This place is immaculate, and the owner and staff are incredibly friendly. The food is simply delectable, particularly the doner! It’s the best I’ve ever tasted. The meat is fresh, the fries are crispy, and the vegetables are also fresh. They speak English, so it’s definitely worth a visit!

A truly outstanding kebab shop! The bread and meat are freshly made in-house, and you can taste the difference immediately. The counter is always clean and tidy. For example, the dürüm is large, generously filled, and perfectly rolled so that nothing falls apart. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Highly recommended!

I've enjoyed buying my kebab here for years, but unfortunately, the taste is really bad anymore. The meat is so far from crispy that I wonder if it's even cooked through... Always nice and friendly, but unfortunately that doesn't help when the taste isn't right anymore. The lack of care could also be due to the new employee.

The shop has changed a lot (for the better). It now tastes so good that it's on my top list. The new manager is also super friendly and has often given me a free ayran drink. I've been eating there for years, and the kebab has never tasted as good as it does now. So, I definitely give it a 10/10 in every respect.

I ordered a doner kebab and a pide. The doner kebab was actually tasty, but what was a bit annoying was that the doner kebab was almost completely open all the way around, like a burger, and I lost a bit of the contents. The pide wasn't tasty because it was filled with tomato sauce, and that just doesn't go well with it... Otherwise, this is a good place! Keep it up! I give it 3.5/5. Remove the tomato sauce from the pide, and we'd be at maybe 4.3/5.

I bought a lumbageen here – honestly, it was pretty disappointing. There was hardly any meat in it, even though I was expecting more. And then the whole thing was sweet – almost like a pizza with sugar on top. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't my thing at all. It used to be much better. Never again from now on. Unfortunately, the food there is getting more expensive and the quality is poor.

The food tastes good. The service is good. The ambiance isn't the nicest, but it's adequate. I'd happily eat there again.

I decided not to seat there to eat because of it was hot, (the European struggle) they ran out so fast of the Lamb that I was forced to try to grill chicken and let me say this it was amazing 9/10 but I will still go back for the Lamb

Today we ordered a meat pie for 4.5 euros and also a sausage pie for 4.5 euros. It didn't taste good and the amount of meat was small. But the surprise was when we asked for the bill. The prices were manipulated and 15 euros were deducted for the price of the meat and sausage pie. This is fraud. I do not recommend it at all and we will not come back again.

All my friends love it, but it's honestly not my thing. To me, it tastes like any other run-of-the-mill kebab, but you can still eat here sometimes. For me, though, only in emergencies when no other place is open.

The kebab comes fresh from the spit (no minced meat or rotisserie). The food is prepared with a lot of dedication. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The portion of the kebab plate is very sufficient. I'll come back any time.

After Halloween 🎃, I was really hungry—I went to the Kristall Döner. The portion was really okay, and the taste was really good (there were six of us—the ladies really enjoyed it too). The atmosphere is simple, no thrills pretty much what I want for Doener. The service is super attentive and they take great care of you even if you don't spend a lot. And the food - OMG. A five isn't enough. Hands down the best Doener I ever had. Everything is just to perfection and in perfect proportion. And he has more than just Doener. Always my first stop when I came to Nuernberg and the last when I leave. Please go, it's worth it.

Especially the meat can't be compared with that of other kebab shops. Always friendly employees. Above all, the boss is always nice and funny. Can't understand the bad reviews at all

Even if Landgrabenstrasse is no longer as attractive as it used to be, there is a reason to make a culinary stop there. For little money you can get good quality food here that is freshly prepared every day. I can only recommend Kristal Döner.

After a long journey, my wife and I wanted to eat a nice doner kebab. We came here after looking at the reviews on Google. I can say that the doner was very delicious. We bought meat and chicken doner. Both were beautiful. The portions are very filling. There was plenty of meat, salad and rice on the plate. The service was very quick. As an extra, there was crusty bread and tea. I think it is simply perfect. It has become one of our must-visit places from now on👍

I am really very sad about my last visit, on August 16, 24. It was my first time there and it was terrible. I ordered a large kebab with veal. The bread was way too dry, as if it had been left outside all day. Big kebab probably just means big bread... it was 70% bread, 30% salad and meat. I once made kebabs in a kebab shop and I wouldn't have given something like that out myself... At home I cut up extra lettuce and peppers to fill it up a bit and added more sauce because, as mentioned, the bread was bone dry. I'll give it another chance because the good reviews have to come from somewhere :/

Doner is ok. It was definitely better before. It doesn't really stand out in the area where there are a lot of kebab shops. Price performance is not right. Portions rather small. Too bad

I was looking forward to it and ordered a kebab plate. But unfortunately the meat was dry, the sauce was brownish and indefinable and I wasn't even asked what kind of sauce I wanted. The salad was fresh and the fries were crispy. So that incidentally fits, but the main components don't, which is a shame.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten in Nuremberg. Not good at all in taste. Raw meat, salad was totally spoiled, has nothing to do with freshness. Way too much sauce in it so it was really soggy. I definitely can't recommend it.

I had a kebab plate with veal. You could see and taste that it was veal and not some 'meaty mass'. My wife had the same thing in the turkey version. Visually it looked like meat, which is not so obvious. I don't know what it tasted like. The accompanying drinks (beer, cola) were reasonably priced, not to say cheap.

Ordered a kebab, after a few bites of chewing on something hard, I fished out a small piece of glass. What do you expect 🤣

Were there by the open window in the rain. It was a good kebab and a cool experience for our little son.

Bei über 1000 Bewertungen brauche ich nicht mehr viel schreiben. Habe den Döner heute zum ersten Mal mit zwei Arbeitskollegen besucht. Gegessen wurde ein vegetarischer (evtl. sogar vegan, bin grade unsicher) Falafel Dürüm, Dönerbox und normaler Döner mit allem. Kurz: Hat alles gepasst inklusive das Personal. Wenn nur jeder Döner so wäre... Äußerst zu empfehlen!
