The plates have always been delicious, but the price-performance ratio is really very poor. The plate originally cost 10.90 and now costs 13.90. 14 euros for some pasta, chicken and salad. There isn't even a drink included, because then it would be proportionate and fair. Grab and go is much better. You practically pay 7 euros more for the salad and the plate

I was in the Gagava restaurant for the first time today and was actually very positively surprised. The card reader didn't work, but the order was prepared quickly and tasted very good. In terms of price, the whole thing was okay at 13.90 euros for a menu with the option of being able to buy a drink for 1 euro more. I think it's a fair offer, even for the quality of the food. The ambience is also very nice. Everything is in very good condition. It was clean and all the ingredients such as dressing were still available on the tables.

The food here was great – fresh, tasty and flavorful. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The staff, especially Evelin and Melis, were also super friendly. Gladly again!

I only give 3 stars for the ambience because the restaurant is located in a shopping center and is therefore a bit small, but otherwise quite ok. There is also no service because there is a beeper, but since my mozzarella sticks weren't ready yet, they were brought to my table. The food was delicious and very inexpensive. With the barbecue chicken you get 3 side dishes: pesto noodles, fries and salad; the meat was very tender. Unfortunately you can't see in the photo how much chicken was on the salad because I had already eaten half of it, but there was enough ;) My Colonia Schnitzel plate tasted great and it was a large portion. The sauce was charged extra.

The side dishes taste terrible! The noodles are not made with fresh herbs but with a ready-made seasoning, the cheap salad from the bag comes without dressing. It's a shame about the money.

Very tasty food and extremely friendly and competent service staff. Food basically without chemicals at quite reasonable prices. Four of us had dinner with friends and the concert impressed us.

The marinated meat was overcooked. The outer layer was too dry. Fries were very good. Salad is too monotonous

The restaurant is situated inside the Kalk Arcaden shopping mall on the underground floor. The restaurant serves halal meat. We tried spicy tavuk (chicken) pasta, which was very delicious, juicy, and flavourful. They gave a lot of foods. The only drawback is that the salad comes without any salad dressing. You may need to add extra salt. The place was always busy. They take cash and EC cards both. The price is moderate, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. I recommend this restaurant for Turkish style pasta meal. They also serve beef and salad bowls.

I would like to give 0 stars. Dirty tables that you had to clean yourself, I wanted my breaded chicken to be a little spicy, but that wasn't possible. Service poor. No choice of sauce for the meat, also poor, but the big hit was the soggy fries, unfortunately there was no fries seasoning or normal salt here either - it was just fundamentally bad, just €15 thrown in the trash.

The food at Gagava on site is delicious and high quality. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with the delivery service. The food, especially the meat, didn't taste nearly as good as it did on site. (It has nothing to do with hot/cold) It's a shame that the quality of the delivery service can't keep up.

Alles war top. Fatma war auch sehr freundlich sehr gut gelaunt und immer ein nettes Lächeln gehabt. Würde gerne öfters kommen.

I recently visited Gagava and would like to share my experience. First of all the service was very efficient; The order was taken quickly and the food arrived in no time. Unfortunately my main course was a disappointment. It seemed like it was literally stuck to the pan and had an incredibly strong, unpleasant sour taste that made the entire dish inedible. The pasta on my plate, however, was excellently prepared and tasted delicious. However, the salad left a lot to be desired and was a bit bland and carelessly prepared. Overall, my visit to the Gagava Restaurant was unfortunately not satisfactory. There is certainly room for improvement, particularly in the preparation of the main courses and the presentation of the side dishes. I hope future visits will be better.

The staff and atmosphere were good. But some pieces of meat were either burnt or undercooked. It might be good if the cook or cooks would turn the meat in the pan every now and then😁

For those who live in a different country in Europe and miss the tastes of Türkiye. Friends, there is no such taste. I preferred veal. I don't understand how they marinate the meat or sauce it. An incredible taste. Portions are incredibly large. I congratulate the employees in the kitchen. Even though their work is very tiring, they are very successful and very friendly. I wish they open a branch in Valencia👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Food is freshly prepared to order, which is not always common for system restaurants. P/L and portion size for a common menu (12.50€ on average) is good. Unfortunately longer waiting times, probably also because of Ramadan. If you like chicken you will find many variations here.

Whenever I have to go to the arcade, I always try to eat here. The food is always freshly prepared, the chicken dish is juicy and I can highly recommend the version with sweet chilli. The salad comes unseasoned, but you can find the necessary ingredients on the tables to dress your salad yourself as desired. I also think it's good value for money. Since the space isn't that big, it can be a bit cramped or you have to wait for others to get up. Otherwise, I think the ambience is very good given the circumstances. The waiting time has always been okay so far. A restaurant chain in Turkey that we also love offers a similar concept. That's why I think it's great that there is a similar alternative here in Germany. And it’s even Halal!👍🏼 So all in all, highly recommended👌🏼

Went here for the 4th time, actually everything was ok and tasty but today I got food where the sauce was bad, it was the cream, I kindly informed the people in the kitchen who looked at me like a car, very unprofessional, I come from the catering industry myself and You usually apologize and give the guest something new. I was just told that they would do it as usual and I would never come back here

We went shopping in the Köln Acarden and had lunch here. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. The portions were large, we couldn't finish everything. The dining area clean and tidy. However, the atmosphere is not exactly quiet due to the large number of people shopping and eating. But as written, the staff and food get a grade 1

Haben hier Penne gegessen. Geschmacklich hat es nach nichts geschmeckt. Die soße war auch wässerig. Es gab auch leider kein Parmesan mehr, aber das war nicht so schlimm.

Sehr leckeres Essen, frisch zubereitet. Ich komme regelmäßig in dieses Restaurant. Tolle Köche, die das Essen sehr dekorativ gestalten. Zudem sind die Portionen sehr groß. Weiter so, ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Geflügel Varianten ist groß. Von Hühnchen Curry bis hin zum Hähnchen Schnitzel. Beilage zur Auswahl sind Nudeln, Reis oder Pommes. Die Nudeln werden mit einer hausgemachten sauce serviert. Sehr empfehlenswert. Essen zum mitnehmen und Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Hier gehen wir gerne hin zum essen.

Sehr unhygienisch, dreckige Tische + stühle man ekelt sich Davor sich hinzusetzen Wer weiss wie es hinten in der küche ist. Anstatt die preise der gerichte zu erhöhen würde ich empfehlen sich mehr um die hygiene zu kümmern.

Gutes preis Leistung Verhältnis dadurch das ich in der Mobilität eingeschränkt bin, bekam meine Begleitung und ich alles sehr freundlich an den Platz gebracht, egal welche sehr freundliche Dame an der Kasse ist. Vielen Dank dafür und Grüße Kommen wir sehr gerne wieder LG aus Porz, wo schnell und frisch das Essen auch schon mal beliefert worden

Salat war nicht frisch und extrem trocken. Sieht mir eher aus wie ein Fertigsalat. Nudeln waren in Ordnung so wie die Sauce. Fleisch war halt 0185. Standard Trockenes Hähnchenfleisch. Preise sind aber für die Menge in Ordnung. Service naja.
