Landgasthaus Wintringer Hof in Saarbrücken

In my opinion, one of the most interesting restaurants in Saarland. The value for money is really very good here. Perhaps that's because everything is organically grown. Food: My favorite dish here is the cordon bleu. The size and flavor are impressive. The vegetables underneath are extremely delicious. I have to order it again and again whenever I'm there. But the salmon and duck that my table neighbors had also tasted incredibly good. Service: Really good and friendly service. We've never been disappointed. Even with a small child, we were always in good hands here. Our child was really well looked after, and special requests were fulfilled. Atmosphere: Beautiful dining room and modern building. Thank you for providing this quality.

The Christmas market is a disappointment. We drove here from Homburg because we saw advertising for the market there and wanted to drink a delicious mulled gin. But it said there that only bottles could be sold. The only thing served warm was boring red mulled wine. And the market there isn't big either. There were maybe six exhibitors. The trip was free, not a recommendation.

We ate a lovely meal here... The staff was polished and efficient - while creating a warm and friendly mood. The food was first class. My clients loved it, as did I.

On November 23rd I visited the Christmas market at Wintringer Hof after seeing the advertising for the event at Gin.Liebe. I was really looking forward to trying the mulled gin. But once I got there I was seriously disappointed: it wasn't possible to try the gin - you had to buy a whole bottle straight away. This is completely incomprehensible, especially at a Christmas market where it is usually customary to sell drinks. Instead, it felt like a pure sales event with no regard for visitors' expectations. What's even more disappointing is that I could have just as easily bought the bottle in a nearby shop without having to travel 40km - so what was all the effort for? Overall, a disappointing experience that took away any coziness from the event. I'll think twice about going here again.

Very fine food, excellent service, a very well-kept atmosphere and pleasant pricing. You have to make a reservation. Only accessible by car, parking space available. Really highly recommended!

Were at an event. Body and soul were well taken care of. Unfortunately, like everywhere else these days, everything is overpriced. Parking situation miserable. Especially for a family with children/strollers.

What can I say? From the first visit to the restaurant, through the entire wedding planning, the great team was there to help and advise. There was never a single question left unanswered and the wedding was just around the corner and the wedding was perfect, the service and food were fantastic, everything was implemented and handled as previously discussed. We are still very touched by our beautiful wedding, which would not have been so perfect without the Wintringer Hof team. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your commitment and will recommend you to everyone.

As guests at the Landgasthaus Wintringer Hof, you will certainly NOT have seen us for the last time. We were here today with a group of 6 people, 2 dogs and 1 toddler and felt very comfortable. As a welcome there was a glass of apple sparkling wine on the house and for our two four-legged friends a piece of beef fillet from the kitchen (of course we were asked if they could eat it). We've never experienced anything like this before. The food was just great! Everyone at the table enjoyed it very much and we were thrilled. Drinks and food - full 5 stars. I would like to give 6 stars for the service and the treatment of our table, but unfortunately this is not possible, hence a full 5 stars. We would love to come back and are already looking forward to our next visit here. Keep it up please!

Would actually deserve 0 stars. We originally reserved 3 days through Check24. It said that we can check in between 2:00 p.m. and 5:59 p.m. We were there at 3 p.m., but there was no one there. At the entrance it said that it was closed and that you should call a number to get your room key (via Keyboy). However, the number was not available online. We then kept trying and no one answered the phone. After about 45 minutes we gave up and looked for something else at short notice. A real shame.

The perfect accommodation, modern, very clean rooms, great service, best food, I was here in Saarland for two weeks and felt at home here. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who would like to relax outside in the beautiful nature after a stressful day in the hotel. Located a bit “outside” but still central. I'm thrilled and whenever my journey takes me back to Saarland I hope that I can get a room here again.

There was no schnitzel on the menu, but upon request we had 2 delicious schnitzels prepared. Great service, delicious food. Gladly again.🍀

Ein Ort der Begegnung, landschaftlich schön gelegen. Das Restaurant bietet Biospeisen auf höchsten Niveau, der Service ist ebenso aufmerksam wie unaufdringlich. Bei einem Besuch ist Reservierung zu empfehlen, bei unserem Besuch war das Restaurant voll, trotzdem arbeitete der Service ruhig und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super freundliches Personal und klasse Essen. Hier gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und schön angerichtet.Was wir super finden ist, dass hier nur Bio Produkte aus dem eigenen Anbau verwendet werden. Kommen gerne wieder.

Danke für das sehr leckere Essen. Man merkt das alles ultra frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet wird. Super netter und aufmerksamer Service. Das Ambiente hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Hier muss man auch nochmal erwähnen, wie toll man mit unserer Hündin umgegangen ist. Wir hatten mit 8 Personen alle relativ gleichzeitig unser Essen und es hat wirklich vorzüglich geschmeckt. Ich liebe es wenn sich unsere Region, kulinarisch von der besten Seite zeigt.

Wir waren an einem Freitag Abend im August im voll Besetzten Restaurant. Dennoch genossen wir einen perfekten Service. Aufmerksam, aber doch unaufdringlich. Wir genossen 5 phantastische Gänge von herausragender Qualität. Wunderschön angerichtet, in einer gut geplanten zeitlichen Abfolge. Der Rotling aus der Region passte vorzüglich, ebenso der Rum zum Abschluss. 4 Stunden die mir mehr als perfekt in Erinnerungen bleiben werden. Hier stimmte einfach alles.
