Food is delicious, service is very good and fast, staff is also very nice.

Food was good to okay as usual. Of course, the pizzas get soggy quickly, but that's logical given the size and thin base and in itself not a point of criticism. What's annoying is that L'Osteria is now trying to automate the service and increase tips. The app is cumbersome and completely incomprehensible to me. But you can still order from the service, which is what we did. What's annoying is that when you pay, a terminal is held under your nose where you have to indicate the tip percentage - as is common in the USA. Personally, I don't want or accept that - and no, I don't tip 15% without feeling ashamed of it.

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food! However, if you want to eat pizza, you should accept the offer to share the pizza with your companion (one half is topped differently than the other), as a pizza is huge and can hardly be eaten by one person :) For vegans, the pizza selection is small; there is only one vegan pizza, which unfortunately I didn't like (in contrast to the others, which were great).

We had a reservation, but still had to wait a good half hour for a free table. We were made to wait and then forgotten there. After further inquiries we were then seated.

Delicious food and quick service

We had a good evening! Was celebrating my birthday. Food was good, the pizzas are huge, but my ham/funghi pizza was sparsely topped. It feels like 1 slice of ham spread out. But it still tasted good and was filling. The service was on point, friendly and accommodating with special requests. The ambience was nice, but a bit crowded for me personally. No table was free and the noise level was high. You can take any uneaten leftovers with you. Otherwise, if you're not too hungry for pizza, I recommend sharing one.

We waited half an hour for the waitress to order, and it wasn't cleared away for almost an hour when we were ready. We had to pack the pizza ourselves, even though it was taken from the next table and no one came to collect.

Hello, this restaurant is huge, very nice, the terrace is great! (we live in 5) unfortunately no Italian waitress for our table and unfortunately not very nice... (seems rude)... Pizza... Yes, Big... but there is no cheese (not to be found) lots of tomatoes, a lot of dough (if I make a pizza with 26,30,40 cm., I have to make exactly the same number of ingredients, but, ... display error. When I ordered tortellini with cream, I got green tortellini... Wolte I don't... why should.. (supposedly it's only available in green at l'Osteri... 🤔 yes, good, but that has to be on the menu, or at least told by the waitress (back again, new order)) ok, pizza ordered.. . satisfied evening?.. NO, the competition is great, I know at least 20 better places.

Habe um 17 Uhr bestellt für 19 Uhr,die Lieferung dauerte 30 Minuten länger und das 2 km Pizzeria entfernt. Sorry Pizza war in der Mitte fast flüssig. Nie wieder L'Osteria Negativer geht nicht

Grate food and service as always. Especially pasta was splendid. Only down side was the music was to loud and the selection of music was more fitting to a pub.

The food at L'Osteria - Pfersee & Lechhausen - has always been extremely tasty. The open kitchen gives guests a good feeling about the quality and preparation. The ambience has a modern industrial chic with generic Italo design elements. This isn't for everyone, but it's definitely not without style either. The volume can be an obstacle when you want to have a conversation. But nobody goes to L'Osteria for a romantic dinner or for a special occasion. Conclusion: Very good food. Ideal for an evening with friends and family or to pick up in between.

The L'Osteria in Pferseeb is always worth a visit. The food is great and arrives at the table quickly (within the first 15-20 minutes after ordering) even when there is a lot of traffic. The service is good and you never feel left alone. There is also the option to order drinks online and pay online at the end. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the size of the portions and for a decent dinner for one person you'll be fine at €20-25. All in all, a clear recommendation

Went there spontaneously yesterday around 6 p.m. The Casa salad was super fresh and crunchy. The hot pizza marinara with extra shrimp is simply heavenly. Smells like a holiday by the sea. The 22.50 euros are also justified. The seafood was high quality. Grace! The only thing is that the two tables are too close together and you sit too close to your neighbors.

Actually, I don't want to give any stars at all. Yesterday I was with my family at L'Osteria in Augsburg-Pfersee. We had collected several so-called love hearts in the L'Osteria app and wanted to exchange them for rewards. As we learned during our last visit, you have to register this with the service before ordering, as subsequent billing is not possible. Unfortunately, I suspect that you will be served leftovers or old dishes because the risotto didn't taste good at all this time. I had a salami pizza that, on the one hand, was badly burned on the bottom and, on the other hand, caused stomach problems all evening. If the calculation with fresh food doesn't work for you, then you can't carry out such promotions with app bonus points. L'Osteria's customer service doesn't seem to care much about this, as my last inquiry regarding the redemption conditions for coupons has so far remained unanswered. We were very satisfied with the first visit. However, based on this current experience, we will no longer visit this restaurant.

I have no idea what's going on with the L'Osteria's. Yesterday was once again one of the days where we were annoyed about it again and asked ourselves the question: "Why do we still order there?" We actually live near L'Osteria in Lechhausen. It would be easier to order the pizza online and pick it up. But after many times things went wrong when picking up (sometimes it was the wrong pizza, the toppings were missing, the size was below the "usual standard", the order didn't arrive - even though the order email was there for this location). As I said, online is the bigger problem here. When eating on site, there are fewer of these problems and they can always be resolved "quickly" on site. Shortly after, we decided from then on to always get the pizza from L'Osteria in Pfersee. It was also cool that you get bread for free. And slowly, you reach the same "poor level" of L'Osteria in Lechhausen. 1. I will never order pizzas at a specific pickup time again. It's best to order online and drive off straight away. Why? The pizza wasn't even warm when I picked it up! 2. The Pizza Pane may not be a pizza in your eyes, but for vegetarians, the size should be the same as other pizzas. And of course the covering should be evenly distributed over the entire surface. It always works on site and unfortunately online it's a game of chance. Oh yes, because the Pizza Panne had been in your storage boxes for a very long time, it was more likely to be seen as “chips”. 3. If you offer options, then these should also be on the pizza or with you. No trace of oregano, no garlic oil and I always have to follow up after the bread 4. It is clear to me that "where there is planing, there are chips falling", but it can't be that I order ten times and nine times there is "a misunderstanding". This inhibits the joy of enjoying things immensely. We try again sporadically. If the result is as above, then there are enough pizza makers in Augsburg that you can try out. On that note... enjoy your meal!
