An exceptionally good fish, baked whole.

Overall, it was a mixed experience. I had the duck for dinner, but unfortunately, it wasn't good at all – the meat was very tough, and the dumpling tasted like it had been sitting out for a day. Several people at our table also had problems with their meals, so for us, the food was only worth one star. However, what I absolutely must highlight is the exceptionally friendly service – attentive, cheerful, and very pleasant.

Simply delicious. The Augustiner beer goulash is superb.

This evening, I was in Munich, and in search of something hearty, I ended up at Grosswirt. On Wednesdays and Sundays, they have roast pork on the menu, and thank goodness 🙏 it was Wednesday 😀 With not even exaggerated expectations, this was exactly my choice of the day, and I was absolutely blown away. What I got was, without exaggeration, an ode to Bavarian roast pork. Succulent, tender, flavorful. Just as I would imagine it if it weren't real. This roast didn't taste precooked/reheated like in so many restaurants; it was juicy and fresh, like it came from Grandma's kitchen. Plus, there was plenty of juice, and it was wonderfully seasoned with an equally delicious dumpling. My review here is limited to just one thing, this very dish. I didn't have any more, but it was perfect. A 10 out of 10, and I rarely give that. The team at the restaurant is young and excellent, the ambiance is classically modern, including a Bayern Munich game that evening. There's nothing more to say other than that I highly recommend it and thank the proprietor for this culinary highlight today!

Great service & food, super quick. Portions are huge, I could t finish my dish (second pic). The waitress (Jule) was super friendly, attentive, and fast. There is enough space between the tables so that you don’t annoy your neighbor and it is loud enough so that you can talk comfortably without others listening. We reserved for two people on the same day at 6:30pm.

A beautiful inn with a rich history. It's beautiful and cozy both outside in the summer and inside year-round. In summer, I especially like the colorful lights on the terrace. The highlight is definitely the freshly tapped beer from a wooden barrel, which is served here on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The food is also good, and the menu offers a wide variety; there's more for vegetarians than just the classic Kasspatzn (cheese-flavored sausages). The weekly and lunch menus also offer variety and fair prices. Otherwise, the food is a bit more expensive than usual, but the portions are usually larger, except for the stews, which are also cheaper. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The guests come directly from the neighborhood and lend the place a certain flair.

Best burger ever – straight to the point. We love the idea of ​​letting guests decide what they want on their burger (tomato, lettuce, cucumber, and onion are served separately). We'll be back.

We spent a very pleasant evening with excellent food at the Großwirt. Our only minor criticism: the acoustics in the restaurant are quite lively, which made conversation a bit difficult at times. Otherwise, however, we felt very comfortable.

I did order Shakshuka. It is a traditional Arabic dish consisting of poached eggs in a tomato and pepper sauce What I got was a tomatosauce with eggs - neither poached eggs, neither any vegetables like pepper or spinach, neither a sauce made of fresh tomatoes. Bland. OK, can happen. Bavarian dishes may be the better choice. But when I did ask for the bill and paid by credit card, the before friendly waitress gave me a very angry look and said loudly: "You give me no tip??" ..killing the overall nice atmosphere sitting together with freinds there.

A nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food is good and varied. In the summer, you can eat outside. It's especially worth mentioning that you can also have breakfast here.

Went there for a Sunday lunch, the food is very good with a choice of Bavarian specialities and beer. The also have Burgers and Lebanese food. Service is nice and quick. However the atmosphere is not very cosy, it felt a bit empty but it was late for lunch.

Simply fantastic! The alcohol spritz was super refreshing and perfectly mixed. The food was outstanding – I was particularly impressed by the Obazda and the double cheeseburger. High praise also goes to the service: The waitress who served us was not only very attentive and professional, but also incredibly personable. For me as a vegetarian, it's always worth a visit because of the great vegetarian-Israeli dishes. Meat eaters also get their money's worth. A successful mix.

My standard meal is the Munich Schnitzel, huge portion and super tasty. And a fresh Augustiner, if it's on tap, you don't need anything else. The service staff is always nice and accommodating. I would rate the prices as a bit high. It's always a pleasure to go there!

Hello, I'm not the type of person who writes reviews, but that's what you have to do here. Bavarian, Moroccan and Israeli cuisine?? How cool was that? The Shakshuka was terrific. I'll invite my mother, then she won't always have to do it because it was really worthy of honor. My companion had a schnitzel with fried potatoes. What can I say: That was perfect. Not too little, not too much. Quality was really good and there must be a plan in the kitchen. Oh, they also have burgers. I guess I'll have to try it then. And finally: Augustiner on tap! Overall: Price performance absolutely okay. Ambience: yes, it was good (it's a matter of taste anyway). I grew up in the catering industry and have seen everything. I work in international sales and have been able to see so many kitchens, but I'm a large business owner in Neuhausen. TOP!!! Come again.

The roast pork with potato dumplings and dark sauce had a very bland taste and the Kaiserschmarren was served too quickly, tasted like vanilla and was too soft.

They are slowly dying out, the old inns. It makes you all the more happy when a restaurant continues the Munich tavern tradition and carefully leads it into the modern era. Pleasant renovated interior, not too loud, beautiful stucco ceiling, seating boxes/compartments for 4-6 people complete the picture. Classic food without any extras, that's how it should be. Service attentive but not intrusive. Nice outdoor seating in summer.

I wanted to try an authentic German breakfast, so I looked for it and arrived right at opening time! Friendly and delicious!!! The sausage was soft and delicious, and the mustard sauce was a bit different than what I'm used to, but I liked it because it felt new.

The landlord is and has been an institution in Neuhausen for as long as I can remember. Watch football, drink a beer or simply eat well. Yesterday I was there again after many years to eat the duck. Service and drinks: Super friendly and fast even though it was quite busy. When it comes to drinks, they have some exciting spritzers/limos - I tried the "Grosswirtlimo" and found it very good Menu: A really exciting mix... Bavarian and a few things from the Middle East (one of the innkeepers is probably Israeli). I have to be honest and say that so far I have only ever tried the Bavarian one The food: I was terribly disappointed with the roast pork a few years ago (but I think it was under the old landlord), so I was really excited about the duck... The preparation itself was excellent, came off the bone wonderfully and was good but not overpoweringly seasoned. Personally, the meat was a bit too lean for me, but that's absolutely a matter of taste and the quality of the meat was still certainly good. As for the dumpling, I'm not sure whether it was homemade - but if it was purchased, it was certainly a very decent one. The red cabbage has fallen off a bit so I would like it to have more "oomph" but that's also a matter of taste. The sauce was great! The ambience is simply the Grosswirt... nice and rustic furnishings, which can sometimes be annoying when there's a lot going on and it's quite echoey. All in all, it was a success and I would love to come back again!

We went to the Großwirt today with our little daughter and grandparents and were thrilled. The Israeli food was excellent, the spaetzle, burgers and baked potatoes also tasted great 👍 Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service (especially a grizzled waiter :)) He didn't seem annoyed by our lively daughter - on the contrary - he brought her crayons, children's dishes, etc.!

Super nice people and delicious food. Only the chairs could use a cushion. We had the Wiener Schnitzel and the knuckle, tip top. A little green on the plate would complete everything.

Munich schnitzel was good, hummus with beetroot too, everything was a little blandly seasoned, but the service was nice and quick.

Well the goulash was dry and for 20 euros I wasn't even remotely full. That's never been the case before. 2 others weren't full either so it wasn't my fault. It's a shame for the price. Larger portions would be nice
