L'Osteria Augsburg Lechhausen in Augsburg

We've been to Losteria many, many times - both in Pfersee/Augsburg and in Lechhausen. I ordered a pizza with two toppings for around 16€! Then two drinks for me and two for my companion and dessert. I specifically asked for a light crust so that I could tolerate it better (9 months pregnant and have an upset stomach) and my child can nibble on it at home. The nice waitress said - no problem, as always, as we have been ordering for years! The pizza came. Too dark - some with black spots, which some people like, but I didn't specifically ask for and have always received something different. The nice waitress took it back and said it didn't look right. But then her "supervisor" or something similar came back with the pizza and spoke to me in a tone that was beyond good and evil. He said that my order wouldn't work and that it wasn't okay of me and that the pizza was normal and I couldn't have it any other way. I told him that it was perfectly fine, as I always order and receive it that way. His tone became even more rude in front of my companion and the guests around me! He grumbled - there is no other way to put it - that I would just get a white pizza that was raw and that was my problem, and he vented his anger. I have never experienced anything like that in the catering industry. Especially the tone of voice. If he had spoken normally and addressed it like that, fine - but the tone of voice... my girlfriend and I were horrified, I actually lost my appetite for a moment. Then the nice waitress came and told me what he had said - I told her. She said she had already suspected something like that, which is why she came back to apologize for HIS behavior. This waitress saved the evening - a really nice lady... and the end of the story, the pizza arrived wonderfully light and ready and tasted good. The complaining could have been avoided altogether - this person needs a warning or a different job for this kind of behavior. If something goes wrong, OK, but as a guest I can't do anything about his mistake.

Good food, lots of choice, friendly staff.

I was there for my birthday and everything went great. Delicious food, birthday surprise included and good value for money with good friendly service! Only parking spaces are becoming increasingly rare. 😊

The atmosphere was really great. The pizza was a bit burnt in some places, but otherwise very tasty.

I highly recommend L'Osteria in Lechhausen; the pizzas and salads are truly delicious! The grounds and restrooms are very well maintained! The service was very friendly, but in my opinion, there weren't enough staff for the number of guests. I'd love to come back next time!

You feel like you're in a train station. Were there as a couple. But we won't be visiting this restaurant again. The price-performance ratio is totally controversial.

I recently had a visit to Losteria and was completely satisfied. The food was excellent - both the pizza and the spaghetti pomodoro were delicious. The drinks were also served very quickly and the salad was fresh and crunchy. I would particularly like to highlight the service: the service was extremely friendly and prompt. Losteria is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for good food combined with great service!

Had ordered via Lieferando, pizza salsiccia piccante, penne arrabbiata and pizza ham champions and onions. The pasta was totally overcooked, pizza salsiccia piccante was with beef sausage (sucuk). Never again.

Bad service and unfriendly staff I was very disappointed with my visit to this pizzeria. The staff seemed annoyed and rude. Instead of being friendly, my questions were answered with an annoyed tone. I also had to wait forever for my food, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly full. The pizza was OK, but the poor behavior of the staff ruined my evening. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend this place.

Bad service and discrimination! I had reserved a table and provided all the details, but the staff treated me disrespectfully. The waiter spoke to me unfriendly and acted as if I didn't understand the language. I felt discriminated against and unwelcome. Additionally, the service was generally very poor - rude and unhelpful. The advertised offers were simply rejected. A restaurant with this kind of behavior doesn't deserve customers. I'll never come back!

I made a reservation for 8 people and specifically mentioned that I needed 4 high chairs. The waiter told me that I had made the wrong reservation and treated me as if I didn't understand German. The service was terrible. I won't come back. Furthermore, the advertised offers were not even accepted.

The food is delicious, in very manageable portions if you're not eating pizza. The service is pretty good, so far it's okay. What really bothered us was the noise level. The music is too loud, so all the guests are shouting across the tables. And our clothes smelled like food when we left the restaurant. This is very unpleasant and shouldn't be like this. Was the ventilation broken?

The pizza is already very, very big. But I wouldn't eat there again because it was way too loud and the music kept getting louder... In the end you couldn't even hear the person next to you. By the way, the table was only reserved for two hours (automatically) to eat with a larger group during this time... That's not nice!!!

Classic Osteria, everything good, unfortunately very loud

We were there yesterday with a total of 6 people. Food very, very tasty - as always. Service is also great!! Highly recommended!!

We reserved a table yesterday (Saturday evening). When we arrived we had to be patient for a few minutes (which I didn't think was a bad thing as it was extremely busy...). The attentive employee quickly offered us Prosecco on the house and apologized several times for the inconvenience. We were pleasantly surprised and were very happy about this gesture from him. When we were shown to the table and treated to the excellent food, we were able to end the evening perfectly. The service was 1a, very courteous staff, very nice people. The food was great. Highly recommended!!!

L’Osteria Augsburg Lechhausen is simply my favorite L’osteria, which is why we always come here or order. We have been very satisfied every time so far! And even though it's actually system catering, the Penne Arrabbiata tastes best of all L'Osterias 😁

A very nice location with a very pleasant atmosphere and great service. The service in particular is really great. It's a real shame that the Nizza salad is no longer on the menu.

We enjoy visiting this restaurant regularly – both as a couple and with friends – and have been guests for a long time. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderfully friendly treatment of the staff towards the guests. We feel very comfortable every time and have never been disappointed! 😊 The ambience of the building is also outstanding and completely suits our taste. Only the waiting time at the bar - despite a reservation - is sometimes a bit long, but thanks to the courteous staff this is hardly a problem. We'll be back soon 😋

Das essen war wie immer und wie gewohnt sehr lecker, allerdings ist mir die Damentoilette sehr negativ aufgefallen wie das letzte Mal im Pfersee. Kein Toilettenpapier war zur Verfügung und lauter Zeug lag auf dem Boden, an die Damen: ich frag mich ob ihr eure Toilette zuhause auch so vorfinden wollt. An das Personal: müsste vielleicht öfter kontrolliert werden.

Our collaboration with L'osteria is excellent. We clean and maintain your premises and the team we deal with is outstanding. Marcus and Jakob are the best in their field. They are always friendly, professional and willing to help, which makes working with them very pleasant. We are very satisfied with our collaboration and look forward to continuing our successful partnership.

We were there for lunch. There were enough places available. Were able to come without a reservation. The pizzas were all good. If you can't decide, you can have each half filled with something different. I think it's very good. There is a small disadvantage for me. The pizzas are not that hot and therefore get cold quickly.

Well. At first I didn't think anything of it, but looking back, my companion and I just felt like we were being stared at. The male waiters were more concerned with flirting than with their actual job and spoke to us in a strange way. One young waiter in particular (whose name I cannot mention for legal reasons) kept coming to our table, grinning at us strangely, asking irrelevant questions and then disappearing again. The whole thing was extremely unpleasant and I couldn't enjoy the evening at all. Ultimately, my companion and I were so uncomfortable that we ate our food in a hurry and paid quickly just to be able to leave the place. Looking back, I'm even more annoyed about it because we actually just wanted to have a nice evening. Conclusion: Never again Losteria in Lechhausen!

Very very tasty pizzas, huge. The toppings on the pizzas are ok. However, the calzone has a lot of sides and little filling. Staff is very careful and friendly. The music is suitable for a pizzeria. The only thing that bothers me is the background music being a bit too loud. We'll be happy to come back

Very pleasant and very nice service

It's nice to see that more and more options are being offered for vegans too. We had, among other things, the vegan pizza with really delicious vegan cheese (didn't taste as oily as some others) THANK YOU, we felt very welcome and therefore comfortable and will definitely come back :)
