Ein sehr schönes Restaurant und sehr nette Bedienung. Es gibt eine Auswahl an hervorragenden Speisen, teilweise mit sehr besonderen Gewürzen. Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden das Restaurant weiter empfehlen.

Ich kann negative Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen und vermute, dass sie wohl das falsche Restaurant bewertet haben.Denn hier trifft nichts davon zu. Wir haben gestern die Titanic Ausstellung angeschaut und auf den Heimweg kamen wir an diesem tollen Restaurant ( übrigens vietnamesisch und nicht asiatisch 🤷🏽‍♀️) vorbei. Es hat ein schönes Ambiente und noch klassische Wärmeplatten mit Kerze, die es bei uns in Franken schon lange nicht mehr gibt, da es fest kein richtiges Restaurant in dieser Art u Weise mehr gibt, denn wir kennen in einer Buffet welt in der man einfach auf den Teller schaufelt. Der Preis ist höher als woanders... Ja das stimmt. Aber dieses Essen ist jeden Cent Wert. Nicht nur geschmacklich ein Gaumenschmaus, sondern auch optisch habe ich lange nicht mehr so schön angerichtet gegessen. Frisches Gemüse, frische gewürzt und vielen haben wir keine 10 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!

We chose this restaurant on our way home based on the reviews. We ordered 2 vegan dishes: -V.2 SHAOLIN TEMPLE | €18.90 Tomatoes, peppers, bamboo, mushrooms, green beans in a spicy sauce -V.6 THE PEACE OF THE SOUL | €19.90 With various high-quality vegetables with coconut milk in curry-peanut sauce Unfortunately one arrived with tofu and the other with tempeh. Neither was on the menu. I informed them that I couldn't tolerate this and that it wasn't on the menu. The answer we got was that I could put it out and then my husband should just eat it. He doesn't like either of the two things either and so we couldn't eat a good third of both dishes. The dish Shaolin Temple also contained neither peppers nor bamboo and the sauce was okay, but a mild sauce without any spiciness. There was 1 green bean in the whole dish. I like crunchy, fresh vegetables but in both dishes the vegetables were only lukewarm and almost raw. The taste of the food was okay, I have often eaten Vietnamese cuisine, but unfortunately I didn't find it quite as tasty and well seasoned as I know it from Vietnam. When paying we were told that next time we should just say what we didn't agree with and then it would be left out. Why should I mention that I don't eat tofu if it's not on the menu? All in all, a straight 3 We wish the restaurant continued success. There are enough people who are excited.

This restaurant is an absolute insider tip! Comfortable and simply something different in terms of spices. Apart from the delicious food, I would like to emphasize how great the staff is! My grandma ordered a drink and the waiter immediately asked, “Do you want the drink with or without alcohol?”… Yes, that should go without saying, but in a time when without alcohol you are often called a “fun-stopper”. , or have to justify themselves in the case of non-alcoholic variants, I find it highly commendable that this question is asked as something so self-evident and is not served up as “will be wanted with alcohol anyway”!

Last week we had dinner with 5 people at Lemongrass. The boss served us a delicious, wonderfully prepared sea bass fish. We were all thrilled and will always be happy to come back. Hen gap lai!

I can only agree with the previous (current!) reviews - in summary, a failure that is second to none: I have never experienced such disastrous service. Absolutely rude and rude. When we ordered we were told that we should do it quickly because the waitress didn't have time. When we paid we complained that we wanted to pay in cash because otherwise the waitress would have to come in again. The tone was so incredible that we thought we were in a movie. The food was quite good, but overpriced (a spritzer and a vegan main course for €28). When I asked that it was actually less than €25, I was told that those were 10-year-old prices. Strangely enough, we were all handed cards (there were four of us) that contained these “outdated” prices - we took a photo of the whole thing. Never again…

The place has a very good review. Thus, we decided to visit for dinner. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. We ordered crab chips, Ha Noi salad, duck steak, and shrimps with peanut sauce. Sadly, all the greens in the food were old, rotten, and soggy. The rice was old. The waiter spilled the food on my fiance while trying to cut it for him. It was not a very good experience in the end, given that the prices were not very cheap.

I was in Lemengras for the first time today and I was overwhelmed. Top service, great ambience but the best thing is the food. The vegetables are beyond anything I've ever had in terms of side dishes. I didn't even know a lot of them as side vegetables and the fish and polyfruits are overwhelming!!! 10 out of 5 stars!

Ich war gestern das erste Mal da und bin begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und einen Platz zu bekommen ohne Vorbuchung war kein Problem. Das Gericht war sehr lecker und hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Das ist mit Sicherheit nicht mein letzter Besuch. Danke für den schönen Abend an das gesamte Team im Lemongrass.

Delicious vegan Asian food - of course lots of fish and meat on the menu. However, I chose a vegan meal and it was delicious! You have to fish out the many spices a bit, but that's absolutely fine because you really only eat natural ingredients without glutamate or artificial flavors. I would definitely go again on my next visit to Ludwigsburg! Can highly recommend it 🤤

We absolutely cannot confirm what J Abut wrote. The food here is absolutely perfect, selected spices, individually cooked dishes and a very friendly and courteous boss. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend the lemongrass!

I'm always happy not to listen to bad reviews because I thought it was great. I have gluten intolerance and have been doing very well. But if you look, people like that generally rate things poorly. I found it delicious and very clean and will recommend it to others. There were four of us and everyone was happy and received friendly service. I will gladly come again.

The prices in Lemongrass are not very cheap now and you certainly won't notice the reduction in VAT until the end of 2023. I think it's ok that you share a meal sometimes. It's easy to complain, but if you don't like it as a host, you can also eat at home. All I can say about the service in the house is: “Friendly is different!” We were escorted out shortly before closing time without being able to finish our drinks in peace. Rating 2021: The cooking here is really good. The menu has very interesting dishes, many of which are worth trying. We enjoyed the food very much. However, there is a star deduction because we were allowed to come relatively late after reserving a table. Classist, arrogant service and undercooked food. I recommend not to go there. Especially if you’re not a meat eater. My vegan dish was basically a raw salad with some lukewarm vegetables and potatoes, which felt like they had been microwaved for a few seconds. When I dared to say that the food was bad, I was told to leave and never come back. Addition: I offered to pay for the ridiculously overpriced uncooked and hardly bearable food, which I only partially ate because I was starving and had waited for 40 minutes. My wife even got sick of hers. When asked about the food I shared my honest opinion and was told to leave in a very rude manner mentioning that I was in the wrong place. In my culture guests are treated with respect. Never again!

I had dinner with my family at lemongrass restaurant on February 19, 2023. You can find the evidence in the appendix (invoice included) My complaint is not without reason. The boss was extremely unfriendly and rude, even choleric. Another guest with a partner got up and left because of this. But now to my case. Just to briefly explain two points: When we got there, we were sat at a table that we didn't want to sit at because it was drafty and my daughter already had a cold. My husband asked him if we could sit somewhere else. No, that wouldn't be possible! We were just shocked. A little later, when we were looking through the menu, I asked him if they also had Vietnamese soups as main courses and he got really angry and told me that I should go to the stalls there at the train station to have such a "soup". because you would only get good, upscale food in this restaurant. He did all this waving his hands and shouting through the restaurant in a very loud voice. Of course, other guests observed the situation in surprise. These are just two points that, in my opinion, are enough to show that, firstly, we ate there and, secondly, that the boss is easily excitable, quick-tempered and a person prone to tantrums. The food itself was delicious and special, but unfortunately we disliked the boss's style so much that we won't set foot there again.

The food surprised me in a positive way. The selection doesn't just include classic Asian dishes. There is also a whole range of meat and fish dishes on offer that one would initially associate with European/Mediterranean cuisine. As a result, the implementation is very Asian with, in my opinion, excellent quality ingredients. One thing I didn't like about our visit was the air in the restaurant, a little more freshness wouldn't have hurt here.

Vegetables - it wasn't really Vietnamese - the summer rolls were a bit dry. The main courses came with plenty of fresh vegetables - the fish, which had been lying on dry land for a while, was particularly notable for its absence. I couldn't notice spices that clearly either. Ich habe noch nie so gut gegessen! Auf Empfehlung des Chefkochs habe ich die Calamari gegessen. Es war einfach himmlisch! Phantastische Gewürze, unvergleichlicher Geschmack. Es war Soulfood! Unbedingte Empfehlung für das Lemongrass in Ludwigsburg!
