. My wife's pizza was served first and they said mine would come straight away. However, it took about 10 minutes for my pizza to finally arrive - of course half was correctly topped, but the other half was incorrect. I couldn't say anything to the service person because she immediately disappeared again. Then I probably spoke to the shift manager, restaurant manager or manager – whatever. Since the second faux pas had already happened, I was of course not very enthusiastic. I was offered to bring the correct half of the pizza straight away and deliver the other half later. No sooner said than done. That worked too. When the second half of the pizza was served, the waitress apologized: Instead of “Prosciutto e Funghi” she heard “Prosciutto crudo”. Everything was fine, but my wife had already finished eating at this point. When I was finally finished, I ordered the bill. I was offered nothing but accommodation or an apology on the house... And now comes the biggie: When paying, I specifically requested a paper invoice. This was then used to charge for the more expensive pizza that I didn't order! When I asked, it was explained to me that the boss had decided that way... I just call that cheeky! Since I have been working in the catering industry for 40 years, I perhaps see such situations with different eyes - but it was definitely not customer-oriented!

Unfortunately, a similarly bad experience as recently at Lenbachplatz in Munich. This time the bruschetta was topped with ice-cold tomatoes and the penne arrabiata tasted bland, as if it had just been slapped on quickly. Any Italian would laugh their asses off. My advice here would be to invest more in your own staff, it's just sad.

Cheap for a fast food restaurant is something else. Products are okay but lack the oomph and spice. Everything is rather bland in taste.

I'm actually a huge L'osteria fan and have been ordering Caprese pizza about once a month for years. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that as prices rise, the quality is also declining. I've had pizza delivered several times now that was incomplete and undercooked. Unfortunately, yesterday it upset my stomach badly and I had to throw up several times during the night. For almost €17 these days, I expect something a little different :(

Was there today, May 4th, 2024, based on recommendations and I have to say very, very good and LARGE PIZZA, plenty of toppings and okay in terms of price. Other food is also very good and good portions. Very friendly service and busy staff will go again when I'm nearby. Can only recommend this PIZZERIA. We ate pizza with 2 different toppings

We were here today with a group of 14 people. Although we changed the reservation spontaneously (more guests than originally planned), everything was organized so that everyone had a place. The service was excellent! The youngest of our group (four years old) was given something to paint at the table to pass the wait for food. Although the restaurant was fully booked, all of our orders (including special requests) were served quickly and correctly and the team was very attentive and courteous despite the high capacity. I definitely recommend making a reservation. This is very convenient to book online 24/7. We would like to thank the team and look forward to the next visit.

I celebrated my birthday there yesterday. The service was excellent. The food, as always, was very tasty. It is well known that the noise level in L'Osteria is generally louder. Unfortunately, parking spaces are rare.

I went out to dinner with a friend. At the end we had tiramisu for dessert. Strangely enough, the friend got a stomach ache and I felt sick. We had to quickly go to the toilet first. We haven't had that for a long time. As a precaution, we won't be visiting the Losteria anymore...

My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to this evening and decided on the L.Osteria because we had very good memories from the past where we spent almost every day. She now lives in Switzerland and I go to Ammersee, hence the journey alone. The welcome was okay, taking the orders was too stressful too quickly and too restless for us. We ourselves have worked in the catering industry for very large and renowned companies for years and know exactly how service should run so that the guest should not have the feeling that they have to be gone in 30 minutes. The young man was nice at first. The food came way too quickly and we felt like we were at Mc Drive fast fast fast. Towards the end we shared the chocolate cake/souffle with mango sorbet. Ordered less than a minute later it was on the table. Extremely hot and as the saying goes: we all love the soft core on the inside. The “cake” was hot and the inside was solid. I asked the employee to bring us a new one. I shouldn't have done that because from then on he became rude, ignored us and rude. Despite a tip of just under €7, no thanks, no nice evening, nothing...absolutely rude. The young man has a service to provide and if the guest is dissatisfied and still leaves a tip, you should do your job and just be nice. Too bad. We sat at table 15.1 (according to the bill) from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

As always in a L'Osteria, very tasty and very quick. Waiter was super friendly. The only criticism was that it was very loud, but the store was also full to capacity. So everything is great. We were very satisfied.

Was here recently for lunch with a friend. In terms of traffic, it is located in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac with parking next to the house. The interior is generously designed with a brick look and lots of seating options. The staff was friendly and quite quick. Our table was clean as was the rest of the dining room. We ordered salad, pizza and pasta. Everything tasted as it should and was fresh. The pizza in particular stood out because of its size, which made the plate disappear underneath. The space on the table suddenly became less. 😉 Nevertheless, it tasted perfect and wasn't just for looks. Likewise the salad, which was freshly prepared. In terms of price, the dishes are in the middle range, but the quality and quantity are absolutely fair. If I ever want to go out for Italian food in Augsburg again, I'll be happy to come back. Keep it up!

The service sometimes takes too long but otherwise the ambience and food are great

The food was tasty, although not exactly cheap. The pizzas are huge, with lots of crusts. Smaller ones are available for children upon request. My personal recommendation: the Zoodles! (Zuchchini noodles, very tasty!) The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the ambience is not very cozy - a large, high room, when we visited early on Sunday evening it was very full and therefore loud. The background music, which was good in itself but also restless, didn't make it any better.

We ate a pizza here...the pizzas are really huge! Price ok considering the size... However: Vegetaria tasted bland and salsiccia was extremely fatty. Prosciutto Funghi tasted good. The drinks... 4.95 euros each for 0.5 Fanta, 0.5 non-alcoholic wheat and 0.3 house soda are proud.. We really liked the ambience, but it was already very loud at 5:30 p.m. when it was half full. I can highly recommend it, yesterday the two of us had pizza. The pizzas were really incredibly tasty! Service was outstanding! Toilet facilities could be a bit neater and cleaner. Otherwise there were no negative points.

Service super friendly and on the ball. The ambience is cozy but the large room is extremely reverberating and conversations with the person sitting next to you can prove difficult. The pizzas are super tasty and really big. The spaghetti carbonara (unfortunately with cream sauce) was also very tasty. Price wise for the portions, it's totally okay. We'd love to come again

Great pizzeria!!! We really enjoy going here, whatever. in all L'osteria's in Germany. In Pfersee the restaurant is very large, high and clear. There is always pleasant music playing in the background. You can see exactly how the pizza is made through the open kitchen. The pizzas taste great and can be halved and ordered two pizzas on one or two half pizzas on two plates, which is great for the kids. The more expensive pizza will be charged but that's completely fine. We have been many times and will continue to come. To take the remaining pizza with you, you get a large box, which is free and costs nothing.

I've known it for years and enjoy going there. But on my last visit I noticed that the tables were cleaned straight away, but the seats and floors were full of leftover pizza. I cleaned the seat, but unfortunately the floor stayed the same. What really bothers me is that when paying, it says “if you want to tip, you can…”! If I want, I'll do it. Put it in front of me and take a step back…food still tastes very good and staff is always friendly…

I really like Losteria pizzas, but I have to say that when my girlfriend and I had one delivered to our house yesterday, we were surprised after more than 1 hour and 25 minutes that the pizza wasn't there yet. When my friend happened to come home, he took the pizza that was outside the front door with him. Accordingly, the pizza was cold and hard.

Always happy to go to L'Osteria. Reservations are mandatory as it is always well attended. The food is very good, but when it's full the noise can increase. I can only recommend it.

Food was good to okay as usual. Of course, the pizzas get soggy quickly, but that's logical given the size and thin base and in itself not a point of criticism. What's annoying is that L'Osteria is now trying to automate the service and increase tips. The app is cumbersome and completely incomprehensible to me. But you can still order from the service, which is what we did. What's annoying is that when you pay, a terminal is held under your nose where you have to indicate the tip percentage - as is common in the USA. Personally, I don't want or accept that - and no, I don't tip 15% without feeling ashamed of it.

However, if you want to eat pizza, you should accept the offer to share the pizza with your companion (one half is topped differently than the other), as a pizza is huge and can hardly be eaten by one person :) For vegans, the pizza selection is small; there is only one vegan pizza, which unfortunately I didn't like (in contrast to the others, which were great).

The food on site was fantastic. That's why I ordered pizza for home That was a big disappointment. Very little topping, both the tomato sauce and the cheese topping. Shame. Waited 35 minutes for the pizza we wanted to take away.

We had a good evening! Was celebrating my birthday. Food was good, the pizzas are huge, but my ham/funghi pizza was sparsely topped. It feels like 1 slice of ham spread out. But it still tasted good and was filling. The service was on point, friendly and accommodating with special requests. The ambience was nice, but a bit crowded for me personally. No table was free and the noise level was high. You can take any uneaten leftovers with you. Otherwise, if you're not too hungry for pizza, I recommend sharing one.

We waited half an hour for the waitress to order, and it wasn't cleared away for almost an hour when we were ready. We had to pack the pizza ourselves, even though it was taken from the next table and no one came to collect.

Hello, this restaurant is huge, very nice, the terrace is great! (we live in 5) unfortunately no Italian waitress for our table and unfortunately not very nice... (seems rude)... Pizza... Yes, Big... but there is no cheese (not to be found) lots of tomatoes, a lot of dough (if I make a pizza with 26,30,40 cm., I have to make exactly the same number of ingredients, but, ... display error. When I ordered tortellini with cream, I got green tortellini... Wolte I don't... why should.. (supposedly it's only available in green at l'Osteri... 🤔 yes, good, but that has to be on the menu, or at least told by the waitress (back again, new order)) ok, pizza ordered.. . satisfied evening?.. NO, the competition is great, I know at least 20 better places.

Unfortunately I can only give three stars for the ambience. Unfortunately it was very loud and therefore had the character of a canteen.

Grate food and service as always. Especially pasta was splendid. Only down side was the music was to loud and the selection of music was more fitting to a pub.

The food at L'Osteria - Pfersee & Lechhausen - has always been extremely tasty. The open kitchen gives guests a good feeling about the quality and preparation. The ambience has a modern industrial chic with generic Italo design elements. This isn't for everyone, but it's definitely not without style either. The volume can be an obstacle when you want to have a conversation. But nobody goes to L'Osteria for a romantic dinner or for a special occasion. Conclusion: Very good food. Ideal for an evening with friends and family or to pick up in between.
