We have been regular customers at Memory Burger for years. Since the branch opened in Homburg, we have eaten here on every special occasion. The burgers are all incredibly tasty and innovative. I can especially recommend the chili cheese fries and the gyoza! There's also a burger of the month - everything can be seen on their Instagram account! And what's more, they have really good drinks. The price-performance ratio is always right and I can only recommend everyone to eat here - in my opinion the best burger shop in Saarland!

Once you've discovered the right burger for you, there's no better burger. Unfortunately, you have to try it out a bit, as some sauces take a lot of getting used to.

The atmosphere is very chic and the seats are well spaced out so that you can sit comfortably even when there is a lot going on. The staff is friendly and accommodating, there's nothing wrong with that at all. Now let's come to the important thing in a restaurant, the food. I ate there when they first opened and back then the meals were decent, i.e. the burger was big, juicy and flavorful. The fries were full of quality and had flavor. This is what a meal at Memory Burger looked like...but as the name suggests, it's just a memory. This has changed over time and unfortunately for the worse...The burgers have become much smaller and (I have to be honest) there is simply no taste behind them anymore. My colleague had the chili burger and I had the BBQ burger, which at the employee's suggestion we cut in half to share and try both. Both unfortunately a disappointment. I am someone who really enjoys eating burgers and have eaten in various restaurants across Germany that are also very celebrated on social media, so I know what I'm talking about. I first grabbed the BBQ burger, very hungry and happy, but quickly realized there was nothing there... everything the employee told me that was supposed to be so special about the burger wasn't there... absolutely disappointed, so I have more money Paid for a special burger that tasted absolutely NORMAL, the taste of the sauce came out in between, but nowhere near what it was supposed to be, especially for the price. Disappointed, I now reached for the next half, the chili burger and the next bitter surprise, it tasted exactly the same, the only difference was the jalapenos and hot sauce which made the burger a little spicier, but otherwise unbelievable but true they tasted exactly the same. Be it the individual ingredients and or the overall picture, it was just the same and tasteless, and the burgers were also much smaller (which isn't so serious now, it actually made the whole thing more pleasant to eat but also not entirely filling). Afterwards I thought, come on, maybe the fries could still serve their purpose, but unfortunately they weren't quite what I had hoped for, I mean, they weren't bad but not good either, so the purpose: to fill you up, yes, but taste: no. That's why I only give the whole thing 2 stars because the food just didn't taste good, and if you also consider that they specialize in burgers and are a burger restaurant, that's really... not good. I hope that if other people also notice this and comment on it that they will get things back on track, then I'm ready for a new review, but as of today I can't recommend it, there are many other options in SB Burger too eat.

No “upscale ambience” but still a good atmosphere. The employees were very friendly and also asked if everything was okay. The dining area is very clean and looks well maintained. The address is a bit special, you don't tend to walk past it. But a visit is definitely worth it. Good price/performance ratio and it tastes good.

exorbitant price: 120 euros for 4 people, 3 hamburgers and 1 salad. When you ask for rare cooking: they don't do it, even though at this price you can expect good quality fresh meat.... but no!! Avoid! ! Damage

I recently ate at the burger joint “Memory” and it was a real highlight! The burger not only tasted excellent, but was also perfectly prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the waiter Ahmad, who made our visit unforgettable. With his friendly manner and attentive service, he made sure that we felt completely at home. His recommendations were spot-on and rounded off our culinary experience. If you're looking for a great burger and top notch service, Memory is the perfect place. There were tables etc. outside, but we didn't think it was that nice, so we went in to eat. It was very nice inside. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. However, the drinks supply was sometimes a bit slow. It often took a while even though there wasn't a lot of activity. Food was really great. The size and quantity as well as the taste also match the price. So overall I really liked and enjoyed it.

I would like to share with you my opinion of the restaurant I ordered a plate with shrimps when my plate was brought back to me there was only salad a lot of salads and 4 shrimps which were fighting a duel in the plate with two tomatoes and a very small piece of avocado ashamed when I explained to the waiter he told me that it was like that I find it unacceptable I will not go back there again my daughter's meal the meat was raw my God the poisoning should flee quickly 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

There is no second chance to make a first impression! Very nice young boss named Ibi. His advice was unobtrusive, friendly, confident and in no way greedy for sales. The result: Great juicy, fresh, hearty burger with great fries and three good sauces..! Definitely worth another visit if you want to eat a burger and all in a simple, relaxed atmosphere. Ibi. Unfortunately, the food doesn't taste as good as I would have liked from a burger. Price is excessively expensive, for 3 adults and 3 children over 100€ without drinks I think it's outrageously expensive! You pay almost €20 per burger including 10 pieces of fries, which is a lot, especially because the food is not good. Rolls were old, tomatoes and lettuce were the only things fresh! Tried it once but nothing more came of it!

Popped in for a quick burger at lunchtime a few days ago. Cheeseburger with mango. I could/should have skipped the mango. The hard and almost tasteless wedges did absolutely nothing for the burger. Paddy and buns were okay and the fries were good too. Overall, a decent burger, but nothing more. Because the service was nice and quick and the atmosphere was appealing, well-intentioned 4 stars overall. As always: go there and try it out for yourself. Since I know better alternatives (for me personally), there probably won't be a repeat in the foreseeable future.

Went there for dinner as a couple. I was really impressed by the service. The best service I have experienced in a long time, attentive, friendly, always present and was able to answer my questions about the food without any questions. The burgers tasted very good. For my taste the burgers could have been a little bigger. The ambience is a matter of taste and wasn't quite my cup of tea. I will definitely visit Memory Burger again.

We had never had this store on our radar or noticed it before. Yesterday for the first time in there. Very nice atmosphere, nice staff and very nice size. The food was super tasty👍 The first time I saw that there was a burger with fried salmon. I had to try it with sweet potato fries, you see it very rarely. The burger was just awesome🥰

The restaurant is very nice but in the wrong place, on the second row without a view. The service was very friendly. The food was OK but not convincing for a second visit. If the place has the best burger then I don't want to eat a burger at the worst one.

Definitely not recommended. The burgers tasted ok, but were much too small, the patty was about half the diameter of the bun. In addition, the fries cost extra (!). The location isn't nice either, all you see are concrete walls around you. Lipstick residue was still visible on the glass. Really bottom drawer in terms of price-performance ratio, and on top of that you didn't even get a receipt. I would definitely never go there again.

Wow, I actually can't understand the good reviews. So first the positive, we were served very friendly. The interior is very nice. I had sweet potato fries - apart from the fact that they were in there too long, they tasted like old frying fat - and I've never had that in that form before. The burger - quite greasy and not too tasty either. I would have been better off going to a big burger kezte that day, it would have been tastier and cheaper😂

Tried out the new store. The staff was nice, all requests/changes were implemented without any problems. We were there at lunchtime on a weekday. So there was little activity. There were enough staff, so ordering and delivery of the food were quick. The food was delicious we had the lunch menu. Burgers with fries were enough but I would have liked a larger burger and fewer fries. The burger was too small for me and it could have been seasoned a little better. Therefore one point deducted! Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. I'll be back

The restaurant is attractive, the service is very nice. The food, however...I had the burger with shrimp, there was 1 whole shrimp on it, I looked for the avocado in vain. Plus ringlet fries, which arrived as mini pieces totally broken. So the rest from the TK bag. Unfortunately there was no response to my complaint. What a shame!

The burger was very tasty and I found the price/performance very reasonable. Sure, around the corner at Burger King the burger costs half... But at Burger King it also tastes like cardboard and you're hungry again after an hour. My burger at Memory was great quality and I was really full. The ambience was great. I'll definitely be back.

The burgers and the different types of fries were very tasty, the waiters were all very friendly. It would be nice if the menu included a few children's menus, the regular burgers are too much for children, perhaps they could offer burgers with a meat pettie and a small portion of fries.

Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me. The curly fries were served cold to me with the burger. The homemade iced tea consisted only of syrup and no fruit. It was also very sweet and for the price I expected more. I didn't like the chicken burger. The size and ingredients didn't match here. The breaded meat was quite thin and neutrally seasoned. The ambience is deceptive and I was hoping for more here. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement here and I won't be visiting the restaurant again. Far too expensive for what is on offer.

The burgers are really bad! Very small and taste on par with McDonald’s, if not worse. It's really unclear to me who rates the food here well, it must be people who only eat frozen food throughout the week. If you're in the mood for a GREAT burger, you've come to the wrong place. If you want a good atmosphere to take pictures so you can show on Instagram that you went out to eat, you can visit the shop, the place used to be a casino, you can see that too. But the food is very disappointing.

We ordered food. The delivery took a while but it was worth it. The food was very tasty, but there is often not enough sauce when it is delivered. This was not the case here. We recommend. We will definitely order something again. The man who brought the food was very nice.

I ordered on Sunday via Lieferando. Took 2 hours. Food was cold but still edible. I was immediately refunded the full amount for 4 meals. The driver already apologized for the delay. In a restaurant it certainly tastes better when the food is warm. Since I rarely experience such goodwill, I give it 5/5 stars. I still wouldn't order again.

The local is easy to reach on foot, very nicely decorated and the food is delicious. The service was friendly, but unfortunately not enough among the guests. We would definitely have had at least two more drinks per person.

A great restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. The food is delicious and the service is excellent! In the middle of the meal, perfumers sat down next to us. Implementation was no problem and was done immediately with a smile.

I have rarely eaten such a good burger here. The sauce on the burger in particular tastes excellent, refined with mango. Worth a recommendation.

The interior of Memory Burger in Saarbrücken is really impressive: a cherry blossom tree, black marble and various paintings decorate the store. In terms of price, the dishes and drinks are within a normal range, which you can read about on the website. I ordered the Bad Boy Burger with guacamole, crispy onion rings and BBQ sauce. This tasted good, the fried onion rings were quite thin, but the burger doesn't stand out much compared to other burger shops. The sweet potato fries could possibly have been fried longer, but I still thought they tasted good. You can't complain about the service either: the service was quick and friendly and asked several times whether everything was OK. I think it's a shame that you can only give tips in cash. Overall, I can recommend the burger shop, where you can eat solid burgers👍🏼

The food is very tasty! The decor is very beautiful, cozy. Minus a star for dishes with broken edges (this is simply dangerous) such dishes must be disposed of immediately! Minus a second star for lack of ventilation!! Can't breathe! The smell of roasting ingrained itself into the walls and furniture. After leaving, my clothes stank so much of oil vapor that I had to wash everything and air my outer clothes on the balcony for 3 days!

We had a Dragon Fire and Crazy Chick Burger in the lunch menu with fries and were completely satisfied.

It’s a fusion version of Burgers and was bang on !!! Fried chicken was little bit of oily but could be much better.Though it’s a first time for us and we would definitely visit again.
