Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und zu unserem reservierten Tisch gebracht. Die Bestellung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Die Pizzen sind wirklich sehr groß und schmecken sehr lecker. Manchen würde sie zu zweit reichen. Der Service war nett und aufmerksam.

I'll keep it short: It was a breathtaking evening! I was there with my wife and wanted to give her a little surprise. The good Pascal – who, incidentally, is also the main reason for this excellent review – served us excellently and even prepared a surprise. After dinner, he brought us a small cake with a candle on top for dessert. My wife was thrilled! Thank you again – I highly recommend it. Very large pizzas for the price. I felt comfortable. However, since the space is very large with few dividers, the noise level is a bit high. But it's worth another visit.

Very tasty (giant) pizzas, and my daughter's tortellini were also delicious. The service is incredibly friendly and gives you a warm, welcoming feeling. Overall, L'Osteria in Lechhausen is very stylishly decorated, and the outdoor area gives you a bit of a vacation feeling. It's also very clean, including the restrooms.

We've stopped here twice now on our way to Munich, and it's been great both times. The service is particularly noteworthy; the staff are simply lovely and so helpful. Thanks to Pasqual at this point 👍 You can always find a parking space. This will be our go-to lunch stop when we're traveling on the A8.

I visited your Lechhausen branch today with my two small children – and unfortunately, our visit was extremely disappointing. Although the restaurant was visibly not full, the manager told us we would have to wait at least 15 minutes because we didn't have a reservation. To be flexible, we immediately made a reservation online. But even then, we were turned away again. What was particularly annoying was that a couple without a reservation was let in right before us and seated immediately. When we asked for a reason, we received no comprehensible explanation – instead, we were fobbed off again. What particularly annoyed me, however, was the behavior of the manager himself: He was rude, impatient, and seemed completely uninterested in finding a solution or even communicating in a friendly manner. This kind of treatment of guests – especially families with small children – is unacceptable. I have rarely felt so mistreated and so unwelcome as I did today in your restaurant. I expect you to investigate the incident internally and hope that in the future, families will also be welcomed in a friendly and respectful manner in your branch – regardless of whether they have a reservation or not.

I highly recommend L'Osteria Lechhausen! The food was delicious, the outdoor area was absolutely beautiful, and the service, Pascal, was very attentive.

Super delicious, huge pizzas and pastas, with something for vegans and vegetarians too. Best of all, you can have each half of the pizza topped differently, so kids can share a pizza, for example, which was a big hit with us and easy on the wallet. The atmosphere is very nice, as in all the branches I've been to so far. And a big thank you to our very attentive and friendly server, Sandra.

I would especially like to highlight Sandra from the service team – absolutely attentive, friendly, and professional. She remembered our requests without taking notes and executed everything perfectly. Such service is truly not to be taken for granted and made the visit something special. The food was also excellent: The pizza, as always, was huge and crispy. My daughter's special request was fulfilled superbly. You can tell that quality is a priority here. We're really disappointed with the food at Losteria in Augsburg-Lechhausen. 1. The kids' pizza tastes like nothing. Our son usually likes pizza. But he took one bite and looked at us questioningly. We tried it and thought the same thing. 2. My wife ordered a margarita with olives. Unfortunately, there were only 7 olives on the huge pizza. It tasted much better in the past. 3. I ordered a marinara. No garlic on it! That's the worst, and hardly any seafood. Quite lean, to say the least. I can't understand why. We ordered the pizzas by phone and picked them up ourselves. Maybe they're made differently than if you order in person? We're not really demanding customers, but considering how high-quality pizzas used to be compared to the price, we're quite disappointed. Too bad. The service, etc., is top-notch and super friendly, though. Greetings

We visited during the week with four children at lunchtime, and everyone was very child-friendly. The playground with a slide was also very popular.

Gnocchi with garnelen was an instant hit.Wow mouth watering flavors.Pizzas were also top.They are huge, but you have the option to order only half the size.On weekends it can get pretty crowded and prior booking is a must.Parking can also become tight especially on weekends. I liked everything—the service, the food, the prices. It's a famous restaurant, so it was loud even on a Tuesday night. For my birthday, I got tiramisu with a candle. It was so sweet and lovely :)

Great location, open atmosphere. The food is good. When it comes to pizza, the focus is on quantity - very large but rather tasteless. There is no need for rudeness and snarky comments from the waitress, which is definitely not appropriate at a business meeting for lunch. A side salad is for variation, not because someone is “afraid of not being full”. Thanks to such outrageous behavior, I was definitely there for the last time.

I think it's great that you have the full menu to choose from even at unusual meal times. Especially practical with children, and everything is accessible at ground level with a stroller. Disabled toilets + changing table on the ground floor, remaining toilets on the 1st floor. Outside in the garden there is a great play tower with a slide for the children. Got a children's card + pens for drawing. Personally, I didn't want enough ham on the ham pizza (6 small pieces on a 45cm pizza). But everything tasted great! The entire team was in a good mood and very child-friendly.

Today, on a Sunday after 4 p.m., I was drawn to a restaurant with Italian food: I quickly found a parking space here and quickly got a table in the lower area. The large room was already well filled and more and more guests came! Accordingly, the noise level was increased, but not unpleasant! Very friendly staff brought me my food and drink. Despite the huge crowd, I didn't have the feeling that there was anything stuck or that there were any problems. There were also a lot of children at the tables, and everything was fine here too. I paid cash and then left. I cannot provide any information about the sanitary facilities.

Have been to the Losteria very, very often - both in Pfersee/Augsburg and in Lechhausen. I ordered a pizza with two toppings for around €16! then two drinks for me and two for my companion and desserts. I specifically asked for a light edge - so that I could tolerate it better (9 months pregnant and have a bad stomach at the moment) and my child could nibble on it at home. The friendly waitress said no problem, as we have always done for years! order like this. Pizza came. Too dark - partly with black areas, which some people like, but I didn't specifically ask for and have always received differently. The lovely waitress took it back and said it didn't look right. But then her "supervisor" or something similar came back with this pizza and spoke to me in a tone that was beyond good and bad, he said that my order didn't work that way and that it wasn't okay for me and that the pizza was normal and I couldn't have it any other way. I told him that it was fine since I always order and receive it that way. His tone became even more impudent in front of my companion and the guests around me! He complained - there's no other way to call it - that I'll just get a white pizza that's raw and that's my problem and it's gone. I have never experienced anything like this in the catering service. Especially the sound. If he had spoken normally and addressed it like that, ok - but the tone... my girlfriend and I were horrified, I actually lost my appetite for a moment. Then the nice waitress came and told me what he said - I told her. She said she had already thought of something like that, so she came back to apologize for HIS behavior. This service saved the evening - a really lovely lady... and at the end of the story, the pizza came wonderfully bright and ready and tasted good. You could have saved yourself all the complaining - this person needs a warning or another job for this kind of thing, if something goes wrong, ok, but as a guest I can't do anything for his mistake.

I can highly recommend L'Osteria in Lechhausen, pizzas and salad are really delicious! The facility and toilet facilities are very well maintained! Service was very nice, but in my opinion there was not enough staff for the guests on site. Gladly again next time!
