Insanely slow service, 40 minutes for one shawarma sandwich and the place wasn’t even full. And overpriced

Great atmosphere and incredibly delicious food. The staff are super friendly.

I ordered from him a day ago and the order didn't arrive. I ordered from him again and he said they were out of stock.

Latakia Snacks completely won me over. The dishes taste authentic, are freshly prepared, and perfectly capture the flavors I love so much about Syrian cuisine. I especially appreciated the quality of the ingredients, the friendly atmosphere, and the warm service. It's wonderful to have found a place in Berlin that offers such authentic Syrian cuisine.

Our experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We had guests at home, so we contacted the restaurant beforehand to inquire about their delivery timeframe before placing our order. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response until about an hour later. When the employee finally answered, they assured us it would only take an hour, so we relied on this promise and confirmed the order. After an hour and fifteen minutes without our order arriving, we called the restaurant to inquire. To our surprise, the person who answered coldly informed us that the order might take an additional 40 minutes. When we requested to cancel the order due to the delay, their response was simply, "Okay, cancel the order," without any attempt to address the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, our guests ended up leaving the house without their meal. This unpleasant experience has happened to us more than once with this restaurant, and the recurring issues are consistently a lack of credibility regarding delivery times and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

The food is very good, but it takes a long time to prepare. The prices are somewhat reasonable. The staff are very respectful. I only gave the service 3 stars because of the time.

The food is delicious, especially the Latakia breakfast, for example the pasta! I just hope the owner spends a little more money on the side dishes (olives and pickles) because the quality is very, very poor and cheap. The olives are very bitter and the pickles have no flavor at all. Otherwise, everything else is really great!

If you're near the restaurant, don't hesitate to go in and order. It's a truly great restaurant with very friendly service. It's especially recommended for families, as there's a dedicated children's corner. If you order a children's meal, the child receives a gift. We were very happy with our experience. There are lots of snacks and snacks available, they are very positive. I have this Philadelphia and Francisco probiert and beide waren unfassbar leaker. It's all about the same level. Was mir fast when the hat fell, war died atmosphäre. He has a hard time and feels like this, but he does not have enough money to do so. This price is very fast and the price is very fast and easy. As for the "4K" sandwich, it was a mismatched mix of flavors and an unnecessary amount of cheese. Overall, the quality was very average, and the chicken tasted like it was prepared and reheated. I've ordered takeout here several times and have always been very satisfied. The food is always fresh, delicious, and still hot. The portions are good, and the price is reasonable. Orders are always prepared quickly, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend it!

The fajita and Philadelphia sandwiches were good to eat. The cheese was stretchy and the avocado sauce at the bottom of the sandwich was yummy. The bread could have been a little bit crispy, that would have added a nice texture. The fries were not that great but ok. They had an oily taste.

I was honestly very disappointed. I usually rely on recommendations when choosing restaurants, and I saw a lot of praise from a blogger about this place. The food looked amazing on Instagram, and I had been craving some crispy chicken, especially one I could trust to be halal. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender, but lacked proper seasoning, and the overpowering taste of fried oil took over. The sandwich was also missing a good sauce that would usually bring this kind of meal together. I was hoping for a “cheat meal” worth breaking the routine for after a strict week, but unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth it.

In general, the food is good despite the small quantity, but I feel that it is not a big problem compared to the price. The dessert is nice, but some types of fruits should be put in the refrigerator to be cold in the fruit salad, such as mango and strawberry, because they were at room temperature and this took away the taste of the fruit salad. The pistachios were not the best types and a bit moisturizing. As for the cashews, my advice is to get high quality nuts and fruits, even if the price is high, because people are fussy and know how to differentiate the good from the bad, because it is better than the cheap products.
