I've rarely experienced such a diverse cuisine. The food was delicious, and the price was right. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The food was good, but the red wine, which cost €8.50, was unfortunately of the lowest quality. It's a shame that the restaurant doesn't place any emphasis on adequate wine quality.

I had a mixed grill. In my opinion, the fries could have been left in the fryer for a few more minutes. The turkey was a bit too pink on the inside, in my opinion, and the pork, on the other hand, was a bit tough. That's something you could live with, but at the advertised prices, I don't think that should happen. The rest of the group was, to be fair, satisfied. But for me, the value for money here isn't right. The ambiance is nice.

This was our second time here. Even though all the tables were occupied and we didn't have a reservation, we still got a table after a bit of a wait. The food was very fresh and delicious. Everything was simply perfect. Nice, friendly, and accommodating. The boss is such a friendly guy, and you immediately feel very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

The ambiance and service were good. The appetizers, crab soup, and pumpkin cream soup, were excellent. 👍 The main course, a grilled platter for two people, was awful. All the meat cuts were unseasoned, let alone roasted, and appeared to have come from a convection oven. It's not uncommon for the sirloin steaks to be cooked well instead of medium. The prices are completely exorbitant. We won't be eating here again.

Today we tried "Schnitzel a la Meyer" (one with fries and one with fried potatoes) and "Schnitzel Fuego." Two giant schnitzels each, one with fried onions and a fried egg (a la Meyer), and one with a hearty gypsy sauce (Fuego). It was super delicious and I highly recommend it to all schnitzel lovers.

Based on the good reviews, my wife and I visited here for the first time today. We experienced very friendly service, and the appetizer (tzatziki) was delicious and fresh. My wife's pola pola was very good, and my saltimbocca was also very tasty. Yes, the prices are a bit higher here, but our food was tasty and filling. A definite recommendation.

We've been coming to Hooksiel for many years. La Primavera with Ina & Miro is our regular restaurant. We feel at home here and are always happy to be with Ina and Miro and their wonderful team all year round. The food is super delicious 😋 😋 😋 there's something for everyone. We highly recommend La Primavera. It's best to reserve a table, either inside or outside if the weather is nice.

Everything you expect is met there: excellent service, a very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained ambiance, and world-class food. Of course, there are certainly good restaurants in other towns and resorts, but for what else Hooksiel has to offer, this is my favorite. The service is always attentive and helpful, the portions are large and of very high quality, and to take the wind out of the sails of the lady who said it was a bit expensive... yes, it stands out, even in terms of price, but within reason...

There were two of us. After a long and late hike across the mudflats, we couldn't find a restaurant (around 9:30 p.m.) that was still open late. When we arrived, they were already clearing up, and we were clearly the only guests. However, we received a warm welcome and very friendly service. The food (daily special: Schnitzel "al a Meier" and an Angus steak) arrived quickly, but was still freshly prepared. An unexpectedly huge plate of schnitzel with two large pieces. Buttery tender meat, cooked in clarified butter and with a perfect breading. Delicious fried potatoes with lean, not-fatty, small, tender pieces of ham and brown glazed fine onions. Accompanied by a small, but delicious, side salad. The Angus was, understandably, smaller. All at a perfectly acceptable price (€19.90 and I think €29.90, at least under €30). The interior was impeccable. Modern, cozy, comfortable, with a large summer terrace. So, all in all, a very friendly "house," with excellent and warm service and outstanding food quality. It's a shame I live so far away. We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant is located just outside the town center, at Middeldiek 4 in Hooksiel – ideal for a quiet evening. The interior is spacious and uncluttered; the terrace is large and extremely inviting in good weather. We ate at Primavera twice. The portions were quite large. The second time, the rosemary potatoes were very soft and the vegetables were no longer firm, which is a shame.

We've been there for food and drinks several times over the past few years. Not only have the prices gone up too much, but the quality of the food has also fallen too far. There are several other restaurants nearby that offer significantly better value for money. We're not going there anymore!

We went for dinner with our three children. The fish dishes and pizza were delicious and generous portions. The pasta portion was very small for an adult. The prices for the food are high, but the taste is reasonable. The drinks, however, especially the non-alcoholic ones, are very expensive. A 0.5-liter apple spritzer costs €8. That's unfair and also customary for the area.

We went for dinner today to round off our vacation and were thrilled. Beautiful ambiance, super nice and friendly staff, and the food was fantastic. To finish off, we had something sweet for the kids and a free shot of schnapps. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Never again, Waited over 45 minutes for drinks. Food was bad, a chip shop is better. Restroom stinks of urine 🤮 Paying was quicker, but the bill was incorrect. People sat down at the next table where no one had managed to clear the previous people's plates. These guests then left, annoyed, after waiting 45 minutes. The waiter walked around for ages with drinks and had to get help from the guests to figure out where to put them… simply terrible!

We ate there today during our stay in Hooksiel. It took half an hour just for the first drinks to arrive. It took another half hour for the food to arrive. The cevapcici were okay, but the robber's plate was terrible. Everything had only been on the grill for a very short time. Then I got the pork belly and the pork steak for the dog. Even he needed two attempts to eat it. It took us another half hour to pay. We were about to get up and leave without paying. Oh, and the toilets smelled strongly of urine. We were really shocked that the reviews here were so positive.

We love La Primavera! The atmosphere is very pleasant and the food is delicious! We have been there many times and have always been very satisfied! If you are in Hooksiel, a visit to La Primavera is highly recommended!

And asking four times if everything was okay is a bit excessive, I think. It was okay to try it once, but we won't be going there again.

Great location, we could sit outside. Great service. Price/performance is ok. Ajo was delicious, with homemade pizza bread. The 4 different pizzas looked great, and any special requests were gladly accommodated. Unfortunately the pizzas had too much toppings, especially way too much cheese!! This is still heavy in our stomachs after 2 hours. Too bad!

The food was very good as always, there's nothing to complain about! Great service, the boss personally comes to the table and offers seasonal dishes that are not on the menu! And at the end there's a schnapps on the house, where else can you get that these days?

A bit away from the actual city center, but worth the journey. Great food (and plenty of it) and incredibly nice service. Went to the restaurant with our dog and when another couple came with a dog we were even asked if it was OK if there was another dog in the restaurant.

We have a holiday apartment very close to La Primavera and have eaten there several times and have always been very satisfied with the food, service and ambience. I was packing last night because we were going home today, so we ordered 2 dishes (1 small steak and cevapcici, both according to the menu with fries and salad) to pick up... what a disappointment! The steak was completely missing fries! 🤔and there were only a few of the Cevapcici, so we shared 5 pieces each😅... The Cevapcici also didn't taste as fresh and tasty as usual... but you might have to expect that with packaged food... We will eat there again, but only directly in the restaurant.

We were there several times 3 years ago and were very satisfied. Now we were there again and totally disappointed. The food was not satisfactory, small portions, the pizza was undercooked and the price of food and drink was far too high. A bottle of water for 10€! With dogs you are not greeted warmly but instead are taken to a side room where all the dog owners were sitting. The service was very bad and we were served very unfriendly. We will not visit this restaurant again and will not recommend it! It's a shame.
