Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good... the rice was totally overcooked, the soup didn't taste like anything, the baked chicken was unfortunately very dry and the mango lassi tasted like curry. Unfortunately, it's a real shame. Ordered via Lieferando.

I can't say anything about the food and ambience. We ordered through Lieferando, but the food never arrived. During two phone calls I was told that the delivery would be there soon. We waited for over two hours and then gave up. Went for a doner kebab...

So if there were more stars to give then I would be happy. I am more than happy with the staff and the boss himself. The food was very, very tasty and I was very surprised at how it was prepared. Seeing it again is a joy.

My favorite Asian restaurant in Hamburg is a restaurant that I really appreciate. I am always amazed by the food, how delicious it tastes. I go there at least once or twice a week. The service and the staff are very friendly.

Food was top class! For me it's some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Ate there. The interior design of the restaurant is interesting, but you can overlook it. We were served friendly and didn't have to wait long for our food. The two of us had a huge plate. We were totally full afterwards.

Inconspicuous from the outside, it initially looks like a snack bar. However, the service and food are first class. You immediately feel at home there. The local clientele is also unique. Everyone is genuinely friendly and relaxed. Clear recommendation!

Surprisingly good. The restaurant was almost empty when we went in on Saturday evening. There were five of us and we ordered both sushi and plated meals. The service was extremely friendly, courteous and quick. The food was also prepared quickly. The portions were huge and the price-performance ratio was therefore extremely good. I have never eaten there, but I order regularly. I am not a fan of the tuna sushi and the crispy rolls. Apart from that, the food is really good and it is really easy to order online.

I ordered the food directly from the half board (there is a discount) and then picked it up myself. The staff was very friendly and the warm food was served as soon as I was there (I had to wait 5 minutes, but I think it was absolutely ok and so I know that the food will still be nice and warm at home). The sushi and the Chicken Sweet n Sour were visually very appealing! Everything tasted very, very tasty. We have ordered from Kokoro several times and have always been very satisfied!

To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but the sushi was very fresh and incredibly tasty. It was very attractively presented and the dessert makis are groundbreaking! Complete sushi recommendation from me. And the price is quite cheap for what you get.

Very nice staff, there are also vegan alternatives, the wishes and needs of the customers are taken into account.

Some of the best sushi I've eaten in the last year (I only ate fish sushi, I didn't eat duck because I don't like poultry sushi). Fast delivery. All ingredients are fresh and very tasty. I recommend!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. We ordered the salmon soup and chicken skewers, both extremely unappetizing, so unfortunately we couldn't eat them. The salmon in the soup tasted spoiled and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. Apart from that, we waited almost 2 hours (!) for the food. Unfortunately, when we wanted to cancel it, no one answered the phone. Terrible experience, never again..

*WARNING WARNING WARNING* The owners of this Resturaunt are scam artists. I ordered a 41€ order off of liferando. I immediately received a call from the female owner with a bunch of babies crying/screaming in the background (of course there’s always tons of babies but not alot of intelligence), saying that they couldn’t deliver the food because I was “too far”. Then the man got on the phone and promised to cancel the order. Well of course, they never cancelled my order (they initially accepted my order), and are now claiming I received the order! Who knows what else they’re doing? Maybe poisoning the food and lying to customers? AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Ich bestelle hier meistens Sushi. Das ist eines der leckersten, die ich gegessen habe. Meistens hole ich es selbst ab. Die Bestellung ist super schnell fertig und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Ich komme immer gerne wieder.

Amazing place. The food is delicious and the place is pretty cool with that ceiling. This time i tried the noodles and they are great. Last time i tried the crunchy rolls, super recommended. Will come back :)

Das Essen an sich ist schmackhaft, habe hier bereits öfter bestellt. Die Lieferung kann gerne etwas schneller gehen, ich wohne 500 meter entfernt und es dauerte heut anderthalb Stunden. Bemerkungen werden bei Lieferung auch komplett ignoriert, hab mal Sushi ohne Ingwer bestellt, und 50 minuten später bekam ich eine dicke Portion davon, wo der Saft in das Sushi einsickerte

The very first thing we've noticed when entering the restaurant was the music that was on the loud side. A catchy song was on repeat a few times which was a bit annoying. We were greeted by a friendly lady who took our order. The food that we ordered looked good and were quite tasty. The duck was crispy and the curry was very flavourful. The sushi was very good as well, however the avocado that was in the sushi was definitely not ripe.

Zu viert waren wir hier essen. Jeder hatte ein anderes Gericht und alle haben richtig gut geschmecktund wir fanden alle warenauch gut gewürzt! Vorweg gab es einen Teller Crupug (Chin. Chips). Der Ingwer Tee kam auf Wunsch mit Honig und war auch lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Alles war sauber, was für mich wichtig ist.

TLDR: The food is great; sushi is well prepared and beautifully presented, good portioned main dishes and very, very crispy duck. The atmosphere is strange and the music is unfitting and loud (61-82 dB - 73dB avg) in an empty restaurant). Takeout advised unless you're fine with distracting ambiance. --- We visited this restaurant for a small dinner on a Saturday evening and stayed roughly an hour. During the entire time we were the only people sitting in the restaurant. Atmosphere: As we entered the restaurant we immediately noticed the rather loud music and the empty space, adorned with conflicting aesthetics (middle Eastern wooden furniture, modern rounded aluminium lights and a square patterned ceiling that'd old-school Chinese biting itself with a light green wall). While picking out something from the menu both my partner and I found it difficult to concentrate on the menu due to the rather loud (and to us rather distracting choice of -) music. One song we found particularly unfitting and distracting was repeated 3 times. Noise: Normally not its own point but in this restaurant it was the prevailing factor in making it a weird experience. The music was unfitting to the product and, unfortunately, very loud and distracting. The measured amplitude reached as high as 82dB with an average of 73dB. In the rare moment where the music stopped the noise level reduced to mere 51dB. Make of it what you will, but we both experienced it as rather strange and unfitting... Service: The service was good, we got a lot of attention early on but felt a bit neglected towards the end; we wanted to order an extra dish once the other dishes were being picked up. Since we were literally the only guests and our dishes were empty on the table, we assumed the waitress would come around unprompted to check up on us, but sadly that did not happen. We ran low on time and decided to skip the extra dish we'd otherwise have ordered. Food: Now, prior to receiving our food we both felt very strange about the atmosphere and had we not sat down already we'd have walked out. But when the food arrived this mood changed - we expected the worst but got something very appetising. The sushi was beautifully presented and flavourful (avocado not ripe enough though!) and well-sized. The main dish we chose was a Tom Kha soup with crispy duck - and yes, that duck was definitely crispy (in a good way). Overall, we felt the food was well portioned and fair priced.

die bratnudeln hatten ein schönes Verhältnis von Gemüse, Tofu und Nudeln, waren aber nicht wirklich gewürzt, das Gemüse war schön angebraten. Die wan tan hatten eine leckeren Dip dabei waren aber selber Fade, die Erdnuss sauce war lecker aber hatte keine gute Konsistenz, die Lieferung hat 50 Minuten gedauert.

Das Sushi hier hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Ich habe in der Prime Time die Bestellung abgegeben und war sehr zufrieden.Super nettes Personal

I went there by advice people on a street. What a great food! I think I hade one my most favorite meals ever, portions were big. For 4 days in city we plan to go every day. Chef is a great cook and really nice man. And it's "don't judge book by its cover" king a place.

Wir haben schon öfter sushi bei Kokoro bestellt und sind immer wieder begeistert. Das Sushi ist mega lecker, da man auch wirklich den frischen Fisch und nicht nur den Reis schmeckt. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist mehr als fair. Wenn man die Bestellung selbst abholt, bekommt man sogar 10% Rabatt 👍 Wir waren von dem Innenraum auch sehr begeistert und werden das nächste Mal gerne im Restaurant essen anstatt zu bestellen. Das Personal macht einen sehr netten und freundlichen Eindruck.

Der Besitzer und seine Frau haben sich wirklich hervorragend und sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert. Zu Beginn gab es gleich ein fernöstliches Getränk aufs Haus. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist sehr vielfältig und groß. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und in angemessener Zeit serviert. Die Gerichte wurden optisch sehr ansprechend angerichtet und haben allesamt sehr gut geschmeckt. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Ich war mit meiner Freunde in dem Laden zum Geburtstag gewesen. Das war so ein tolles Bedingung mit geschmackvollen Essen. Freundlichkeit von dem Besitzer ist besonders da. Ich empfehle gerne weiter.

Ich hatte Sushi Mittagstisch mit Suppe 12,50€ und eine Köstliche! Mango Lassi War alles sehr lecker und der Service freundlich. Empfehlenswert.

War aufgrund der Bewertungen hier, quasi kurz vor Feierabend 21.30. Würde behandelt wie der erste Kunde des Tages. Sagenhaftes Masala, spicy aber mega Lecker. Haben sogar noch das Teelicht angezündet. Wenn ich wieder in der Ecke bin komme ich auf jedfall wieder.
