Very friendly and nice staff with nice food

Such a dear shop owner, we were there spontaneously and received great explanations and recommendations. The food was very fresh and so neatly prepared. Our pleasant conversation was interrupted when he recognized a lady at the window and waved her in. She was at his place last week with a friend who left her jacket hanging and he noticed it. I found that very attentive, as a guest there you are seen with your heart.

Today I had a piece of sponge including METAL WIRE in the food that was delivered. The piece had absorbed the color of the peanut sauce, so I almost didn't see it. Luckily I put it aside because the consistency looked weird. Then I rinsed it with water and the yellow paint and the wire came out. There are things that can happen - this is definitely not one of them! I can then really do without a new delivery.

Went there spontaneously yesterday. We were there very early in the evening, so we had to wait a little while to be served, but from then on everything was incredibly good. Friendly people, very good service, the boss takes care and cooks with passion, delicious food and very plentiful. I haven't been so positively surprised in a restaurant for a long time. We would be happy to come back the next time we visit Hamburg. Following a conversation with the boss, we will then ask him for recommendations beyond the standard menu. Are excited to try more of his home cuisine. Thank you again.

I was finally able to order here again. Once again super tasty and visually simply beautiful! Sushi marked “vegan”, meaning no contact with animal products in terms of knife/mat/preparation. It's really a matter of trust and it works here. The sushi is reasonably filled, you don't have to look for anything. The avocado in the sushi is nice and ripe/soft. Everything is consistent! It's also nice that the dear driver is still there!

I ordered delivery, the food came quickly and hot, everything was super tasty and large portions! I can recommend the fried rice and the mango salad.

The food is really exceptionally good! We've had a lot of Japanese in HH, but my wife said this was one of the three best sushis of her life, really. The boss is super nice and gave us dessert (baked banana and pineapple) as well. They were sensational too Really try it out on site, it's worth it!!!

My girlfriend and I wanted to try something different for Valentine's Day other than always going to the same restaurants. From the outside the store seemed relatively small, but when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. The ceiling and decoration as well as the tables are very beautiful. It's very nice and cozy. The food is great and tasty, and the staff is very accommodating. I can recommend it to everyone!

Food ordered and not delivered. Called 4 times but no one answers the phone. There was also no response to 6 messages sent to the restaurant about the delivery service. Absolute rubbish if you wait 1.5 hours, can't order anywhere anymore or have to wait another hour for a new order.

It looks like any other snack bar from the outside, but the quality of the food is impressive, everything is freshly and authentically prepared. The interior is also cozy and the service is good. We had sushi as a starter and Thai spicy beef and chicken in peanut sauce. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good... the rice was totally overcooked, the soup didn't taste like anything, the baked chicken was unfortunately very dry and the mango lassi tasted like curry. Unfortunately, it's a real shame. Ordered via Lieferando.

I can't say anything about the food and ambience. We ordered through Lieferando, but the food never arrived. During two phone calls I was told that the delivery would be there soon. We waited for over two hours and then gave up. Went for a doner kebab...

My favorite Asian restaurant in Hamburg is a restaurant that I really appreciate. I am always amazed by the food, how delicious it tastes. I go there at least once or twice a week. The service and the staff are very friendly.

Food was top class! For me it's some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Ate there. The interior design of the restaurant is interesting, but you can overlook it. We were served friendly and didn't have to wait long for our food. The two of us had a huge plate. We were totally full afterwards.

The service was extremely friendly, courteous and quick. The food was also prepared quickly. The portions were huge and the price-performance ratio was therefore extremely good. I have never eaten there, but I order regularly. I am not a fan of the tuna sushi and the crispy rolls. Apart from that, the food is really good and it is really easy to order online.

I ordered the food directly from the half board (there is a discount) and then picked it up myself. The staff was very friendly and the warm food was served as soon as I was there (I had to wait 5 minutes, but I think it was absolutely ok and so I know that the food will still be nice and warm at home). The sushi and the Chicken Sweet n Sour were visually very appealing! Everything tasted very, very tasty. We have ordered from Kokoro several times and have always been very satisfied!

To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but the sushi was very fresh and incredibly tasty. It was very attractively presented and the dessert makis are groundbreaking! Complete sushi recommendation from me. And the price is quite cheap for what you get.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. We ordered the salmon soup and chicken skewers, both extremely unappetizing, so unfortunately we couldn't eat them. The salmon in the soup tasted spoiled and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. Apart from that, we waited almost 2 hours (!) for the food. Unfortunately, when we wanted to cancel it, no one answered the phone. Terrible experience, never again..

*WARNING WARNING WARNING* The owners of this Resturaunt are scam artists. I ordered a 41€ order off of liferando. I immediately received a call from the female owner with a bunch of babies crying/screaming in the background (of course there’s always tons of babies but not alot of intelligence), saying that they couldn’t deliver the food because I was “too far”. Then the man got on the phone and promised to cancel the order. Well of course, they never cancelled my order (they initially accepted my order), and are now claiming I received the order! Who knows what else they’re doing? Maybe poisoning the food and lying to customers? AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Ich bestelle hier meistens Sushi. Das ist eines der leckersten, die ich gegessen habe. Meistens hole ich es selbst ab. Die Bestellung ist super schnell fertig und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Ich komme immer gerne wieder.

Amazing place. The food is delicious and the place is pretty cool with that ceiling. This time i tried the noodles and they are great. Last time i tried the crunchy rolls, super recommended. Will come back :)

Das Essen an sich ist schmackhaft, habe hier bereits öfter bestellt. Die Lieferung kann gerne etwas schneller gehen, ich wohne 500 meter entfernt und es dauerte heut anderthalb Stunden. Bemerkungen werden bei Lieferung auch komplett ignoriert, hab mal Sushi ohne Ingwer bestellt, und 50 minuten später bekam ich eine dicke Portion davon, wo der Saft in das Sushi einsickerte

Heute zum erstenmal bestellt! Meeeega lecker, immer wieder!! 😍
