A good Neapolitan pizza but also kind and fast.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We wanted to eat at this restaurant but were turned away – on the grounds that we had a stroller with us. Although there were free tables, we weren't offered one. Apparently, families with children aren't welcome.

Great place for an after work dinner with friends. The place was packed with large groups eating and drinking and having lots of fun. The waiters looked like a family and are friendly and fast. We had Aperol drinks and a super tasty, fluffy, good sized pizza. Non of us 3 girls finished it after a 8 hours sales workday! Price and portion wise match too. Lovely experience but if you like peace and quiet while eating skip this buzzing place.

I can be thankful to this restaurant to completely loose my appetite and some weight. Danke, und your delivery could be compared only with German bureaucracy

This is the most surprising restaurant on this trip. Fortunately, we were able to visit this restaurant. Due to some factors, we were introduced to this restaurant by Vino e Gusto and helped us book this restaurant. Thank you very much 🙏🏼 Vino e Gusto for the introduction, which allowed us to taste such a delicious meal. The pre-dinner bread provided by this restaurant is also delicious, and the olive oil provided is also very fragrant. It makes me feel so happy to pair it with the pre-dinner bread, but I didn't take any pictures. I just can't order pizza🍕 and pasta🍝. The only drawback is that we asked him if he had risotto, and he told us no⋯ I asked him to recommend a meat dish and a seafood dish. They were so delicious that I actually wanted to go back to eat them again before I left, but I really didn’t have time. This restaurant is the one I want to go to again next time I go to Munich.

The food was fantastic, though the prices were a little high. If you don’t mind spending 20€ on a pizza I highly recommend eating here.

Great pizza, great service, great atmosphere. We dined here midway through our trip for a change of pace, and ended up coming back for our last night in Munich because we had such a great experience the first time and wanted one more meal here before heading home. We will make a point to visit again next time we are back in Munich, and would definitely recommend La Pizza to anyone looking for a break from classic Bavarian food!

I personally found it very nice in the restaurant. The restaurant is nicely decorated. I liked the espresso. I thought the pizza was very tasty and it was homemade. The panna cotta was also homemade and I thought it was delicious. Overall, I can recommend the restaurant.

We arrived around the time the kitchen was closing and “they let us eat” The pizza was delicious but not wow either, the more elaborate options seemed somewhat exorbitant due to their high price... friendly service.

A sensational evening in a setting that's typical of me. We received excellent service, and the owner even came to our table for a chat and a very pleasant conversation. Whether it's a private evening or a small gathering with friends or teammates, I highly recommend it!

The restaurant visit was mixed. The pizza was really tasty and we liked it, but unfortunately the service wasn't that pleasant. The employees were rather annoyed - the question arises as to why they work in this industry at all. Another negative point: the restaurant charges €1 for the plate without announcing this in advance. It would be nice if such information was communicated beforehand to avoid unpleasant surprises. Overall: Good pizza, but service definitely needs improvement.

Even though you pay 20 euros for a margherita (which to be honest is still good), what bothered me the most is the fact that when you get the bill they have it. canceled the transaction because the typing and verbatim words "In Germany it is mandatory!" Absolutely not !!! and when we repeated the transaction without tip we were told never to return. Don't worry, we won't be back and we will give you terrible publicity.

Apparently "tipping is mandatory in Germany" and when kindly refusing to do so we receive a nice "then don't come back next time" First time with this experience.

That place is always packed and rightly so! It is one of my very favourite places in munich for Napolitean pizza. I had the pizza Vesuovio with yellow tomatoes and mozzarella.

Generally not bad. The interior and service is great. The pizza was good but not the best, mine was definitely too short in the oven, the rim still raw. Prizes for the given quality are rather ridiculous. It's pizza after all, but my guess is the rent is insane in this central location.

The pizza itself was very tasty, but there were a few toppings for the price. In addition, despite having a reservation, we were thrown out shortly after we finished eating, i.e. after an hour, because the next reservation was already at the door.

For me, LaPizza in Munich is the best place for pizza - I have rarely had better pizza, even in Italy. The dough, the ingredients and the preparation are simply perfect. Owner Martina welcomes every guest with so much warmth that you immediately feel at home. Unreservedly recommended!

Very good pizza, the dough is very digestible, the ingredients are high quality, you can taste it too. The location is of course also great, right in the middle of Munich's old town. Ambience and service are average. Price is actually super expensive, we had two pizzas, two small (0.2l) drinks and simply paid €60 and those weren't the most expensive pizzas. Still 4 stars, because what else would you expect in the area?!

Good Italian restaurant with authentic Neapolitan pizzas in the centre of Munich. One of the best pizzas I've tasted in the city, especially the pesto pizza with burrata. The lady who served us was lovely.

For me, the pizza there is the best Neapolitan-style pizza that I have ever eaten in Munich. Going to the restaurant, it is always quite full, the tables are close together and I find it quite loud because of the many people.

The pizza tastes average, the price is completely exorbitant! It has little to do with real Neapolitan pizza. The dough is like rubber, there is little topping, the cold topping makes the entire pizza cold. There is competition that makes significantly better pizza for half the price

Really bad service, the waitress doesn't come for ages because she's busy chatting with her colleague. Pizza was good but still totally overpriced considering it's not a fancy restaurant but more like a snack bar.

Could be the most delicious napoletana pizza out of italy. pizzas made with high quality ingredients and the dough is perfectly cooked all bubbly. Service is fast and friendly. It can be very loud and chaotic at nights. Recommended!

I would show the pizzaiolo the door. Especially since the additional adjective Neapolitan sinks into the bottom of the description. But whoever buys the ingredients for the topping belongs on the podium at the next Olympic Games. Above. What's played here will make the best Neapolitan pizza DJ green with envy. That's class, that's quality, that's awesome... As I said, you can argue excellently whether the pre-dough should be a "biga" or simply a yeast dough that has risen in the refrigerator, for 24, 36 or even 72 hours, but this dough was sad for the price.

I used to be a longstanding happy client of La pizza but I went back and it was a true disaster. First, the pizza was completely burned and the waiter when I told him just said I should have said it earlier. When it arrived at the table it was even a bit cold. I would have said it earlier but the place was invaded by people who were standing in the restaurants, with the situation completely out of control. In addition, the waiters didn’t even do the effort to have a small deduction as a sign of goodwill on their mistakes. This forced me to not leave any tips (I guess it’s the first time) I think the ownership changed as there were no Italians waiters there and this has unfortunately affected the service as well as quality. I won’t be back. There are much better Neapolitan pizzerias in Munich!!

I have visited a few times because they used to have a good pizza! The place is very small! Today, it was a disaster... the quality of pizza has deteriorated, but this was not the worst thing of the evening! The atmosohere was chaos! The restaurant was full of people waiting for a table standing above our heads ! The door was constantly open on a cold day..the pizza took 45 minutes to come to the table! There was so much noise as if it was a mc donalds! It's definitely not worth the price! I will not be back!

Would definitely not recommend this place. The service was terrible. We got a pizza that was half cooked and pointed out the dough to our waiter. He then simply said there was nothing he could do and walked away. Then he complained about us to his colleague. She graciously came over and made sure the pizza was cooked all the way through. In the end it was okay in terms of taste, but overall a 0/10 experience. Also expensive and very loud. Definitely trying to be a fancy place but failing Stay away! “Usury” - over 20 !!!Euros for a pizza!! You shouldn't pay that and ask how that can be justified

When I last visited a couple of years ago, this was one of Munich’s best pizzerias. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case—the pizza was maybe a 7/10, if I’m being generous. At 20-25 euros per pizza, it just doesn’t match the price. Now, onto the service: despite having a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes for our table to be ready. After this long wait, we placed our order, and our pizzas arrived spaced out by about a minute between each one — except for one, which was forgotten and took an extra ten minutes. After the meal, one of us ordered a coffee that never arrived, so we decided to just pay and leave. Normally, I’d be happy to leave a tip, but for an overpriced, average pizza and poor service, I didn’t feel it was deserved. The waitress was surprised and irritated, making her displeasure quite obvious with a less-than-friendly attitude.

Very warm welcome, despite the hustle and bustle on Saturday evening, we got a seat at the table in the middle without a reservation (which we found very nice because there was an NFL game in Munich and we came into contact with other fans). The pizza was brilliant, we had the Pizza Mortadella and La Pizza, among others. Will definitely come back when I visit Munich again!

Food was very good, we had a diabolo and a Napoli Unfortunately, far too overpriced for two including drinks and tip €70. Way too much to go out for pizza!

Overall a nice little restaurant. However, very little space at the table and everything was very tight. But the pizzas were much worse. Totally soggy from the tomato sauce and the order was not kept. But extremely expensive. Not recommended

Pizza looks great in the case. Don't bother ordering and sitting down to eat it, they'll throw you out for eating their pizza in their seating area. Not friendly. Not welcoming. I do not recommend.

Pizza was alright, a bit overpriced but I can understand for that location. 15 min after our pizzas were served, we were told that we got the wrong pizza. No apologies, no solution but we kind of had to take them as they are. In the end for three people the bill was 107€ ( 1 pizza + 1 soft drink + 1 aperol spritz each person). As we paid 110€ despite of wrong pizza, the guy was not happy at all. Very arrogant place sadly 🤪

I have been to this truly phenomenal pizzeria, with fantastic truly Neapolitan pizzas and made with so much love and taste, the waiters and all the staff are really kind and treat their customers with great care, even being a small place but very well well looked after and makes you feel like you're in Italy for a moment, to those who go to Munich I can assure you that it's a place worth going to.

It's quite expensive, but very good. Not much space inside, you should reserve online, but it's very quick

Basically good pizza with about 22.50 average price per pizza greatly overpriced. About the invoice: The €3 is in addition to the €22.50 for the pizza if you swap the tuna for salami. 4 out of 5 people had to do that Determine the table. We were not informed of the costs by the staff when we ordered. At a price of €22.50 we don't feel this is justified and it annoyed us a lot. Our factual advice after paying was dismissed with: You have enough regular customers. We won't be regular customers there...

Good pizza but terrible service. I order a pizza showing the photo in the second slide (found among other online reviews), the waiter points me to one on the menu and comes to me a few minutes later with the pizza in the first photo. The waiter, without apologizing in the slightest for what happened, refuses to bring the correct pizza in a very rude manner.

Better pizza than in Italy! We were there in the early afternoon and managed to get a table without reservation. Its not the cheapest pizza but it is very well done and using high quality ingredients. We had Bufalinas, with really fruity san marzano tomato sauce and only buffalo mozzarella. A dash of chili oil and a little primitvo and we were happy. Also very nice espresso, proper italian roast with thick crema. Will be back!

The pizza tasted very good and the atmosphere was nice, small but nice. However, the service could be improved, as an order was ultimately served incorrectly despite asking the waiter beforehand. After complaining about this order to the same waiter, he only replied, "Did I say so?" and that the pizza had now been made and that he could no longer take it back, even though it wasn't our fault. Since we didn't order the pizza the way we wanted it, I thought it was a bit modest, so only two stars for the service.
