I had gnocchi with Bolognese and carbonara. Both were worlds away from a truly good Italian meal. I can't say anything about the pizza.

Very tasty pizza at reasonable prices. The only drawback was that my wine was served in a warmed glass. I'm assuming this was on a warm surface. In addition, the toilets could be cleaned a little more often. All in all, however, good value for money. We'll definitely come back!

By far the best pizzeria in Leipzig! Tried the Pizza Montanara and the Pizza Dia Vola on the first visit... Both very tasty! Today the spaghetti pesto... Also an absolute recommendation... I'll be happy to come back! Keep it up!

I always come here when I'm in Leipzig for a concert and I'm never disappointed... Price performance is great and the pizzas are huge and well topped... In the evenings or at big events it's better to reserve in advance but so far it's always been possible without it ...I'm always happy to come back. For years now, everyone in Leipzig has been the address when things need to be quick, tasty and cheap. I am very often a guest in Osteria L’Arena and I am always happy. The food is very tasty, the prices are cheap and the team friendly and courteous. All in one, a great recommendation for everyone.

Very nice people and great service. The food is always very tasty too. We like to come back again and again and are already there regularly.

Raw pizza dough. Bruschetta on not toasted white bread. Carbonara with cream sauce. And no, “red wine must be at room temperature” does not mean 30°. Sorry, that was nothing.

Great Italian, great service, great food. Everything was just right, despite the huge crowds. The food arrived within a few minutes and the taste was to die for. The restaurant simply has an Italian street café atmosphere and charm, if you didn't know that you were in Leipzig, you would think you were sitting somewhere in Italy. I can really recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants extremely good Italian food and is content with pizza and casserole (that's all they need). I also have to say, nowhere else is it as cheap as this. Everything is just right here: price and taste, so I'm not surprised why there are always so many people here. Oh yes, one more thing, you should be hungry: the standard pizza size here is 40 cm (which comes from the stone oven) and that for under €10 per pizza.

The pepperoni pizza was great! Nicely thin base, delicious salami (not too much salami either) and above average size (also great price for the size). The mozzarella salad was also delicious. The service (waitress) was friendly. The waiting time wasn't long either, despite the house being full (approx. 20-30 minutes). The only negative point was the location. The outside area is right on a footpath, which is why there was actually no peace and quiet. All in all, a clear recommendation!

A very good pizzeria. We have visited Leipzig and 4 adults and 2 children had lunch there. We ordered 4 pizzas that were large and after eating all of them we had leftovers and we took them for dinner. It has a variety of pizzas and is not expensive. If you go to Leipzig you have to go to lunch or dinner there, which is amazing.

In "L'Arena" there are large, delicious pizzas that you can also order to take away, the price-performance ratio is more than okay, the service is really great and the ambience, fitting for a pizzeria in a big city, is very consistent. My standard pizzeria in Leipzig, big recommendation.

Good prices for Hamburger standards. We both ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegetables. It was well stocked with olives, broccoli, onions and much more. However, pizza didn't taste like anything. You don't taste any cheese, tomato sauce or spices. It just tastes neutral.

This is the place that left an impression on me in Leipzig. The food was amazing (to die for) and so was the service, the place was very quiet and with a beautiful view. I would suggest you to visit it when you go to Leipzig because it is worth if you spend a delicious dinner with your family, friend or partner.

Price/performance unbeatable. 30 cm pizza from the stone oven for 5 euros. I recommend eating it directly on site, this is how the pizzas taste best. Edit: As always, very tasty and cheap. I've been a customer for years, but today I was approached very unfriendly by the waitress. First time I had such a negative experience there. Very rude and cheeky.

You can get very large pizzas here for a relatively small price. They taste good and garlic and chilli oil are included for free. I always enjoy going there. It's nice outside, relaxed atmosphere.

We come every now and then because the food is generally very good. Unfortunately the service is getting worse and worse. Last time, we had to wait forever with children before we could even place the order because a waiter does everything - taking orders, filling drinks, serving, answering the phone and dealing with walk-in customers who order take-away. This time it was really bold - we arrived shortly after half past seven and had to wait over 20 minutes before the service even came. It was just before eight! and we were told that the kitchen was closing and there was only pizza left. We mostly wanted pasta and could have ordered 3 minutes after our arrival, i.e. shortly after half past seven and certainly before the kitchen closed. That doesn't work at all! So food is good, if you pick it up you will be served quickly. But there's no point in staying there anymore!

Hello, there were 16 of us today, the service was top (great). The waiter was very nice, friendly and did his job perfectly. The food pizza 🍕 was very tasty, I think it is the best pizzeria in Leipzig. Ambient is very good and very quiet. We were very satisfied, we would like to come back I can only recommend 👌 LG

Positive: die Kellnerin war sehr nett. Negativ: das Essen war nicht gut. Das was ich bestellt habe, war kein Carbonara. Der Speck war irgendwie geraucht denke ich, hat sehr komisch geschmeckt. Ich habe nur die Nudeln gegessen, weil ich Hunger hatte. Die Pizza war auch nicht gut. Die Tomatensoße schmeckte, als sei sie abgelaufen oder verdorben. Mein Freund hatte danach Bauchschmerzen. Die Damentoilette war sehr schmutzig und mit große Spinnen in die Ecken.

Pizzeria in der Nähe der Arena. Guter Anlaufpunkt für den Hunger nach dem Stadionbesuch. War trotz 43.000 Stadionbesuchern nicht überfüllt. Die Pizza war gut und hat satt gemacht. Extrawünsche wurden mit aufgenommen. Das Personal war sehr gut. Keine langen Wartezeiten.

Für mich ist dies seit vielen Jahren die einzige Option für mich wenn es um Pizza geht. Dünne, knusprige Böden und das richtige Maß an Belag machen dieses Restaurant zum absoluten Lieblingspizzarestaurant in Leipzig.

Das Personal war bei unserem Besuch, aufgrund des großen Besucheransturms (Konzert), ein wenig überfordert, aber dennoch freundlich. Die Pizza war oberlecker. Preis-Leistung perfekt.

In Zeiten, in denen das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eine immer wichtigere Rolle spielt, schafft es diese Pizzeria, eine ordentliche Menge Essen für Ihr Geld zu bieten. Leider war die Größe der Pizza das Haupt-Highlight. Geschmacklich reichte sie aus, war aber im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien in der Gegend nur durchschnittlich. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass die verwendeten Zutaten besonders frisch oder von hoher Qualität waren, was dazu führte, dass die Pizzen trotz ihrer Größe etwas uninspiriert wirkten. Die Sauce hatte wenig Würze, der Käse war nicht besonders reichhaltig und der Teig fehlte an Knusprigkeit. Alles in allem hätte ich mir mehr Tiefe und Komplexität im Geschmack gewünscht. Ein weiterer Negativpunkt dieser Pizzeria ist ihre Lage. Direkt an einer belebten Straße gelegen, leidet das Ambiente unter dem ständigen Verkehrslärm und der fehlenden Ruhe. Das wirkt sich unweigerlich auf die gesamte Erfahrung aus, besonders wenn man sich für einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden oder Familie entscheidet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist simpel und unkompliziert, was einerseits charmant sein kann, andererseits aber auch den Eindruck erweckt, dass wenig Aufwand in die Gestaltung des Raumes investiert wurde. Ein wenig mehr Liebe zum Detail könnte diesen Raum in ein viel einladenderes und angenehmeres Umfeld verwandeln. Insgesamt würde ich diese Pizzeria als ein solides Angebot für diejenigen betrachten, die eine große Pizza zu einem vernünftigen Preis suchen. Jedoch muss man bereit sein, Kompromisse in Sachen Geschmack und Ambiente einzugehen. Es ist nicht unbedingt ein Ort, den ich meiden würde, aber auch keiner, den ich besonders empfehlen würde. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass sich die Pizzeria weiterentwickelt und in den Bereichen nachbessert, in denen sie derzeit noch hinterherhinkt. Ich würde gerne sehen, wie sie ihre Rezeptur verfeinert und ihre Räumlichkeiten verbessert, um ein vollständigeres und zufriedenstellenderes Erlebnis für ihre Kunden zu schaffen.

Das Essen ist top was ich schade finde ist das die Preise direkt aufgerundet werden von dem service was ich schon als Frechheit befinde.

Das Essen war ok , was mich aber absolut enttäuscht hat war der Service Ich hatte in meinen Spagetti mit Garnelen einen Metallknopf ! Die Kellnerin wurde darüber informiert und es interessierte sie aber sichtlich nicht!Ich erhielt weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Preisreduzierung ! Das ist ein absolutes „ no Go „ !! Ich wurde eher noch mit bösen Blicken verabschiedet. Diesen Pizza-laden werde ich nicht weiterempfehlen und selber dort auch nicht wieder hingehen .

We arrived at around 19:15 in a group of 6 and they assigned us a table,must say It Is a nice and comfortable location. The pizza arrived at a reasonable time and overall It was a good meal. The problem arrived when we had to pay. My Friend, when the waiter was taking orders for the drinks, ordered a Fanta but, After about 10 mins and After the everyones drink had already arrived, the Fanta wasn't there. So, we asked the waiter for the Fanta and he immediatly brought it to us. Now, the problem was that they counted two fantas on our order but we received only One. We tried to explain the situation to the lady at the counter, but she wasn't able to speak in english and sent us away as fast as possibile to serve other customers. At the end, we had to pay for the extra Fanta. The problem isn't the extra cost of the Fanta, the problem Is the way the lady treated us like we were trying to not pay the drink. This tainted what could've Been a good experience, leaving a bit of a sour taste in our mouth. TL:DR the food Is good and the prices are right, too bad for the mistake made by the waiters.

Die Preise sind top, auch für die veganen Gerichte :) Generell ist die Menge an veganen Gerichten wirklich gut. Die Pizza und die Calzone sind lecker und extrem Käsig. Groß ist sie auch! Ich hab zuerst das falsche Gericht bekommen, das hab ich dann natürlich nicht angenommen. Ich hab das Gefühl das hat eine kleine Familienkriese ausgelöst. Zumindest haben mich die Mitarbeiter*innen danach länger ziemlich komisch angeschaut, als hätte ich etwas befremdliches getan. Schon etwas unprofessionell. Da es aber lecker war, will ich mal 4 Sterne da lassen.

Wer Lust auf eine gute leckere Pizza hat ist hier richtig. Alles frisch zubereitet, Portion top, Preis Leistung Verhältnis bestens. Ambiente geht so, könnte mal wieder etwas renoviert werden. Service sehr freundlich. War hier schon öfters gewesen. Alle Speisen auch to go mgl.

Zutaten sahen sehr lecker aus. Der drehende Steinofen war das optische Highlight. Pizza Grudaiola war ok. Der Teig ist toll und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pizza ist lecker. Draußen sitzen direkt an der Hauptstraße. Das war uns aber egal. Wer kein Geld mit hat, gegenüber ist die Sparkasse mit Geldautomat. Ob man mit Karte bezahlen kann weiß ich nicht.
