Five stars because: nowhere is there such bad talk about the food and yet everyone goes there, nowhere is there so much pity for the lonely outsourced service staff fighting the rush of families and cheerfully running children to whom no one tells them to "sit still", nowhere is there IKEA -Kitchen staff who have been serving or collecting Köttbullar there for decades with a Cologne saying on their lips. For many customers it is a cheap pensioner's meeting with free coffee with loyalty cards and it is still worth the view of the parking lot where customers stand in front of the piled-up purchases and wonder how they are going to fit them in their electric car. And for a clear conscience, everything is now certified, vegan or meat-free. The restaurant is a bit overpriced now because of the show. And it will be delivered, guaranteed.

Not enough staff. Maybe I just chose a bad time to dine here. The steak was not medium rare as ordered. Too expensive for that. Long waiting time. But maybe things were just going badly in the restaurant that day.

The food is excellent, good service and the ambiance is lovely

Great place to buy drugs or to watch the more than questionable clientele milling around in front of the entrance. It's not uncommon for children between the ages of 8 and 12 to ask you if you want to buy coke in front of the bar - which unfortunately isn't even meant as a joke. There is also entertainment in the form of firecrackers or other explosive devices almost every day. Absolutely disgusting and an eyesore in Mülheim.
