Very good value for money!! They also offer a business lunch for under €10. Unfortunately, it's a bit hidden away, but give this restaurant a try; you won't regret it! The Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes and the Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) are particularly delicious. I would definitely come back for those. The fish and calamari salad was also fresh and delicious! In summer, it's lovely to sit in the garden and enjoy a quiet meal and a chat. Even large groups can find space here :) There's also a bowling alley, which can be rented for birthdays or similar events.

We had a great time. The chef was super friendly. The food was solid—you can't complain, especially for the prices. A quiet oasis away from the hyped-up spots. Please don't confuse this spot with Land und Sonne 2! The Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) were delicious 🤤 I'd go back anytime. They also host cool events like Thanksgiving and Halloween.

We've been coming here for years and are always impressed, not only by the excellent food but also by the owner, who always entertains us with funny and witty stories. The highlight of this beautiful beer garden are the events: in the summer, there are parties with a barbecue station and live music. There's also plenty on offer for Halloween and New Year's Eve. Karaoke and a bowling alley also provide perfect entertainment. So, folks, come to the Land in Sonne 1 beer garden and you won't be disappointed.

A true insider tip for private events. After our initial discussions about my ideas and the format of my birthday party, the owner and I were "immediately" on the same wavelength. In short: fantastic, individually arranged buffet, perfect indoor space for the number of people (there were 60), the staff and the manager always in a good mood! Keep up the good work...I'll be happy to come back as a "regular guest" again and again.

Excellent dinner at Land in Sonne! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly Croatian man, Miško, wearing a Texas cowboy hat. He let us know to pick any table outside, and took our drink order. We felt very welcomed and happy to be there. The outside is a laid-back backyard space with lots of shade, quirky lawn ornaments, and an international music playlist at a comfortable volume. When Miško came with our beers, we had a pleasant conversation about where we all were from, and, from there, he gave us recommendations for our meals: BBQ ribs with potatoes and cheese-stuffed squid salad. We’ve never been led wrong by a Croatian meal recommendation, so we went with it. Miško knows his stuff! We both loved our meals. The ribs were tender, juicy, and fall-off-the-bone, but with enough bite remaining to not be mushy, with a BBQ sauce that was perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy, and the fries were crispy and had a seasoning blend on them that made them stand-alone in their own right. My husbands salad was also very good, with the squid being yummy, the salad filling, and the bread with it being perfectly toasted; he was full and happy. We were so blown away by how delicious the food was, we HAD to get dessert. We got apple fritters with ice cream, it was perfect. It was apple slices dipped in a funnel batter, deep fried, and then tossed in a cinnamon and sugar blend, served with just the right amount of vanilla ice cream. Like the rest of our meal, it was perfectly done and was a delicious end to a fantastic dinner. We only went there because it was near our hotel, but we will now make a point of going back anytime we are in Munich! Absolutely delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax with fresh beer, delicious food, and exceptionally friendly service. (Please note: it is cash only, so make sure you have some Euros on you.)

How fortunate we were to stumble upon this place for dinner! The food was excellent, sumptuous, nostalgic, and filling, and the cost—more than reasonable. The owner is friendly, gregarious, and equally generous with his time and Rakija. Please do yourself a favor and visit him. We will definitely be back 💯

The service was completely overwhelmed and unfriendly, starting with the drinks, where two radlers were completely different in composition. The wait for the food was also too long at over 45 minutes. The roast pork was without rind, the sauce was from a packet, as were the dumplings, and the food was just skimmed over the spices, and the prices were completely unjustified. All in all, I don't recommend this place, and it was my first and last time at this restaurant.

Not recommended at all!!!!!!!!! The owner is overwhelmed by the normal number of guests. The atmosphere is okay, but could be better maintained. The food was not seasoned at all, the campionatos were not cooked through. Everything tasted like ready-made food. All the drinks were below the limit, meaning they weren't even full. We had to wait over an hour for the food.

We arrived late, so the options were limited. The food was good, but not outstanding. The service was friendly. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll have to try the cevapcici.

The outdoor area is truly a dream: beautifully landscaped, very cozy, and thanks to the many shady spots, absolutely pleasant even on warm days. Here, you can enjoy your beer and delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere and simply unwind. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous – you immediately feel welcome. The food itself was excellent, freshly prepared, and a true highlight in terms of taste. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return anytime. A true gem not to be missed!

A completely successful visit! The owner is incredibly friendly and is also very kind to the children. A warm welcome for the whole family. The food was simply fantastic! We had: Beef goulash with homemade spaetzle: an absolute delight, perfectly tender meat with a wonderful sauce. Scampi salad plate: fresh, delicious and perfectly seasoned. Cheeseburger with fries: the burger was juicy and the fries were nice and crunchy. Schnitzel with fries: two very well prepared, golden brown fried schnitzels. The prices were more than fair and absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food. We particularly liked the ambience: simple and cozy, without a lot of frills. When the weather is nice, the outdoor area invites you to linger and you can sit outside. “Land in Sonne 1” is definitely always worth a visit, especially before a FCBB basketball game in BMW Park. Here you will receive excellent food and a perfect end to the day. We will definitely come again!

We were here today for my birthday and were absolutely thrilled. The food was really tasty and the host was super friendly and his service was pleasantly warm. We had the spare ribs and the roast pork and both were very tasty. Will definitely come more often. The beer garden in front of the restaurant also looks great and invites you to have a few drinks in the summer. 😄

Miki is the best innkeeper. Always polite and funny, ready for any joke. We went bowling there and it was a great evening. I would also highly recommend the karaoke evening there!!!
