The side dishes taste terrible! The noodles are not made with fresh herbs but with a ready-made seasoning, the cheap salad from the bag comes without dressing. It's a shame about the money.

The restaurant is situated inside the Kalk Arcaden shopping mall on the underground floor. The restaurant serves halal meat. We tried spicy tavuk (chicken) pasta, which was very delicious, juicy, and flavourful. They gave a lot of foods. The only drawback is that the salad comes without any salad dressing. You may need to add extra salt. The place was always busy. They take cash and EC cards both. The price is moderate, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. I recommend this restaurant for Turkish style pasta meal. They also serve beef and salad bowls.

I would like to give 0 stars. Dirty tables that you had to clean yourself, I wanted my breaded chicken to be a little spicy, but that wasn't possible. Service poor. No choice of sauce for the meat, also poor, but the big hit was the soggy fries, unfortunately there was no fries seasoning or normal salt here either - it was just fundamentally bad, just €15 thrown in the trash.

The food at Gagava on site is delicious and high quality. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with the delivery service. The food, especially the meat, didn't taste nearly as good as it did on site. (It has nothing to do with hot/cold) It's a shame that the quality of the delivery service can't keep up.

Alles war top. Fatma war auch sehr freundlich sehr gut gelaunt und immer ein nettes Lächeln gehabt. Würde gerne öfters kommen.

The staff and atmosphere were good. But some pieces of meat were either burnt or undercooked. It might be good if the cook or cooks would turn the meat in the pan every now and then😁

I recently visited Gagava and would like to share my experience. First of all the service was very efficient; The order was taken quickly and the food arrived in no time. Unfortunately my main course was a disappointment. It seemed like it was literally stuck to the pan and had an incredibly strong, unpleasant sour taste that made the entire dish inedible. The pasta on my plate, however, was excellently prepared and tasted delicious. However, the salad left a lot to be desired and was a bit bland and carelessly prepared. Overall, my visit to the Gagava Restaurant was unfortunately not satisfactory. There is certainly room for improvement, particularly in the preparation of the main courses and the presentation of the side dishes. I hope future visits will be better.

For those who live in a different country in Europe and miss the tastes of Türkiye. Friends, there is no such taste. I preferred veal. I don't understand how they marinate the meat or sauce it. An incredible taste. Portions are incredibly large. I congratulate the employees in the kitchen. Even though their work is very tiring, they are very successful and very friendly. I wish they open a branch in Valencia👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Food is freshly prepared to order, which is not always common for system restaurants. P/L and portion size for a common menu (12.50€ on average) is good. Unfortunately longer waiting times, probably also because of Ramadan. If you like chicken you will find many variations here.

die Pommes waren kalt. Das Hühnerfleisch nur mit Tabasko gewürzt, und der Salat war ohne Salatsosse. Alles in allem nicht sehr lecker.

Whenever I have to go to the arcade, I always try to eat here. The food is always freshly prepared, the chicken dish is juicy and I can highly recommend the version with sweet chilli. The salad comes unseasoned, but you can find the necessary ingredients on the tables to dress your salad yourself as desired. I also think it's good value for money. Since the space isn't that big, it can be a bit cramped or you have to wait for others to get up. Otherwise, I think the ambience is very good given the circumstances. The waiting time has always been okay so far. A restaurant chain in Turkey that we also love offers a similar concept. That's why I think it's great that there is a similar alternative here in Germany. And it’s even Halal!👍🏼 So all in all, highly recommended👌🏼

Went here for the 4th time, actually everything was ok and tasty but today I got food where the sauce was bad, it was the cream, I kindly informed the people in the kitchen who looked at me like a car, very unprofessional, I come from the catering industry myself and You usually apologize and give the guest something new. I was just told that they would do it as usual and I would never come back here

When I order food, it's usually only from here. The noodles and the chicken offer the palate an extraordinary taste experience. Rarely have I dined on such tender chicken, coated in a marinade that resembles heaven entering.

We went shopping in the Köln Acarden and had lunch here. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. The portions were large, we couldn't finish everything. The dining area clean and tidy. However, the atmosphere is not exactly quiet due to the large number of people shopping and eating. But as written, the staff and food get a grade 1

Haben hier Penne gegessen. Geschmacklich hat es nach nichts geschmeckt. Die soße war auch wässerig. Es gab auch leider kein Parmesan mehr, aber das war nicht so schlimm.

Preis-Leistung derbe schlecht !

Sehr leckeres Essen, frisch zubereitet. Ich komme regelmäßig in dieses Restaurant. Tolle Köche, die das Essen sehr dekorativ gestalten. Zudem sind die Portionen sehr groß. Weiter so, ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Beim Ambiente gebe ich nur 3 Sterne da das Restaurant sich in einem Einkaufszentrum befindet und deshalb etwas klein ist, ansonsten aber ganz ok. Es gibt auch kein Service da mit einem Beeper gearbeitet wird, doch da meine Mozzarella Sticks noch nicht fertig waren, brachte man sie mir an den Tisch. Das Essen war sehr lecker und sehr preiswert. Man bekommt beim Barbecue Chicken 3 Beilagen und zwar Pestonudeln, Pommes und Salat; das Fleisch war sehr zart. Auf dem Foto sieht man leider nicht mehr wieviel Hühnchen auf dem Salat war, da ich die Hälfte schon verspeist hatte, es war aber ausreichend vorhanden ;)

Sehr nette Bedienung und sehr lecker essen

Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Geflügel Varianten ist groß. Von Hühnchen Curry bis hin zum Hähnchen Schnitzel. Beilage zur Auswahl sind Nudeln, Reis oder Pommes. Die Nudeln werden mit einer hausgemachten sauce serviert. Sehr empfehlenswert. Essen zum mitnehmen und Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Hier gehen wir gerne hin zum essen.

Sehr unhygienisch, dreckige Tische + stühle man ekelt sich Davor sich hinzusetzen Wer weiss wie es hinten in der küche ist. Anstatt die preise der gerichte zu erhöhen würde ich empfehlen sich mehr um die hygiene zu kümmern.

Gutes preis Leistung Verhältnis dadurch das ich in der Mobilität eingeschränkt bin, bekam meine Begleitung und ich alles sehr freundlich an den Platz gebracht, egal welche sehr freundliche Dame an der Kasse ist. Vielen Dank dafür und Grüße Kommen wir sehr gerne wieder LG aus Porz, wo schnell und frisch das Essen auch schon mal beliefert worden

Salat war nicht frisch und extrem trocken. Sieht mir eher aus wie ein Fertigsalat. Nudeln waren in Ordnung so wie die Sauce. Fleisch war halt 0185. Standard Trockenes Hähnchenfleisch. Preise sind aber für die Menge in Ordnung. Service naja.

Peor imposible. Hora y media hasta que apareció la comida y porque pedí la hola de reclamaciones. Cuando trajeron aquel filete de pollo, crudo completamente por dentro y quemado hasta producir amargor por fuera, le pregunté a la encargada si era una tomadura de pelo. Tanta vergüenza le dió que ni me lo cobró. En definitiva... a las 4 de la tarde pagas casi 18€ de un agua, una coca cola y un entrante basado en patatas fritas y te vas sin comer para casa. Hallo, Ehrlich gesagt war es nicht der Hammer. Die Preise sehr übertrieben. Für Champion sauce extra 3,50 Euro berechnen ist schon übertrieben. 5x 15ml Ketchup kosten 1,50€. Salat mit einer kleinen Tomate 🍅 und 1 olive. Schnitzel sehr klein und sehr dunkel. Schade eigentlich. Hatte nur gutes gehört und wollte mich eigentlich davon überzeugen aber war leider nicht der fall.

Ganz ehrlich als ich die Speisekarte gelesen habe dachte ich mir hier muss ich essen, dann lese ich die Tafel wo drauf steht „“wir marinieren unser Fleisch mit unseren einzigartigen Gewürzen und lassen es 12-14 Stunden ziehen“ sowas in der Art. Ich hab schon gesabbert als ich auf das Essen gewartet habe. Dann kam diese Hänchen was schön zart war aber kein Geschmack hatte Nudeln Sahne Sauce joa war auch ganz ok aber hat auch nach nichts geschmeckt und dann kam salat Beilage von Aldi Tüte ohne Oliven Öl ohne Essig kein Dressing nix. Salat aus Tüte raus geholt gewaschen auf Teller getan. Und 13 Euro finde ich zu viel dafür. Die an der Kasse war nett.Hätte ich diese Tafel nicht gelesen hätte ich 3 sterne gegeben weil ich keine große Erwartungen hätte und preis war auch zu teuer.
