Food was super tasty. The location is right next to the Chocolate Museum and the interior is very cozy, but can also be very loud. We had pasta and two pizzas which all tasted good. The service was very good, but you should be patient.

Delicious food and great service. At this point I would especially like to praise Bader, really incredibly accommodating and friendly!

Salad was terribly inedible. Unhealthy taste of gasoline. No excuse.

Losteria Typical stylish interior furnishings. We sat outside and the outside area is good too. The staff was very friendly. Food was also good and ready relatively quickly despite the high occupancy.

Great location in the customs port. We each ordered a pizza. The edge was pretty burnt. The employee was super friendly and on the ball. Pizza was tasty but for the price you can expect a non-burnt edge.

Good Italian cuisine, pleasant atmosphere - indoors and outdoors, attentive service - you can rarely go wrong with a visit to a L'Osteria! There are dishes and alternatives for every diet type.

I recently spent a wonderful evening there! The restaurant has a modern and cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The Esseni selection is not diverse. The service was friendly and attentive, although at peak times it can take a little longer for the food to be on the table.

Had a meal here with work colleagues and it was tasty and good. Very good average.

I have visited this and other L'Osteria restaurants several times, but until now I didn't want to leave a review because I prefer to write when I like something. However, I think it's also important to give feedback when something isn't going well so that maybe something can change. Unfortunately, I have to say that I have repeatedly noticed in this branch that some of the waiters seem dissatisfied and rude. Not all of them, but unfortunately I had the misfortune of being served by exactly these several times. Every time I have to literally "ask" for the bread on the table, as well as the olive oil, balsamic vinegar or hot oil - things that are often automatically provided by friendly waiters in other branches. Finally, I thought I would give the restaurant another chance and went with my children. My children are old enough to understand when something is wrong and even they were shocked at our waiter's rudeness. When I asked for bread, he brought us two small, dry rolls and placed them on the table, extremely dissatisfied. The food in this restaurant is really delicious, I would like to emphasize that. I also understand that everyone can have a bad day and that the service job is stressful. Nevertheless, I am of the opinion that you should behave in a friendly manner towards customers and not give the impression that you are welcoming unwelcome guests into your own four walls.

I have never encountered such disgusting service anywhere else. The waitress threw the pizza on the table like it was for dogs, they didn’t even bring cutlery, eat with your hands. Long wait to place an order at all. Dirty table and chairs, mountains of dishes. I asked to take away, they brought me a box, I packed the food myself.

It was busy, so service was a little slower (we were often overlooked). The pizza was basically just dough that was rolled extremely thin and therefore seemed unusually large...even my friend was able to eat hers without any problem. There was very little toppings on the seafood pizza...

I would have liked a little more in terms of the location of the restaurant, whether it was the service or the food I'll start from the beginning, there were 4 of us and we all ordered drinks and they were served quickly Then came the food and had the Calzone Pizza Bò It felt empty of the filling and was more dough than anything else, and somehow carelessly prepared and just thrown out Then we had the spaghetti carbonara Unfortunately these tasted cold to lukewarm but were okay Then we had Tortelloni Prosciutto Unfortunately, these were also lukewarm we asked for a spoon for the remaining sauce This was brought to us and was simply dirty, so we called the waitress again and showed her the spoon and asked again for a clean spoon, which was met with a strange look And we still had the Degli Artisti This was actually very good and tasted excellent So last but not least, my conclusion: I probably won't go there to eat again, but I highly recommend it to drink drinks, but unfortunately not for eating, despite the good reviews

Not for beer lovers. The Kölsch was topped up with Trippelbier. If garlic is on the menu, there should also be garlic on the Pizza Marena! The child complains about the food. And actually pasta sauce without any Spice. Absolutely never again! Now that I have received an automatic self-praise response, I would like to report that my female companion preferred to go to a Dixi toilet on the banks of the Rhine after the visit rather than use the one in the restaurant. Really a shame about the lovely Sunday trip.

We spent a lovely evening on the Osteria's terrace on the hottest day of the year so far, in the shade, well served by the attentive waiter who served us the dishes in the order we requested and everything in the best Osteria quality. Conclusion: top grade! Many thanks to the young man from service!

Rarely have I been so positively surprised by the food. The service was also very courteous and friendly.

The setting is welcoming unlike the waiter, but the worst thing is that they explain to me that there is no carafe of water, in this very hot time... €3 for 24 cl of water. I've never seen that.

I'm not a fan of L'Osteria! But here at the customs port she was able to convince me to come by again. Condition very attentive and friendly. Food was ok and the salad was surprisingly very good. Ambiance with a harbor view is a dream!

Service was very friendly at the beginning then it came to the end and payment was 88€, we had left a 2€ tip and the 2€ was left on the table when my husband said "it's ok" it was left on the table with a disgusting face and at the end We were not told “ciao” in return, so the lady with the blonde hair would do better next time. 😃

The pizza was cold, the side salad came after I ate the pizza. My wife's main course didn't arrive until after the rest of us had almost finished. The salad only tasted like the dressing. When we complained to the waiter, we were told: “Actually, I was just trying to be nice enough to offer you something…”. He stopped doing that (after we complained). He bumped into my wife on the way out to the coronation. Underground!!!! We'll never go here again!

A nice way to have something to eat. Unfortunately for us, it seemed that the air conditioning inside kept breaking down. Otherwise the food was at the level you would expect from Losteria. Unfortunately it was only lukewarm at times, which can happen when the terrace is full. All in all good and solid.

I'm thrilled, everything is absolutely delicious and the price/performance ratio is right. Whenever I'm in Cologne there's something to eat here. Staff nice and helpful. Reservations possible, during the day you can also do without. Menu very varied. Top recommendations from my side 😊

Nice location, nice restaurant. Large selection of food. What I think is particularly good is that vegetarian dishes, even zoodles, are also offered. The service was very nice I think it would be cool if bedside tables were also offered lactose-free.

Great food and the best location. We visited the restaurant with my family for the weekend and was really impressed with the amazing team and food.

We had a pizza (half Margherita, half Braccio Di Ferro) and a Caesar salad. Both were delicious and great for sharing. Our waiter, Emiliano, was very accommodating.

So the ambience is great, as in every L'Osteria, the service was very accommodating, but the blanket (outside) was taken away from us on a cool evening without asking. We then had to get one upon request. When I asked if I could get Parmesan with my pasta, I said "yes", but I never saw the Parmesan... what a shame. The food was, as in every L'Osteria, solidly good. Unfortunately, the bruschetta was quite soft and not at all crispy...

We ate pizza here with the whole class today. Despite the beautiful sight of a brick wall, we still noticed the incredibly high prices for the drinks here. Despite there being 26 of us, the drinks and food came pretty quickly. The service was very patient but rather passively helpful. The taste of the food was okay, quite plentiful and appropriate for the price. We were just a little disappointed that our water for 7.50 euros wasn't brought by Ronald himself. All in all, really good if you like pizza. You have to know.
