Super tasty burgers, nice staff, cozy atmosphere. Only recommended. ♡

On Sunday I was at Lagom. It was very crowded and the beautiful weather motivated many people. Even though it was so busy, the staff were attentive, friendly and prompt. Because of the many customers, you had to wait a little longer - but it was totally acceptable, the food and coffee were freshly prepared and very tasty.

Lagom, the must-visit restaurant if you're looking for a truly unique experience - or none at all. The menu is comprehensive yet strangely limited, making it perfect for both foodies and people who just want something to eat. The dishes seem well thought out and spontaneous at the same time, almost as if they were intended for both connoisseurs and quick eaters without really appealing to anyone. The food itself tastes intense and subtle at the same time. It has that special kind of spice that you both immediately notice and completely miss. Each dish seems to be prepared with a sophistication that is neither too much nor too little - it is perfectly balanced if you have no particular requirements and are at the same time longing for a culinary adventure that you will forget as soon as it is over. Service at Lagom is both prompt and delayed, with an air of warmth that might as well be coincidental. The waiters appear exactly when you need them - or not. They seem to have a sixth sense for when they are needed, arriving exactly when you least expect them. You are served in a friendly manner, without being able to say exactly what this friendliness actually consists of. The ambience is a mix of modern and classic, while remaining extravagant and simple at the same time. The lighting is both dim and bright, perfect for anyone who wants to dine either in the spotlight or in the shadows. The seating is comfortable and a little uncomfortable, making you feel exactly right and wrong depending on whether you want to commit to it or not. All in all, Lagom is a restaurant that makes you feel like you've experienced exactly what you wanted - even if you don't know what that was. A place that is both unforgettable and completely inconsequential, and that's what makes it an experience that's hard to put into words without wondering if it even really happened.

So when I look at the picture, I really have to say, it's really, really something very special, yes, very special. It just has this atmosphere, you know, this very special atmosphere that you kind of feel straight away when you see the picture, a really special atmosphere that's just hard to describe. You know, it's this mix of, yeah, coziness and warmth that's just there, but it's hard to describe because it's just kind of so elusive, you know? It's just this atmosphere that just goes straight to your heart, really, really straight to your heart, without you being able to say exactly why. And the food, yeah, the food, it looks really, really good, right? So really good, really appealing, yes, really appealing. It has this way that speaks to you directly, in a way that's hard to put into words. It's just... yeah, how should I put it... it just has this something, this special thing that you somehow immediately feel, even if you don't know exactly what it is. It just seems like it's exactly what you want right now, you know? It just has that certain something that just speaks to you immediately, really immediately. And then the beer, yes, the beer, it's just the perfect glass, really the perfect glass. It looks so refreshing, really so refreshing and fitting. It's just what you imagine at that moment, you know? Just that one glass of beer that's just right, really just right. It's just hard to say exactly why, but it is. It just fits perfectly, just perfect. And the atmosphere, yes, the atmosphere is really incredible, really incredible. It's just such a special atmosphere, this very special atmosphere that you can't really put into words. It's all just so harmonious, so really harmonious, and it all just fits together so well. It's that kind of mood that just makes you happy without you being able to put your finger on why, you know? We (my family and I) were there for Halloween and it was amazing! Great food, quick service, nice environment. Alex was amazing and treated our daughters so kindly. We will certainly go back many times!

We had breakfast today. It was delicious and the waitresses were very friendly despite all the stress. If we are in Berlin again we will definitely come back. I can only recommend it.🤗🤩

We were there with 2 children and were served in a friendly manner, the food was good and the price was ok. But be careful: at the end the waiter came and brought the children a small mini cocktail (orange juice with a drop of grenadine) and us a small amaretto - we hadn't ordered! A total of €16 was then charged on the invoice. That’s pretty “unusual”!

The location etc is cool, but the waiters are not to understanding and sympathetic and don't take the signatur Cocktails they are bad (try preferably the normal cocktails, these r good)

Excellent place, yesterday we chose to go for dinner and we loved it. The food was very delicious and the waitress's attention was excellent, we recommend. The food arrived quickly and the prices were accordingly.

Delicious and sufficient breakfast. I was there with my colleague and we ordered breakfast for 2 people. There were scrambled eggs, fruit, sausage. Jam, cream cheese, grilled vegetables, cheese, butter and of course rolls. You could choose between 2 drinks: either orange juice or prosecco. The price is okay. The waiter was very nice and friendly. I can only recommend it.

I ordered schnitzel and I had the worst pork cutlet I’ve ever had in my life The meat was thinnest but the hardest so everytime I cut it, table was shaking. And it tasted nothing It was my first time to try schnitzel but it was soooooo disappointing I can’t believe I needed to pay 16.25€ for that I’m sure I can get better quality of pork cutlet with 2€ Idk other food bcz I haven’t tried but I really don’t recommend schnitzel

Wow. 10 out of 5 stars. Had such a delicious breakfast today - beautifully prepared and simply delicious. The coffee is also an absolute A with stars. And the service is extremely friendly. I rarely write a review, which means I'm making the effort. We'll definitely be back. 🤤🤌🏻

We were attracted by the vegetarian and vegan menu. Great selection of dishes and super tasty. Friendly service and no long waiting times. Child friendly. High chairs available. We'd love to come back!

We always enjoyed being here. However, yesterday we were served quite unfriendly. We had to laboriously ask for the menu again and again because we reordered relatively often. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to leave any at the table. All in all a no go given the prices. It's a shame, but it was the last time for us.

Were there for the first time. You're in the middle of the neighborhood, but it still feels quieter than anywhere else on the street. We really liked it, and the service/price/performance were also perfect. Relaxed atmosphere... And it tasted good too. We had the scrambled eggs + cheese breakfast and will definitely come back 😊

I actually really like the restaurant. The food is delicious and the cocktails taste good too. However, the waiter was so unfriendly today. I wanted to redeem a voucher from the Neotaste app there this afternoon..2 for a main course. He replied really rudely that they no longer offer Neotaste. That's ok...but then you should just say it in a more friendly way and not in such a mushy way. We then left. I wouldn't have had a problem eating there without the voucher. I've done it many times. But I can do without unfriendly service. Then I'd rather go somewhere else...what a shame.

Burger bread was hard and therefore not that tasty. Salad was quite good but hard bread was also delivered here

Typical Berlin restaurant with seating on the sidewalk, it's a good place to relax. The highlight is the food, in our case breakfast. A small menu with at least ten different breakfast options such as French, Vegan, Oriental and at very reasonable prices.

It was a really great evening! A friend and I were sitting for drinks in the evening and the bartender Ria gave us an amazing time! Being funny and helpful with the drinks choices.

In this place we had grilled chicken with vegetables and veal cutlet with mashed potatoes, all very good compared to the other places in the city.

Decent drinks and actually a really cool location, but way too loud and when it's full you wait a long time for service.

We ate very well at Lagom. The grilled chicken fillet with fried potatoes, vegetables, salad and mustard sauce. The meat was tender and the vegetables were well cooked. The vegan burger with fries had a very tasty patty and the fries were crispy. The draft Pilsner is from Radeberger. The service was very friendly and offered us a glass of Berlin air on the house after paying. The place is rather dark and has a bar feel. It is known for its schnitzel. As a vegetarian, I could have also ordered a meatless form. I can recommend Lagom!

There is no service here and if you order yourself a drink takes half an hour. Maybe 1/3 of the tables were occupied. Cocktails mostly watery. UPDATE: Now the owner is trying to delete the unpleasant review through a lawyer. Ridiculous!

During this visit I gathered many different impressions 1. The store looks objectively nicer than the food tastes, but it is edible 2.A good colleague waited 35 minutes for his Fanta (Janniz) 3. My food came very promptly so there was good service 4. It's best to order schnitzel

Unfortunately I found the food to be pretty bad, my dish was delivered without a proper side dish (grilled vegetables ordered, lapped, cold and unsalted fries were given) it was cold and the service was pretty bad, we didn't get anything to drink until we had finished eating The costs were far too much for you. Unfortunately, wasted potential.

Drinks came after the meal and the food was cold. Chicken tastes like nothing, as does the currywurst. Even the fries were bad.

Music was way too loud, it was almost impossible to have a conversation, the waiter was unable to stop by the table to take possible orders, so you had to go to the bar to order the waiter, drinks were okay but much too mixed, there were no toilets last catastrophe, completely vomited, without soap and without towels or hand hairdryer, a visit is not recommended 👎🏽

Not bad per se. The drinks were good and the waiter was always there. A simpler quality of life change would be to have candles that perhaps also have wax in them. The prices are a bit steep but good, what do you expect with cocktails.

It's a great place for both lunch and evening drinks. The burgers are delicious and the beer is always fresh. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The cocktails were really tasty but I was disappointed with the staff. Although there were very few guests there, you had to ask the staff yourself to get new drinks. So the service still needs to be improved in this regard.

Great food, very cool and relaxed atmosphere! Ideal for a family outing as well as an evening with friends. But above all, what stands out (especially in a city like Berlin) is extremely positive when the waiters are so incredibly charming, attentive and polite!

It took a bit of time to order, but otherwise it was quite good and so was the ambience.

Update 2 from 01/27/24: first time here in winter. The food (as always, vital breakfast) is simply great and now I've let the ambience inside work its magic. It's cozy, pleasant light and relaxed music, everything is beautifully designed, again a smooth 5/5 🌟. :) Plus delicious coffee and freshly squeezed juice, I'm happy and will be back! Update September 21st: I confess: I am a repeat offender, now the 4th time in total. Every time there were little things on the plate that were different, every time it was super tasty (and always a feast for the eyes, see the new picture from today). Now it's time to stop eating the vital breakfast and free myself from this new addiction :) I just treated myself to the vital breakfast at Lagom (August 27th) and I would like to say: amazing! See picture not only a feast for the eyes, but also more than enough (me: hungry/male) and simply delicious! So many different things on the big plate and the service is relaxed despite being busy (Paul, I asked specifically). The absolute highlight for me was the egg with goat cheese, honey and walnuts. I didn't know it before, but I'll enjoy it more often now. Lagom: top all around and clear recommendation :)

It was a very beautiful evening. The first waiter was very slow at the beginning when there was little traffic and seemed disoriented. Luckily the following waiter saved the evening. The food was really very good.

The service was very nice but the snacks were rather questionable. The olives could have been saved in terms of taste and the brownie was more like a chocolate cake. I would also advise against the toilets. The chocolate soufflé was delicious

Très bon restau/bar avec de la très bonne musique old school R&B, Hip-Hop et soul. Les barmans ont étaient attentionnés et ouverts à la discussion. Quelques tapas pas trop mal à manger. Leur brunch est très copieux et complet. Je recommande vivement !

we found this place by mistake and we did not expect much. The food was exceptionally good and the atmosphere was really good. The staff there was really polite and helpful at all times. After some time the place has a bit louder music and it becomes a bar but it was not annoying at all :). Defo try it out if you are in the area.

Waren zum frühstücken hier. 5 Erwachsene 2 Babys. Haben nen guten Tisch bekommen mit genug Platz für die Kinderwagen. Sehr nette Bedienung und das Essen war geschmacklich, wie auch von der Portionsgröße top! Kommen wieder.

Hatten ein sehr entspanntes und Frühstück im Lagom, nachdem uns unzählige Hipstercafees in Berlin enttäuscht haben. Guter Service, Preis Leistung sehr fair und der Hauscocktail hat geknallt. Empfehlenswert wenn man in Berlin gerne Satt wird und vor allem nett Behandelt werden möchte!

Ich war bereit mehrere Male dort mit meiner Freundin. Was mir sehr gut gefällt ist die Freundlichkeit im Restaurant. Wir werden jedes Mal nett begrüßt, angelächelt und als Gast warmherzig behandelt. Das ist (leider) nicht selbstverständlich in Berlin. Ich esse dort gerne den Lagom Burger. Er schmeckt mir sehr gut. Burger schmeckt wertig (kein TK Patty und ein ordentliches Bun), sieht gut aus, ist nicht überladen und jedes Mal frisch. Genau so wie die Pommes. Mag es krassere Burger in Berlin geben? Bestimmt, aber für mich ist der so ideal und vom Preis absolut super fair! Die Bedienung ist schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend (kein ewiges warten auf Getränke oder essen). Der Laden hat ein solides Ambiente und die Toiletten funktionieren (auch leider nicht Standard). Ich gehe dort gerne hin und werde dort auch noch öfter hingehen. Dort gebe ich gerne mein Geld aus. 5 Sterne von mir 👌

Schlimmster Glühwein den ich je getrunken habe. Zu dem Essen kann ich nichts sagen aber der Glühwein ist ungenießbar.

Schönes Lokal 😃 aber Super war der Kartoffelsalat. Mancher wird sich wundern, aber in meinen Leben durfte ich in Deutschland schon viele probieren. Dieser zählt zu den echt Guten.
