The owner is very friendly and funny. The prices are very good and the food tastes great. Only cash payments are accepted. We will definitely come again when we are in the area.

Came here before an FC Bayern basketball game, was not disappointed. I had one of the best lamb schnitzel I ever had. I will definitely come back if I am ever in the area.

We went there with family and friends. Everyone loved it. We had fish, meat, and pasta. The taste and portion sizes were perfect. The restaurant was packed, but the owner never seemed stressed. It's truly amazing that this small kitchen managed to serve all the dishes almost simultaneously. We'll be back.

A relaxed pub near the stadium. Cozy and certainly great for parties. However, to be fair, I can't comment on the food, as I only had a coffee and a beer. The review will be updated if that changes.

We recently discovered this awesome restaurant that we can highly recommend. A rare find with great food, service and fair prices. We had babyback ribs and they were excellent! And served by a super-friendly, welcoming host. Also it is a great location - easy to get to yet surrounded by green. An additional plus is that for us it was easy to park very close to the restaurant.

We were there for the first time on Saturday evening, December 27th. The food was very good, and although we were the only guests, thanks to the owner, Micki, we had a very fun evening that lasted longer than we expected. Micki played an amazing selection of music for us and sang fantastic karaoke! We even had a little bowling. You don't experience something like that every day. We'll definitely be back!!!

Unassuming from the outside, a bit dodgy, and the interior takes some getting used to, but first impressions can be deceiving. Once inside, you're greeted by a very friendly and welcoming host. Now for the most important part: the food! The food is highly recommended. The menu is small but offers plenty of choices. The ribs were so tender they fell right off the bone, yet still incredibly juicy—just as they should be. The roast pork was also delicious, beautifully crispy on top with very little fat underneath. As a parting gift, we were served a delicious brownie on a spoon, on the house. In short: If you want good, affordable food and don't need a fancy atmosphere, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back.

There were four of us – two adults and two children – who booked the spare ribs for four people through Groupon. The ambiance is a matter of taste; it's a restaurant located in a community garden. The owner was very friendly. The price was absolutely fair. There were also plenty of free parking spaces on the street.

Super warm and friendly; the food is phenomenal, I especially recommend the baby back ribs. The rest of the group had roast pork and Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), and that was also simply delicious. I'd love to come back! The cheeseburger, I must add, was also amazing. Update: Dessert just arrived, and the Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) is absolutely fantastic!

We're visiting Munich and arrived here to a very warm welcome. We were immediately surprised by the prices, as everything is very affordable. When I tried my Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), I was instantly impressed. It was my first time eating Käsespätzle in Bavaria, and it was by far the best I've ever had. The beer is just as good and, at €4.30, very reasonably priced and delicious. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

They advertise chili and garlic, but there was no taste of either. The ambiance is a matter of taste; we didn't like it. It's a place straight out of the 70s. Suitable for disco-goers, but not ideal for a beer garden. The music was also too loud.

There were six of us for dinner, and we had pumpkin soup, ribs, Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake), and a burger, and everything was really good. The owner is very friendly and good at upsells... He immediately told us about his next event, and what did we do? We all checked the calendar and decided to go...

Micky and his crew are a show in themselves. A pub with a difference. Things are a bit unconventional here. The owner spontaneously engages with his customers, the menu changes on the spot, and there's always a free round. Here, you're right in the thick of things, not just a spectator. Sometimes you expect a quiet evening, and then Micky throws a surprise party with a buffet for everyone. Any reason to celebrate is good enough. From allotment gardeners to ice hockey fans to entire salsa classes, you'll find all sorts of people here. Cold and hot drinks, as well as excellent food, are a given. 👌👌👌

Whether after every basketball game at BMW Park or for a spontaneous get-together to watch a basketball game live on the big screen, Land in Sonne is a 10/10 location for that sort of thing. The food and drinks are fantastic. Owner Micky is the best. They offer everything you need for a great day/evening. 5 stars absolutely deserved. If more were possible, they'd give it many more.

We were there today and were very satisfied! The food was absolutely delicious and not your average fare – Creole jambalya and tasty sea bass. It was also prepared perfectly. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating, and we even got tiramisu as a complimentary treat.

Needed to find a place to eat while the car was charging. The place was close to the charging station and had good reviews. Not hygienic at all, stains on the tablecloths and dirt all around, the “nice garden” was full of dirt and muck. The burger was ok, but the steak wasn’t home-made and it took half an hour to get the food even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. They don’t take credit cards, but it wasn’t clearly marked anywhere, ended up having to make a payment through PayPal. Shocking experience overall.

We were completely impressed by the Land in Sonne restaurant. Upon arrival, the restaurant's lovingly designed interior is striking – cozy, inviting, and full of charm. Very good value for money!! They also offer a business lunch for under €10. Unfortunately, it's a bit hidden away, but give this restaurant a try; you won't regret it! The Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes and the Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) are particularly delicious. I would definitely come back for those. The fish and calamari salad was also fresh and delicious! In summer, it's lovely to sit in the garden and enjoy a quiet meal and a chat. Even large groups can find space here :) There's also a bowling alley, which can be rented for birthdays or similar events.

We had a great time. The chef was super friendly. The food was solid—you can't complain, especially for the prices. A quiet oasis away from the hyped-up spots. Please don't confuse this spot with Land und Sonne 2! The Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) were delicious 🤤 I'd go back anytime. They also host cool events like Thanksgiving and Halloween.

We've been coming here for years and are always impressed, not only by the excellent food but also by the owner, who always entertains us with funny and witty stories. The highlight of this beautiful beer garden are the events: in the summer, there are parties with a barbecue station and live music. There's also plenty on offer for Halloween and New Year's Eve. Karaoke and a bowling alley also provide perfect entertainment. So, folks, come to the Land in Sonne 1 beer garden and you won't be disappointed.
