Das Laax im Volkspark Schöneberg ist einer dieser Orte in Berlin, an denen man sofort vergisst, dass man sich eigentlich mitten in der Stadt befindet. Eingebettet im Grünen des Parks entsteht hier eine entspannte, fast schon versteckte Atmosphäre, die besonders an warmen Tagen ihren ganzen Charme entfaltet. Der Biergarten wirkt bewusst unkompliziert und naturnah. Zwischen Bäumen, Pflanzen und selbstgebauten Sitzgelegenheiten kann man sich zurücklehnen und den Tag ruhig ausklingen lassen. Alles wirkt locker und ungezwungen, genau richtig für einen Spaziergang durch den Volkspark mit anschließender Pause bei einem Getränk oder Kaffee. Kulinarisch liegt der Fokus auf einfachen, aber passenden Angeboten für einen Biergarten. Kaffee, hausgemachte Limonade, kühle Getränke und kleine Snacks sorgen dafür, dass man gut versorgt ist, ohne dass es überladen wirkt. Gerade die selbstgemachte Limonade ist ein beliebter Klassiker und passt perfekt zur sommerlichen Stimmung. Die Atmosphäre ist das eigentliche Highlight. Hier treffen sich unterschiedliche Menschen, Familien, Spaziergänger und Freunde, was dem Ort eine lebendige, aber dennoch entspannte Energie gibt. Besonders am Abend, wenn das Licht zwischen den Bäumen weicher wird, entsteht eine sehr angenehme Stimmung, die viele Gäste länger bleiben lässt als geplant. Insgesamt ist das Laax kein klassisches Café im strengen Sinne, sondern eher ein grüner Treffpunkt zum Abschalten. Wer einen ruhigen, natürlichen Ort mit lockerer Stimmung sucht, wird hier sehr wahrscheinlich immer wieder vorbeischauen.

Es war toll, die Weltmeisterschaft zu sehen, und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es generell einfach ein großartiger Ort ist, an dem gute Leute die Fäden ziehen.

Ich liebe diesen Ort. Das Laax ist für mich der perfekte Spot, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen, egal ob am Nachmittag mit einer Zitronenlimo oder abends mit einem Bier. Die Atmosphäre ist unglaublich entspannt, die Menschen sind freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Irgendwie hat der Ort genau die richtigen Vibes: gemütlich, unaufgeregt und einfach richtig cozy. Ich bin einfach froh, dass es diesen Ort gibt. ❤️

Wir wollten ein Fußballspiel ansehen,es wurde auch auf Social Media beworben, fiel aber wg etwas Regen aus,Enttäuschung pur!

Absoluter Lieblingsort - Ich will fast nicht zu viel Werbung machen. Immer neue, leckere Snacks und frische Getränke für alle Lebenslagen. Dazu der gemütliche Garten abseits vom Trubel des Parks. Und Kartenzahlung ist möglich! Was will man mehr?! :)

Schön zu sitzen und lässige Atmosphäre

Ein kleines grünes Paradies mitten im Volkspark, in dem man entspannt zwischen Pflanzen sitzen kann. Wir waren hier bei einer privaten Feier, die wunderbar war. Ein tolles, lockeres Ambiente. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Toller Biergarten im Volkspark mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre.

Ein toller Ort! Ein wunderschöner Garten, eine entspannte Atmosphäre, wirklich ein besonderer Entspannungsort in der Nachbarschaft. Der Grund warum ich drei Sterne vergebe ist, dass ich dazu anregen möchte diesen wunderbaren Ort barriereärmer zu gestalten. Die kleinen Steinchen machen das Laufen auf Krücken so gut wie unmöglich. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass es für Rollstuhlfahrer auch schwierig oder sogar unmöglich ist. Die Toiletten sind nur zugänglich für Menschen, die fit genug sind drei weit auseinander liegende, kurze Gitterroststufen zur einer Bauwagentoilette zu erklimmen und sich dann in die enge Toilettenkabinen quetschen können. Rollstuhlfahrende sind da total raus aber auch Menschen mit eingeschränkten Mobilität, ältere Menschen etc. Den Akt, den ich stemmen musste um auf Krücken zur Toilette zu kommen, ist meinem starken rechten Bein, meinem Mut und einer netten Besucherin zu verdanken, die Wache gehalten hat, damit ich auf Toilette gehen konnte trotz Toilettentür, die sich nicht schließen ließ. Denn Menschen, die mehr Platz brauchen in der Toilettenkabine weil sie beispielsweise ihr Bein nicht voll anwinkeln können, ist das Nutzen der Toilette versperrt. Es wäre super, wenn ihr euch dazu Gedanken machen würdet und Umbauten in Erwägung ziehen würdet, die den Garten für alle zugänglich machen.

I celebrated my birthday at the LAAX beer garden – and it was simply fantastic! 🎉 We reserved area B and were able to create our own decorations in a relaxed atmosphere. The drinks selection was top-notch: Prosecco, wine, beer, and delicious Aperol Spritz – there was plenty of choice for the kids too. 🍹🍺 The best part: We were allowed to bring our own catering (stunningly delicious – let me know if you're interested! 😉). A real insider tip for anyone who likes to celebrate freely and individually. It gets a bit quieter from 10 p.m. onwards, and it ends at midnight – perfect for a great end to the party. 🌙 The only catch: The weather has to cooperate, as the beer garden has a bit of an allotment garden vibe. The bottom line: Absolutely worth it – we would do it again in a heartbeat! 🙌

My favorite beer garden in the neighborhood. Definitely worth a visit. Especially when the weather's nice, it's a great place to sit and have a good time. The staff is always super friendly. You have to get your own food and drinks, and there's usually a long line to wait for your turn. I love it here and I'm happy to come back :)

We had two cappuccinos with soy and a piece of chocolate cake. The cappuccinos were quite sour, more like cappuccino assasini. Thankfully, we were given replacements right away. The new cappuccinos were better, but nothing special. The chocolate cake crumbled as soon as we cut it into forks. In the end, it was just crumbs. The cake tasted okay. We had to get our cutlery several times because it was dirty. The atmosphere is good, but the café is unfortunately a bit sloppy.

One of the best beer gardens near Rathaus Schöneberg: Quiet option instead of expensive tourist traps.

When left-wing systems theory tries to run a profitable business in a social market economy... Result: Waiting for food: about 20 minutes in line. Unfortunately, the beer tastes bad either. The crowd is predominantly young, woke, newcomers, and English speakers. If you're looking for something to eat and drink in a beer garden, this is the wrong place. If you want to play cards and roll cigarettes among empty glasses, this is the place for you.

After our wedding at the Tempelhof-Schöneberg registry office, we and our party rented a private area at Café Laax for two hours – and it was simply perfect! We were allowed to bring our own catering, received a very warm welcome, and the entire team was attentive and approachable throughout. The drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. We especially liked the fact that we could have even decorated the area ourselves if we wanted. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay – we felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend Café Laax.

Very chilled with the fountain sound of Rudolf Wilde Park. A top-notch spot for relaxing. A great concept. The frappe is great. Always happy to come back. The photos on the website speak for themselves. 👏👏👏❤️

Very cozy beer garden! In addition to the classic beer garden chairs, there are also comfortable garden chairs and pallet couches with cushions. The beer garden is beautifully landscaped with a variety of plants. String lights decorate the garden and create a lovely dim light. You can bring your dog without any problems. The beer is delicious (on tap), and the homemade lemonade is really great! The staff is super friendly :)

Open-air beer garden frequented primarily by young people. Everything is a bit improvised, but wonderful on a beautiful, warm summer evening. The Aperol Spritz is great! The beer wasn't exactly top-notch. I'll definitely be back!

Great service, especially the lovely ladies. Good iced latte, baba hummus, and a lovely homey atmosphere. Plus: you can smoke a cigarette.

A relaxing experience! Waiting over 20 minutes, with four people behind the counter despite only 15 people in line. That's quite an achievement!

Apparently, it all depends on the staff how they handle the queues and the ice cream. One day, you stand separately right in front of the ice cream counter, skipping the long line; another day, you stand right in front of it, smiling at the staff, and are completely ignored until you ask and get a hesitant "Yes, get in line." Unprofessional, arbitrary, I won't be coming back.

Mich wollte vor 2 Jahren ein Bekannter immer mit in einen Biergarten am Rathaus Schöneberg (bzw an goldenen Hirsch) mitnehmen. Irgendwann bin ich dann mal mitgekommen und war schwer begeistert. Ein echtes Idyll mit einem tollen Berliner Charme, Dieses Jahr habe schon auf die Eröffnung hingefiebert und in den letzten drei Wochen es schon dreimal besucht. Gutes Bier, sehr gute Getränke, faire Preise, tolles Team. Was soll man mehr sagen? Es ist toll,

Do you know the Perseus statue, which depicts the son of Zeus with the head of Medusa? Like the young demigod, I also stood in a glorious pose in the park after 4 hours of massive beer drinking in the sun. Naked, with a small, wrinkled beeper, his left arm, the still half-filled molle, raised in greeting. Even if I hadn't cut off Medusa's head, I had at least severed the bond between the cold sobriety of winter and hard daydrinking in the sun during working hours. Whenever you're not sure whether you should drink another one or not - drink another one! We live to live. Cheers

Great location. Nice mix of urban gardening project, café and beer garden. Lots of idyllic corners to linger. I love the somewhat “wild” style. Selection of drinks and snacks is also good.

The beer garden is very rustic. A lot of built-in pallets that are already getting old. The toilets are housed in two trailers. They were clean but you have to like that charm

Great little space to relax, meet people and enjoy nature. Whether you want to sit in the sun with a coffee to read a book, grab a beer (great drafts) or just eat some fries, this place got it all. Young team running the place is always in a good mood. My little happy place!

I was there for the first time today with my granddaughter. Beautiful, somewhat wild garden with raised beds and self-built seating. The service takes place from old construction trailers. We ate wonderful homemade ice cream with fruit puree and no flavoring. Great! And a very hygienic handling of this sensitive food! Big praise. I'd love to come back 😋

A wonderful place to relax. Since self-service and food on the day was minimalistic, only ⭐️⭐️⭐️which is not intended to be a quality judgment. Colorful and imaginative. Niches, places... lots of places for many needs. And always the babbling fountain in the background.

Very calm, cozy and friendly place inside the vilmersdorf park. Sometimes we watch football games, sometimes hanging with friends but we always enjoy our day when we go there. Even is it is too hot, you can find cooler place under the trees. Prices are average. Highly recommended.

Special place, really cool done. Prices are absolutely reasonable, the service is a bit slow, but this is due to the improvised concept, so no deductions for this. For me it's a little oasis in Schöneberg and highly recommended, especially with children.

I'm turning 21 tomorrow, a cyclist asked for ID. I haven't shaved in two weeks. But it's all sporty, or something like that... Edit: I actually like it here. I've been drinking shandy and lemonade (highly recommended) here for a long time and the ambience is fantastic. Public viewing during the European Championships was also great. But the nagelsmann interview was missing, go off Felix 😡😡 (@Felix Friedrich head up big)

I wanted to watch the European Championship game there. The photos on the internet make everything look a little bigger than it actually is :) but this corner is really beautiful.

Not recommended for people who like follow-up coverage of football public viewing, especially extremely unfriendly, arrogant, snooty, turn off the sound and video after the game, laugh at you when you ask to leave it on for 10 minutes. It's a shame, because it's actually a great idea and a nice atmosphere. Negative point: no special food: just vegan/vegetarian fast food from a food truck.

Atmosphere in laax is one of the most captivating thing, meanwhile service could be better.

A cozy and well-hidden beer garden not far from Schöneberg town hall. Here you can get the great beers from the Flessa brewery on tap. The Flessa Ale, Red Lager and Pils, all naturally cloudy and super tasty.

Super nice beer garden. Lovingly furnished with a colorful collection of garden furniture. However, the service, especially when it came to serving food, was very uncoordinated and slow at the time of our visit. The queue of those waiting became correspondingly long.

I ordered a so-called homemade lemonade and it is not freshly squeezed lemon and tastes nothing at all. I let the waitress know I wanted to change and she simply told me NO and she confirmed there was no fresh lemonade. I'm writing this review so that no other one happens. The staff was very unfriendly. I will not recommend it and of course I will never come here again.

It's such a nice stop when you are in the park. Very big outside area very nicely decorated, amazing garden hidden in the trees and a few food and drinks stands. They have cider, yes! The service was very nice and friendly. The place is full of flowers and families with children. Feels like a very nice spot to be.

Really rude staff. We asked for an apple cinnamon strudel and it was totally raw inside, they put it back in the oven and it was still raw when they gave it back to us. Although the strudel was inedible we didn't even get money back.

The place is very nice but the service is poor. We had a cinnamon-apple bun which was raw. After it was put back in the oven and pointed out that it was still raw, they apologised but did not give us our money back, although it was impossible to eat.

Bei einem Spaziergang entdeckten wir diesen bunten und gemütlich wirkenden Ort. Nach einigen Schritten bemerkte ich eine angenehme Stimmung um mich herum. Verschiedenste Sitzmöglichkeiten umgeben von einer farbenfrohen Pflanzenwelt waren meine Eindrücke, auf meinem Weg zu einem umgebauten Bauwaagen. Nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung bestellten wir unsere Getränke. Mein Tipp = selbstgemachte Zitronenlimonade. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ich könnte mir auch gut Vorstellen zu einer Tasse Kaffee ein paar Seiten zu lesen. Man vergisst für einige Zeit das man sich mitten in einer Großstadt ist. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die tolle Zeit.

Toller, alternativer Biergarten. Bauwagen-Stil. Die Bar ist ein umgebauter Bauwagen und die Küche ein weiterer. Die WCs sind auch in in alten Bauwagen untergebracht. Alles recht rustikal. Das Gelände ist super hergerichtet. Zwischen Hochbeeten, unter Pergolen, hinter hohen Stauden verstecken sich zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten. auch Strandkörbe oder Lounges aus Paletten. Abends leuchten Lichterketten. Idyllisch. Gegessen habe ich noch nichts, aber der Aperol ist lecker, und das Radler wird mit selbstgemachter Zitronenlimonade gemischt. Ein Stern Abzug lediglich für den oft überforderten Service. Dafür mixen sie aber auch sehr gewissenhaft ;-)
