We are always delighted with the service and the food. We love coming here.

The view from the terrace is beautiful, but the food, unfortunately, isn't. The shrimp salad is the same size as the side salad, the beef broth we ordered twice was missing one portion, the small bread plates were forgotten with the bread, and the bill, which we foolishly didn't check until later, included two items we neither ordered nor ate. The place seems to be geared toward tourists who will never come back anyway. A real shame.

A visit to the Bellevue is worthwhile for the magnificent view alone – unfortunately, the cuisine and service fall well short of expectations and don't match what the Maritim Hotel Cologne aims to be. The Bellevue restaurant at the Maritim Hotel Cologne thrives primarily on its location. Sitting on the roof terrace, overlooking the Rhine, Cologne Cathedral, and the skyline, you undoubtedly have one of the most beautiful views in the city. This very view was the highlight of our visit – and probably the reason why we came here. The ambiance, however, seems dated. Much is reminiscent of the 1980s, which, while charming, is simply no longer contemporary. Carpeting, old upholstered chairs, and a dated interior. The once elegant splendor that this restaurant must have once had has faded. Our evening's culinary experience was unfortunately mixed to the point of disappointment. The mixed appetizer platter consisted partly of store-bought, pickled products and seemed uninspired. Instead of the advertised bacon-wrapped dates, we were served prunes – mushy in texture and with no explanation or apology from the staff. Our inquiries went unanswered. The bread was served with dips that must have been poured into the bowl that morning and that had been left uncovered in the refrigerator, resulting in a hard, dark skin. When we asked which dip we had been served with the bread, the waiter had to inquire. The impression continued with the main courses: The fritto misto platter seemed carelessly presented, with a lot of dough and ready-made products, accompanied by tartar sauce from a standard kitchen. The linguine in truffle cream sauce was heavy and dominated by a ready-made, flavored sauce that quickly became too much. The goat cheese salad we ordered turned out to be a rather small portion with only two slices of cheese – far too little for the price. The service fluctuated between attentive and inattentive, seemed unprofessional in its processes, and lacked the necessary poise. We even had to actively request the dessert menu, which reinforced the overall rather poor impression. The final bill came to just under €160 for three people – a price that was in no way justified by the quality of the food and service. In conclusion: If you want to enjoy the spectacular view over Cologne, the Bellevue is the place to be. However, there is considerable room for improvement in the food and service. Currently, the visit is worth it almost exclusively for the view, rather than the culinary experience.

We stayed at the Maritim for two nights and wanted to have a drink on the terrace on Thursday at 8 p.m., the three of us (two adults and one child). Unfortunately, the gentleman turned us away, saying they were fully booked and there were no more seats available because of the BBQ. However, two adults were allowed in ahead of us. And there were also two empty tables to the side, which didn't have reservation signs or anything. When friends of ours called later, there was suddenly a free table. It was a shame, I guess we weren't dressed appropriately enough. Money doesn't stink!

Beautiful view, lackluster service, who you had to drag everything out of; coffee was super-automatic. The cake was OK. There were more wait staff than customers, but we still had to wait five minutes.

Yesterday, at 5:00 p.m., the two of us wanted something to eat and drink. Both the restaurant and the terrace were deserted, except for one table. Since all tables were supposedly reserved from 7:00 p.m. onwards, we weren't allowed to sit at a table with a view. When I asked why, the lazy, arrogant, and uncharming waiter replied, "I don't know how long you'll be sitting there..." I could have told him: Until exactly 6:45 p.m.!!! We wouldn't have needed any longer for a bottle of rosé champagne and snacks. We left the "Bellevue" like whipped dogs, hungry and thirsty. My companion used to rent the gallery at the Maritim and was horrified by what had become of this place. Keep up the good work with your 80s vintage ambiance!

I was only there to have a coffee at the rooftop bar. It's more of a chic restaurant than a bar. The service was very friendly; despite our request for "just" coffee, we were shown to a table and served courteously. However, the whole thing comes at a price: a double espresso for €7.00. Oh well.

Great Sunday brunch with friendly staff!

The food was really good but the service was with a little bit of lack of touch. Nobody at the entrance, super hot inside and outside, very unpersonalized service especially considering the location and what it looks like - looks fancy so we expect more.

Seats are empty but cannot serve anyone because the person is missing.

We ate here two days in a row as part of the half-board package. The first evening was a disaster. We waited almost two hours for our starter. Our drinks weren't brought for over half an hour. The waiters are friendly, but there's really no service here. The only good thing is the view. But that's about it.

An evening to forget. I only gave it the second star because of the fantastic view of the Rhine and the cathedral. The service was a disaster. We waited about 90 minutes for the main course. The food wasn't served with the requested side dishes, but rather as it was on the menu. After dinner, we spent another 25 minutes in the restaurant. During this time, it wasn't possible to clear our table. We gladly forwent coffee and dessert. When visiting a restaurant in this price range, you certainly expect something different. Absolutely not to be recommended.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal das Brunch-Angebot im Bellevue Restaurant des Hotel Maritim wahrgenommen. Empfang: freundlich durch den Restaurant-Leiter (?) Ambiente: schöner Platz mit Blick auf Dom und Rhein Der zum Empfang gereichte Sekt ließ lange auf sich warten und war nicht kühl genug – kein Genuss. Der größte Teil der angebotenen Speisen war geschmacklich gelungen, das wertemäßige Niveau war im mittleren Segment angesiedelt – also z.B. keine Austern oder Krevetten. Speisen wurden nur zögerlich oder gar nicht nachgefüllt. Meiner Frau habe ich die letzte Scheibe Lachs auf den Teller getan – ich nehme mir dann später. Dachte ich. Es gab kein später, den Lachs betreffend. Auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Leider waren die Dinge, die es auf dem Vorspeisenbuffet gab, nicht beschriftet. Es gab nur eine Tafel, auf der stand, was im Prinzip irgendwo angeboten wird. Wo und ob überhaupt vorhanden, blieb im Verborgenen. Bei den warmen Speisen fand ich einen Rest Fischfilets mit Garnelen vor – rein theoretisch, denn Garnelen waren keine zu sehen. Die Sauce in dem Warmhaltebehälter bestand aus einem angebackenen Rest. Zum Schweinefilet habe ich mir eine Portion Nudelauflauf genommen, Spaghetti mit einer leckeren getrüffelten Sauce. Störend war, dass die Oberfläche aus angetrockneten Nudeln bestand. Diese drahtartigen Geflechte musste ich aus dem Mund entfernen. Bei der eher bescheidenen Käseplatte mussten wir eingetrocknete Ränder abschneiden. Die Nachtische waren variantenreich und machten einen positiven Eindruck. An alkoholischen Getränken standen Bier sowie Weine aller drei Farben zur Verfügung – geschmacklich recht gut. Im Gegensatz zum Sekt waren die Rosé- und Weißweine auch gut gekühlt. Erfrischungsgetränke und Kaffee waren ebenfalls inkludiert – bei letzterem gab es leider keinen entkoffeinierten. Das Personal – wir haben nicht erkennen können, ob und welchen Grad der Qualifikation es hatte – war absolut charmresistent. Lächeln verboten! Kompetenz durchwachsen. Eine Bestellung wurde ganz vergessen, eine andere wurde falsch geliefert. Man hatte die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, unerwünscht zu sein. Dieses Gefühl erreichte seinen Höhepunkt, als wir um 14 Uhr informiert wurden, dass wir jetzt die letzte Order machen könnten! Die Veranstaltung endet um 14.30 Uhr!!!! Darauf angesprochen, erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass man um 14.30 sauber machen wolle!!

We went to Sunday brunch on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025. It was an exciting day. We were very impressed by the variety and presentation of the dishes. The buffet was lovingly explained by the chef. We were warmly welcomed and the birthday children were greeted with a handshake and escorted to the table. The service and ambience were excellent. The tables were lovingly prepared for the occasion. We have booked again for Easter Sunday. We can more than recommend the Skyline Brunch with a special view of the cathedral and the Rhine.

Unforgettable brunch after our wedding!! We booked a brunch buffet with our family and friends at this great restaurant after our civil wedding and it was just perfect! From start to finish we were completely pampered. The selection at the buffet was impressive. The team was incredibly attentive and warm, so we felt really comfortable. Everything was lovingly prepared, the quality of the food was first-class, and the atmosphere was simply fantastic - exactly what we wanted for this special day. Don't forget that you have a direct view of the cathedral. Simply fantastic!!!!

My partner and I went to the restaurant on my birthday, July 23, after we made a reservation through their website a few days earlier. As soon as we enter the establishment,the woman at the reception stares us all (being nevertheless very well dressed, and being accustomed to star establishments) ,she approaches us, not a "good evening" "just a yes...? Pedant as it is not allowed. We specify that we have a reservation. Answer from her? Laughing and taking us high "no" .My companion and I remain confused. "No, you have no reservation" she said, your name does not appear. We show her the confirmation of the reservation. I specify a detail, which has all its importance: the restaurant is almost empty! Maybe 15% of the tables are occupied. Instead of just saying, "we certainly had a problem when booking, but we’ll get you settled right away." If we hadn’t insisted, she would literally leave us at the restaurant door! Fortunately, his colleague who served us was much more pleasant, although it took almost 15 minutes ( for an empty restaurant) to bring us the menus... I rarely leave reviews, but we felt so unwelcome that I couldn’t let it go.

Mi pareja y yo fuimos al restaurante el día de mi cumpleaños, 23 de julio , después de que hiciéramos una reserva a través de su página web unos días antes. Nada más entrar en el establecimiento, la mujer tiene la recepción nos mira fijamente a todos (estando sin embargo muy bien vestidos, y estando acostumbrados a establecimientos estrella) , se nos acerca, no una "buenas noches" "solo un sí...? Pedante ya que no está permitido. Especificamos que tenemos una reserva. ¿Respuesta de ella? Riendo y llevándonos alto "no" Mi compañero y yo seguimos confundidos. —No, no tienes reserva —dijo ella, tu nombre no aparece. Le mostramos la confirmación de la reserva. Preciso un detalle, que tiene toda su importancia: ¡el restaurante está casi vacío! Quizá el 15 % de las mesas están ocupadas. En lugar de decir: "Ciertamente tuvimos un problema al reservar, pero te instalaremos de inmediato. " Si no hubiéramos insistido, ¡literalmente nos dejaría en la puerta del restaurante! Afortunadamente, su colega que nos atendió fue mucho más agradable, aunque tardó casi 15 minutos (para un restaurante vacío) en traernos los menús. . . Rara vez dejo reseñas, pero nos sentimos tan inoportunos que no podía dejarlo pasar.

Booked for a customer meal and the service was poor, no notification that the kitchen was closing leaving us unable to have desert. One of our customers also had their entire meal forgotten and ended up eating alone. There was no apology or compensation for this abhorrent occurance

Highly recommended. We stayed at Bellevue in the Maritim Hotel in the evening for 2 days. We were served very courteously and friendly. Thank you for that. This is not a given. We had a lot of fun. The food and drinks are excellent. Today we had the beef fillet with balsamic jus and the linguine with shrimp. An absolute delight. Delicious. Dessert consisted of the tiramisu and the chocolate cup. Simply delicious. The view of the cathedral and the Rhine is sensational. Everything is harmonious here and you feel welcome and in good hands.

Currywurst was totally overpriced at €13 and not tasty. In addition, the portion was far too small. The poorly trained service is totally overwhelmed with normal operations - resulting in incomplete orders and slow drink orders. As we left the store, a little mouse ran along the counter. The restaurant absolutely does not meet the standards that the mercure should set and gives the impression of inferior quality. No recommendation from me!

After my civil wedding, I had a small celebration here with the family. The tables were elegantly decorated down to the last detail and created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly, which made the day even more enjoyable. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Overall it was an unforgettable day in a perfect setting. I would highly recommend this place for special occasions.

We - two adults and two children - come here regularly for Mother's Day brunch. Even though we tried a different restaurant last year, we always come back here and have already made reservations for next year. This year the highlight at the dessert buffet: “Sweet Kölsch!

Nice Cologne atmosphere with good food. However, they couldn't completely convince us there because unfortunately we couldn't find a sommelier.

The Sunday brunch was very good. Unusual buffets and lots of choice. Very nice and attentive staff. The view, at least if you have a table at the window towards the cathedral, is great. However, the access to the restaurant and the toilets could use some renovation. Parking is easy in the hotel's own parking garage, although typically expensive in Cologne. We received a bottle of champagne and a card for our birthday. A recommendation from us.

Visit on March 3rd, 2024: We were given a voucher for our wedding. The visit to Bellevue was absolutely disappointing. The price-performance ratio for brunch (Euro 75 per person - period 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.) is absolutely not right. We simply expected more. Confused champagne with sparkling wine, selection of food not exceptional, vegetables without hollandaise sauce or comparable sauces, service is not present and has no idea (the waiter's question literally: Do you "want" a wine? - probably temporary workers), we have waiters with sneakers We had never experienced upscale restaurants before, when we asked if we could pay we were rudely asked to go to the checkout, where we were asked if the voucher was for 2 people (it was on the voucher), no thank you for the visit or anything else Nice thing to finish: Parking fees for 2 1/2 hours = Euro 10.50, unbelievable. Conclusion: the view of the Rhine is positive, otherwise you can forget everything. We would have expected more from a Maritim. And you shouldn't give the brunch away as a voucher if you don't want to embarrass yourself. If the Maritim now writes that they are sorry and that they should try again, then that is a standard answer (see other reviews). Instead of writing, you should try making changes or improvements. We couldn't recommend brunch at Bellevue more highly and we're certainly not the pickiest people.

From the outside it makes a good impression. The inside is unknown to me.

Rhine Energy meeting took place. The food selection was manageable. I remember that more was offered. Otherwise nice hall. The service was good.

Top Adresse für einen Sonntagslunch über den Dächern von Köln.

Ich war mit meiner Mutter sonntags beim Skyline Lunch im Maritim. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Rhein (bzw. Rhein und Dom). Wir wurden mit einem Glas Sekt empfangen und an unseren Tisch gebracht. Der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Alles ist als Buffet angerichtet aber man kam sich nie in die Quere. Es gab verschiedene Weine bzw. Kölsch und Softdrinks. Die Vorspeisen habe mich schon schwer beeindruckt, was mit den verschiedenen Hauptgängen und Dessert nicht nachgelassen hat. Hervorzuheben ist das Kölsch-Desser: hier wird ein in einem Kölschglas angerichtetes Dessert serviert, bestehend aus 2 Teilen Apfelsaft und 1 Teil Kölsch, geliert und mit Mascarpone als Schaum. Wow!! Geschmacklich 1A und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Für mich ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung und es war jeden Cent wert.

Klasse Weihnachtsfeier der Firma dort. Top Location, toller Service, Essen. Einzig der Abschied, Licht an, Schicht, war etwas abrupt.

Erstmalig waren wir zum BBQ und waren sehr begeistert. Die Speisen vom Grill und Buffet waren sehr gut und wir werden im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen, wenn wieder BBQ Saison ist. Der Service war etwas schwach besetzt, was die Manpower anbelangt - dafür aber sehr zuvorkommend. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Ich war ein paar Stunden vor Schließung hier. Cocktails waren nicht mein Geschmack, außer dass mir der Wein gefiel. Tolle Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt. +War das zweite Mal, aber am Nachmittag.. es war unvergesslich! Leckeres Essen.

Ate here with colleagues at Gamescom. Food was excellent and the view is stunning from the rooftop terrace. Beef carpaccio was very nice, and the grilled salmon perfectly cooked. Would recommend to others.

Avoid at all cost. After 90 minutes of waiting for the order I received an information that the food will be served “soon” after the starters. And the waiters were still serving other few tables at the terrace. I know better ways of wasting the time.

Such a nice location and view! Unfortunately the food is not up to that level, both in term of menu ,(extremely simple) than quality. It would take so little to make it a great location were to eat rather than just a great location were to be...

De menu kaart a la carte, was karig, 4 hoofdgerechten. De steak was goed, maar geen champignon of peperromnsaus, alleen kruidenboter, terwijk bij het ontbijt wel champignons waren. Zelfs geen vol eau vent te verkrijgen, of spaghetti. A la carte kaart is zeer karig voor 4 sterren hotel. Een Martini Rosso on the Rocks kan men er nuet krijgen. Spijtig.

Servizio lento e non all’altezza del rapporto qualità prezzo. Contesto piuttosto elegante ma sevizio da trattoria: lentezza, poca attenzione ( prima proposta di seduta ad un tavolo sparecchiato alla meglio e con tovaglia sporca) e unica tipologia di bicchiere per ogni tipo di vino. Cibo nella media ma con prezzi la cui unica motivazione è la vista panoramica.

Außer der Aussicht aus der Dachterrasse hat mir das Restaurant nicht gefallen. Ich hatte eine sehr lange Wartezeit auf mein Hauptgericht

Disappointing! 9 euros for a soup sized like a sample. viennese schnitzel - should be crispy, not soggy soft. Side dish is a potato salad full of mayonnaise, left it all. And, no one asked if food was OK, even when the plate is left half full. Bellow expectations. And, for management reply, leave it. Do, dont promise!

In einem fantastischen Ambiente „über den Dächern von Köln“ eine herrliches Menü genießen. Egal ob zum Mittag- oder Abendessen oder vielleicht auch nur zur Kaffeezeit - es lohnt sich auf den Fall ins Maritim zu kommen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Wenn das Wetter noch mitspielt und die Terrasse geöffnet ist, so wird es ein gelungener Besuch. Selbstverständlich waren auch die Mitarbeiter im Hotel und Restaurant äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer gerne hier ins Hotel!

Mehr Schein als Sein... Das Ambiente ist wirklich toll. Wenn man dann die Preise und die Speisen sieht hat man eine echt hohe Erwartung. Leider erwarte ich bei knapp 200,- für 4 Personen einfach mehr. Vielleicht hatten wir Pech und der Hauptkoch hatte Urlaub oder wir sind einfach anderes gewohnt. Leider waren alle Speisen nicht gewürzt und daher sehr fade vom Geschmack. Einen Cocktail der 11,- kostet 0,2 l, wo die Hälfte aus Eis besteht, ist schon sehr heftig fast frech... 2 Sterne weil der Service ok war und das Ambiente super ist.

Essen leider eher nicht so toll... Den Burger gibt es in den meisten Burgerläden besser... Pommes dazu versalzen und lasch... Meine zwei Begleiter waren vom Grill Buffet für den Preis leider auch sehr enttäuscht... Und der Service... naja... mehrfach wurden bestellte Getränke nicht gebracht... Erst auf erneute Nachfrage... Und über 90 Minuten kam dann überhaupt niemand mehr fragen ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten... naja... wenn man kein Geld verdienen möchte... Ausblick Mega... aber für uns leider nicht mehr... Schade und enttäuscht

BBQ Buffet 45€/Person. Leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Auf dem Grill nur preiswerte Ware. Beilagen jedes Jahr weniger und schlechter. Dies war mein vierter und letzter Besuch beim BBQ Buffet. Schade. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist natürlich nicht zu Toppen.

Grill BBQ Buffet kostet mittlerweile 45€, was ja auch in Ordnung wäre wenn die Menge an Auswahl und die Qualität gleich geblieben wäre. Wir waren zum vierten Mal da und waren absolut enttäuscht vom essen!! Super wenig Auswahl! Nudelsalat, Kartoffelsalat, Schweinefilet fehlten obwohl es auf der Karte stand.. Wir kommen leider nicht mehr wieder!

Nous avons mangé au restaurant belle vue avec m'a compagne, cadre très sympathique avec vue sur la cathédrale dommage la route juste en dessous. Nous avions pris le menu avec le restaurant du coup le prix reste abordable et très bon manque peut être de quantité avec des cocktails a 12€ le mojito 10€ la bouteille d'eau là je trouve les prix abusif.

Das Restaurant Bellevue ist zweifellos ein Juwel in der kulinarischen Szene Kölns. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einen unvergesslichen Abend mit leckeren Cocktails und mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Kölner Dom zu erleben. Der Blick auf den Dom war einfach atemberaubend. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einer privilegierten Lage, die einen unvergleichlichen Panoramablick auf dieses architektonische Meisterwerk bietet. Der Anblick des Domturms, der sich majestätisch über die Stadt erhebt, verleiht dem gastronomischen Erlebnis eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Der Service im Bellevue verdient höchstes Lob. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Sie waren nicht nur fachkundig und professionell, sondern auch herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Highlight meines Besuchs im Bellevue war zweifellos der unvergleichliche Blick auf den Kölner Dom. Während des Sonnenuntergangs wurde die Skyline von Köln in ein goldenes Licht getaucht, und ich konnte die Schönheit dieses architektonischen Meisterwerks in vollen Zügen genießen. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir das Glück ein Feuerwerk gegen 23Uhr zu sehen. Es war ein magischer Moment, den ich für immer in Erinnerung behalten werde. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant Bellevue empfehlen. Es bietet nicht nur ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau, sondern auch einen Blick, der seinesgleichen sucht. Für besondere Anlässe, romantische Abende ist das Bellevue die perfekte Wahl. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch, um erneut diesen besonderen Ort zu erleben.

The restaurant is situated on the top floor in a very old fashioned building. Also the interior of the restaurant brings you back to a period of 25 years ago. The outside terrace though has a beautiful view over the Rhine river and Cologne. We were the only guests at that moment. Service was a bit inexperienced and slow. Food was good, but very classical

Super resto, nous y avons passé la soirée en amoureux en ayant vu une promotion sur "The Fork" et nous avons passé une superbe soirée. Les apéritifs sont délicieux et originaux, nous avons pris les brushettas, que dire si ce n'est qu'elles étaient délicieuses. En plat nous avons prit un rumpsteak et les tagliatelle aux scampis encore une fois rien à redire bref, vous connaissez la suite. La vue est superbe et le peronnel très agréable et professionel ! Ce fut une superbe soirée en amoureux !

Das Ende einer Ära. Seit nunmehr 10 Jahren kommen wir zum Muttertagsbrunch (seit letztem Jahr Lunch) ins Restaurant Bellevue. Dies war ein Fixpunkt im Jahr und wir haben uns jedes Jahr aufs Neue darauf gefreut. So auch dieses Jahr. Aber was uns geboten wurde war einfach nur traurig. Statt dem Glas Champagner so wie letztes Jahr (der Unterschied zum "normalen" Lunch) gab es Sekt. Nun, ein guter Sekt kann es durchaus mit einem schlechten Champagner aufnehmen, jedoch... Und dann bitte auch im Internetauftritt exakt so darstellen. Die Auswahl an Vorspeisen war nur ca 60% von dem was früher geboten wurde. Sehr schade. Der Hauptgang war eine Enttäuschung. Anstatt dem leckeren Roastbeef gab es Kalbsrücken, Der Spargel mit Sauce Hollandaise war ohne Sauce Hollandaise und andere "Kleinigkeiten" an Enttäuschungen die sich leider zu einem grossen Ganzen zusammenfügten. Die Dessertauswahl war gut, der Apfelstrudel lecker aber die dazu gereichte Vanillesosse leider nicht "vorhanden", geschmacklich meine ich. Zum Service muss ich leider bemerken dass auch dieser nicht vorhanden war. Einen Herrn habe ich gesehen der hat sich den Wein sogar selber am Servicepoint geholt. In einem Restaurant dieser Klasse erwarte ich dass man sich "umsorgt" fühlt. Leider nicht der Fall. Unmöglich, wäre Frau Heller vor Ort gewesen. Die einem IMMER das Gefühl gegeben hat, ein Gast zu sein! Nun mag man vielleicht von dieser Rezession sagen, "oh mein Gott ist diese Frau pingelig"- vielleicht. Ich würde sagen nein- eher nicht! Denn für 89€ pro Person erwarte ich auch Dementsprechendes. Liebes Bellevue, es waren schöne 10 Jahre, aber nun ist es Zeit zu gehen.

Wir waren heute zum Brunch, tolle Location, super Service, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und weil heute Muttertag ist, gab es auch noch eine Rose. Vielen Dank für den tollen Tag!!

Waren zum Brunch. Es war köstlich und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tisch auf der Dachterrasse mit einem phantastischen Ausblick.

Der Skyline Lunch war einfach schön. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Aussicht ist ein Traum & die Kellner/Köche sind alle super gut gelaunt & einfach nir nett. Vielen lieben Dank dafür😊

Ich hatte meine Familie zum Brunchen eingeladen. Besonders freundlich wurden wir empfangen und zum Tisch geleitet. Wie vorher besprochen mit Blick auf den Dom. Zu Beginn wurden Sekt und Softgetränke gereicht. Eine reichhaltige Getränkeauswahl und erlesene Weine inbegriffen. Das Personal super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Auch Kinder sind sehr willkommen. Für den Säugling wurde nachgefragt, ob etwas Bestimmtes benötigt oder warm gemacht werden soll. Dem Dreijährigen wurden vom Chefkoch Fritten unter einer Haube mit Ketchup und Mayo serviert. Am Buffet wurden uns die Speisen erklärt. Es war nicht dicht gedrängt, für jeden und jeden Geschmack alles vorhanden, wirklich perfekt. Für das Parkhaus haben wir 4,-- Euro gezahlt. Wenn es noch mehr als 5 Sterne gäbe, das Bellevue hätte sie verdient.

Honestly didn’t know the lunch was a buffet so was disappointed right from the beginning, the food also was pretty average, the service was nice so that could save it a bit. Amazing views but in general I don’t think is a good value for the money.

Waren heute das dritte Mal zum Brunch! Und unsere Erwartungen sind 3x in jeder Beziehung erfüllt worden! Immer wieder!

VORSICHT : magendarm vorprogrammiert Gestern war meine letzte Mahlzeit im Restaurant und nächsten morgen ging mir sehr schlecht das ein Arzt kommen müsste . Es lag am das essen. Ich kann vor diesen Restaurant nur warmen. Wer gesund bleiben möchte sucht sich besser ein anderes Restaurant. LG an die unfreundliche Kellnerin die (am 09.092021 um 20:30 Uhr )die unsere Hauptspeise vergessen hat , sich danach nicht mal entschuldigt hat und Nachhinein wünsche ich mir das essen wäre nie angekommen. , das wäre mir die kotzerei erspart geblieben.

Das personal sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick phänomenal. Auf den Rhein, auf den Dom . . . zum Wohlfühlen. Das Essen . . . na ja. Es sollte ja preiswert sein, dann zahlt man auch 9,50EUR für eine Flasche Wasser und 5,80EUR für einen doppelten Espresso. Aber das Essen wird den Preisen nicht annähernd gerecht. Das war nix Besonderes. Das Ambiente macht vieles, aber eben nicht Alles wett. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis . . . Nicht mehr!

If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy a sunset and take some gorgeous pictures this a great option. However, if you are going for food, drinks and service you might be slightly disappointed. While the food was ok it was not memorable and honestly a bit overpriced, and while our server was good... She was also the hostess! The restaurant was so understaffed they didn't even have time to spare for a picture! 4 servers and the hostess for half the restaurant.

Heel teleurstellend, precies een flashback naar de jaren 80 (not in a good way!) Het eten en drinken was niets speciaals en de bediening leek niet veel ervaring te hebben..... maar op het einde van de avond met 2 personen toch 90 euro kwijt

DasRestaurant Bellevue im Hotel Maritim kann punkten mit seiner tollen Terrasse im Sommer wo es Abends sehr angenehm ist zu sitzen. Das Personal ist freundlich aber an meinem Abend sehr hektisch gewesen. Das Besteck musste ich 3x zum Teil ausgetauscht bekommen weil irgendwelche Flecken und Schutz noch daran sich befand. Das Essen ist gut aber ich musste mehrfach nach würzen weil die Küche dies wohl vergessen hat. Ein zweites Mal muss ich dort nicht mehr hin gehen, dafür gibt es in Köln schönere und bessere Restaurants

Das Brunch Buffet erfüllt alle Wünsche, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Haben den 80 Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert und alle Gäste waren sehr zufrieden.

Voll , unruhig und hektisch Brunch ist nicht zu empfehlen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht. In der Kölschen Stuff minimale Speisekarte und unfreundliche Bedienung! Man merkt sofort das hier an qualifizierten Personal gespart wir. Oft nur Aushilfskräfte die auf die Kunden losgelassen werden. Also nicht Empfehlenswert.

Elegant und edel. Eine sehr ehrliche und angenehme Küche wo das Essen so schmeckt wie es eigentlich schmecken soll.

Die Flexibilität und die Freundlichkeit der Führungskräfte sind leider ausbaufähig. Unsere Bedienung war aber sehr aufmerksam und das Buffet war sehr gut. Daher nur drei Sterne...

Wieder ein sehr schöner Abend mit fantastischem Ausblick.

Toller Brunch mit riesen Buffetauswahl. Die Getränke inkl Sekt sind im Preis mit dabei. Dennoch finde ich 59€ schon ziemlich viel, wenn man es mit anderen (auch guten) Brunch Restaurants vergleicht. Dafür bekommt man aber hier von Sushi bis Lachs bis Creme Brulé wirklich alles geboten.

We booked a table. Because of the food fair (Anuga) they had two set menus. Even so it took 2 full hours for the main course to arrive, by which time we were not even hungry anyway. The soup was a disaster, the pasta barely better. Not to recommend. Try a Bierhaus around the corner. Shameful!

La comida es buena, pero solo entregan dos opciones de menú. Tiene bonita vista.

Update: um 14 Uhr wurde wieder nachgelegt haben von 3 auf 4 Sterne erhöht Leider war schon ab 13:15 der Hauptgang des Brunches leer Qualität gut aber das sollte nicht passieren wenn die Endzeit 15:00 ist

Wie immer war der Sonntagsbrunch sehr gut. Hervorragende Speisen. Flotte freundliche Bedienung. Einfach super.

Der Service war hervorragend, ebenso wie das Ambiente und tolle Aussicht ! Die Vorspeißen und das Dessert waren köstlich. Bei unseren Hauptspeißen hat leider etwas der Pepp gefehlt.
