Hello, I placed an order today at 9:20 p.m. with a waiting time of about 34 minutes... nothing received until 11:21 p.m.... I'll sleep on the couch tonight and wait for the order... buona notte ragazzi...

The penne tasted like it came from a canteen, overcooked pasta that was falling apart, the sauce like a ready-made tomato sauce. An arrabiata should taste hot and spicy, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It is clear that noodles become softer when they are kept warm, so you have to cook them for less time so that they still have a bite for the customer. Should be normal. However, I also wrote “please al dente” and no one was interested. Not only at these prices, but in no restaurant should the quality be this bad. I find it just as negative that no one responded to my feedback; I had told the restaurant about the poor quality. Since I've had a good meal there before, I think it's pretty bad that people aren't happy about feedback. We won't be ordering there anymore, pasta from the well-rated pizza delivery service tasted very good, apart from the noodles being unfortunately too soft, and was about 60% cheaper.

Of course, the food in the lottery shops always tastes just as good. But the service in Amberg is often not good, very stressful, and somehow unfriendly. This is always noticeable, especially with one person. You don't want to throw everyone into the same pot.

Service is very nice, the food is average, but nothing special. The only special thing is the prices. They are particularly high. The shops on Maxstraße might be able to afford €5 for a beer, but not out in the industrial area in Lechhausen. Just like over €17 for a pizza that is huge, but super thin, hardly any toppings and a quarter of the surface is just dry crust.

The quality used to be much better. Probably new chefs, new service staff. We had to wait 1 hour for the food, you can't speak of the friendliness of the service staff! The taste of the food has noticeably diminished. Never again !

We were invited here for our birthday, it was really nice. Food as well as service is very good. The interior is great, I thought the open kitchen area was great, you can see that your food is freshly prepared.

Update August 28th: We called the waiter and showed him the photo. His statement was: It belongs the way it was served! That was the remedy! We really enjoy coming here to eat and simply drive 75 km to do so. The service is mostly good, but the food is sometimes well prepared, sometimes not so well. So it's not always the same. Today we ordered the dessert Gelato alla Vaniglia con Fragole from the monthly menu and unfortunately we didn't get what was stated (see photos). The strawberries and crumble were missing. Instead there was a scoop of ice cream with strawberry sauce for €3.95. Unfortunately that was very disappointing. We really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately we feel like it's not what it used to be.

I had the pleasure of dining at Losteria Lechhausen and it was a wonderful experience! The family atmosphere immediately made us feel welcome and the friendly staff made us feel like we were in good hands right from the start. The service was impeccable - attentive but never intrusive. I was particularly impressed by the variety and flexibility of the dishes. The menu offered a large selection and special requests were also fulfilled without any problems. No matter whether you have special preferences or dietary requirements, every wish is met here with a smile. An absolutely recommended place that I will happily return to!

Update July 29, 2024 I wanted to order online this evening, but it didn't work because an error kept occurring, then I wanted to order by phone, which wasn't possible because you were directed to the internet again, so I arrived at the losteria at 10 p.m. to place my order, however That didn't work either because the kitchen was already closed... what kind of joke is that??? I was definitely there for the last time today!!! Unfortunately, 0 stars is not possible!

It was my first time at L'Osteria in Lechhausen. The food and the service were very good! I can recommend it and if you're really hungry, have fun with the pizza!

We were a bit disappointed with our pizza (vegan vegetarian), it was hardly filled :-(, have you changed the pizza maker?) the size is of course gigantic, but you can get them on two plates without any problems :-) We were very satisfied with the service, nice and courteous. We sat outside, it was pleasant. The noise level in the restaurant is very high... One more suggestion: it's a shame there's no vegan dessert... Maybe could that be changed? We've been to the Losteria several times but unfortunately our visit yesterday wasn't that great. There were 8 of us and we reserved well in advance. We assumed we would get a table outside. We got the counter table in the interior, which is in the blazing sun from 6:30 p.m. until sunset and right next to the speakers. The music selection is very nice but way too loud, you can hardly have a conversation! Our waitress seemed slightly overwhelmed, but was otherwise friendly. The drinks came very quickly, as did most of the food we ordered, only a pasta dish had to wait 10 minutes!? Everyone else already had their food. During the meal it became increasingly hot and uncomfortable in our place due to the direct sunlight. When we asked if we could change seats, we were told that this was not possible due to the reservations. Most of the reserved places in the shade were still empty. There is also no way to minimize direct sunlight through sun protection. The staff is certainly aware that this table is exposed to direct sunlight in the summer and it gets very hot in this place. Why then is this exact space used for evening reservations? Why hasn't there been a solution for sun protection already? Because this problem has been known for a long time. We left straight after dinner. It's a shame because we wanted to spend a cozy birthday evening in the Losteria.

It was egg. Very nice day when we celebrated my son's birthday. Competent and friendly service, the young gentleman is even multilingual. All pizzas and pastas were prepared quickly and delicious, and the dessert also tasted great

Good food in itself but an absolute disgrace when you call three times and get hung up on three times. Ordering online is also difficult if several dishes are not available on the website. When someone picks up the phone, they often talk to you in an unfriendly manner. I'm actually really not sensitive about things like that but in this case it's just plain cheeky.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff, wanted to order our food while ordering drinks, this was ignored. We then had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could place our food order. The waiter tells me if I am impatient and that he will only take the order when HE finds/has time. Very disrespectful, then argues with you. Under no circumstances is he suitable for the job as a WAITER.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience I visited this restaurant hoping for a pleasant evening with friends, but was greatly disappointed. The volume in the restaurant was unbearably high - you literally had to scream to be able to communicate at the table. A relaxed conversation was impossible. In addition, the service was catastrophic. Our waiter was extremely rude and it took him forever to even take our drink order. Despite repeated requests, he ignored us for a long time. When he finally came to our table after repeated calls, he also became rude and asked us if we had no patience and that he would come when he thought it was right. Overall, the visit was a bitter disappointment. The combination of deafening noise and outrageous service made this restaurant visit very unpleasant. However, the food was surprisingly good. The dishes were tasty and attractively presented. Unfortunately, the good food couldn't make up for the overall negative impression of the evening.

Dear L'Osteria, unfortunately you are representative of Germany's service desert. A voucher that is 1 year old should no longer be valid? The guest, often the recipient, has to request the amount back. There is no help from you, apart from a loveless form? Sorry, that's extremely embarrassing. It would be professional if the waiter (he is not to blame, but he shouldn't be so snotty) offers the guest to fill out the refund form. So it's very weak. There isn't even any compensation for the effort. Sorry, I wish you another bankruptcy. This is not how you treat customers and people.

€13.50 for 10 uncooked tortellini and a sauce dripping with fat. This is definitely not worth the money. 16€ for an almost cold pizza where the pepperoni was just thrown on after the pizza was in the oven and it felt like there was more crust than toppings. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The pizza is very large, enough for two people (for those who eat little or children), but was brought lukewarm. And it doesn't work for me at all.

I know that the intention is to turn the music up so loud that the guests will leave immediately after dinner. If it weren't for that, we would come much more often.

The food and service was good. The pizzas are very large, which means you can easily share a pizza between two people. I didn't like the atmosphere because it was a large hall with poor acoustics. The price-performance ratio is okay.

Everything perfect and friendly

We decided on the LOsteria at short notice and were happy about an uncomplicated reservation. The food was okay, unfortunately the pizza (2 toppings) had little toppings (4 small eggplant slices on the parmigiana) and a lot of crust. I don't know that from other restaurants in this chain. The side salad and bruschetta were very good. Tortellini were good too. The chocolate and strawberry dessert was really small for 6.50 euros. Unlike what I know from other branches, the house soda is made with syrup and hardly any fruit. The service was attentive and quick. As you know, the music is a bit too loud to hold a conversation for any length of time. Overall, there is room for improvement because L'Osteria is not cheap. But with the bright restaurant and nice outdoor area, the branch has potential.

Pizza seafood tasted very good, but given the size of the pizza there could be a few more seafood

The food at L'Osteria is always great. What I would like to criticize, however, are the tables that are simply too small. Given the size of the pizzas, if there are four of you sitting at a "such a small" table and everyone orders a pizza, it becomes damn tight and really difficult to eat comfortably...

Great food as always. The only thing that always bothers me is that the pizzas are put on undersized plates. The pizza hangs down on all sides and to be honest that takes the fun out of eating it. Otherwise really top quality.

Unfortunately, as a large group, we only had space in the middle of the room. The service, well. Kindness is not just please and thank you. We were quickly cashed in. An appetizer should also be considered as such. So after the starter, the main course and not everything at the same time. The pizza is way too big, hangs over the edge of the plate and is almost impossible to eat. The floor is therefore so thin that it is a single mass (covering and floor)

I wouldn't necessarily go there for a candlelight dinner. The background noise is already very high. Atmosphere very relaxed, waiters friendly and food tasted good. Given the size of the pizzas and the thin base, you can't finish the pizza while it's warm, at least I didn't 😉 but in general you can eat well there, the price-performance ratio is right.
