The bread is freshly baked all the time

I bought a kebab. As I bit into it, stones crackled under my teeth. When I looked down, there was the same gravel on the ground. When ordering, the seller pulled this flatbread out from somewhere and it already had sauce on it. I wasn't surprised. Later I realized that someone had dropped this kebab. The employee took the filling out of the kebab and resold the flatbread. This happened in August 2024 in the branch in Altstadt Spandau next to the Cineplex. I'm glad I didn't bite into it too hard. Otherwise my teeth would have splintered because it was gravel the size of winter litter.

Was on September 28th. Um. At 2 p.m. I ordered a Dürüm. What can I say except that the Dürüm wasn't tasty... Meat tasted zero, sauces not good... Salad was ok... Would have expected more

The people were very different and served me cold kebab. Afterwards, we laughed endlessly. I never want to come back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately I had to adjust my rating: We were there on August 25th. eat there. The eggplant salad tasted pretty weird after 2-3 bites. The rest of the meal was great. But since Monday morning, August 26th. I have extreme stomach upset and diarrhea. After Hasir I hadn't eaten anything else and am now stuck in my honeymoon with diarrhea.

Ummm, that was the last time. They dared to charge €18.50 for 2 grilled chicken schnitzels that weigh less than 300 grams together with a few potato wedges. Is that cheeky... it tasted good but I beg you. 2 small pieces of chicken... that's 3 euros stake friends.... usually a meat platter...ohohoh Vegetarian offer is zero

So I don't know how Hasir Spandau got the score 4.2. The service was friendly and attentive, but my neighbor and I were very disappointed with the food 😞. I had Sas Kebab. The portion was sufficient but the taste was zero. It tasted of nothing, as if the spices had been forgotten, downright bland. My neighbor had Adana Kebab and had the same opinion. I've been to a few Turkish restaurants, including Kottbusser Damm, where it really tasted "Turkish". You should also pay more attention to cleanliness. Our table could have used an intensive cleaning. The toilet wasn't exactly inviting either, there was no paper to dry your hands. There is no need to visit again.

Highly frequented Turkish restaurant in the heart of Spandau. Starters and main courses were good and sufficient. The İskender Kebap, I expected more in terms of taste, was very weak and the dressing on the plate was also better. On my plate (see picture) it looked like something was missing. Service was nice. Everything was brought quickly, but the fuller it became, the less happened at the table. The dishes used were only cleared away after they had been paid for. The ambience is good, the tables inside and outside are very close together. Toilets are clean and half a flight of stairs higher.

Delicious. Meat incredibly tasty. Came especially from Cologne because there were reports about the kebab online. We weren't disappointed. Highly recommended

Well-visited Turk right at the beginning of the old town of Spandau. There are parking spaces opposite (for a fee) about 150 meters away or in the old town car park. At some times it is quite busy and all places are taken. That speaks volumes for the place, the food is all of good quality and the quantity doesn't mean you go home hungry, so a good eater will be full! Service was quick and friendly, recommended

A nice restaurant with generous portions. Food was great, but nothing exceptional. I really liked the tenderness of the chicken that I ordered, the hummus was great and the lentil soup was probably my favourite food that we ordered. They are open until quite late during the week.

We were disappointed with our visit. The hummus for the starter was below average in taste. The appetizer platter was also not convincing in terms of taste. The Adana Kebap was quite good. We had a special request for the Köfte that was not taken into account. It can happen that special requests are forgotten, but there was no attempt on the part of the service to find a solution. We had to take it as it was. With the result that our son dropped everything. In any case, the prices are not set low. There was no special quality of the food to taste. We hoped to taste exceptional Turkish craftsmanship. Unfortunately we were disappointed. In terms of taste, many standard kebab stalls are at least as good at a fraction of the price. It doesn't help to call yourself a restaurant. The benches were worn out and the toilets were rather unclean. This was our only and last visit.

The staff is very indifferent. We ate lahmacun as a family and it was inadequate in taste and size. You can find much more beautiful places in Berlin. I do not recommend

Service was quite good. Menus old and worn, food was mixed. Grilled meat and lamb were ok, but the starters tasted very old (on the verge of spoiling). If I had used the toilet at the beginning I probably wouldn't have stayed to eat. The path to the toilet is extremely disgusting, greasy and sometimes slippery with grease. Direct view into the scullery. Very dirty!

We were here on a Saturday. We were able to sit outside nicely. It was nice and the service was very good. The construction site next to the restaurant was unsightly. Nobody can do that. Almost everyone enjoyed the food. I was happy, my husband wasn't. The cleanliness in the restaurant, floors and toilets were not that clean. It hasn't been cleaned in a while. So does my husband.

Just don't order online!! Paid dishes will not be delivered and no deliveries will be made upon request! At prices of €19.90 (and over €120 total) you really expect better! It will definitely be the last time, as you can read some similar reviews here. “Mixed grill plate” for €55 is also very, very lean.

Fantastic cuisine. Everything was very tasty, great ambience and great service. I will definitely come back next time I visit Berlin.

The service was great, attentive, friendly and always within sight without being intrusive. The food was very tasty. What's a bit of a shame is that only vegetarian dishes can be selected for starters. There are so many delicious vegetarian options in Turkish cuisine. Maybe think about offering 2-3. We'd love to come again when we're in Spandau :)

The same waiters for about 20 years, some of whom I grew up with. Always very nice and friendly. Super tasty and special kebab meat. The best tripe soup and the best Iskender in Berlin. Price-performance can be debated but the taste is simply top!

I have rarely been treated as rudely as at the counter facing the street where you can order kebab. I left before I even bought anything because the man at the counter told me it was better if I left anyway. Just because I briefly considered whether I wanted kebab or Turkish pizza. I wonder if he would have treated a man the same way. The one star for service is too much here.

When I order grape leaves as an appetizer in a Turkish restaurant, I expect fresh leaves and not canned ones. The ambience and service clearly have room for improvement. The female hand is clearly missing here... The corridor to the toilets is cluttered and the toilets are rather semi-clean. The food is ok, but not very good. We ate better at other Hasir restaurants. There will be no further visits for us.

We have eaten at this Hasır many times, but yesterday I decided to take a photo of the food. Somehow I didn't like what I received yesterday. Ayran had lumps (but on the other hand, it means that it was just made) and my Lammrücken was only half the portion compared to the place in Kreuzberg, but maybe because their owner is stationed there and keeps an eye on it... but they gave me a lot of onions. I wasn't very happy with this dish yesterday. Even though it was generally tasty, there was just so little meat... 😅 Usually the food here is great, I always try to order something new, there are dishes that fit the keto diet, just skip the rice and bread, you can replace it with e.g. yogurt. We always have one portion of bread left, which I wrap in a napkin and make a sandwich for my partner to take to work. 😊 What I didn't like was the soup, it was dominated by some spice, something like Maggi. You can't use it with this soup at all, I cooked it 3 days ago, but all in all it's good, the guy had the opportunity to see where the soup is better... 🤭 The service men always work efficiently and are very polite. True, they prefer to speak Turkish than German, but I'm already used to it. 😉

Ambience was nice and clean. Service was partly nice and partly rude. Doner kebab was okay, the bread and sauces weren't my cup of tea, but the meat was fresh and tasty Price: €6.50 reasonable.

This is the best Turkish cuisine. The service runs like clockwork and is always nice. The dishes are wonderful. Juicy, fresh. In my opinion, it's amazing. I try to stop by whenever I'm in the area in Berlin.

I was there today to eat a kebab. The staff unfriendly. 17€ for 2 kebabs with 1 cola and an iced tea... Okay.... kebab very little toppings, bread very dry and baked to dolls. Incredibly poor quality and subpar service. During the break the kebab man smoked a cigarette with the rubber gloves he used to prepare the food. Super appetizing!

There were three of us here and the food was delicious and the staff was nice and attentive. The staff is also very child-friendly and accommodating. The portions were a bit too much for our taste, but you can have any excess packed away in a plastic-free container. Highly recommended :)

Very good Turkish restaurant. We have been visiting Hasir for years and have never been disappointed. The meat dishes from the charcoal grill are particularly recommended! The kebab, the lentil soup and the rice pudding are also extremely tasty. The waiters are always very nice too. Clear recommendation!

Very nicely decorated restaurant and nice service. However, we didn't particularly like it. The meat is covered with tomato sauce and not seasoned. The meat is of good quality, there is some salad and bread on the side. Given the large amount of meat, we would have liked rice, potatoes or something else with it. Unfortunately there were no kebab plates with salad and fries on the menu. Instead just bread or potato wedges. Even going to the toilet was a visual challenge. Dark and noticeably dirty. All walls can be painted. Unfortunately, the toilet wasn't for the faint of heart. On the way back to the table I took a look at the “kitchen” because you walk past it. Unfortunately dirty and noticeably more than unkempt. After going to the toilet, I didn't expect anything else in the kitchen. The salad plate that came for me was returned untouched. Unfortunately it didn't look convincing. To be honest, I don’t want to comment on the “dressing”. Visually a no go! The optics made me feel disgusted. Definitely not again!

For me, Hasir is and remains the absolute number one here in Spandau when it comes to Turkish oriental cuisine 🤩 Especially since this restaurant in our beautiful old town of Spandau is just for enjoying. Not only is there definitely one of the best kebabs here, the top dishes are of top quality. I am always completely satisfied. Once upon a time it was delicious and beautiful... In the meantime, half raw chicken meat is served and people respond to comments with “Aha” and nothing more; The staff sits bored and smoking at the entrance to the restaurant and the path to the toilet is lined with empty items lying around. At least that was my experience today around 1:30 p.m. It's a shame because it used to be nice to go there...

I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed, both by the food and the service. A big thumbs up for that. A bowl of really delicious bread is placed on the table free of charge with every (?) dish. I noticed that the bread, which was not eaten at the next table but was touched by the guests, was put together with other uneaten bread from other tables after it had been cleared at the counter and given out to a new guest. I don't know if something like this is legally permissible, but it's not appetizing at all. I ask you to reconsider this approach. In any case, I will happily skip the bread on my next visit.

Sat there for 30 min and only got a menu. They should not have so many tables if they can't serve them.

The charcoal grill ensures the perfect taste experience. The lamb was juicy and flavorful. The menu is clear, as you would expect from a good restaurant.

I made a reservation online for the Iftar meal. When I got there, I was told that no reservations were possible online. Reason: They don't see the bookings. Why do you request an online reservation if you don't see that? And you will also receive a confirmation by email that you have made a reservation. I find it absolutely impossible and unfair that customers are left standing as if nothing had happened. In addition, you wanted to speak to the restaurant boss or a contact person and the answer was that he didn't come here, even if only once a year. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. People make the effort on Ramadan or on a normal day to have a nice evening and everything goes wrong. The people were all fasting (who were standing in line) and I found it absurd to see others eating their food. I really enjoyed going to Hasir Spandau because of the delicious food, but I will avoid it in the future.

The mixed cold and warm starter platter is still highly recommended. However, the Peynirli Güveç (No. 53) was unfortunately not properly gratinated with cheese. Hasir is not the same as Hasir. Since I had already been to Hasir in Schöneberg and Hasir Ocakbasi, I wanted to complete my business trip here on my way home. I would have preferred to find out more beforehand. Unfortunately they only have minced meat or rotisserie instead of Yaprak. Really disappointing for such a big player in Berlin. Since I was hungry and the follow-up appointment was approaching, I unfortunately had to eat here. As a starter I ordered Mercimek soup. The soup was good and the bread served with it was fluffy and warm👍 I don't want to judge my kebab plate. It was just a standard rotisserie. On the positive side, the skewer wasn't crammed full of spices. You could taste the meat. As far as the service staff was concerned (older gentleman with a pigtail, looked more like an antenna😂), he was slightly brisk and a touch aggressive. When he saw that I had ordered the soup first, he came over and asked urgently what I would like afterwards. Before I go to Hasir again in the future, I will find out beforehand whether they have Yaprak

Great food and drinks as well as great service, which did its job in an exemplary manner even though the shop was full. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not a place for a cozy date as it was quite loud. You have to accept that, because the rest more than makes up for it. We'd love to come back!

Not our first visit and definitely not the last.

I didn't expect this restaurant to be this excellent wow! The meat had amazing texture, very tender and the taste was exquisite. The rice was extremely tasty as well. The Service is unusually attentive and super friendly. They even gave an apple tea for free. The atmosphere is cozy and they make sure to make you feel welcome. I would always come back and i highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!!!

I was before a regular customer , but the food quality and the service are worst than ever . Today we didn‘t finish our meal because they were disgusting and we had a stomach pain after it . The other Hasir restaurants in Berlin are in very good level , but Spandau Hasir worst than ever . Regards

This is probably not a place for vegetarians. There is absolutely nothing to choose from. I would call it more of a bar than a restaurant. The interior needs renovation, no atmosphere, the sofas are cracked, the only thing that makes up for everything is the waiter's kindness. Lentil soup is amazing, or maybe a salad, something to eat with. Overall, for me it leaves a lot to be desired.

A great restaurant with life in the place. The food is delicious. The service is very good. Be sure to reserve in advance, at least on weekends. We were definitely not there for the last time.

Das beste in Spandau die Qualität der Gerichte immer top die Kellner trotz Stress immer freundlich die Preise sind gehoben haben auf dem Teller einen Gegenwert Update: leider muss ich meine Bewertung runterstufen da der Service besonders von den älteren Kellnern schlechter wurde der zahlende Kunde wird leider nicht mehr ernst genommen.. der Erfolg des Ladens scheint manchen doch geschadet zu haben

Am gestrigen Tag bin ich mit Hunger und guter Laune zu Hasir zum Abendessen gegangen. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und das Essen kam sehr schnell. Das Fleisch war nicht genießbar. Es hatte einen schlechten Nachgeschmack. Ich habe das dem Kellner gesagt und das ich sehr enttäuscht bin. Die Rechnung habe ich aus Anstand natürlich trotzdem bezahlt und vom Kellner habe ich gesagt bekommen, dass ich beim nächsten Mal das Fleisch gerne bisschen probieren kann, da am Schluss das Fleisch meistens nicht mehr so gut ist. Naja für ein Gericht, wo ich 20 -30 Euro bezahle möchte ich auch garantiert gutes Fleisch haben! Außerdem hat mir meine Begleitung berichtet, dass sie sich am heutigen Tag mehrmals übergeben musste. Das Restaurant ist sehr überteuert, ich habe wenigstens mit Qualität gerechnet.

Wir haben drei Döner zum mitnehmen bestellt und ich muss sagen das es nicht annähernd so geschmeckt hat wie es in den Bewertungen teils geschrieben wurde. Ich würde hier nie wieder einen Döner essen wollen ist überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Es gibt viel bessere Döner. Sehr enttäuschend.

Tolle Einrichtung. Schöne Atmosphäre, sehr stilvolle Dekoration. Sehr leckerer Dönerteller, wunderbares Bier. Freundliches Personal. Man musste nicht lange warten 👍🏻. Das Essen ist köstlich 😋

Sehr nettes Personal, das Essen war super, sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Null Kundenservice. Habe über Lieferando bestellt. In der App wurde die Bestellung bestätigt und mir eine Lieferzeit angezeigt. Lieferung kam nicht, also habe ich im Restaurant angerufen. Dort sagte man mir, die Bestellung sei eingegangen, aber von Lieferando nicht bestätigt worden, deshalb wurde das Essen nicht zubereitet. Auf meine Bitte hin, das mit Lieferando zu klären da es offenbar nur ein kleines technisches Problem sei (gibt es eine Hotline für Restaurants, aber nicht für Kunden), wurde mehrfach abgelehnt („ich habe keine Telefonnummer“). Dass man die Nummer auch googeln kann, hat den Typen nicht interessiert. Man wollte mir dort einfach überhaupt nicht helfen. Dass ich genauso ein zahlender Kunde bin wie die, die im Restaurant sitzen, erkennt man hier offenbar nicht. Ok, dann hat man mich und meine Familie als Kunden halt für immer verloren.

Sehr nette Bedienung, wissen was sie tun.

Wir sind auf Empfehlung hier essen gewesen, da wir noch nie in einem türkischen Restaurant essen waren. Bei der Auswahl der Speisen haben wir uns schwer getan. Kurzerhand eine Auswahl an kalten und warmen Vorspeisen bestellt, welche der Kellner ausgesucht hat. Genau die richtige Entscheidung gewesen. War alles super lecker und haben nix übrig gelassen. Im Anschluss den Grillteller für 3 Personen bestellt. Wir wurden vorher informiert, dass dieser locker für 4 Personen reicht. Fazit: Wir haben nicht alles geschafft und den Rest vom Grillteller für morgen mitgenommen. Mehrmals wurden wir gefragt ob alles OK ist. Kleine Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Der Holzkohlegrill ist definitiv ein Highlight im Lokal. Es gibt definitiv zu wenig türkische Restaurants in Berlin. Kartenzahlung (Bank - und Kreditkarten) möglich.

Ohne Reservierung an einem Freitag Abend noch einen Platz bekommen. Der Servicemitarbeiter meinte wir müssten zwar den Tisch nach ca 1 1/2 Stunden bitte räumen, aber dafür kommt das essen sehr schnell. Der Mann hat nicht gelogen. Nach der Bestellung waren die Speisen nach ca 15 Minuten auf dem Tisch. Großes Lob an den Service und die Küche, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend bei fantastischem Essen.

Sehr gutes Essen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Döner mit köstlichem Fleisch, aber auch Pide und der Lammspieß sind sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Kinder vermissen Pommes.

Hier wird auf Holzkohle gegrillt ❤️ sehr leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen, dazu noch sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Berlin sind kommen wir gerne wieder ❤️

Ich hatte zum Mittag eine köstliche Linsensuppe und danach einen Döner Kebap Teller. Das Fleisch hat eine überdurchschnittliche Qualität und schmeckt einfach nur lecker.. Super Service bis zum nächsten Mal

Unfreundlicher Empfang, obwohl Fensterplätze reserviert waren, wollte uns Ober in der Mitte des Lokals platzieren. Wir haben unseren Tisch dann selbstständig gefunden. Lokal sehr, sehr laut wenn es voll ist. Eine ruhige Atmosphäre ist nicht gegeben. Tische uns Stühle sind auch sehr eng gestellt, dass es fast kein Durkommen gibt. Essen war aber sehr gut.

Macht man nichts falsch Leckeres Essen von lockerem professionellem Personal serviert.

Personal ist bemüht, Essen ist gut aber leider nicht herausragend. Tische stehen zu eng und die Hauptgerichte sind zwar reichlich aber zu teuer.

We went as a group of family and friends , had dinner there yesterday. and today we are all vomiting and heavy stomach ache. doctor says its food poisoning! what more can i say , never ever going back here. Also the quantity for the price of food was way less, ( which was a blessing actuallly for how things turned out to be)

My recent experience at Hasir was unfortunately extremely disappointing. Our entire group fell ill with food poisoning after dining there. It's disheartening to write such a negative review because the flavours were somewhat enjoyable. However, the aftermath of the meal overshadowed any positive aspects. The entire group suffered from food poisoning, and it has left a lasting impact on our impression of the restaurant. I strongly recommend that Hasir takes immediate action to investigate and rectify any hygiene or food safety issues.

Einfach nur lecker und schön. Eine Institution in Spandau

super leckere türkische Spezialitäten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, beide Daumen hoch! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Authentisches türkisches Restaurant für das man schon etwas Substanz braucht. Die Lautstärke ist aufgrund der Inneneinrichtung schon sehr auf Markstärke. Essen ist sehr trocken und sehr Knoblauchlastig. Für jemanden mit Unverträglichkeiten nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Wir haben mit 9 Personen dort Salat, Grillplatten und Lahmacun gegessen. Das war mit Abstand das beste türkische Essen daß ich jemals in Deutschland hatte. Selbst in der Türkei muss man lange nach so einem hohen Niveau suchen. Für dieses Restaurant lohnt es sich definitiv auch weitere Anfahrten in Kauf zu nehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Immer wieder gerne, der Service ist freundlich, das Essen kommt schnell, es schmeckt gut. Highlight, der offen einsehbare Holzkohlen-Grill. Die Preise passen sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil, die relativ enge Bestuhlung.

Abends immer viel los. Reservierung ist äußerst sinnvoll. Lamm sehr gut. Die selbstgemachten Brote auch sehr lecker. Durch den offenen Grill nimmt man den Geruch mit nach Hause. Richtung Toiletten könnte es immer ein bißchen sauberer sein.

Gemischter Grillteller. Beste Auswahl an Lamm, Rind und Hühnchen. Der gute Position mit Salat und Reis.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und nettem Personal Wir waren mit den Kindern hier und waren alle begeistert von der Atmosphäre, dem sehr guten und üppigen Essen und der sehr netten Bedienung. Türkisches Essen abseits vom Döner und doch, Döner gibt es auch, nur viel besser als gewöhnlich. Gerne wieder.
