I love the "store". Very tasty, huge selection and affordable!

Very tasty food, there was also free bread with aioli. Lunch at €13 for a plate of fish is very cheap. Dessert selection very large After so many years, they haven't raised the prices too much. Service very very friendly. So don't be stingy with tips, dear future guests. :-)

La Copita on Nordstrasse is a small Spanish restaurant right in the middle of the action. Not immediately visible from the outside and with a small terrace. There is a large menu with many delicious tapas. The staff is very nice and the toilets were also OK. We have had several pleasant evenings there and always enjoy coming.

I've been eating at La Copita for 15 years with a break of almost 10 years - the food, ambience, service and quality of the dishes are always top notch. One of the few restaurants that manage to maintain their quality over such a long period of time. Keep it up!

Price-performance ratio is zero here. Small portions, horrendous amounts of money and not even really tasty. Unfortunately I expected more. The only good thing was the promptness of the waiters so that the guests were ready quickly. Was really disappointed and went home hungry after a €90 bill.

We ordered 4 tapas, a dessert, a bottle of water and a 0.75 bottle of wine. We were charged for bread and olives (not requested, offered before meals). They also accidentally brought us an extra plate of tapas. The total cost was €100 for two people. Ah, in the menu prices do not include final tax, so you will find higher prices at checkout. We will never go there again and would not recommend it. 1. We ordered a bottle of wine starting at around 25 euros. 2. We didn't order olives or bread. They were offered to us by the house, but coincidentally they were included in the bill. Shameful. You have nothing to do with Spain since you are all Germans (and in fact you can see the result). 3. Apparently ordering an alioli sauce twice increased the price. Impressive! 4. We happily ate and paid for the extra plate of tapas we were given, because that's true! But to me it seemed like a shoddy way to get customers to spend more money 5. And anyway, I give you a tip about Patatas Bravas: Avoid using frozen potatoes that you bought in net, because Paratas Bravas are handmade as it is an easy dish to prepare and it is not necessary to use frozen products to buy.

La Copita in Düsseldorf is a place I like to come back to again and again. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is really cozy and the guests are also relaxed - you can just feel that everyone enjoys eating here. It's definitely worth making a reservation in advance because the restaurant is busy, which speaks for itself. The food was simply delicious! I particularly liked the aioli – nice and creamy and perfectly seasoned. The other tapas we ordered were also really good. What I also thought was great: Despite the busy restaurant, our food came to the table really quickly. You can tell that the service here is really well organized. The menu offers a wide selection, there is something for every taste. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, everyone is guaranteed to find something that excites them here. What I particularly liked is the relaxed and happy atmosphere in the restaurant. It's just fun to eat and spend time here. I had a very disappointing experience at this Spanish restaurant. Firstly, I was forced to pay the bill in cash only, which is very inconvenient nowadays. Additionally, I was rudely asked to tip directly, which was quite inappropriate. To top it off, the food was excessively salty and barely edible. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. Delicious food throughout with a perfect balance of different tastes and ingredients! The dishes are elegant and tasty in their simplicity. The atmosphere is vibrant with the only downside being the prevalence of small tables crammed next to each other. All in all it's definitely worth going there many times!

I went to La Copita because the reviews sounded good, however, I cannot share others' positive experiences. I was dining by myself and was seated inside. The atmosphere was basic and nothing special. Almost uncomfortable when sitting there with just three other people. The service was pretty crappy, not unfriendly but unmotivated , almost as if I annoyed everyone because I seemed to be the last person ordering food at 21:15. I ordered three grilled seafood dishes, all of which tasted alright, but nowhere near as tasty as I know them from other restaurants. All dishes were rather small, which was fine, but not small in price, which was not ok. Should be 1-2€ less per dish. The bread was definitely from some cheap bakeshop and no real bakery, tasted of nothing, but four tiny slices cost €4, with a garlic dip from some container. Definitely not homemade. That is just appalling and has nothing to do with a proper Spanish kitchen. And be aware also that they accept only cash payments! Finally, I cannot recall when I visited a restaurant that did not offer WiFi. That's just ridiculous. The ultimate question of whether I would return or recommend? Definitely not! p.s. Owner comments say it all. Neither single nor business people are welcome, but a true reflection of their service. How unprofessional 😂

Fui a La Copita porque las críticas sonaban bien, sin embargo, no puedo compartir las experiencias positivas de otros. Estaba cenando solo y estaba sentado dentro. El ambiente era básico y nada especial. Casi incómodo cuando se sienta allí con solo otras tres personas. El servicio era bastante malo, no desagradable pero desmotivado , casi como si molestara a todos porque parecía ser la última persona que pedía comida a los 21 años : 15 . Pedí tres platos de mariscos a la parrilla, todos los cuales sabían bien, pero no tan sabrosos como los conozco de otros restaurantes. Todos los platos eran bastante pequeños, que estaba bien, pero no pequeño en precio, que no estaba bien. Debería ser 1 - 2 € menos por plato. El pan era definitivamente de alguna panadería barata y sin panadería de verdad, no sabía a nada, pero cuatro rebanadas diminutas costaban 4 € , con un baño de ajo de algún recipiente. Definitivamente no casero. Eso es simplemente terrible y no tiene nada que ver con una cocina española adecuada. ¡Y también sabía que aceptaban solo pagos en efectivo! ¿La pregunta final de si volvería o recomendaría? ¡Definitivamente no!

Fernando and Antonio are very kind and welcoming and their restaurant offers very, very good and varied tapas. We tried the meatballs, the chili peppers, the tortilla, the potatoes... All really good in portions that are just right for sharing. Correct prices for being in the center of Dusseldorf. Particular and chaotic environment but that's what you expect from a place of this kind.

The first (Wolt) delivery to you was really great. The second delivery ( Lieferando ) didn't work at all. The shrimp didn't taste good at all, it was hard to peel, and it was very soft and watery. Both times I ordered grilled shrimp.

I was at La Copita for the first time today. I ultimately decided on the patatas bravas, bread with aioli and mushrooms with garlic oil. Unfortunately there aren't many vegetarian tapas/dishes, but I was very happy with my choice 😇

It is located in Nord Strasse, 2 stops away from Hauptbahnhof, Düsseldorf Central Station. It is a place with many restaurants and restaurants and is rarely crowded with tourists. It is the best Spanish restaurant in Düsseldorf, and the taste of the food and the servers are excellent. The food comes out very quickly, the ingredients are excellent, and “Gambas Al-Ahillo” is especially special.

Tapas restaurant with a typical Spanish feeling. Quite a good, varied menu and the food was freshly prepared and tasty. Baked fillets of Merlan and Boquerones frittos tasty. Grilled quail delicious and prepared in a different way. Baked in the oven they might be even more tender. Plus, of course, a Spanish beer: Estrella Galicia. We went there spontaneously for lunch on a public holiday and everything was perfect.

leider hat uns das essen nicht gefallen. Wir hatten die gemischte Fischplatte und Patats bravas. Die Kartoffeln waren frittierte Fertigware. Ich kenne die nur aus frischen Kartoffeln. Die Fische waren auch hauptsächlich paniert und frittiert und keinen besonderen Geschmack. Das die Bedienung nicht besonders freundlich ist, war uns jedoch bekannt. Also wer lust auf mittelmässiges Essen und schlechte Bedienung hat ist dort gut aufgehoben. Eigentlich schade, weil das Ambiente schön ist.

War gestern mit einer langjährigen Freundin anlässlich ihres Geburtstages dort. Es war wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Aufmerksamer, freundlicher und höflicher Service, sehr leckeres Essen (Fischplatte für zwei Personen + Kartoffelscheiben), angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten im vorderen Teil einen Tisch reserviert - zum Glück. Denn es war trotz des schlechten Wetters sehr voll und im hinteren Teil entsprechend laut. Ich gehe seit vielen Jahren in unregelmäßigen Abständen ins La Copita. Ich habe dort noch nie etwas serviert bekommen, was nicht geschmeckt hat. Ich glaube, ich muss wieder öfter dorthin. Noch ein Tipp: das Mittagessen. Viele leckere Gerichte für 13,00 Euro, was im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants echt moderat ist.

Means rice and vegetables for 16.50 Until recently this was the normal paella and therefore it wasn't really declared! Absolutely outrageous and the quality isn't even good

Food and service were top. There is one point deducted for the ambience, because everything is extremely narrow, tables are placed very close to each other and therefore the background noise is very loud.

Very good tapas restaurant with attention to detail. For example, the carafe is not first filled with ice cubes and then filled with sangria, but the ice cubes are placed in a wine cooler in which the carafe is then served. Price/performance very fair. The portions of the four-course menu were generous and tasty. We have added more cold and warm tapas. The food was typical of the country, served hot and it came very quickly. The waitresses are super nice and attentive. The ambience is a bit poor and the serving is better, but the taste is really good! Not a high cousin, but I would go back anytime!

Great food, great service and great ambience. For some it might be too loud and too crowded, but for me it's just so authentic. It may be too expensive for some, but tapas are simply more expensive than a meal at McDonalds. You can't compare the price with tapas in Spain either. It's suitable for Düsseldorf conditions and I'll come back!

One of the best restaurants in Düsseldorf and near me! Very fresh and delicious food, always served hot and lovingly. Friendly and competent staff with a sense of humor and a good mood, just like you would expect from Spain! You feel at home, cared for and welcome. The only minus from my point of view is the limited space. Tables are very close together. Of course, you can understand Nordstrasse, but that's why it's pretty loud and you have to make an effort to have a conversation. But it still remains a clear recommendation and one of the top restaurants!

Sehr gute Tapasbar/lokal. Authentisch. Seit vielen Jahren an dem Ort bekannt. Spanischer Flair. Kleine Tische sind typisch für Tapaslokale. Die können übrigens auch zusammengestellt werden. Inhaber und Personal sind auch langjährig im Lokal und alle freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Zu jedem freundlichen Gast. Sie machen auch mal ein Späßchen. Karte in spanisch und Deutsch. Alle sprechen Deutsch. Das Essen ist die Hauptsache. Klasse Tapasauswahl und auch größere Hauptgerichte. Frisch zubereitet. Alles schmeckt sehr gut. Es gibt auch eine Mittagskarte. Zugegeben- die Preiserhöhungen sind auch hier nicht spurlos vorbei gegangen. Oder auch die einst üppigen Portionen kleiner geworden. Trotzdem ist es mein Lieblingslokal geblieben. Tapas und selbstgemachte Sangria - Prima. Das Eis zur Sangria wird separat gebracht. Verwässert also nicht das Getränk. Auch das hebt sich von anderen Lokalen ab. Keine Kartenzahlung. Darauf wird auch hingewiesen. Ich kann La Copita nur wärmstens empfehlen. Nicht von ungerechten Bewertungen abschrecken lassen.

The food was very bad quality. The churros were not even cooked properly . The portions are very small and additionally the food tasted very bad . My whole family now complains with stomach problems and we are afraid of food-poisoning . Besides, the whole place smelled like oil and our whole clothes are covered with a terrible smell.

Wollte mit einem spanischen Kunden in dem Restuarant essen. Es hat uns beiden Überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Essen war teilweise noch roh und nicht ganz durch. Es hat total in dem Laden gestunken das ich meinen Anzug direkt wieder in die Reinigung bringen muss. Der Spanier hat gesagt es war das schlechteste spanische Essen was er je in seinem Leben gegessen hat und ich kann ihm nur zustimmen. Essen war zudem noch viel zu teuer und mega kleine Portionen. Wir sind nicht satt geworden haben Bauchprobleme und war echt das schlechteste Geschäftsessen was ich je erlebt habe. War mir sehr peinlich meinen Kunden gegenüber. Er hat gesagt ,dass das hier nichts mit spanischer Küche zutun hat. Auch keine Bedienung konnte ihn verstehen als er auf spanisch Bestellen wollte.

Das Essen war unglaublich schlecht und zudem noch teuer. Totaler Fraß. Uns geht es als Familie nach dem Essen total schlecht . Zudem hat der Service uns ständig bei essen angerämpelt aufgrund der Tatsache das unser Tisch mitten im Geschehen stand . Die Preise für das was man bekommt sind ebenfalls eine Absolute Frechheit. Man erwartet für solche Preise gutes Essen und ich wir haben Sachen bekommen die nichtmals richtig durch waren, wie zum Beispiel die churros. Da kriegt man für einen viertel des Preises besseres Essen. Es würde sich eher lohnen Zuhause zu kochen und man würde viel Geld sparen. Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Restaurant gehen und es auch keinem Empfehlen. Das Restaurant hat auch nichts mit Spanien zu tun. Keiner in diesem Restaurant kann Spanisch und das Essen als spanisch zu beschreiben wäre eine Beileidigung für die spanische Küche.

Kellner und die Köche wahrscheinlich auch kommen nicht aus Spanien und waren sicherlich auch noch nie da. Allen Teilnehmenden liegt das Essen schwer im Magen.

Ich kann La Copita zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die beste Tapas Bar in town, das Essen war wirklich köstlich. Der Service war top und Fernando hat sich stets um uns gekümmert. Wir werden definitiv bald wiederkommen.
