Land-gut-Hotel Cafe Meier in Oybin

We went to the restaurant for lunch. The service was quite firm, but nice. We placed our order and wanted to bridge the waiting time by playing cards with my son (6 years old). The service person came straight away and told us: "We're not allowed to play cards!! We're a restaurant!! It always gets so loud!!" Despite this setback, the food was very tasty. I had a goose leg that was really tender. The other dishes were all very good, even if they were very rustic. If the service had shown a little more sensitivity, it would have been an even better visit to the restaurant.

I happened to end up in the restaurant for lunch with my dog ​​and days later I am still blown away by the hospitality and the good price-performance ratio. Not only was I as a guest treated like a king, but so was my furry friend. It's been a long time since my furry friend and I were greeted in such a dog-friendly way, let alone served. A huge compliment to the service and cuisine for the great hours.

A lovingly run hotel, designed in a robust, beautiful country style. Here the owners serve themselves. Very friendly and warm staff. When the opportunity arises, some time is also taken for a chat with the guests, which increases the feel-good factor even more. The view of the Oybiner Berg is amazing and the proximity to the train station with the narrow-gauge railway is also great. Our hotel room was very good, clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit uncomfortable with the mattresses, but from my experience, beds are always a bit "difficult" on vacation. That's why I can't deduct a star for that. The breakfast was good and there was everything to fill you up. The dinner was great. From schnitzel with fries to classic brawn to beetroot thaler, there is something for every palate, be it a meat lover or a vegetarian. The health resort of Oybin itself impresses with its sights. It is in a quiet location and the view from almost every spot is simply beautiful. However, you have to note that there are no traditional supermarkets here. So just take something with you in advance for a little hunger in between (e.g. on hikes). In principle, no one will starve because there are enough restaurants and cafes in town. The price/performance ratio was generally good, both in the hotel and in the town. I can definitely recommend the Hotel Café Meier and will definitely book and visit it again soon.

My stay at the Hotel Restaurant Café Meier was absolutely fantastic! As soon as you enter the house you can feel the loving and warm atmosphere that characterizes this company. The food was simple and good: the beef tongue was to die for – tender and perfectly cooked. The roulade with red cabbage and dumplings was also a dish that I can only recommend to everyone. The quality and taste of the dishes are appropriate for the price. The service is particularly noteworthy: friendly, personable and incredibly professional. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The employees radiate a natural warmth that makes your stay even more pleasant. Not to be forgotten are the homemade cakes – a delight for every palate. The variety and taste of the cakes are simply wonderful and round off the culinary experience perfectly. The hotel itself is a beautiful house that is run with a lot of passion. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on hospitality and quality here. I can highly recommend this Hotel Restaurant Café Meier to everyone and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Have lunch in an idyllic rural setting and fast service. Stopped here spontaneously and were well served. It was very well attended but the conditions were friendly and quick. The food wasn't premium but appropriate for the price. That's what it's good for here, simple local food at fair prices There was, among other things, baked cauliflower, solyanka and other local specialties

I only went to the hotel cafe, it was great! Super clean, very nice service, the cake comes quickly, parking spaces nearby, nice selection of cakes!

We had dinner there. The food was very tasty and I liked the vegetarian/vegan dishes. The food was prepared with great attention to detail and the service was very friendly and accommodating. All in all super tasty and highly recommended.

In a perfect location in Oybin, a house with tradition... ideal for a vacation. And it is sweetened by friendly owners and nice employees! Clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere throughout the house. The breakfast is more than plentiful and delicious, every additional wish is fulfilled. But the delicacies in the Viennese cafe or at dinner are also very tasty and sumptuous. So it's an inviting place for a vacation but also for a day's rest. I liked it a lot! Thank you for the warmth!

Our stay as a photo club from Vogtland from October 20th to 22nd. The Hotel Cafe Meier left nothing to be desired. Very friendly service, delicious food, good rooms and a rich breakfast. Thank you very much again and we would be happy to come back. recommend them.

Haben Kaffee mit leckeren Kuchen bzw Torte gegessen.

Ich kann leider nur Aussagen zum Café treffen. Obwohl es Café heißt, bekommt Ihr hier nicht nur Kuchen und Café. Die Hauptgerichte, in diesem Fall war es ein Schweinsteak mit Pfifferlingen, orientieren sich bei der Zubereitung an der 80ern. Aber es ist war lecker und auch reichlich. Eine Verkleinerung des Schwedenbechers war problemlos möglich. Dafür ein liebes Dankeschön an das Team des Cafés!

Kann nur Restaurant beurteilen, wiedermal schön gegessen, sehr schmackhaft, toll Schweinesteak mit Pfifferlingen, Schweineschnitzel war auch lecker! Sehr freundliche, schnelle Bedienung, gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis, 1 Liter Wasser 4 Euro!

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich,das Frühstück ist sehr gut,die Bedienung im Café freundlich und nett 👍 Das war's aber auch schon.... Mo und Die Ruhetag auch für Hausgäste 🙄 Kein Zimmerservice und gekühlte Getränke für Hausgäste Fehlanzeige,kein Terrassenzugang an den Ruhetagen, kostenloses WLAN funktioniert nicht, Zimmer zur Straßenseite teilweise sehr laut, Parkplätze für Hausgäste vorhanden aber enge Zufahrt Fazit: für die Preisklasse zu wenig Service, geht besser....schade😳

Solides Essen. Preise sind ok imd geschmeckt hat es auch. Zwar keine Sterne Gastronomie aber mann wird satt. Auch die Torten/ Kuchen sehr zu empfehlen.

Lekker middag eten gehad. Smaakt goed. Dikke betere schnitzel. Met stukje citroen. ( zoals het hoort)

Wir waren nach der ein oder anderen Wanderung dort essen. Es hat alles sehr lecker geschmeckt und eine sehr nette Bedienung.

Wir waren zu Kaffee ☕️ und Kuchen 🎂 da...es war ziemlich voll, aber wir haben noch fix einen reservierten Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Auswahl an Kuchen war sehr groß und leckerlich 🤤 Preis/Leistung ist eigentlich für die Qualität völlig in Ordnung. Sehr gerne wieder 👍...weiter so

Ein sehr nettes Café, freundliche und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frische Torten. Gute Lage mitten im Ort, mit einer Bushaltestelle gegenüber. Auch der Bahnhof ist nur etwa 200 m entfernt.
