Sehr nettes Restaurant mit freundlichem Personal und super leckeren Pizzen! Die Pastagerichte stehen allerdings nicht nach - waren auch sehr sehr gut. Von Pärchen bis zu großen Gruppen findet jeder einen Platz, wobei vorherige Reservierung empfehlenswert ist. Ein weiterer Besuch lohnt sich in jedem Fall!

Sehr nette Kellnerin, typisches gutes Essen. Einziges Manko sind die Raucher deren Qualm man die ganze Zeit inhalieren muss. Vielleicht sollte, um den zahlenden Gästen nicht das Essen zu ruinieren, über einen separaten Raucherbereich auf der Terrasse nachgedacht werden.

Außenbereich ist wirklich schön. Bedienung war freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Pizzen sind im Vergleich zu damals um Einiges besser geworden (Boden nicht durchgeweicht, Belag sehr frisch). Absolut zu empfehlen!

L’Osteria Augsburg Pfersee ist für mich eine gehobene Pizzeria mit modernem Ambiente. Das Essen hat mich immer überzeugt, der Service ist freundlich und die Atmosphäre ist sowohl mittags als auch abends sehr angenehm. Ein kleiner Tipp: Wenn möglich, lieber einen Platz weiter hinten oder im ruhigeren Bereich wählen. Dort ist das Ambiente deutlich gemütlicher und man kann den Aufenthalt viel entspannter genießen. Im vorderen Bereich ist es durch den Eingangsverkehr oft etwas hektischer und die Sitzplätze sind für längere Aufenthalte nicht ganz so bequem. Die Pizzen sind riesig und ideal für alle mit großem Hunger oder auch zum Teilen. Mir persönlich sind sie fast schon etwas zu groß, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Für mich ist die L’Osteria eine sehr gute, gehobene Pizzeria mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Mit freundlichen Grüßen David J. Woods

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe hier :) Der Service war sehr nett und schnell. Schöne, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten waren optimal.

Ich war mehrmals in Begleitung in die Pizzeria gegangen und wurde stets übel enttäuscht. Ich kann aufgrund meiner Schwerbehinderung (Unfall) leider nur auf Bänken (nicht auf den üblichen Stühlen) sitzen. Da sich die Bänke nur an den Vierer-Tischen befinden, haben wir notgedrungen immer um einen dieser größeren Bank-Tische gebeten. Obwohl diese Tische nicht belegt waren, wurden wir jedes Mal äußerst rüde darauf hingewiesen, diese für mich notwendigen Plätze zu verlassen. Es blieb uns jedes Mal nichts anderes übrig als das Restaurant zu verlassen. Der Hinweis auf meine Schwerbehinderung wurde arrogant übergangen. Wo bleiben da der Respekt, die Höflichkeit und die Rücksicht auf kranke Menschen? Gibt es nicht! Mit Gastfreundlichkeit hat das null, nix zu tun!!!

Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant! Ich habe hier Pizza für Freunde bestellt – alle waren begeistert, die Pizza war wirklich köstlich. Ich selbst hatte die Orecchiette di Manzo al Limone – die Pasta hat mir ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt; sie war köstlich und von hoher Qualität. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und insbesondere an den Koch!

Der Service war sehr nett. Bestellung wurde umgehend aufgenommen. Getränke und Essen kamen zügig. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort vorhanden. Das Restaurant an sich ist sehr schön - Innen wie auch die Terrasse, lediglich die Lage ist nicht ganz so schön - aber praktisch.

Essen ist ganz gut aber wie kann es bei 35 Grad gar keine Klimaanlage geben?

Auf 2 Pizzen eine Stunde und 15 Minuten gewartet. Dann kamen die,aber nicht wie bestellt. Auf Getränke 20 Minuten gewartet. Und nachdem die Pizzen ewig nicht kamen und die Getränke leer waren ,zweite Runde Getränke bestellt, einfach vergessen. Kamen nachdem wir die Bedienung danach erinnert haben. Sehr schade für das schöne Ambiente. Das kenne ich in Lechhausen anderst.

Die Wartezeit war in Ordnung, das Personal war freundlich gut und es gab gute Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann: Die Pizza Barbecue kostet auch ohne Hähnchen den vollen Preis. Gleichzeitig sind andere Pizzen mit Belag wie Rucola und Parmesan günstiger. Daher hätte ich erwartet, dass sich der Preis zumindest etwas reduziert, wenn eine der Hauptzutaten weggelassen wird.

Wie auch von anderen L'Osteria Filialen gewohnt gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Trotz vollem Lokal war das Essen sehr schnell am Tisch. Zudem direkt neben der Bundesstraße gelegen und auch auf Durchreise daher sehr attraktiv. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Dafür, dass dieses Restaurant Teil einer "Kette", also ein Filialist ist, bin ich positiv überrascht. Pasta war wunderbar al dente und der Servicemann sehr freundlich. Schöner Außenbereich.

We were a group of nine at the restaurant on New Year's Eve at 7 pm. When we wanted to order dessert at 8:32 pm, we were told that we could only get drinks because they were closing at 10 pm. An hour and a half before closing time?! What kind of service is that? That's a surefire way to drive customers away. I understand the staff want to celebrate too, but they should at least inform guests beforehand!

We visited on two different days shortly after 10 pm. According to Google's opening hours, they're open until 11 pm and deliver until 10:30 pm. On both visits, we were told the kitchen was already closed. When we pointed this out, the server was very unenthusiastic and got the manager. We told him that Google said they were open until 11 pm. He seemed very disinterested. This is reason enough for us not to go there again.

We ordered pizza for home delivery twice, and each time some of the toppings we specifically ordered were missing. Today we ordered pizza again, and it arrived cold, and once again, some of the toppings were missing. The problem is, the children were so excited about the pizza that they immediately took it from the driver without checking it because they were so eager to get it. We ordered four cheeses with garlic. The pizza tasted bland, not like four cheeses at all, and had no garlic. It only had two types of cheese on it. We will never order from Osteria Augsburg again.

There were five of us. The food arrived in portions large enough for all of us to eat together. All the dishes were delicious. The service was very friendly. The only slight downside was the noise level, which took some getting used to, but wasn't particularly bothersome. I'm going back to L'Osteria on December 26th when I'm back home in Leipzig. I ordered penne arabiata there, and it arrived absolutely disgusting. First off, they didn't include any Parmesan cheese, even though I'd asked for it. The penne was so mushy, and the sauce was completely bland and tasted like a store-bought sauce. I lost my appetite when I saw it. The salad wasn't appetizing either; I even found a hair in it. The worst part is, I've ordered from there more than once, thinking maybe it was just a one-off. But every single time, the pasta has been awful and tasted like nothing when it was cold. To everyone who wants to eat at Losteria, go to the one in Lechhausen! The pasta there is so delicious.

We arrived right after work at 5:30 pm, and the parking lot was only half full, but the two of us were able to find a cozy corner spot. The pizza and salad arrived quickly, as usual, and were delicious, although I would have preferred a little more dressing. Despite the restaurant being full later on, our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

We got a table for several people without an appointment. The selection is great as always, and it's also nice that you can get half and half toppings on the pizza. The place is great and currently decorated for Christmas. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area 🤗

I can't complain much. The food was great, and the service from the waiters was fantastic. However, I had made a reservation and mentioned it was for a birthday. Unfortunately, the waiter who showed us to our tables was clearly stressed, and after we said we didn't want to sit in the middle but preferred a quieter corner, he simply said that wasn't possible and ran off. It wasn't a very pleasant experience, especially since I had specifically requested that. Luckily, a few people left, and we asked the waiter if we could have them, and he kindly arranged it for us. 😊

There were four of us, and we arrived at 5:00 PM and had until 7:30 PM. The restaurant was more like a train station waiting room. It was uncomfortable, drafty, and cold, and the music was far too loud. The service was good (quick and friendly). The food quality, well... The pizzas were huge, but the Pizza Marinara had some seafood floating by, and the crust and edges were more like army rations. The pasta portions were okay. We weren't too upset that we left at 6:30 PM.

There were two of us for dinner, and we had pre-ordered. The food was, as always, delicious and absolutely plentiful. The price-performance ratio was also perfectly fine. The only slight drawback was that the space at our table for two was a bit too cramped next to the other tables. But that, of course, is purely subjective.

Pizzas were large and tasty. Good service. Restrooms were poorly maintained. Addendum: My family and I subsequently contracted the norovirus. Apparently, a member of staff was infected and spread the virus. I even had to be hospitalized for two nights.

Food poisoning!!! We ordered a seafood pizza and a small salad on November 14th, 2025 at 6 PM, and within an hour my wife and I had become very ill. We spent the entire night in the bathroom, and the next day we both had fevers. I can't say whether the pizza or the salad was bad, but I will never order from here again!!!

I'm not originally from Germany, and we decided to try this pizza place because a friend recommended it. We ordered two pizzas to take away, and unfortunately they were extremely thin and burned — honestly the worst pizza I've had. We decided to give it a second chance and went inside this time, but the quality was almost the same. There won’t be a third chance, sorry.

Everything was perfect! The pizza, for example, had lots of toppings and was always crispy.

Normally we're satisfied with everything. But today, nothing was right. The woman, who supposedly has worked there for seven years, was very unfriendly and inexperienced. She refused to give us two plates for our two half pizzas, insisting on one. She served my tomato soup as dessert after the pizza because we ordered everything together. I had started with tomato soup as my appetizer.

We were there with the family, the very friendly waiter came immediately and we were able to order quickly. The food was very good, as always. We'll gladly come again 😊
