Memory Burger Saarbrücken in Saarbrücken

The truffle burger was indeed very good, juicy, and truffle-y. Things that could be improved would be, for example, fried onions for crunch, or a stronger cheese, like Appenzeller or mountain cheese. But it's not necessary. It tastes very good as it is. The truffle fries came with truffle mayo and a cheese (?). I have to say, though, that I would have preferred it if the cheese had been sprinkled on top, but the truffle mayo had been served separately. As I said, everything was great, and I'm just nitpicking. And, as is often the case, I would have loved onion rings. The ambiance was something different. Japanese, with a samurai theme and cherry trees in the restaurant. My son had a cheeseburger and was surprised by the mango, but said that whoever made the burger did everything right 😄. The service was also very friendly, and we were there without a reservation. We'll be back.

We spontaneously decided to eat burgers there on a Sunday afternoon and were absolutely thrilled. The service was excellent, with fast and friendly staff. The homemade iced tea was incredibly delicious, and the food was unbeatable. The ladies' restroom even had freshening products like deodorant and hand cream. We'd gladly come back anytime. Oh, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. 👌🏻

We discovered the restaurant while strolling through the city and booked a table online right away. We had already browsed the online menu beforehand and were really looking forward to this evening. We weren't disappointed. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly staff, and the food was simply fantastic! Excellent value for money. Despite the restaurant being busy, we didn't have to wait long. The portion sizes were perfectly adequate, there was a wide selection, and even something for the kids. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Memory.

SUCH AN INCREDIBLY GREAT RESTAURANT! We were there today. Due to a big event, Saarbrücken was really busy, the place was booming...and yet we were greeted immediately in a friendly and charming manner and only had to wait a short time for a table. Despite the large crowds and the 'stress,' the servers were truly friendly without exception! All of this really made the visit the highlight of my year... And the food...explosions for the taste buds! The food was worth every cent...simply amazing! Keep it up, girls & guys!!! I don't go to SB often...but you're a reason to come back very, very soon! Food was delicious, but waitress was not polite. She brought us wrong order. She was not sorry and behaved like that is our fault. Bad experience! Also, We asked for a large glass of cola but she said that it is not possible although i saw others order that.

Super good burgers. We paid €124 for 4 cocktails, 2 gyozas (5x), 4 burgers, and 3 portions of fries. The atmosphere is sublime inside, but a little more subdued outside, which is a shame. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The burgers are very good, well-filled; it's just a shame that the fries are on the side. But it's worth eating once, anyway! She insisted we order drinks first, which was fine – but when we asked for the 400ml Coke that we saw on other tables, she told us it wasn’t available, so we had to order two 200ml ones instead. Then the food arrived, and two of the items were wrong! We were very sure about our order – one of us is even vegetarian, so it was pretty clear what we had asked for. Still, the waitress insisted that she had asked us twice and that the mistake was ours. She placed two of the meals on the table with a clearly annoyed attitude and told us it was our fault. Eventually, she unwillingly agreed to fix it, and one of us had to wait 10 more minutes while the others had their food. At the end, another staff member brought the bill, and we told him about the experience, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Amazing food, but the staff's attitude really ruined the experience. Our "new" favorite burger joint😋 The service is always very friendly, and they even ask if everything is okay.👍 Today we had a Mexican burger, a chili cheeseburger, and a regular cheeseburger. My absolute favorite is the chili cheeseburger, and the Mexican is my husband's favorite. But all the other burgers we've tried so far have been delicious, too. I really like the house lemonade. I recently had the opportunity to visit Memory Burger in Saarbrücken before going to the movies. I was originally expecting a traditional burger restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised to find vegetarian options on the menu. I didn't spot any vegan dishes at first glance, but the selection of vegetarian alternatives was still pleasing. I opted for a veggie bowl with deep-fried halloumi cheese. The bowl was solid and tasty, and I also found the value for money to be reasonable. The service was friendly and attentive. We sat outside, which is located in a kind of courtyard and offered a pleasant ambiance. Only the behavior of some very young guests was occasionally noticeable, but this is not the restaurant's fault. Overall, it was a positive experience. I can well imagine visiting Memory Burger again at some point.

I'd say I've had the best burgers in Saarbrücken there. The veggie burgers, in particular, were a pleasant surprise. The food I ordered was also delicious! I highly recommend it.

As you can see from the menu, it is a small chain with restaurants in Homburg, Saarbrücken, Ramstein and Kaiserslautern. The ambience was kept very dark. The service was friendly and everything came very quickly (max 10 minutes). In addition to burgers, there are also salads and bowls. There is also a lunch menu Monday to Thursday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The chili cheese fries were ok and had a good spiciness. The cheeseburger with mango, cheddar and cocktail sauce was very tasty and the combination works very well for me. The burger came straight with two patties. Clear recommendation over Peter Pane or Hans im Glück.

At the beginning it was actually quite okay, the drinks were served quickly. Then my burger came. Unfortunately my burger was cold. From then on there was rarely anyone to serve us. Then we wanted took a burger and dessert home and had to wait 50 minutes for it. When I went to ask questions at the counter, the bag was rudely slammed in front of my nose and it was clear that they were in a very bad mood. I said that I thought it was a shame and that the dessert (we had it for just under €100) was free because of the waiting time. I then left the store angry.

Very nice modern restaurant with clean toilets. Very nice, tolerant service. Also recommended with a larger group. There were 2-3 errors in the order, but they were resolved nicely. Definitely worth a visit. Since we were very hungry, unfortunately there are only photos of the dessert :)

I'd been there a while ago and was quite satisfied back then. Yesterday, however, I was a bit disappointed: The seating was covered in crumbs, the partitions between the seating areas and at the entrance were dirty and uncleaned, the windowsill at our seat was dirty, and the staff was "tough" despite the very limited number of customers. We had the lunch dish, which was okay, but perhaps a bit poorly presented... Overall, it doesn't make you want to go back!

The location as such is very chic, the central location and the spacious area ensure comfort here. The service as such was fine. What can now be described as "complaining at a high level" is that the shop was pretty empty at the time we were there and the service staff didn't feel obliged to check on our table at regular intervals (so we had to actively call for it if we wanted to order something while our work colleagues chatted with each other). Unfortunately, the food falls under the “mediocre standard” category. It was tasty as such, but was absolutely nothing special. The meat was seasoned "normally", the sauce and cheese sauce tasted like we bought it ready-made, which means: no attention to detail and no culinary "passion" to be seen in the dishes. I imagine the taste to be similar if you go to the supermarket to buy the necessary products and make them at home (without having any “burger frying skills”). Since I want to have a taste experience when I eat out (plus the feeling that I could NOT prepare it better at home), I think the three stars are well-intentioned and appropriate, as well as constructive and justified. :-)

Great experience at Memory Burger! Very kind and not at all intrusive staff, fairly quick service, well-kept place, fair prices and excellent quality food. It's a little hidden, but it's easily accessible with the navigator.

We were guests this evening and had a Memories Secret Burger and a Happy Chicken Bowl. We can only report positive things and are very satisfied and will definitely stop by again. We were served by Dennis and I have to say he was a cool guy, very attentive and on point👍 that's how I imagine it. The ambience is beautifully modern and comfortably designed.

We recently went to Memory Burger and it was just great! The burgers are really awesome – juicy, fresh and simply really well seasoned. In particular, the “Bad Boy Burger”, which the waiter Ahmad recommended to me, was an absolute highlight. With the sweet potato fries on the side – simply perfect! Ahmad served us really well, was really friendly and always had a good joke😄 The service was just as great as the food, we can only warmly recommend the restaurant!
