Great food, great service, all the waiters very courteous, but unfortunately the volume was a bit too loud. We keep coming back, almost every week.

A highly recommended Italian restaurant, the design of the restaurant gives an atmosphere of warmth. The food is excellent and the service is excellent. Highly recommend….

I ordered a pizza and the dough is dark. This time I'm also dissatisfied with the politeness of the employees.

It was my second time there and both times I had a lovely, cozy evening with delicious food and drinks. The staff is friendly and attentive. Price/performance is absolutely right here. Would love to come back.

Today, on a Sunday after 4 p.m., I was drawn to a restaurant with Italian food: I quickly found a parking space here and quickly got a table in the lower area. The large room was already well filled and more and more guests came! Accordingly, the noise level was increased, but not unpleasant! Very friendly staff brought me my food and drink. Despite the huge crowd, I didn't have the feeling that there was anything stuck or that there were any problems. There were also a lot of children at the tables, and everything was fine here too. I paid cash and then left. I cannot provide any information about the sanitary facilities.

Very nice service, unfortunately the floor was very dirty from the previous owner and had to be removed first so that the dog didn't eat everything.

We as a family had a fantastic visit to Losteria-Lechhausen! The food was simply delicious – perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service: our waiter, Pascal, was extremely nice and friendly. He looked after us with a smile at all times and gave us very good advice. The experience was also very satisfactory in terms of price, the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. I will definitely come back and can only recommend Losteria!

Were there yesterday for a JGA dinner. Our waiter Pascal was super friendly and helpful, was very attentive! 5 stars just because of Pascal!! We'll be back :)

Food is mostly OK. The service is not good. The food is brought to the table occasionally. (Everyone should eat at relatively the same time?) Surprisingly long wait times for a salad. Ambience ok, the music could be quieter.

The restaurant was a great stopover for our JGA. Pascal, the waiter, was particularly personable. Ten stars for Pascal.

The food was very good and we didn't have to wait long for it. I had the MEZZALUNE SPINACI 👍🏾. Great taste, unfortunately a bit small for a grown man. Our waiter (Mansur) was always attentive and always had a smile on his face for us. We felt perfectly looked after. 10 out of 10. The ambience is clean and stylish, unfortunately very loud, so you had to talk very loudly to be able to have a conversation.

The quality of the food is exceptional, and the pizza is my favorite. We once had a misunderstanding and poor customer service, but I was impressed by how excellently the issue was resolved. I can't complain about the service. I recommend it. Greetings to my favorite waiter who is learning Spanish!

Have been to the Losteria very, very often - both in Pfersee/Augsburg and in Lechhausen. I ordered a pizza with two toppings for around €16! then two drinks for me and two for my companion and desserts. I specifically asked for a light edge - so that I could tolerate it better (9 months pregnant and have a bad stomach at the moment) and my child could nibble on it at home. The friendly waitress said no problem, as we have always done for years! order like this. Pizza came. Too dark - partly with black areas, which some people like, but I didn't specifically ask for and have always received differently. The lovely waitress took it back and said it didn't look right. But then her "supervisor" or something similar came back with this pizza and spoke to me in a tone that was beyond good and bad, he said that my order didn't work that way and that it wasn't okay for me and that the pizza was normal and I couldn't have it any other way. I told him that it was fine since I always order and receive it that way. His tone became even more impudent in front of my companion and the guests around me! He complained - there's no other way to call it - that I'll just get a white pizza that's raw and that's my problem and it's gone. I have never experienced anything like this in the catering service. Especially the sound. If he had spoken normally and addressed it like that, ok - but the tone... my girlfriend and I were horrified, I actually lost my appetite for a moment. Then the nice waitress came and told me what he said - I told her. She said she had already thought of something like that, so she came back to apologize for HIS behavior. This service saved the evening - a really lovely lady... and at the end of the story, the pizza came wonderfully bright and ready and tasted good. You could have saved yourself all the complaining - this person needs a warning or another job for this kind of thing, if something goes wrong, ok, but as a guest I can't do anything for his mistake.

I was there for my birthday and everything went great. Delicious food, birthday surprise included and good value for money with good friendly service! Only parking spaces are becoming increasingly rare. 😊

I can highly recommend L'Osteria in Lechhausen, pizzas and salad are really delicious! The facility and toilet facilities are very well maintained! Service was very nice, but in my opinion there was not enough staff for the guests on site. Gladly again next time!

I had a really great evening with my girls at Losteria Lechhausen. Excellent as always. In terms of taste, as are the portions. The waiter (Pascal) was very personable and we never had to wait. The whole atmosphere was great! I will continue to enjoy coming here ☺️

I recently had a visit to Losteria and was completely satisfied. The food was excellent - both the pizza and the spaghetti pomodoro were delicious. The drinks were also served very quickly and the salad was fresh and crunchy. I would particularly like to highlight the service: the service was extremely friendly and prompt. Losteria is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for good food combined with great service!

Had ordered via Lieferando, pizza salsiccia piccante, penne arrabbiata and pizza ham champions and onions. The pasta was totally overcooked, pizza salsiccia piccante was with beef sausage (sucuk). Never again.

Bad service and discrimination! I had reserved a table and provided all the details, but the staff treated me disrespectfully. The waiter spoke to me unfriendly and acted as if I didn't understand the language. I felt discriminated against and unwelcome. Additionally, the service was generally very poor - rude and unhelpful. The advertised offers were simply rejected. A restaurant with this kind of behavior doesn't deserve customers. I'll never come back!

Bad service and unfriendly staff I was very disappointed with my visit to this pizzeria. The staff seemed annoyed and rude. Instead of being friendly, my questions were answered with an annoyed tone. I also had to wait forever for my food, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly full. The pizza was OK, but the poor behavior of the staff ruined my evening. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend this place.

The food is delicious, in very manageable portions if you're not eating pizza. The service is pretty good, so far it's okay. What really bothered us was the noise level. The music is too loud, so all the guests are shouting across the tables. And our clothes smelled like food when we left the restaurant. This is very unpleasant and shouldn't be like this. Was the ventilation broken?

The pizza is already very, very big. But I wouldn't eat there again because it was way too loud and the music kept getting louder... In the end you couldn't even hear the person next to you. By the way, the table was only reserved for two hours (automatically) to eat with a larger group during this time... That's not nice!!!

We were there yesterday with a total of 6 people. Food very, very tasty - as always. Service is also great!! Highly recommended!!

We reserved a table yesterday (Saturday evening). When we arrived we had to be patient for a few minutes (which I didn't think was a bad thing as it was extremely busy...). The attentive employee quickly offered us Prosecco on the house and apologized several times for the inconvenience. We were pleasantly surprised and were very happy about this gesture from him. When we were shown to the table and treated to the excellent food, we were able to end the evening perfectly. The service was 1a, very courteous staff, very nice people. The food was great. Highly recommended!!!

L’Osteria Augsburg Lechhausen is simply my favorite L’osteria, which is why we always come here or order. We have been very satisfied every time so far! And even though it's actually system catering, the Penne Arrabbiata tastes best of all L'Osterias 😁
