So now there is a good review. We recently visited your restaurant and unfortunately our experience was anything but satisfactory. We initially reserved seats in the upper area by phone, but when we arrived we were assigned seats directly in front of the kitchen instead. When asked, it was said that larger groups sat upstairs and no other seats were available. However, this seemed more like the staff wanted to avoid the path from top to bottom. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. The food was far too oily and the kebab plate was carelessly presented - just meat and rice, without the usual salad. The salad we ordered also consisted almost entirely of onions, with no cucumbers, tomatoes or iceberg lettuce. Added to this was the behavior of the staff, which was perceived as rude. Several attempts were made to clear our plates while we were still eating, which was perceived as disruptive and unfriendly. For a bill of €160 we would have expected significantly more quality and service. Unfortunately our visit was therefore a great disappointment and we will not recommend your restaurant.!!

We had breakfast every morning for 3 days, everything we ate was very good, gevrek, menemen, soup, .... but the best thing was the friendly and nice approach of ladies Neziha and Leman on every issue, I thank them very much.

We stayed in that area for 4 days. On the first day, we happened to pass by and went in to have breakfast. We liked it very much and had breakfast there the other days as well. Meneni, cereal, soups and breakfast plates were amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly.👏👏👏

The flavors are very good.. Leman is amazing.. We came every day of our stay. There is no alternative nearby.

There are much better Turkish restaurants than La Fiamma. I ordered grilled chicken (külbasti) and was really a bit disappointed. Price 16.50 (expensive). The chicken had no special seasoning, the plate wasn't very full (I wasn't full). Elsewhere you can eat both cheaper and better külbasti. Too bad! Iskender is ok. Lentil soup was completely over salted and had to be sent back The male waiter is a bit unfriendly. They seem a little unsure, otherwise ok.

A great place with a friendly staff.

We were there for a birthday breakfast and it was just great. Even though it is an a la carte restaurant, the waitress presented the food to us on the table as if it was a brunch. We were able to really feast our way through the food. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. This was 100 percent successful. Thanks for that. A visit is very worthwhile. Many thanks to the team.

Absolute top. Great place to have breakfast on a Sunday morning. Cool folks, awesome breakfast options, fair pricing and if you're on keto, this place offers wonderful options.

I've been coming here for 3 years and today I'm disappointed. The lady working here chews gum in her mouth. The employee scratches the man's face, head and arms on the doner kebab. She fills the bread with her hand while preparing the portions of the plate without washing her hands. They don't know how to use tongs. I do this job too, and this is the last time I came here. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's unhygienic and zero. Below zero, by the way, the pizza of the man who made the pizza was not good at all today and it is not normal for him to eat at the counter, the only good thing is that the waiters greet him clearly and nicely, the rest work badly, as I said, it is hygienic zero zero zero

Unfortunately, unfortunately, everything has gone down a lot, the donner meat had a very strange smell, the noodles didn't taste good at all, the whole food was very, very unappetizing, so I left everything behind. Of course, I had it Never paid full price again, the quality has deteriorated too much and serving food that has a disgusting smell is simply not possible. Not recommended, leave it alone.

Not even worth a star. We had breakfast there. We ordered menemen and unfortunately at the end we saw a dead fly in our menemen. Unfortunately, it wasn't until almost the end that I noticed it, full of doff... waiter called, said, he just stood there and apologized. Which didn't get us anywhere. Then we have to pay for that too.. really outrageous and never again!!!!!

Exceptional atmosphere, pleases and food/drink good to very good. Waiters prompt and very friendly (very rare to find in Berlin). You feel good.

It was okay but the service was a disaster, the waiter came to us and wanted to move us for no reason, just because the others were supposedly disturbed, even though it wasn't true

It's super tasty and good service but unfortunately they sell water from the company "Vio", which supports the State of Israel. Unfortunately, no attention is paid to the boycott, which is very sad.

The reasons are that the price is too high for much smaller portions and the quality has become poorer. The employees at the street service are very, very unfriendly and disrespectful. Today I ordered another kebab box for my 5 year old child. My child likes a little more sauce and that's why I asked the employee to put a little more on the meat. He gave me an angry look and took the sauce spoon and actually slapped the sauce onto the meat. This made him so angry that he got his own hands dirty. Then he cleaned his hands in the sink and said something to his colleague who was standing next to him. His colleague then looked at me with anger and contempt. That wasn't the first time that the employees there were so unfriendly and disrespectful. And then paid €8.50 for it. You should be friendlier and have a little more respect for all your customers. I'm not the only one who has had this experience with you. I will NEVER buy anything from you AGAIN!!!! YOU ARE HONORLESS AND DISRESPECT. Except for one, but he wasn't there today.

This Turkish breakfast shop's value for money was unreasonable. The prices for the food offered were exorbitantly high compared to the quality and quantity of the portions served. The service was slow and inattentive (totally overwhelmed). Tea was ordered from the young lady several times but unfortunately it never arrived. Not recommended

Very shameless to demand more money from fasting people on Ramadan. To make it clear to you. You are not a high-class restaurant that can charge €5 for 750 ml of tap water. You sell a small kebab plate without salad for €15 and your “Ramadan Special” package costs €30. Funnily enough, food costs cheaper outside of Ramadan. I am absolutely disappointed

I went for breakfast twice. The service was fast and nice. You can see that people come here willingly. The breakfasts were delicious.

Every time I go there is fresh food, Adana is wonderful, everyone is friendly, family atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. The waiter who looked upstairs was very polite. We had a feast for our eyes, our hearts and our stomachs.

Leider schmeckt der Grill dieses Restaurants fettig. Und der Grillgeruch riecht überhaupt nicht nach frischem Fleisch. Die Qualität ist schrecklich und der Preis ist hoch.

Zur Nahrungsaufnahme ausreichend. Was man positives anmerken kann ist, dass das Essen schnell an den Tisch kam und das Personal sehr nett war. Abgesehen davon leider mangelhaft. Die Pizza war Kalt bis Lauwarm. Die Nudeln lätschig und (dem Geschmack nach zu urteilen) vermutlich in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt.

Зайшов з друзями на сніданок. По розрахунку в чеку зʼявилися страви яких не замовляв. На суму 10 євро. Коли сказав про це офіціанту - він розкривався кинув чек на стіл і пішов… Нас намагалися обманути оскільки ми туристи. Провіряйте чеки якщо будете в цьому закладі…

Ужасный сервис. Заказал еду. Когда попросил счет - оказалось что в чек были вписаны 2 кофе которого я не заказывал и по 3,50 за штуку. Официант хотел на мне заработать обманом!!! Не советую сюда приходить!!!

В чек добавляют то что мы не заказывали и нам не приносили. Зашли на завтрак. Нас было три человека. Чек оплачивал один человек картой , поэтому нам важно было получить чек чтобы потом поделить между собой кто сколько кому должен. Когда подошёл официант и показал чек на телефоне , подруга сфотографировала этот чек , для того чтобы потом разобрать кто кому должен вернуть деньги. Реакция официанта была странной. Он сказал что там все правильно, потом он ещё бумажный чек принес и был явно не очень доволен. Мы подумали что он обиделся и ещё перед ним на выходе извинились , пытаясь объяснить что мы не хотели его обидеть, а этот чек нам нужен для своих целей. Какое же было мое удивление когда мы дома начали считать и у нас вышли лишние позиции в чеке которые мы не заказывали и которые нам не приносили. Мы заказали два латте и шоколад ( нас трое ). В чеке стоит три ( одно мы не видели даже )лате, шоколад и ещё какое-то не существующее капучино. Итого + 7.5 евро лишних . 10 штук оливкок за 2.5 евро отдельная тема. Еда вкусная , ничего не скажу , но официант....

Зашли с друзьями по кушать. Заказали, по кушали - попросили счет. Официант пришел с электронным чеком. Мы попросили такой чек и оплату картой чтоб потом разделить между собой этот счет. После этого официант стал агрессивный, принес терминал и после оплаты бросил чек на стол. Мы ушли. Вечером разбирали чеки и увидели что нам вписали в чек 2 кофе которых мы не заказывали и еще какое то блюдо. В итоге нас обманули со счетом!!! 2 Кофе по 3,50 и блюдо какое-то за 5 евро. Поэтому не советую сюда заходить. Вижу что это не первый случай когда здесь обманывают или пытаются обмануть

Me and my gf were sitting on out side and waiting to order after 15 mins waiter came and we said we would like to order all of a sudden he said he didn’t want to come out cause he doesn’t want to the weather is cold 😅 and I asked why there are tables on outside he was really rude and not customer based terrible service

Frühstück schmeckt, Portionen sind meines Erachtens bei dem geforderten Preis zu klein, beim Spiegelei Frühstück gab es z.B. keine Butter zu den beiden Aufbackbrötchen
