Service was very accommodating, although perhaps a bit stiff at first. By the third order, however, things had relaxed and the lady at the counter was also more open-minded. The pasta "de la casa" and the "with salmon" seemed to have a very similar sauce preparation, but I could be completely wrong. Very good for a spontaneous visit!

Best Italian restaurant in Berlin! Really typical Italian restaurant, even the waiters speak Italian among themselves! The cuisine is simply killer! especially the carbonara pasta and the sauce ravioli! The servers and owners are welcoming and super friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Overpriced food, unfriendly staff. And the food isn't even particularly good. As I found out afterwards, the restaurant regularly has bad reviews deleted - that explains why it still has such high rating points. Stay away!

Great food, nice terrace for outdoor dining

Definitely doesn't do justice to the prices. There were four of us and a friend got her food first while we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. (Were all pasta dishes) The waiter was unfriendly. Neither a "bon appetit" nor a "thank you" and "please" - and after my complaint when paying (the food was very salty) I only got a shrug of my shoulders. A pity.

The space and the staff are completely okay, unfortunately the food wasn't as good as expected, I ordered the carbonara with truffle oil and there was an incredible amount of parmesan on the pasta. And the sauce was more like an oil than a carbonara sauce.

My boyfriend and I are Italian and we didn't think we would eat so well in an Italian restaurant in Berlin. The owner and his employees put so much passion into what they do! Honest prices and lots of limoncello offered

Very tasty food for an affordable price. The staff was correct. It was nicely decorated, not large, which made it a bit noisy.

The food was very tasty, so it was a shame that the waiter didn't even ask me if he could clear away my food. After asking where my food was, I was told that they had already thrown it away. Normally you ask beforehand, you would have liked to pack it up and continue eating it at home :)

We love this place since we have visited the first time. The dishes are really really original and affordable, they offer lunch plates for 11 euro (bread and espresso even included). And in the evening the place gets crowded very very fast, the atmosphere is amazing and the dishes are even better at night. You should visit it when you are in town. The carbonara is insane : )

Hausgemachte Nudeln, leider war einiges von der interessanten Tageskarte um 17:30 Uhr nicht mehr erhältlich, obwohl das Restaurant noch völlig leer war… freundlich zurückhaltende Bedienung, ab 18:30 Uhr an einem Sonntag in den Herbstferien sehr voll, Reservierung zu empfehlen, witzig eingerichtetes, großes WC, allerdings ist von dem Behinderten-WC der Stützarm leider demontiert

Wir waren 6 Personen, hatten vorbestellt, da sollten wir in einen separaten unordentlichen Raum.Das wollten wir nicht. Der Service war sehr schlecht, lange Wartezeit auf die Getränke, auf das Essen auch, ein Essen wurde vergessen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, bis auf mein Rindersteak war leider durch, nicht wie ich es bestellt hatte.Die Bedienung hatten Jogginghosen an. Da es schon der Zweite Versuch war, steht für uns fest, dort gehen wir nicht mehr hin.

It is a good place with simple and tasty Italian dishes. A perfect lunch spot. You have to wait for a while. Inside there is not so much space, but outside is a nice urban oasis.

Das Essen war zwar sehr lecker, mussten aber sehr lange darauf warten. Da außerdem im Sommer leider nur die Plätze im Außenbereich genutzt werden, kann es gegen Abend kalt werden. Generell waren wir vom Ambiete und dem Service enttäuscht. Es ist sehr schade, da uns sowohl die Vorspeise als auch der Hauptgang gut gefallen hat.

Leckeres Essen, aber sehr schlechter Service.. Beim Empfang wurden wir nicht Mal begrüßt, es wurde bei der Bestellung nicht mit uns kommuniziert, der Kellner zeigte gar keine Euphorie beziehungsweise Fürsorge für unser Wohlbefinden und auf die Bestellung eines stillen Wassers bekam ich ein kleines Glas Leitungswasser und zahle dafür € 3,00. Die Trüffelpasta war sehr gut und ein andere Kellner zeigte mehr Einsatz, aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. PS: AUCH NUR BARZAHLUNG!

Gezellige setting buiten, goede service en lekker eten (grote porties) aan een goede prijs. We waren met een groep van 16 en dit was geen enkel probleem!

We had a very pleasant dinner outside at this restaurant, where there are 9 or so tables on the deep sidewalk between side hedges. It was leisurely for us, although others didn't order salad and finished faster. We started with insalate caprese, delicious bufalo mozzarella on a bed of arugula and tomato slices dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and topped with fresh basil leaves. Very tasty with slices of crusty bread. Then we had pasta, fettuccine with salmon for him and spaghetti marinara with frutti de mare for me. Plentiful and delicious. After we asked for the check, our waiter offered a complimentary digestif; we chose limoncello (schnapps seemed wrong after an Italian dinner). Just perfect! Great people watching, met some nice folks at the next table.

Sehr schön direkt in der Innenstadt

Wir haben ca. 2 Stunden lang auf unser Essen gewartet, das gefühlt auch erst nach unserer Frage wo das Essen denn bleibt zubereitet wurde. Brot oder Ähnliches gab es keines vorab. Nach Getränken wurde auch nicht mehr gefragt in der Zwischenzeit. Als dann irgendwann nach und nach die Gerichte kamen, war das Essen jedoch wirklich ganz gut. Ein kleines Entgegenkommen vom Betreiber gab es nicht. Nochmal würden wir uns das nicht antun.

Essen ist nicht schlecht. Leider fand zum Zeitpunkt unseres Essens eine Geburtstagsfeier mit bestimmt 15-20 Personen im Restaurant statt, ohne dass das Restaurant für andere geschlossen wurde. Im Restaurant selbst sind mit gutem Willen 25-30 Sitzplätze gesamt. Während unseres mindestens einstündigen Besuches standen daher durchgehend Leute etwa 50 cm von unseren Stühlen entfernt und begrüßten sich überschwänglich, redeten lautstark und quetschten sich mit Getränken an uns vorbei. Liebe Betreiber, wenn ihr einer Geburtstagsfeier den gesamten Gastraum zur Verfügung stellen wollt, dann macht doch bitte eine geschlossene Gesellschaft draus.

Wirklich sehr leckere Nudeln, hatten alle Pasta bestellt und allen hat es unglaublich gut geschmeckt (Lachs-Nudeln und Ravioli). Definitiv empfehlenswert, man hat heraus geschmeckt, dass es frisch zubereitet wurde. Mitarbeiter auch absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würden wir aus Berlin kommen, würden wir da definitiv öfter hin! Preis Leistungsverhältnis auch absolut gut!

Essen war eigentlich ganz gut, ab 22 Uhr wollte man aber nicht mal mehr einen Kaffe servieren weil „ die Maschine schon sauber gemacht wurde“ Die Tischdecke ( zu einem Geburtstag) war leider nur eine Papier - Wegwerftischdecke.

Wij namen carpaccio en meloen met San-Daniele ham als voorgerecht, fantastisch! De ham was vers gesneden en had enorm veel smaak. Erna namen we de spaghetti met Italiaanse worst in tomatensaus en de gevulde ravioli met San-Daniele hal, opnieuw waren we weg van deze gerechten. Bereid met verse producten die veel smaak hebben in een gezellig kader voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Essen maximal Durchschnitt, Service bodenlos schlecht. Auf keinen Fall nochmal. Bessere Alternativen um die Ecke: Papa Pane oder Nuovo Firenze

Due to some of the bad reviews, we were unsure whether we should eat there or not. However, the restaurant, the food and the staff surprised us very positively. The food is excellent and large portions are served. the staff is extremely friendly. the restaurant is very small and cozy. Inside there is space for about 30 people. the terrace is big. the menu is manageable but all dishes are freshly prepared. gladly again!

Ich war bei diesem Italiener zwei Mal, einmal mit meiner Familie, draußen sitzend, sowie mit einer großen Runde von Kollegen drinnen. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar und das Essen lecker, die Portionen sind in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war stets freundlich. Das Lokal selbst ist jedoch sehr klein. Das macht es durchaus gemütlich, allerdings ist der Schallpegel bei voller Auslastung dementsprechend hoch, zudem ist die Musik ziemlich laut, sodass eine Unterhaltung schwerfällt. Unsere Gruppe bat zwischendurch um eine Unterbrechung der Musik, um eine kurze Ansprache an die Kollegen zu halten. Dieser Bitte wurde nachgekommen, doch direkt danach wurde die Musik wieder so laut wie vorher aufgedreht. Meines Erachtens ein guter Italiener, den man mit Freunden besuchen kann; für eine Verabredung zu zweit würde ich aber ein anderes Restaurant aufsuchen.

Ich war mit Freundinnen zum Abendessen da und es war echt nett. Solide Qualität von Essen und Wein, freundliche Bedienung, die auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Pasta war al dente, Sauce gut gemacht. Preis-Leistung absolut ok. Ich hatte eine Trüffelpasta für 17€.

Italienische Nudeln. Man hat die Wahl auf frisch gemachte Nudeln. Eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Soßen. Deutlich eigener Geschmack in all den Soßen, wer kräftige Soßen mag ist hier auch richtig. Die Antipasti Platte war sehr lecker, wir hatten die kleine bestellt und hat auch für 3 Personen gereicht. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Aperol Spritz. Angemessener Service. Würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen draußen zu essen. Preise angemessen $$. Ist ein Besuch auf jeden Fall wert. Unsicher ob vegetarische/vegane Gerichte möglich sind.

Authentische Küche. Es war lecker, Highlight war die Trüffel-Carbonara. Essen war sehr schnell fertig, Service fix.

FOOD POISONING: my husband, friend and I ate here last night. (Salmon al Limone, pasta of the day, Truffle Pasta) My husband woke up in the middle of the night vomiting. I felt nauseous and sick to my stomach in the middle of the night but luckily wasn’t over the toilet the entire night. Our friend who had a bite of my husbands salmon also felt very ill but never to the point of hurling. I felt so bad for my husband as he had to work early the next day. My pasta was so buttery and swimming in its own leftovers. I left 6-10 tablespoons of pure grease and butter on my plat. Honestly it makes me sick thinking about it. Will never ever ever eat here again. Ever.

I had Penne Arrabbiata and found it tasty and fresh. The place was surprisingly busy for weekday lunch; that goes to show their good quality. Do not expect a fancy place but a casual atmosphere where locals and people working in the area eat, and certainly delicious Italian food 👌 Note that it's cash-only.

Nice place, we wanted eat and drink, the waiter comes and we ask politley to clean the table which was full of leftovers. He takes the tablecloth and turns it over, making our clothes dirty. Very unpolite and unfriedly.

High quality Italian food, super affordable and friendly staff! We had Penne Siciliana and Tagliatelle Al Salmone - both were very delicious and soul-satisfying! Finally a great place for real Italian Pasta where the portions are perfect and the prices very fair 😊

Ya no es el restaurant que visite hace unos años, El personal no fue amable,, casi casi nos botaron del restaurant, me imagino que por un momento no consumimos, nuestra idea no era irnos pronto, obtuvimos el recibo sin preguntar y sin que nos pregunten, y cuando quisimos pagar por separado, nos dijeron que no podían porque ya era muy tarde, casi casi nos botaron del restaurant. La comida no tiene la misma calidad de hace años, yo que lleve a mis compañeras de trabajo, me quede decepcionada.

Don't get why other reviewers call it "local" since it is not. Food is average at best, basically pasta. Service staff speaks more Russian or Polish than Italian or German. It's packed even in Covid times. People get loud and rowdy. If that's what you want including sing-alongs, go there. Otherwise avoid it at all costs. ...

aufgrund der teilweise schlechten bewertungen waren wir verunsichert, ob wir dort essen sollen oder nicht. das restaurant, das essen und das personal hat uns jedoch sehr positiv überrascht. das essen ist vorzüglich und es werden grosse portionen serviert. das personal ist äusserst freundlich. das restaurant ist sehr klein und heimelig. im innenraum hat es platz für ca. 30 personen. die terrasse ist gross. die karte ist überschaubar aber alle gerichte sind frisch zubereitet. gerne wieder!

El servicio bastante deficiente, tardaron en ponernos la comida más de una hora! obviamnete se olvidaron porque el resto que ordenó después ya había comido, con una disculpa hubiese bastado pero no la hubo y encima bastante groseros. Nunca más!

Wine is very overpriced, older waiter was rude I will never come back wouldn’t even go there to try the food…. if you read this review and dare to do it its at your own risk ☺️you ve been warned…there are so many good italian places in Berlin where the staff is nice and the food looks way better and the wine is not below average and overpriced.

This restaurant has nothing Italian, not even the bottle of olive oil on the table … The food is definitely not homemade and not tasty, the tomato sauce tastes like it is straight from the can, the pasta were uncooked (nothing closed to al dente) and the wine tasted bad I don’t recommend this place if you like authentic Italian food or if you simply like good food. Don’t waste your money.

I think the place is not managed by Italian anymore. Nothing bad as long as the food is well prepared, unfortunately this is not the case. Additionally, the atmosphere is quite different. I missed the Italian touch in the service.
