La Empanaderia in Erlangen

Ich hatte relativ spontan entschieden, hier heute zu essen. Das essen war köstlich. Das Restaurant ist hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen! Das Ceviche ist sehr zu empfehlen ❤️

Für mich eines der besten Restaurants in Erlangen und Umgebung. Die Qualität des Essens ist überragend, das Ambiente gemütlich und authentisch, die Gastgeber herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Jedes mal ein absoluter Genuss hier essen zu dürfen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Erster Besuch hier … und es wird definitiv nicht nicht der letzte gewesen sein. Sehr authentisches Ambiente, tolle Auswahl an wirklich authentischen Speisen und ein zuvorkommender Service. Die Preise empfanden wir als super fair für die gebotene Qualität.

Mir wurde die Empanaderia empfohlen und endlich habe ich es geschafft mal herzukommen. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker! Wir hatten die Kochbananen (vegetarisch) zur Vorspeise und ich war positiv überrascht. Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt, das Gericht perfekt abgerundet, würde ich nochmal bestellen und kann ich auch sehr empfehlen. Zur Hauptspeise gab es für jeden 3 Empanadas und ich war sehr satt danach. Bei kleinem Hunger würde ich deswegen weniger bestellen. Mein zwei Favoriten waren Jamon & Queso und Gaucho al Malbec. Queso y Jalapenos haben wir auch probiert und war auch lecker, aber die anderen zwei haben mehr begeistert. Es lohnt sich also die paar Euronen mehr auszugeben, weil das Essen und der Wein echt überzeugen kann. Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr passend gestaltet und am Service kann man auch nicht meckern. Ich komme auf jeden Fall nochmal her!

Ein exzellentes kulinarisches Erlebnis mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Gerichte waren hervorragend, geschmackvoll und mit Zutaten von außergewöhnlicher Qualität zubereitet. Die Desserts waren absolut perfekt und wunderschön angerichtet. Alles, was wir probiert haben, war köstlich und liebevoll präsentiert. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die gutes Essen, Qualität und eine herzliche Atmosphäre suchen.

Das Le Martinez ist für mich aktuell der absolute Place to Be unter den südamerikanischen Restaurants in Erlangen. Ein kompletter Vibe – richtig nice eingerichtet und super ästhetisch. 📸 Der Service war auch absolut on point: total freundlich, aufmerksam und einfach extrem smooth. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Zum Food & Drinks: Das Essen ist echt high-end. Die Burger sind absolute Gamechanger und haben krasse Main Character Energy. Dazu sind die Drinks einfach nur slay – richtig modern südamerikanisch interpretiert und geschmacklich ein totales Level Up. 🍸🔥 Einziger kleiner Lowlight-Moment für mich persönlich: Die Trüffelmayo war zwar okay, aber beim nächsten Mal bestelle ich definitiv ohne – brauche den Trüffel-Flex nicht unbedingt. Ein kleiner Struggle ist auch, dass manche Tische ein bisschen zu nah beieinander stehen, was den persönlichen Space etwas einschränkt. Dafür is der Käsekuchen weltklasse.🍰🍔🛋️ Insgesamt trotzdem eine 10/10 Experience. Werde ich safe wieder manifesteren! 🚀

Das Essen und der Service sind hervorragend. Die zwei Personen Tische stehen sehr dicht zusammen was mich persönlich etwas stört, da man die Konversationen der Nachbartische zu stark mitbekommt.

Das ist ein fantastischer Ort für ein Date! Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, das Restaurant bei einem größeren Geschäftsessen in familiärer Atmosphäre zu erleben. Es hat nur wenige Angestellte und wirkt sehr familiengeführt. Die Speisekarte ist zwar etwas klein, aber das Essen ist gut. Ich habe die Chorizo ​​auf Pommes probiert, die meiner Meinung nach besser schmecken würden, wenn sie separat serviert würden. Ich habe sie stehen gelassen, weil die anderen an unserem Tisch ihr Essen noch nicht bekommen hatten und die Pommes schon nicht mehr knusprig waren, als ich endlich anfangen konnte zu essen. Ich habe die Empanadas probiert und mein Favorit war die mit Rindfleisch gefüllte (man kann sie auch kalt mitnehmen und zu Hause aufwärmen). Ich hatte auch das Steak medium bestellt, aber es war eher roh und fettig/zäh. Der Service war super freundlich, und da die wenigen Angestellten das ganze Restaurant betreuen, waren sie ziemlich gefordert, schnell wieder an die Tische zu kommen. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt erforderlich, da das Restaurant schnell ausgebucht ist. Insgesamt ist es aber ein sehr schönes Restaurant und definitiv perfekt für ein Date!

Super liebe Bedienung und unfassbar leckeres Essen. Besonders der Käsekuchen mit Guavenmarmelade war himmlisch.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant vor Kurzem besucht und insgesamt war es eine positive Erfahrung. Das Lokal hat eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und eine angenehme Thematik, die einen indirekt auf eine kleine Reise nach Südamerika mitnimmt, mit Anspielungen auf gut besuchte Orte. Aufgrund seiner Beliebtheit ist es empfehlenswert, im Voraus zu reservieren. Der Service hat noch Verbesserungspotenzial, da nicht immer auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste geachtet wird und man teilweise etwas länger auf die Bedienung warten muss. Als Vorspeise bestellten wir Empanadas, die zwar lecker waren, jedoch etwas kalt serviert wurden, was den Eindruck machte, als wären sie aufgewärmt worden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind eher begrenzt und die Preise sind durchschnittlich bis eher hoch. Das Essen insgesamt war jedoch sehr lecker, gut zubereitet und geschmacklich überzeugend. Trotz der genannten Punkte ist das Restaurant definitiv einen Besuch wert, wenn man in Erlangen ist.

Seit Jahren mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Erlangen. Hatte früher nie etwas mit südamerikanischer Küche zu tun - seitdem es La Martinez (früher: La Empanaderia) gibt, koste ich mich regelmäßig dort durch Südamerika. Einfach ein tolles Restaurant - absolute Empfehlung. Egal ob für ein Date, Geschäftsessen, alleine, mit einer größeren Freundesgruppe oder um dort ein Event zu veranstalten. Habe ich alles schon dort gemacht und war immer begeistert!

Ich liebe die Empanaderia/La Martinez. Das Essen wird nicht langweilig. Heute war mein Highlight die emapanadas mit argentinischem Rindfleisch a la Malbec. Der ceviche ist einfach hervorragend und als i Tüpfelchen bekamen wir einen Cocktail „el soberano“ der nur auf der Sommerkarte ist mit besonderem Rum aus Paraguay. Super lecker. Super Ambiente. Familiär! Einfach lateinamerikanisch. Immer wieder.

Unser gestriges Abendessen war hervorragend. Ich freute mich sehr, dass die Qualität von Speisen und Service auch nach acht Jahren noch so hoch ist. Ich war seit 2019 nicht mehr in La Empanaderia und habe die Empanades und die südamerikanische Küche sehr vermisst. Wir bestellten drei verschiedene Empanades und ein paar Vorspeisen zum Teilen. Der Cocktail „Novo Mundo“ war so gut, dass wir gleich noch einen bestellten. Ich empfehle als Vorspeise unbedingt die Patacones mit Pulled Beef und die Croquetas de Buey! Die Speisekarte wurde kürzlich überarbeitet und bietet nun mehr südamerikanische Gerichte an, was sicher gut ist, um die Gäste weiterhin anzulocken. Leider wurden einige meiner Lieblingsvorspeisen (Tapiokawürfel und andere) von der Karte genommen. Hoffentlich bietet La Empanaderia sie im Laufe der Zeit regelmäßig als wechselnde Vorspeisen an oder serviert sie als Monatsgericht.

Alles super lecker (das Kartoffelpüree war etwas wenig gewürzt, aber das ist echt das einzige, was man kritisieren kann, wenn man sehr lange drüber nachdenkt), sowohl die Vorspeisen als auch das Flank Steak, der Käsekuchen und die Getränke/Cocktails. Sehr netter Service und liebevoll gestaltetes Ambiente, besser wird's nicht.

I had the ceviche, it was absolutely delicious, I just thought it would have a bit more sweet potato on the side. Like I said, it was fantastic. But for my guests, everything was perfect, absolutely everything. Thanks again for the lovely evening.

I did not expect to find my all time favorite ceviche in Erlangen, Germany. But, I did. 😀 La Empanaderia is fantastic. Great decor and overall vibe, and the service was so friendly.

Unfortunately, I received the wrong steak, but I got a complimentary dessert. Otherwise, I was extremely satisfied and would gladly come back.

We had a party with former colleagues. Everyone was very impressed with the delicious food and excellent cocktails. The only slight drawback was the beer selection, which could be a bit more extensive, even though it's a South American establishment. From the reservation process to the service, we were very pleasantly surprised and would gladly return.

Every time I have visitors in Erlangen, I drag them to the empanaderia first—and it's always worth it. Great food, wonderful atmosphere.

An absolute insider tip. We stumbled upon it by chance, as it looks rather unassuming from the outside. Once inside, however, we were treated to a tour of South America. The service is attentive, but sometimes a bit overwhelmed. Nevertheless, even when it's busy, the staff is always friendly and happy to explain the dishes. The food is amazing, by the way. I've rarely seen so much authentic cuisine that also tastes so good. In the summer, there's also a small backyard for seating, which was very cozy. We'll definitely be back.

The empanadas were delicious, but the wait time was too long. The wait was VERY worth it, as the food was amazing.

Very tasty. If you order an aperitif between 6 and 7, you get a free appetizer! The menu is very limited, with not many vegetarian options, but cheese-filled pastries are always a hit :) The baked bananas are also delicious! I would recommend about 3 empanadas plus a side (salad or fries) if you want to fill up. Reservations recommended.

We celebrated our wedding here a year ago, and it was simply fantastic! It's still as outstanding a venue today as it was back then.

A cozy restaurant with a great decor. There's a lot to discover when you look around. The service could be improved. The lady who served us was nice. However, she was a bit too relaxed; it felt like we were talking past each other. The girls at the front bar were fun and on the ball. The food was good. We liked the sopaipilla appetizer the best of all the dishes we ordered. The burger was good and plentiful, but I felt it lacked a bit of freshness and flavor. We also ordered dips to go. Our cocktails were delicious, and we ended up taking some to go. Conclusion: We'd love to come back again, but we'll sit right at the bar with the great bartender and enjoy cocktails and a few sopaipillas.

Simply WOW!!! Extremely friendly and attentive staff, in a very beautiful setting with excellent food, invites you to a short vacation in South America. We were thrilled with everything and can highly recommend the restaurant "La Empanaderia." The appetizers and main courses were very tasty and plentiful. We will definitely return and make the trip from Bamberg to Erlangen. Why? Because it's simply worth it!!! Keep up the good work!

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was at this restaurant. Almost every dish we ordered was scrumptious. We highly recommend the ceviche, grilled sweet potatoes and cauliflower, and chimichurri. Come to think of it, the steak for two was also excellent. If there is one area which I feel the restaurant can improve on, it's the side dishes. The only choices are fries, mashed potatoes, and tomato and onion salad. The tomato and onion salad was less flavorful than the other standout dishes, and the side dish options felt a bit limited for those not in the mood for potatoes. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant!
