Too expensive and doesn't taste good

There's a wide selection, much of it delicious! The service is friendly and fast. Unfortunately, the music is often a bit too loud and cheap. This makes it a bit difficult to have a conversation.

Chic, cozy, and the food is top-notch. Very tasty and of a high standard. Group events are also possible. Highly recommended!

A great place with delicious food. It's not cheap, but it's delicious. Lots of seating and a great atmosphere. The kebab was delicious, and the sauces were delicious too. I recommend it.

Bad review. I asked how much the coffee cost. The waitress said a small cappuccino cost 3 euros and a large 3.90, so I ordered the small one. First, it tasted bitter, not worth the money. Second, when I paid, the other waitress said the small cappuccino cost 3.50. I understand that it's easy to forget how much things cost, but why not check? Even 50 cents makes a difference, and for me, that means I can't rely on the prices. The prices for the tarte, simit, poaca, etc. weren't listed either, so you should ask first. Is there any price manipulation there, too? For me, that means this cafe isn't trustworthy.

I ordered food for 6 p.m. shortly after 4 p.m., and I'm afraid it was prepared immediately and waited almost two hours for delivery. That's terrible quality for that price!

Before returning to Hamburg, we spontaneously stopped by for breakfast. We received a very warm welcome. The service and breakfast were excellent. Everything was freshly baked and cooked. It was like being at family home. We'll eat here at least once every time we visit Berlin. We recommend it to everyone!

The breakfast is delicious. All the products are fresh. There's a wide variety. The staff is friendly. The place is spacious and airy. The presentation and service are excellent. There are indoor and outdoor areas. I definitely recommend it.

Sales aren't everything! We had to pay €1 for an extra butter... The food is generally expensive for what you get. Still, it's delicious!

The service was friendly, but only spoke English—which wouldn't have been a problem if they had understood basic terms like "herb sauce." This made communication a bit difficult. We had a Species plate, but we weren't entirely satisfied with it: the fries were quite small, and the meat was much too soft for our taste. The combination of the ingredients quickly became mushy, so we unfortunately didn't finish our meal. Bottom line: Not a place we'd want to return to—we'd rather go to a competitor in the future.

Very friendly staff. I was there with my wife and they treated me so well. The food was 10/10. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come here. The prices are really great.

I was here for the first time today, basically just passing through. The café is on a busy street, but the interior is still fairly quiet. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and quick. The prices are reasonable. There's nothing to complain about, even as a Berliner ;-)

While wandering around Berlin, I stumbled upon this lovely place once as I passed by. The breakfast is good and quick, offering delicious Middle Eastern dishes. Along with breakfast, they also serve black tea, a favorite of Middle Easterners. Fried and boiled eggs, fried potatoes, fried sausage, olives, butter, and much more made the place a delight to behold. After you're done eating, don't forget to enjoy the beautiful view and the wonderful art on the walls.

Respected La Fiamma family, as your continuing customer, I definitely have breakfast every two days, if not every day. Lately, the staff has become indifferent to seeing us so much and their sincerity and friendliness have disappeared. They have started to react and this is a shamelessness of sincerity.

Made the unfortunate decision to eat there yesterday late afternoon while on the way to a theatre performance. Staff was avoidant and strange for no apparent reason. Ordered a shared 2-person platter and was given the tiniest portion of bread compared to other tables where it was over flowing. The platter itself was nicely prepared. The salad was okayish. The atmosphere was unwelcoming. We weren't rude or loud or anything, just wanted a quick bite. We finally left and met up with friends at another place down the street that was friendlier and with super nice food for the same price.

If you go early in the morning, you will eat crispy simit and on the radio, the king of arabesque is Müslüm Baba 😂 The lady at the cash register is very positive and very cheerful.

Even if just for the tea, come and dine here!

It was my first and last visit! Update: I wrote on the number given that I would like to accept the offer and that La Fiamma should suggest something to me. In response, I receive a text copy paste generated by ChatGPT, which the answer below has only summarized in short form... so service has nothing to do with humanity anymore, as you can see from their answers to reviews here. It actually tasted delicious and there was a lot of choice of food until we came across hairs in our dishes. When we saw the first hair, we just ignored it because it can happen. However, we found at least 4 strands of hair scattered throughout the lettuce, menemen and mozzarella. It was just disgusting. I told the staff, only they gave me an apology to console me. We couldn't really finish it. Given the prices of the food, you would really have expected that something like this would never happen (in general, it shouldn't happen)!! With something like that, I would still ask myself whether the kitchen in general and the food are handled cleanly...

Was invited here. Enjoyed it so much that I paid the bill. Had excellent lentil soup. Scrumptious Doner pizza. And the delicious La Fiamma mixed grill. Finished off with kunafa and tea. My guests ordered a main dish each, and we shared the pizza and kunafa. Food for three cost us 120 Euro, which is about right for a sit-in restaurant in Germany. The staff were quick and courteous, the place was fully packed, so we asked to be seated on a less ideal table (close to the cook station) until a more suitable option was vacated by dinners, cleaned and we moved to our new table in less than 5 minutes! The place is noisy and standard fare Turkish restaurant atmosphere. But whoever visits this restaurant will be in for the food and service first and foremost, so the unextraordinary atmosphere can be forgiven.

A large selection, great service and a nice atmosphere. We were there as a couple and as a group. Every time we were warmly welcomed. The service was attentive and friendly. Even when there were a lot of visitors, someone was always there and kindly fulfilled our wishes. The cuisine fascinated us as classic North Germans and we were able to enjoy the Arabic cuisine!

Unfortunately my experience at this restaurant was very negative. The behavior of the waiters and employees was very disrespectful. I encountered rude, disinterested and rude behavior that lacked any hospitality. I didn't feel comfortable at all in such an environment. I think that employees in the service sector should treat customers with respect and be friendly. Therefore I will not choose this restaurant again.

Our visit to the breakfast house was anything but pleasant. There was a fly in my scrambled eggs - an absolute no-go and just disgusting! When we brought this to the waiter's attention, we expected at least an apology or a solution, but nothing of the sort happened. He reacted completely indifferently, as if it were the most normal thing in the world. The fact that something like this can happen in the kitchen is bad enough, but the fact that it is then simply ignored makes the situation even more unbearable. In the end we had to pay the full price as if nothing had happened - no accommodation, no compensation. A restaurant that treats its guests in this way and clearly does not adhere to basic hygiene standards is no longer an option for us. If you value cleanliness and good service, you should definitely avoid this store!

Really good! The food is amazing, specially the lentil soup. They give you lots of bread and vegetables to accompany the soup. The Tee is awesome and they provide an excellent and efficient service. I fully recommend it ❤️

So now there is a good review. We recently visited your restaurant and unfortunately our experience was anything but satisfactory. We initially reserved seats in the upper area by phone, but when we arrived we were assigned seats directly in front of the kitchen instead. When asked, it was said that larger groups sat upstairs and no other seats were available. However, this seemed more like the staff wanted to avoid the path from top to bottom. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. The food was far too oily and the kebab plate was carelessly presented - just meat and rice, without the usual salad. The salad we ordered also consisted almost entirely of onions, with no cucumbers, tomatoes or iceberg lettuce. Added to this was the behavior of the staff, which was perceived as rude. Several attempts were made to clear our plates while we were still eating, which was perceived as disruptive and unfriendly. For a bill of €160 we would have expected significantly more quality and service. Unfortunately our visit was therefore a great disappointment and we will not recommend your restaurant.!!

We stayed in that area for 4 days. On the first day, we happened to pass by and went in to have breakfast. We liked it very much and had breakfast there the other days as well. Meneni, cereal, soups and breakfast plates were amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly.👏👏👏

We had breakfast every morning for 3 days, everything we ate was very good, gevrek, menemen, soup, .... but the best thing was the friendly and nice approach of ladies Neziha and Leman on every issue, I thank them very much.

There are much better Turkish restaurants than La Fiamma. I ordered grilled chicken (külbasti) and was really a bit disappointed. Price 16.50 (expensive). The chicken had no special seasoning, the plate wasn't very full (I wasn't full). Elsewhere you can eat both cheaper and better külbasti. Too bad! Iskender is ok. Lentil soup was completely over salted and had to be sent back The male waiter is a bit unfriendly. They seem a little unsure, otherwise ok.

We were there for a birthday breakfast and it was just great. Even though it is an a la carte restaurant, the waitress presented the food to us on the table as if it was a brunch. We were able to really feast our way through the food. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. This was 100 percent successful. Thanks for that. I've been coming here for 3 years and today I'm disappointed. The lady working here chews gum in her mouth. The employee scratches the man's face, head and arms on the doner kebab. She fills the bread with her hand while preparing the portions of the plate without washing her hands. They don't know how to use tongs. I do this job too, and this is the last time I came here. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's unhygienic and zero.
