Exzellente Gerichte und sehr gelungene Kombi aus Tapas und Sushi. In dieser Art in Ludwigsburg und Umgebung einzigartig! Der Service ist super freundlich und aufmerksam und macht die ungezwungene lockere Atmosphäre perfekt! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Das Essen ist Unfassbar lecker. Ambiente ist sehr gelungen und der Service ist auch sehr Professionell. Man kann im Parkhaus daneben Parken und beim gehen entwerten lassen, voll entspannt

Unglaublich schöne und coole Location. Wir waren zu viert essen und haben einen wunderschönen und entspannten Abend gehabt. Wir haben einiges aus der Speisekarte probiert und das Essen ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Auch die ausgefallene Drinks haben es uns angetan. Und natürlich unser Kellner….Er hätte auch 6 Sterne verdient. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Super schöne Location, hervorragendes Essen, toller Service, aber leider ist die Musik ein bisschen zu laut, so dass es etwas schwierig ist sich zu unterhalten. Wenn es mal richtig voll wird, stelle ich es mir noch anstrengender vor.

Der Laden ist sehr eindrucksvoll eingerichtet, modernes stilvolles Ambiente, ein DJ legt im Restaurant auf. Tapas waren durchweg lecker, Cocktails ebenso. Sushi waren zwar auch sehr lecker, für den Preis waren die aber zu klein, daher ein Stern Abzug. Die Kellnerin war toll, hat uns super beraten und zügig bedient!

Mamaski gibt an, dass unter der Woche bis 24.00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Ich war dort um 22.50. Es war bereits geschlossen. Der Barkeeper hat innen irgendwas geputzt. Ja wollen die mich verarschen

Erstklassiges Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen, tollem Ambiente und exzellentem Service. Die Speisen werden in kleinen Portionen, z. B. im Tapas-Stil, serviert, und es gibt frisch zubereitetes Sushi. Auch die Cocktails sind sehr lecker. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die schwierige Lage des Restaurants. Der Eingang befindet sich unter der Straße und gegenüber einem Parkhaus. Wir brauchten eine Weile, um dieses unterirdische Lokal zu finden. Ein von der Straße aus sichtbares Schild wäre hilfreich.

Wir waren wieder einmal sehr begeistert. Kulinarik in Perfektion zwischen Spanien und Japan. Tapas und Sushi in einem Lokal in Harmonie vereint. Das Auge ist zum einen Beschäftigt das Interieur zu bewundern und der Gaumen die sensationell ansprechend angerichteten Leckerbissen zu genießen. Eine Muße für jeden der sich gerne verwöhnen lässt und einen ganz außergewöhnlichen Abend erleben möchte - Auch das Ohr kommt nicht zu kurz... Sehr angenehme Musik in sehr angenehmer Stimmung (sogar auf der Toilette, die einen Besuch wert ist ;-) Mamasaki, wir freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen.

Wir hatten hier ein geschäftliches Essen mit Gästen aus den USA. Wir hatten einen super spaßigen Abend mit einer netten Kellnerin die uns in der Menügestaltung wunderbar geführt hatte. Das Highlight für uns war der Brownie Nachtisch (siehe Bild).

Wir hatten einen Geschäftstermin im mamasaki und sind als Ludwigsburger Unternehmen sehr froh, so ein Restaurant in der Stadt zu haben. Der Abend war sensationell, alles war mehr als 5 Sterne!

Oh mein Gott, wie GUT war das bitte? Die Gerichte sind superkreativ und vom Feinsten. Es war eine so tolle Atmosphäre und der Service war wirklich sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder :)

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 3 Personen reserviert. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein tolles Essen . Ein paar von Tapas waren nicht so unseres und der Reis beim Sushi war zu lange gegart. Sonst war es schön angerichtet und lecker.

Ich war bereits mehrfach da und wollte meinem Besuch dieses Restaurant zeigen, welches ich für eines der besten und interessantesten Adressen im Großraum Ludwigsburg halte. Wir hatten ziemlich viel bestellt, da wir uns nicht entscheiden konnten und das Essen war durchweg super lecker und war auch optisch immer unheimlich ansprechend. Vorweg hatten wir zwei Cocktails, welche in meinen Augen optisch und geschmacklich auf einem ganz hohen Niveau angesiedelt waren. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant immer, wenn man etwas Besonderes machen möchte und komme ganz bestimmt bald wieder!

Wir waren gestern im Mamasaki und sind rundum begeistert! Schon am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem Platz begleitet. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der aufmerksame Service – unsere Jacken wurden uns abgenommen und am Ende sogar wieder gebracht, was heutzutage wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Essen war hervorragend – geschmacklich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau – und auch die Mocktails waren absolut top. Das stilvolle Ambiente rundet das Ganze perfekt ab und sorgt für eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Service war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Genau so wünscht man sich das. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Meine Frau und ich waren zuletzt an meinem Geburtstag im Mamasaki. Dies war bereits unser dritter Besuch hier. Wir lieben beide das Konzept des Restaurants. Sowohl Sushi Tapas als auch das Dessert (Cheesecake) waren ausgezeichnet. Ein besonderes Highlight waren auch die alkoholfreien Cocktails. Auch das Ambiente hat uns wieder voll und ganz überzeugt. Es war alles einfach super vom Essen bis zu den Getränken. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat war dass wir mehrere Sachen bestellt haben aber nicht alles zusammen auf den Tisch gekommen ist aber damit kann man auch leben. Sonst war alles einfach TOP!

Essen, Ambiente und Service sind wirklich Top!

Schönes Ambiente, das Essen war okay. Ich habe allerdings schon bessere Sushi gegessen und hätte mir mehr erwartet. Leider war der Service nicht sehr aufmerksam und oft „verschwunden“. Wir mussten ewig warten bis wir noch etwas zu trinken bestellen konnten und endlich bezahlen konnten. Wir hatten vier Gerichte bestellt und eins kam mindestens 5 Minuten nach den anderen…

Das Essen bei mamasaki schmeckt 1A und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und angenehm!

Great, there's a fantastic selection of food, wine, and cocktails, served by super friendly and amazingly efficient staff. We'd happily return. This is our second visit to mamasaki and it's right up there with my top three most enjoyable restaurant visits. The prices are a bit high but more than justified, the atmosphere is very relaxed, the music isn't too loud or intrusive. Many, many thanks to the staff for another unforgettable evening.

We were once again very impressed. Culinary perfection, somewhere between Spain and Japan. Tapas and sushi harmoniously combined in one restaurant. The eye is engaged in admiring the interior, while the palate enjoys the sensationally attractively presented delicacies. A leisurely experience for anyone who enjoys being pampered and wants to experience a truly extraordinary evening – and the ear is not neglected either... Very pleasant music in a very pleasant atmosphere (even in the restroom, which is worth a visit ;-) Mamasaki, we look forward to coming back.

Great restaurant, very good concept, not just tables, but also a long bar and lounge. Sushi, tapas, and desserts are all very good, and drinks include cocktails, wines, and matching beers. The staff is friendly and dedicated. Reservations are essential. Parking is free in the parking garage directly across the street with a ticket at the reception. Impressive.

We were here with the family. I don't quite understand the concept. The ambiance is that of a cocktail bar. They offer tapas and sushi. The service is good. You're greeted at the entrance and shown to your table. I came for the sushi. My first disappointment was the rather limited menu. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But here's the thing: the Itamae or the restaurant take themselves too seriously. I don't need mango in my salmon maki. But they don't allow substitutions. I wanted to leave something out. You can't even charge extra for that. I don't have a problem with omakase. Then the sushi should also be of the same quality. But what you get here, I can get at any other halfway decent sushi restaurant. It's just that the fun costs 30-50% less there. Maybe the tapas are better. Or maybe you just go there for the drinks.

Everything really a 10/10 Perhaps more tapas selection without fish 😅 then there would be more for everyone, but otherwise super nice and perfect

A truly beautiful ambiance, super delicious food and unusual creations, great service from the moment you walk in to the table service... everyone was super friendly and you felt welcome. However, I do find the prices a bit overpriced in some places (not all of them), which might explain why it wasn't busy (or maybe we went on the wrong day). I understand that you pay more for unusual things, but maybe not everyone can afford them (and I mean average earners). And there were only two of us and we could afford it, but going there with kids was unrealistic (especially since there wouldn't really be anything for them, at least ours). Perhaps it would make sense to expand the tapas menu a bit – for example, offer several smaller items at a lower price (that's what I've seen in tapas bars in Spain) – then ordering and tasting might be even more fun. Overall, though, it's a very successful concept and highly recommended 👌🏼. PS: We will still come back at some point and please see this review as a constructive suggestion and not as criticism.

The restaurant is truly amazing. The food was very, very delicious and we were served very quickly. The ambiance is stunning. From the outside, it's very unassuming, you almost walk right past it, but inside, it has a very beautiful combination of old (in a good way) walls and modern lighting, giving it a very luxurious feel. To be fair, the prices were commensurate, so it's more of a restaurant for a special occasion/romantic date and less suitable as a regular restaurant. Speaking of romantic dates, they had a container of flowers in the men's restroom (next to the door, far from the toilets) that you could take one of. So, I had a wonderful evening here.

An absolute must! A super cool location. Relaxed service and exceptional sushi. Plus, they have cocktails that are better than any other cocktail bar nearby. Amazing.

Spanish-Japanese combo, delicious & chicly presented in a cozy ambience, opposites attract after all.

The entrance is a bit hidden, and we had to search for it for a while. Another group had almost given up: When you're standing in front of the Harbr Boardinghouse, you have to pass the parking garage entrance and go down the ramp (right). If you go up (left), you'll reach the Blue Lagoon. The welcome from the staff was very warm, and the employee who showed us to our table was very helpful and friendly. For food, there's a small selection, including sushi and tapas. Pricey, but just as good. The ambiance makes you feel like you're actually in Japan. It's playful yet rather luxurious. The lounge music takes some getting used to. The restroom area is very decent. All in all, 4.3 stars

-Service was quite rude and arrogant -no menus, sushi can only be ordered individually (or 2-6), the taste on average is nothing special, but the prices are oh dear... -You have 30 minutes for an order. waited -We made a reservation and got a table directly under a supporting wall where you had to keep your distance when sitting, you shouldn't put a table there, that's easy. The main thing is to fill the store as full as possible!

Just WOW! You stand in front of the entrance and ask yourself whether you are really in the right place. The graffiti and the lettering confirm this relatively quickly. You will be warmly welcomed at the entrance and escorted into the restaurant. The restaurant is a pearl that I have rarely experienced. Incredibly cool atmosphere, whether for a date, dinner with friends or a company party. Here you find your place. The service is extremely attentive, friendly and never intrusive. Kind regards to Lea. The food is a 12/10! Absolutely delicious, whether sushi or tapas. This restaurant gets full points and I would like to give it a 6th star if it were possible. Very nice ambiance, you immediately feel at home. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and shown to our table. The waitress, a younger woman with black hair and glasses, always checked on us and served us very well even though it was very busy. The food was unusual and good. A very nice evening, thank you.

Curiosity was great, and we only became aware of Mamasaki in the last few months through regular and subtle 'teasers' on the Internet, which the host, Tobi Weidner, did well. We were happy to drive the 45 minutes to LB and were more than compensated. The location from the outside is rather inconspicuous in the concrete gray, as if they wanted to deliberately appear anonymous and make themselves invisible - but inside, wow!, a real, well-coordinated jewel box in a kind of vaulted cellar. Modern elements combined with old walls. The interior design is discreetly coordinated, Japanese decoration, painted lanterns, beautiful tables, lots of wood, almost Mediterranean again. We had to pull out our cell phones. Whether just for a snack or dinner, but also for drinks and cocktails, Mamasaki is a place to hang out with friends. The food on the menu, the digital mini tablet, a skillful fusion kitchen. Sushi, tapas and Swabian dishes. The Maultaschen 'Kächele' in a new look, and very tasty. We snacked on quite a few things and enjoyed them. The service should also be highlighted, attentive and friendly but never intrusive. A strong team working together. We'll definitely be back, reservations are in order from Thursday...

We had a completely perfect evening on Friday, April 11th, 2025 - and we would just like to say thank you for that! We would particularly like to highlight the wonderful service staff who served us so warmly and attentively that evening. Unfortunately, we don't know her name - she was slim, about 5'6" to 5'6" tall and had long, light brown hair that she wore tied in a ponytail. With her warm manner, her charming sense of humor and her always friendly smile, she made our evening not only pleasant, but really fun. There was a wonderful back and forth between you and her, which made the atmosphere even more personal and friendly. You want a service person like that everywhere – attentive, warm and simply happy to do what they do. Thank you very much for the great evening – we will definitely be back!
