Never again! A complete rip-off! Three pizzas for just under €100. I ordered a delivery through their website. Unfortunately, it didn't work the first time. On the second attempt, the order seemed to go through. Shortly after, an employee called to ask if we wanted a total of six pizzas. Apparently, there had been an error in the order. I said no. She said she would pass it on to her supervisor and I would get my money back via PayPal. After a two-week wait, which the employee said was normal, nothing happened. When I called to inquire, I was told to forward the order and PayPal statements to the manager by email, or directly to the email address on the website. So I did both, copied it on the email, and never heard anything again. No phone call, no apology, no compensation, and certainly no refund. Unbelievable.

I had reserved a table, and my friends arrived a few minutes early. Upon arrival, the receptionist reprimanded me rather rudely, simply because I briefly asked about my friends and whether the table had been "collected" and where it was. I was then told exactly what to say and was supposed to say only "reserved + name - end of story," just a standard response...what?? He should just put up a sign stating what can and can't be said, or he shouldn't be stressed about his job. A little flexibility would be great; I'm not talking to a robot, I'm talking to a real person. And I was there with an open mind, looking forward to your delicious meal. After he finally told us our table was "downstairs," we sat there for 20 minutes alone, without any service – until it turned out that our friends had been shown upstairs by the same employee. Furthermore, we were rather rudely informed that we had to leave two hours after booking. For an hour, we received neither drinks nor were we able to order anything. Thankfully, the service was very friendly later on, but the fact that the children's food arrived after the adults' was a real organizational blunder. At least there was no pressure to leave on time in the end, but overall, the visit was disappointing due to the unfriendly service and poor organization.

I've dined at L'Osteria several times and will definitely return. The food was, as always, excellent, and I especially appreciate the option of ordering the large pizza with two different toppings. When making the reservation, we specifically requested a quiet table. However, we had to remind the server upon arrival, as we were initially offered a seat in the middle of the room. Due to the hall-like architecture, it's known to be quite noisy there, which is why a quieter table was important to us. The service could also be improved: On several occasions, we had the impression that the staff was more preoccupied with cleaning up than attentively checking for additional drinks or other requests. Nevertheless, the quality of the food is a definite plus for me – and that's why I always enjoy coming back.

Unfortunately, I've been disappointed for the second time… The pizza is still great… but the pasta is ridiculously overpriced and the portions are very small… many other guests have said the same thing… Furthermore, you can tell from the way you're greeted that it's all about the money… - You're told that the table is only free until 8 pm and that you have to leave after that… the funny thing is, other tables were free at 8 pm… Yeah… I don't think the owner sees any of us as guests… it's more like a factory operation… What a shame…

I'm very disappointed. Either the chef is new or the recipe has changed. It doesn't taste like it used to. The gnocchi with prawns have become inedible. All they're good for is swimming in oil. The bread that came with our order was burnt. The pizza was good. Outrageous for these prices.

The food was really good; the famous extra-large pizza was delicious, and the other dishes on the table looked good too. The service was very friendly and attentive, however, it seemed like there weren't enough staff. The servers were extremely stressed; things were forgotten, and some things took a very long time. I felt sorry for them, and they were constantly apologizing. This is something that management needs to improve. What's really bad, though, is the noise level. It was almost impossible to have a conversation at a table; you'd practically have to shout to the people sitting next to you. I was hoarse after the visit. This is partly due to the building's construction and partly due to the loud music. It's a real shame, as it unfortunately makes the visit quite unappealing.

After a visit to the very noisy L'Osteria on Ackermann Street, we wanted to give L'Osteria another chance and went to the one in Lechhausen. We were very pleasantly surprised. Great waiter, excellent pasta and pizza. Delicious dessert. Everything arrived very quickly. The atmosphere was definitely quieter than in Pfersee. We had a lovely evening! That's it! 😉

The food is fantastic, tasty, and plentiful. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and professional. But the mass processing is really awful. A time limit for running sushi: fine by me. But a time limit of 1.5 hours at an Italian restaurant... that makes you feel like you're being processed on an assembly line, and that unfortunately ruins everything, especially since it reflects the owners' greed. The noise level there (both music and conversations) makes you feel like you're dining in the middle of a club. This is a stark contrast between the very good and the very bad. Depending on your taste, it might be right or wrong.

We were only familiar with the noisy osteria in Augsburg on Bgm.-Ackermann-Straße. Hunger drove us here in Lechhausen, and we were thrilled! Architecturally well-designed – large, high-ceilinged rooms, a pleasantly modern ambiance – and not LOUD! We had a great time. A young man served us excellently; he could probably "read minds," as he brought out the pepper mill, spicy oil, and garlic oil without being asked, skillfully watched the tables, was immediately there, and took our orders in a relaxed, patient, and very pleasant manner. The bar is a real eye-catcher! We'll be back – no question.

I picked up an incomplete order, even though I had paid for extras. The employee noticed the mistake but refused to do anything or refund the money. A very bad experience.

The extremely loud music made it difficult for the waitress to take our order correctly. As a result, we initially received the wrong drink. An appetizer we ordered never arrived at all. The suggestion to serve it with the main course instead was completely inappropriate—a starter isn't a side dish, after all. The bread we ordered with the main course was never served either. Finally, the cash register malfunctioned, rounding off an already disappointing experience. As "compensation," we received two cappuccinos without asking—ironically, my husband doesn't drink coffee at all. Our son, therefore, had to take one of them, and unfortunately, we never received any sugar either. Given that the restaurant industry is already suffering from declining visitor numbers, such poor service is simply unacceptable. Who would still want to afford a restaurant visit as a "luxury" under these conditions?

Today was my second visit to L'osteria, and I ordered the mushroom risotto. While eating, I noticed a dead worm among the mushrooms (it had been cooked). I was so disgusted! After I told the waiter, I got a new portion, but I couldn't enjoy it or eat it... Offering a discount or deducting the portion was out of the question for the waiter. It's a shame, but I don't think something like that should happen in a restaurant that's running smoothly!

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait about 10 minutes at the entrance to get a table. Then, about 15 minutes passed before we could place our order. After another 30 minutes, part of the food had already been served, but we still hadn't received our drinks. Upon inquiry, we were told that the drinks machine was broken – unfortunately, this information and possible alternatives weren't proactively offered. It took about 40 minutes for us to receive water. While the staff was friendly, better communication and organization could have made the visit much more pleasant.

We took pizza out. Sorry but not thanks. I'll not buy next time. I don't know who eating this but is not real pizza. Mozzarela very Chewy , and the bread thin , dry, you can tell the dough wasn't left to much hours to grow more. The Fermentation. I know what a real pizza looks like. And the taste of it. I practically ate a "potato chip" crunchy I don't recommend.

The largest Italian restaurant we've ever been to. We were greeted by a friendly young man who immediately checked if there was a table available. Unfortunately, we hadn't made a reservation, and there wasn't room for us. We were offered a 10-minute wait at the bar, which we did. We ordered a Hugo and a Negroni as an aperitif. Both drinks were delicious. We were shown to a table for two and, with a very funny waiter, ordered our requests: a half-liter rosé, spaghetti carbonara, and a tortellini. The dishes were delicious, and the house wine was excellent. This restaurant is highly recommended if you're in the area.

Our visit today, however, was a little different. I had reserved a table for my fiancé's birthday dinner, including the appropriate note in the reservation. Upon our punctual arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception, and they even asked us again if the birthday note was correct. The restaurant was very busy, but we were able to go straight to our beautifully located table on the ground floor – a cozy spot in the corner, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. The receptionist also mentioned that the team would be planning a birthday treat, which my fiancé was naturally very happy about. Unfortunately, the service this time fell short of our previous experiences. Our service was polite, but not particularly attentive. The vitello tonnato came without bread, salt, or pepper. Only after we spoke to another waiter – who happened to be our regular Greek waiter – was a bread basket quickly and kindly brought to us, along with a sincere apology. For the main course, the pizza arrived significantly earlier than the pasta, so that it was already half-eaten by the time the second main course was finally served. Parmesan, salt, and pepper were again missing. The seasonings were only added after another 8-10 minutes and another follow-up. The kitchen, however, deserves high praise. The food was, as always, a poem – simply delicious and of a consistently high standard. Compliments to the kitchen team! Payment was once again very quick and smooth. Conclusion: In terms of cuisine, L'Osteria remains one of the best addresses in Augsburg when it comes to quality at a fair price. However, the service varies greatly – it depends on the individual server. Our personal recommendation: the slim, extremely friendly, and attentive Greek waiter, who, for us, embodies service at the highest level. I visited your Lechhausen branch today with my two small children – and unfortunately, our visit was extremely disappointing. Although the restaurant was visibly not full, the manager told us we would have to wait at least 15 minutes because we didn't have a reservation. To be flexible, we immediately made a reservation online. But even then, we were turned away again. What was particularly annoying was that a couple without a reservation was let in right before us and seated immediately. When we asked for a reason, we received no comprehensible explanation – instead, we were fobbed off again. What particularly annoyed me, however, was the behavior of the manager himself: He was rude, impatient, and seemed completely uninterested in finding a solution or even communicating in a friendly manner. This kind of treatment of guests – especially families with small children – is unacceptable. I have rarely felt so mistreated and so unwelcome as I did today in your restaurant. I expect you to investigate the incident internally and hope that in the future, families will also be welcomed in a friendly and respectful manner in your branch – regardless of whether they have a reservation or not.

Super delicious, huge pizzas and pastas, with something for vegans and vegetarians too. Best of all, you can have each half of the pizza topped differently, so kids can share a pizza, for example, which was a big hit with us and easy on the wallet. The atmosphere is very nice, as in all the branches I've been to so far. And a big thank you to our very attentive and friendly server, Sandra.

We're really disappointed with the food at Losteria in Augsburg-Lechhausen. 1. The kids' pizza tastes like nothing. Our son usually likes pizza. But he took one bite and looked at us questioningly. We tried it and thought the same thing. 2. My wife ordered a margarita with olives. Unfortunately, there were only 7 olives on the huge pizza. It tasted much better in the past. 3. I ordered a marinara. No garlic on it! That's the worst, and hardly any seafood. Quite lean, to say the least. I can't understand why. We ordered the pizzas by phone and picked them up ourselves. Maybe they're made differently than if you order in person? We're not really demanding customers, but considering how high-quality pizzas used to be compared to the price, we're quite disappointed.
