La Piazzetta Friedberg in Friedberg

It's always great here. After our Lake Garda holiday, we realized that our Liborio and his team have spoiled us so much with their culinary delights that we often find it difficult to be satisfied anywhere else. So, home is when we're not in Italy but at the PIAZZETTA. Thank you, Mille.

A good selection of dishes at what I consider to be reasonable prices. You can be very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. The service is very attentive and always friendly.

The wine was good. The pizza was in the oven far too long and was dry. The mussels were horrible. The service was also quite good. Unfortunately, never again.

We didn't have much time, so we called to see if a table with two seats would be available in 20-30 minutes. That worked out perfectly. The ambiance in the dining room is lovely, as it almost looks like a wine cellar you have to go down to first. However, there were two unpleasant things that left a bitter aftertaste to our spontaneous and brief visit. First, I ordered a bottle of mineral water. By law, it can only be opened at the table so that the customer can see the seal being broken. That wasn't the case with us. However, this bottle also no longer had the ring on the neck, which normally stays there after you unscrew the bottle. Therefore, I unfortunately suspect that I received a mineral water bottle filled with tap water. If that was the case, I could have opted for the cheaper table water, which is also allowed to be tap water. The second was the unfriendly service. We rounded up to €37, but only got €12.70 back on our €50 bill. I must have looked a bit confused because the woman came back after two steps and asked in a very annoyed tone, "What's wrong here?" We didn't say anything else, not even about the water, because we didn't have time to argue about things like that. That was a bit of a shame, even though the pizzas ("Calzone" and "La Jenny Vegetariana/Vegetarian Calzone") were really good. We'll only go there to pick up food from now on. But since the pizzeria is too far away from us, that's very unlikely to happen. It's a real shame.

Service was very attentive and friendly, but at times overwhelmed. The ambiance was okay. Unfortunately, the pizza/calzone didn't taste that great, despite the wood-fired oven.

We ordered for pickup, the wrong dishes were prepared, and when we pointed this out, there was no acknowledgment! The lady simply said, "That's how it was recorded, and now it's like this." We then had two chicken salads for the kids instead of pasta. Of course, they charged us. Mistakes happen, but lacking acknowledgment is absolutely not customer-oriented. We won't be coming back.

Almost everything about this restaurant is great. The food tastes good... especially for the price! The pizzas weren't very expensive and were freshly prepared. The owners are incredibly funny and polite. Depending on your order, it takes about 15-25 minutes for the food to arrive. There are parking spaces, but they're often occupied, as they're open to the public.

We happened upon a spontaneous visit to Friedberg and had been wanting to eat here for a while. Luckily, three of us got a table. However, reservations are recommended. A very nice, authentic Italian restaurant. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Burrata with Parma ham, homemade pasta, and the pizza are simply delicious. Highly recommended. We'll be back very soon.

We returned to this great restaurant. I can the food is fantastic, the service is fantastic. We love the little room they have upstairs. Thank you service and kitchen for a wonderful evening and great food.

The employees' children screaming in the parking lot at night is annoying. What a disgrace! Reply to your reply: This has already been brought up. The response was simply: "They're just kids, there's nothing you can do." Children should NOT play noisily in a parking lot or anywhere else at night, thereby preventing many people from sleeping. It's particularly disruptive in this parking lot because the resulting echo makes the children's screams even louder. Children are obviously unaware of this. Please make less noise in the future ;-). Furthermore, it's not safe for children to play in a busy parking lot.

Only eaten pizza so far, it was great.

Here you eat at a high level and super tasty. I've never been "off the mark" with a dish here. The staff is very attentive and extremely friendly. It has become my favorite place

It's a typical Italian restaurant. Great atmosphere, family-friendly. The food is absolutely fine and typically Italian. The service is good. The staff is very accommodating when it comes to complaints. The restaurant is generally very loud.

Very pleasant restaurant, wonderfully delicious food, especially the starters are a poem! Charming staff, you are treated like you are with friends. To park, it's best to drive to the large underground car park around the corner (it's free in the evenings).

Recommended in terms of taste. Dogs are tolerated, but are not really welcome. One of the waiters seems grumpy, although he tries to "mask" his displeasure behind a pained smile in which his eyes remain uninvolved. But it is good quality at reasonable price. Not necessarily cheap, but worth the price.

Absolute classic in Friedberg with really delicious pizza

DANGER: The parking lot in front of the pizzeria does not belong to the pizzeria itself, and the maximum parking time is 1 hour. The monitoring is carried out electronically to the minute - in my case, exceeding the limit by 17 minutes resulted in a fine of €40. It would be desirable if the pizzeria could agree on special arrangements for its guests with the parking lot operator in order to avoid such unexpected additional costs.

Always great, but be careful with the employees!

Wir gehen schon länger nicht mehr ins Piazzetta, denn zum einen sind dort die Plätze so eng aneinander gestapelt, dass man von "gemütlich" nicht sprechen kann, und zum anderen mussten wir für den Extrateller zum Pizza teilen auch noch bezahlen, obwohl wir noch Salat und Rotwein dazu hatten. Das ist weiß Gott nicht kundenfreundlich!!

We were seduced by the pictures. The food was ok, service too. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable at all for a nice dinner here. The ambience is like a sports club or train station bar. Bare wooden tables:-( . Quite unpleasant. Will go to our Italian restaurant again, at least the tables there are nicely set. What a shame!

Worst Vitello Tonnato I've ever eaten. I went to this restaurant for dinner yesterday on business. Finally, I took a Vitello Tonnato for my wife. At home I noticed that they had probably run out of tuna cream. Instead, mayonnaise was simply spread on the slices of meat... a complete impudence. For the sake of decency, I would have expected the waiter to say that the dish was unfortunately out. Simply adulterating it and smearing some kind of sauce on it is an absolute impudence... On top of that, seriously asking for money for it... Absolutely unacceptable. Sorry, I won't go there again...

We went to La Piazatta for lunch with the family on Sunday. The restaurant was very busy, only two small tables were unoccupied. Every dish tasted very tasty. Of all the starters, we enjoyed Vitello Tonato the best, highly recommended! The pizzas came from the wood-fired oven, had a crispy edge and were really tasty. We liked the atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being full, we didn't have to wait long for our food. There is a star deduction for the cool room temperature at the beginning (it only got warmer over time, but then it was ok after the starter). Gladly again!

Pizza is good in and of itself. A little light on it but ok. Unfortunately, once again, no garlic on my di Mare pizza. Apparently you really have to check it on site. This time I specifically asked again. Everyone confirmed that there was garlic on it. Unfortunately nothing again. That's annoying. Especially because the garlic is also charged for. Totally ok if it were there.

The tuna steak was delicate, grilled to perfection and lovingly served with delicately seasoned grilled vegetables. If you have a special wish, it will be fulfilled. Always an experience. The pizzas are the best in Friedberg!

Maybe we were unlucky, but unfortunately we were disappointed. Some of the drinks came unrefrigerated. The veggie pizza and another one were 90% filled with pickled vegetables (hence sour taste), the lasagne was like a soup, spaghetti with seafood was totally oily and had hardly any taste. Two pizzas were half returned. The bruschetta was nicely prepared, but also hardly seasoned. I'm sorry, but Italian cuisine could be better. Maybe there was too much going on and the kitchen was overwhelmed. It's a shame nonetheless. After all, the vegetarian pizza wasn't charged for, but there's no point in leaving a restaurant without actually eating.

One of the best pizzas in the Augsburg area, dough and ingredients are always excellent! The prices are really fair at a maximum of €11 per pizza.

Tischreservierung empfohlen, was ich telefonisch gemacht hatte, die aber wohl untergegangen ist. Nach kurzer Wartezeit habe ich einen Tisch bekommen. 👍 Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgegeben, die Getränke ließen auf sich warten. Das Essen war lecker, aber nicht überdurchschnittlich. Preise ganz okay.

Very tasty pizza even on Sunday at 2 p.m. You can tell from the pizza that the dough matures in the refrigerator for three days. Airy edge and wafer-thin base with tasty ingredients. Will definitely come back.

We don't go to the area often anymore, but when we do, we always like to go to La Piazzetta. Love the pizza dough. There is no edge left. Never dissatisfied for over two decades.

We were guests at La Piazzetta for the first time. It was reserved for 7:30 p.m. When we arrived there on time we discovered that there was no table available for us. Despite reservation! We were offered a Prosecco as an apology. In the end the waiting time for the table was almost 30 minutes, which in my opinion is at least 15 minutes too long for a reservation. Well, forget about it - we were hungry. Mostly pizzas were ordered. Drinks and food came quickly and at the same time. Now everyone at the table was of the same opinion. The taste of the food was a delight. Portion/size and seasoning were perfect. Pizza dough was made perfectly. Service at the table was quick, reliable and friendly. Toilets are clean. Tolle Pizzeria, Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es wegen der Dame die dort scheinbar erst seit wenigen Wochen arbeitet. Unfreundlicher Umgangston, heute wurde die Bestellung falsch aufgenommen, vor Ort wurden wir mehrfach in unfreundlicher Art und Weise angeschuldigt, es sei unsere Schuld. Glücklicherweise hat der vermutl. Oberkellner die Situation gelöst und die Bestellung korrigiert

Tutto ottimo, dall’aperitivo al dessert! Con lo spritz ci hanno portato grissini di pizza, cotta nel forno a legna, con olio e origano. Come antipasto vi consiglio la tartare di salmone con cantalupo e cipolla e il vitello tonnato. Entrambi i primi piatti (sublimi i ravioli ai porcini con crema di parmigiano) e il secondo di carne con funghi freschi e verdure grigliate, erano deliziosi e ben presentati, con un sottofondo di musica italiana. Il personale è davvero gentile e premuroso. Se vi va di gustare le specialità italiane in Germania, passate dalla Piazzetta di Friedberg.

Sono stata con delle amiche ed insieme abbiamo gustato pietanze italiane gustose e preparate con ingredienti italiani di prima qualità, complimenti. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten heute Essen zum abholen bestellt . 1x Vitello und 1x Lasagne. Ich war entsetzt über die sehr sehr mangelhafte bis schlechte Qualität. Die Lasagne war getränkt in sehr flüssiger Soße, ohne viel Geschmack Das Vitello war wie man es normal kennt nicht mit dünnem mageren Kalbsfleisch . Anstatt dessen ein fettiger dünn geschnittener Schweinebraten mit Fettrand !!!! Die klassische Tunfisch Soße wie man sie kennt, wurde hier mit Mayonaise und Tunfisch Paste angeboten . War demnach für mich ungenießbar!! Sehr schade, nicht die Qualität wie man sie früher kannte ! Werden dort nicht mehr bestellen , denn das hat mit Italiener nichts mehr zu tun ! Sehr sehr schade .

Naja was soll man sagen die Pizza ist OK die Nudeln kann man nicht essen.

Sympathisches Team, leckeres Essen

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen als Zwischenstopp einer Radtour im La Piazzetta und haben wie immer sehr gut gegessen. Alle Gerichte sind immer frisch und sehr sehr lecker. Die Bedienung ist ebenfalls immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Nettes Ambiente und Personal. Haben recht lange gewartet dafür war die Pizza sehr gut und die Portionen sind groß. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben für eine Feier knapp 20 Pizzen nach Hause bestellt. Die Pizzen waren unglaublich lecker, so dass alle Gäste begeistert waren. Der Service war freundlich und unkompliziert. Uns wurden Warmhalte Boxen ausgeliehen und die Pizzen wurden kostenfrei geliefert. Gerne wieder! GRAZIE

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem leckeren Italiener während unserer Shoppingtour in Friedberg und wurden hier schnell fündig. Der Service ist superfreundlich! Wir bekamen zur Mittagszeit sofort ohne Reservierung einen Tisch. Die Pizza war knusprig frisch aus dem Holzofen, die Pasta war genauso schmackhaft, der Salat frisch zubereitet! Einfach mal ausprobieren!

Auf dem Weg nach Haus haben wir noch eine Lokalität gesucht und wurden in Friedberg in dem Haus fündig. Am an diesem Freitag war das Haus ausgesprochen gut besucht, aber man hat uns einen Tisch freigemacht. Das hat uns natürlich gut gefallen und spricht für die Freundlichkeit der Inhaber. Dabei ist das Haus zum einen nicht besonders gross und auch die Einrichtung kann sich nicht so richtig entscheiden was sie sein will. Es wirkt etwas zusammengestellt, aber das ist eigentlich zweitrangig. Wir wurden gut und schnell bedient, und bekommen die Vorspeise als auch die Hauptgerichte in einer angemessenen Zeit. Von der Menüauswahl entspricht dies auch was wir von einem solchen Restaurant kennen. Aber auch dies ist neutral zu sehen und nicht negativ. Wir hatten kleine Salate als Vorspeise, diese waren gar nicht so klein, und dem Preis angemessen. Sie haben auch gut geschmeckt und waren somit voll in Ordnung. Ein bisschen weniger Dressing hätte es aber doch sein können. Die Hauptspeise bestand für mich aus einer Pizza und meiner Frau as einem oder zwei Putensteaks an Zitronensosse. Beides war auch in Ordnung, wohl von der Menge als auf vom Geschmack, aber auch hier hätte ich mir die Pizza ein wenig knuspriger vorgestellt. Einzig der Espresso am Schluss war enttäuschend, zum einen recht wenig und zum anderen bitter. Aber alles in allem dennoch zu empfehlen, man macht nichts falsch dorthin zu gehen, und wenn sie noch ein wenig den Espresso verbessern dann wird es noch besser.
