Great end to our JGA. Booking for 13 people worked great. Great ambience, very friendly service, delicious food. Highly recommended!

I really like La Stella. Not quite sure what it is but there is something about it.

It was a very charming restaurant. The flavors were present, the atmosphere was warm. And all this at a reasonable price.

By far one of the best restaurants in Stuttgart and our absolute favorite Italian restaurant. Coziness 10/10. The restaurant is always heated to a pleasantly warm temperature. Atmosphere 10/10. The rooms are very lovingly designed and the tables and the ambience are designed with a lot of dedication. Friendliness 10/10. All employees are very accommodating, polite, and are happy to accommodate special requests. Service 10/10. Short waiting times and every wish will be fulfilled. Food and drink 10/10. Incredibly delicious parmigiana, pizza, homemade tagliatelle and bruschetta. Options also for children. The elderflower spritzer is garnished every time to create a true work of art. An all-round perfect New Year's Eve menu. Everything tasted very good and well thought out. The food was also very nicely prepared and the service was friendly despite the restaurant being completely full. Vegetarian/pescatarian options were also taken into consideration. An all around perfect meal! As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel welcome - the stylish ambience creates a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is attentive, warm and ensures that you don't miss anything. The dishes are a delight: starting with sophisticated antipasti, through perfectly prepared pasta and main courses to a heavenly dessert - everything fresh, authentic and prepared with great attention to detail. A highlight for all the senses, rounded off by an excellent selection of wines. Everything is just right here: taste, service and atmosphere. An evening full of Italian joie de vivre – absolutely recommended!

La Stella wowed us with its authentic flavors and welcoming vibe. The spaghetti carbonara was rich and perfectly balanced, while the salmon and spinach pasta was fresh and flavorful. Paired with a refreshing lemon spritz and finished with creamy tiramisu, it was an unforgettable meal. A must-visit.

If carbonara is already on the menu, you should get it. I can make ham noodles myself. I refer to the restaurant's answer: Yes, I ate everything because I was very hungry, but it didn't taste particularly good. Pork cheeks belong in the carbonara. Otherwise, just delete it from the map. I want to give an honest review.

The food was quite good, unfortunately there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and the kitchen also seemed understaffed. They made an effort and were very friendly, but we waited 1.5 hours for the food.

This day didn't have a good ending...when a reservation for about 8 to 10 people wasn't implemented at the beginning...but luckily there were enough guests who wanted to pay and leave, so we were able to build a long table and, after a short period of total confusion, found space. Actually, if a salad is ordered with the main course, I expect it in advance or automatically with the main course at the latest. The only two salads neither came with the main course nor automatically. Both guests had to wait the longest for their food anyway and then asked about the missing salad. It came quickly, but in the meantime either people had already eaten or the food had gotten cold. Let's just say there is still room for improvement! The food itself was very tasty and reasonably priced. If the service had been more attentive, they could have sold more drinks! As it was, we only drank a little and quenched our thirst for dessert externally. To be fair, it should perhaps be noted that the hut was full and no one was constantly pouring drinks. So the forces were more than well occupied and hardly had time to look sideways. It's a shame actually...

Wir waren am Freitag Abend relativ pünktlich um 19.00 Uhr im Stella, um einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen. Nachdem wir den Kellner x-fach ergebnislos gebeten hatten, unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, sind wir gegen 20.00 Uhr durstig und hungrig gegangen. Nie wieder dieses Lokal!

The food is cooked with passion. The service was nice and accommodating. The food was very good.

A really nice restaurant with very friendly service. The selection on the menu is very good, the prices are a bit high. A special highlight was the homemade bread. The food didn't take long to arrive and tasted very good. I would like to deduct one star because my water was forgotten despite reminding me twice and because I had 4 ravioli on my plate for €15.50. Afterwards I learned that in Italy these are more of an appetizer and that's why the portion is so small. This should be changed in the map. Otherwise, if you're looking for good, authentic Italian food and have some money to spare, la Stella is definitely worth a visit.

Very nice, well-kept restaurant. The menu offers a lot of choice, but with a lot of chi chi...and there is still room for improvement. It's a shame that there are few normal pasta dishes like rigatoni al forno, unfortunately very often with seafood. The glasses could be a little more polished, not that I'm sensitive, but when glasses come fresh and have fingerprints on them, it doesn't look quite as nice

Nice atmosphere. Not too loud on the terrace despite the B27 next to it. Staff OK, but room for improvement. Likewise with the food: the menu led one to expect more than what was served, but it was okay. All in all good, but not excellent.

Beautiful Italian restaurant with a well-kept dining room with wooden paneling and arched windows with curtains. There is also a sheltered outdoor terrace with lots of greenery around it. The Napoletana pizza was delicious and the seafood salad was commendably fresh and filling. The tagliatelli with small diced seasonal vegetables was also very tasty and portioned just right. As a surprise we received a small... Dessert in the form of a cake section made from cream cheese and steamed peach wedges on a cookie dough base with a hint of caramel. It was also very tasty! We will definitely come back to Stella!

We were there this evening for the second and last time. Primarily because of the service. We ordered three beers and a shandy. There was a hazelnut-sized chunk of mucus in the shandy. At best it was yeast, but it certainly looked pretty unappetizing and not at all like yeast. Hindsight is always wiser: we should have just left then. Reaction from the service after asking for a new drink: 'we can do it'. He even looked at the chunk of slime and saw the full glass of shandy. The question of whether should not arise here at all. He brought a new drink. We initially blamed the lack of an apology on the possible Italian temperament. But the rest of the evening showed: The two men in service must have had an extremely bad evening that they couldn't handle professionally. But it also seems to happen quite often if you read the reviews here. The white tablecloth had many stains before we used it and even had a 5cent hole on my side. When asked if they had a lighter for the candle, they sullenly lit it and slammed it on the table. The requested chili oil was brought when the pizza was already half eaten, and it wasn't spicy either. The food was served carelessly, the salad was good. The pizza was also good, even if it wasn't anything special. We were able to overlook all of this and didn't discuss it at the table; we didn't want the image of the blob of slime to solidify. However, everyone agreed that they wouldn't come back when it came to the bill: we asked for it. Nobody came. Not for 30 minutes. Since we didn't mind, we headed towards the exit. The waiter there, pale, with a film of sweat and clear dark circles under his eyes, sent us in in exasperation. When we got there, the other waiter asked us, annoyed, why we were coming in. We replied because no one was coming, to which he replied that we had to call. He had probably forgotten that we asked him for the bill. This stay at the restaurant showed us: the food can be passable, but if the service isn't, you won't come back. Any other self-respecting Italian restaurant would have at least apologized for the slime. We felt very uncomfortable there.

A successful evening. The food was okay - pasta was good. Pizza OK. Drinks and service wonderful.

Made fresh daily, ample portions are served with warm, Italian hospitality; you eat well and get a 10% discount by showing your military ID Card. There were four of us at dinner today, the food was excellent, but both waiters take themselves incredibly seriously. At the entrance I (me, male) was patted on the bottom even though we didn't know each other. The other waiter who served us was unkempt, told us stories about our food order and lectured us when ordering. Even though we like the place because of the food, we have to think about going there again.

We were there with a large group. Two people had ordered fish from the daily menu - and were deducted. They didn't tell you that the fish is actually for two people. We only found out the hefty price of around €80 per fish afterwards. The food was acceptable. Not really overwhelming. The carbonara was a large portion, but not so tasty that you would want to eat the whole portion. The grilled salmon was dry and without any seasoning. Three mini potatoes, two pieces of carrots and two pieces of fennel were served with it. Ambience okay. The older people had trouble getting down the stairs to the toilets. But the postcards in the basement were great!

The food was really very good. But the ambience, especially due to the unpleasant manner of some (presumably) employees, doesn't match the quality and prices at all. The service also deteriorated significantly after almost 1.5 hours; we had to wait a long time before we could pay. It's a shame, but we won't be able to do anything more than pick up (very tasty) pizza.

Unfriendly waiter, shouts at his employees in front of all customers. The wrong food was brought to the table and you were insulted, almost shouted at, after you didn't accept the food. The waiter seems snooty, unfriendly, in a bad mood and doesn't take his time. You just don't feel well... It's a shame actually...

Ich hatte im La Stella mit 4 Kunden ein Knigge-Dinner. Das hatte die Gastgeberin bei der Reservierung auch angekündigt. Essen und Getränke waren okay, aber der Service geht gar nicht: Wir saßen in einer kleinen Nische neben der Theke, abseits vom normalen Restaurantbetrieb. Das war gut, so konnten wir uns in Ruhe unterhalten, ohne die anderen Gäste zu stören. Leider sind wir aber vom Personal regelmäßig vergessen worden. Es wurde nicht professionell eingedeckt und Getränke nachschenken mussten wir selbst. Leere Gläser und Geschirr von der Vorspeise wurden nur abgeräumt, wenn wir darum baten oder es demonstrativ an der Tischecke gestapelt haben. Da mussten wir die Tisch-Etikette leider manchmal verlassen. Eine Zeitlang hatten wir nichts zu trinken und einer der Kellner spricht gar kein Deutsch und musste immer noch einen Kollegen dazu holen - und wir mussten zweimal warten. Weder Vor- noch Hauptspeise wurden für alle Personen gleichzeitig serviert, so dass bei der Hauptspeise die Spaghetti schon ein bisschen abgekühlt waren, bis alles auf dem Tisch stand. Und beim Dessert ist eins vergessen worden. Das wollten sie beim Bezahlen noch nachliefern, als alle anderen schon fertig waren... Als „Gastgeschenk“ gibt es für jeden eine Mini-Packung Grissini. Da wir diese nicht sofort gegessen hatten, wurden sie uns wieder weggenommen ;-) Wer nicht einfach nur Hunger hat, sondern auch Wert auf Stil legt, ist hier nicht so gut aufgehoben. Das ist sehr schade, denn der Service war früher hier zuvorkommend.

Ate at La Stella for the first time today. It was also the last time I was there. Underground, unfriendly, arrogant NON-SERVICE! I have rarely felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. Prices very high. Starter was basically ok, a little under-spiced (Jewish artichokes), pizza was admittedly very good. But it doesn't help that we had to wait forever before we were "allowed" to order. Tables that were occupied well after us were served long before us, as they were obviously guests who frequent the restaurant. A starter was not delivered at all, but it was also not possible to assemble this before the main course arrived as no one came to the table (or you walked past the table and turned your head so that you didn't have to see us) . But then they wanted to calculate them. Another round of drinks that we had ordered with the main course didn't come either. When we politely asked that we would like to pay, nothing was done again. I had to get up and remember it again. A waiter didn't speak a word of German and you couldn't communicate with him in English either. All in all, a UNIQUE experience that doesn't call for repeating. I have never left a restaurant without leaving a tip, as I have experience in the catering industry myself and know what a strenuous job it is. Today I did this for the first time. It's a shame because the food had potential.

Lots of love 🤌🏻 After we were looking for spaghetti made from a parmesan wheel, we happened to come to the Stella restaurant and luckily! Incredibly great & attentive service. The spaghetti made from a parmesan wheel with truffle was very tasty (as was the tagliatelle Salome and pasta with salsiccia) and the chocolate cake was a dream. Absolute recommendation! We'll be back very soon.

Last week we went for dinner on my birthday with a group of 5 people and with a reservation. Had asked for a table by the window. However, this was far too small for 5 people, so we were finally moved again. The service was very bad. It took 50 minutes for us to get our drinks. We had to place the order several times and received the drinks in long intervals. First there were too few orders, then too many. Unfortunately, it was not possible to toast together. The pasta dishes and the salami pizza were good, the pizza with vegetables was not a highlight. Have been there 3 times now and 2 times the service was subpar. After things went completely wrong on my birthday, we won't be coming back. It's a shame because the location is really nice.

Für mich leider nicht empfehlenswert. Wir waren dort mit 11 Personen mit Vorbestellung. Sehr schlechte Tischauswahl vom Gastronom, wir sind an einem Durchgang gegenüber vom WC Eingang gesessen, alles sehr eng obwohl man dies hätte anders lösen können. Das Essen war mittelmäßig und es wurden Essen einfach vergessen, erst auf Nachfrage dann das Essen später bekommen, und dann auch noch das falsche. Ich hatte Hunger und hab es dann einfach so hingenommen da die anderen längtens fertig waren mit ihrem Essen. Preis/Leistung nicht angemessen. Bin hier leider entäuscht worden.

Wir sind wiederholt spontan zum Essen hier gewesen. Es war vorzüglich, Service hervorragend und es wurde postwendend serviert. Wir werden weiterhin hier Essen. Auch ein grosses Lob an den Kellner Igor, der ein sehr guten Job macht und alles im Griff hat. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten verg. Samstag ein Klassentreffen und wurden sehr freundlich (Igor) empfangen und bedient. Die Speisen waren ausnahmslos lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Das Essen und die Weine sind unglaublich gut und man merkt, dass hier alles frisch ist. Danke an das ganze Team für den tollen Service - eine absolute Empfehlung!

Schon etliche Male daran vorbeigefahren, bis heute aber noch nicht dort eingekehrt - was soll man sagen? Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Abend genossen! Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und zu keiner Zeit aufdringlich! Sämtliche Gerichte waren von überdurchschnittlicher Qualität und sehr schmackhaft! Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant! Wir haben den Mittagstisch gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden. Der gemischte Salat war nicht nur groß sondern bestand aus vielen verschiedenen Salatsorten. Mein Pastagericht war ausgezeichnet! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und in der Küche arbeiten tatsächlich noch Italiener! Sehr erfreulich!! Nur im Weißweinschorle war etwas zuviel Mineralwasser. Zur Ehrenrettung muß man sagen, kein Italiener trinkt sowas. Also lieber ein Achtel Weißwein bestellen und dazu Mineralwasser. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

Ci é sembrato di stare in Italia. Siamo stati accolti in una maniera impeccabile. Il cibo é stato veramente sia per il palato che per la vista una vera e propria poesia. Il servizio e la gentilezza meritano un 10 e lode. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren gestern das erste mal hier und super begeistert. Wir kamen zur Tür herein und wurden sofort super freundlich in Empfang genommen, der nette Kellner brachte uns direkt zu unserem Tisch. Kurze Zeit später kam auch schon bereits der Kellner um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Da unsere Pizzen etwas länger gedauert hat, bekamen wir in der Zwischenzeit super leckeres selbstgemachtes gefülltes Brot mit Auberginen und dazu als Beilage prosciutto aufs Haus. Als die Pizzen kamen und wir in das erste Stück gebissen hatten wussten wir sofort das sich das warten gelohnt hatte. Wir haben selten eine bessere Pizza gegessen. Zusätzliche Pluspunkte gab es für den Chef-/Koch des Restaurants, der sich trotz vollem Laden persönlich nach dem Wohl seiner Gäste gekümmert hat. Zum Schluss gab es dann noch super leckeres selbstgemachtes Dessert wo für jeden was dabei war, da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause in der Heimat. Alles in allem können wir das Restaurant einfach nur jedem weiterempfehlen und werden auch selbst wieder dort essen gehen

Essen Top, Ambiente Top und ruhige Lage. Service hat viel Zeit für alles nur nicht für den Gast. Sonderwünsche (Nachbartisch) werden jedoch erfüllt.

Wir waren dort wir immer zum Abendessen. Wie gewohnt habe ich meinen kleinen Salat mit Thunfisch bestellt - Montags noch die üblichen 8,50. Donnerstags wurde mir ohne weitere Info 12,50 berechnet mit der Aussage: „Ist jetzt so“ Das ist kein angemessenes Verhalten und eine Frechheit. Die Preise sind die letzten 1,5 Jahre derartig angestiegen und meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr im Einklang mit Inflationsanpassungen. Auch der Service hat in den letzten Monaten stark nachgelassen. Wir waren Stammgäste - müssen uns nun ein anderes Lokal suchen. Schade!

Ristorante super consigliato, la qualità del cibo è imparagonabile ad altri ristoranti italiani che si trovano a Stoccarda. Pizza ottima, pesce e carne sempre freschi. Personale gentile e coordinato, tempo di attesa minimo. Chef simpaticissimo e bravo

Da italiano, all’estero non cerco mai cucina nostrana classica, così se ho voglia di pizza cerco comunque qualcosa di diverso da quello che si mangia in Italia, anche per non rimanere deluso. Qui ho provato la “Pizza Presidente”: una base di pizza bianca ottima, all’italiana, con sopra una tagliata al sangue come piace a me, coperta di gorgonzola fuso e scaglie di tartufo. Complimenti al cuoco. Aggiungo che facevo parte di un gruppo di due famiglie con tre bambini piccoli e che siamo arrivati senza prenotare: ci hanno trovato un ottimo posto nonostante il locale fosse quasi pieno.

Wir haben das Restaurant auf Empfehlung besucht. Parkplätze wenig in der Nöhe. Lokal einfach, was kein Problem wäre, wir haben aber kein Flair gespürt. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aber ein bisschen langsam. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Spaghetti im Parmesanleib mit Trüffel war unter Erwartung, matschig, leider nicht genießbar. Wir hatten das Gefühl, das das Essen ohne Liebe zum Kochen gemacht worden ist.

Eigentlich wollten wir eine kleine Weihnachtsfeier gemütlich mit 6 Mädels veranstalten. Leider war sehr große Hektik im Lokal, weil deutlich zu viele Gäste für zu wenig Tische gebucht wurden. Unser bestellter runder Tisch wurde leider anderweitig vergeben, aber wir haben einen Prosecco als Entschädigung erhalten. Das Essen war gut, aber meine Parmesan-Spaghetti lauwarm und so wenig, dass ich nicht satt geworden bin. Die anderen waren zufrieden, aber meine Mädels essen keine so große Personen, wurden jedoch auch nicht satt. Mit einem schmackhaften bestellten Nachtisch hat es dann aber letztendlich doch gereicht und ein Schnäpschen auf Kosten des Hauses, weil so viel Durcheinander war (der Ober hatte wirklich im positiven Sinn die Ruhe weg) gab es zu guter Letzt auch noch.

Nach 100 mal im La Stella in den letzten Jahren freuen wir uns über die prima Küche. Die Kellner sollten erstmal das Einmalein der Höflichkeit und des Kellner-Berufs lernen. Beispiel: Persönliche Tischbestellung im Lokal für 5 Personen, die dann aber am Termin vor verchlossener Tür stehen. Ein Kellner nimmt endlich die Getränkebestellung an einem Tisch auf, aber nur für einen von 4 Gästen. Wichtiger ist das Smartphone, das immer im Blick sein muss.....
