KOCHWERK Zingst in Zingst

If you like to eat well and are looking for a nice atmosphere, this is the place for you! The food is exceptionally good, the service is very friendly and accommodating and you feel absolutely at home, the restaurant is very lovingly furnished with lots of beautiful little details.

We were a large group (14 people) and were totally satisfied. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The price may be a bit higher but absolutely appropriate for the quality of the food. If we take another trip to the Baltic Sea, we will definitely come back.

The map is relatively manageable, which I actually think is a good thing. This means the cook can concentrate on just a few good dishes. In the case of my companion, this worked well; the dish was very tasty. I had plaice Finkenwerder style and was honestly disappointed. It was nicely prepared and the plaice was on point, but there was no trace of the crabs or bacon. Not only do they belong to the Finkenwerder plaice, they were also expressly included in the menu. Since I don't feel comfortable complaining about something, I set out to find out whether they had really been forgotten. In the end I found three small cubes of crab and a cube of bacon in the breading. No exaggeration, that's really all! At a price of just under €30, this is actually unacceptable. I still didn't say anything. Overall, I think the prices are a bit excessive for the ambience. They make an effort and the service is very friendly, but the bill didn't quite match what we experienced. Still, I give it three stars

The Kocherk restaurant in Zingst is a little away from the city center. There is a small parking lot for three cars. There are additional parking options on the street in front of the restaurant. The furnishings are modern. The reception is friendly and flexible. We had reserved in advance, which is recommended. The map is small. Whatever is good. Four meat dishes and four fish dishes. We chose the sea bass. A very good choice. All components on the plate were harmonious and very well prepared. The only thing that could be a minor point of criticism is the size of the portion. Everything else is at a very high level. The dishes on the next tables also looked very appealing. The service was very friendly and discreet. We were completely satisfied but unfortunately not completely full. Conclusion: We'll come back and have a small appetizer next time.

Absolutely delicious! You get a true work of art conjured up on your plate and all in a modern, feel-good atmosphere. It was our first visit and we will definitely come back! We have been guests several times now and are still thrilled! The dishes are super tasty and the service is really great!!!

We made a reservation for breakfast and got our own buffet for 7 people. Drinks and egg included. The owner provided extra bacon upon request. It was very tasty, the owner was very friendly and the atmosphere was also very nice! A visit is definitely recommended!

Leider haben wir am letzten Abend unseres Kurzurlaubes im Kochwerk gegessen. Es war ein Hochgenuss. Angefangen vom Aperitif über Wein zum Essen alles war sehr lecker und fein angerichtet. Der Service super nett, das Ambiente geschmackvoll. Wir werden beim nächsten Urlaub wieder kommen. Das Kochwerk können wir sehr empfehlen.

As classic “Zingst tourists” (coming from Cologne), we didn’t even begin to expect what awaited us at Kochwerk. Our landlord had recommended the restaurant to us as the “best one in the place”, but well, we are in Zingst (a wonderful, extremely lovely place!!) I've been traveling all over Germany for 30 years, had countless business lunches and eaten in top restaurants x times. And I come to Kochwerk in Zingst. Revelation describes it inadequately. This is star-level cuisine, and I'm not just talking about one star. I will now list in detail the incredibly fine, subtly coordinated dishes - it was a sensational sensory experience. From the entree to the incredible dessert (wrong tiramisu it is called) - without words. We made reservations for the last day of our vacation, unfortunately my wife fell ill and we left early. Everything was perfect, from breakfast with excursion tips to dinner with high-quality products, perfectly prepared. The room is clean and lovingly furnished, mineral water and coffee are available as well as a small refrigerator. It's about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the harbor or beach. We were able to lock our bikes in the shed. Many thanks to the great team and all the best!!

You simply have to be here!!! The food, service and ambience cannot be rated and recommended highly enough. The food was so excellent that you would have liked to forget your good upbringing and lick the plate. We were lucky and were able to reserve a table at short notice for another visit the next day.

Could have been good but: 1. Fish soup was well filled but way too salty, that was unpleasant. It was a kind of brew with a lot of soy sauce, I don't know what they were thinking, should people buy a lot of drinks? 2. Absolute no-go: they tried to rip us off on both bills. Dishes are available on the lunch menu and à la carte. With a price difference of one euro. The higher price was charged for both. That's not possible and it borders on ripping off tourists. Hands off here. 3. Patty answer without insight from the operator. Refers to other reviews, but what excuse is there for the poor quality and the fact that we were overcharged? Underground!

Gehobene, sehr feine Gerichte mit dem gewissen Etwas und absolut keine „Alltagsküche“, absolut empfehlenswert und sehr lecker. Freundliche, kompetente Bedienung, gute Weine, schönes Ambiente im Lokal, aber auch auf der überdachten, windgeschützten und mit Heizgeräten versehenen Terrasse sitzt man gut.

We were there for dinner and each had a starter and a main course. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly but a bit confusing. At the end we were asked if we would like to look at the dessert menu, to which we answered yes. Unfortunately the card was not brought. I don't understand, but the evening was still a good one.

We were guests at the Kochwerk as part of the Zingst Chantychor meeting. It's amazing that such a great hotel still exists. High praise for food service and friendliness.

Absolutely amazing food, fine dining. I've never had such good redfish before. My wife had a lamb shank and our daughter had plaice fillet. Both of these dishes were also of the highest quality. The operation and service were also at the highest level. We definitely won't eat there for the last time on vacation. Thanks for the great evening.

Absolutely 5 stars and the best restaurant in Zingst. The food was absolutely great, beautifully presented on beautiful dishes. Friendly service and the slightly longer waiting time in the evening is reasonable as everything is freshly prepared.

We ate at the Kochwerk restaurant 4 times during our Zingst vacation. The friendliness of the employees is unbeatable. Many other restaurants in Zingst could learn a lesson here. The best and most honest restaurant around! From the starters such as Mediterranean fish soup or gazpacho with lemon salmon to the main courses such as red harsh with broccoli sticks and sweet potato gnocchi or plaice fillet with Riesling foam to the desserts - everything is handmade and tastefully prepared and presented! Plus excellent fires at the end.

We had dinner here yesterday. Because of a concert by Tina Tandler that started at 7 p.m., we were there quite early (5 minutes before opening). According to the service team, this wasn't a problem. Since we hadn't reserved a table, we got a table inside. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated and the staff is very friendly. We were very surprised about the "greeting from the kitchen" as that rarely happens. Regarding the main course, I have to say: If you want to eat a plaice fillet in a special way, you should go to Kochwerk. This meal, both in terms of taste and the chef's ingenuity, was truly a dream. For dessert we had the bourbon vanilla ice cream. That was also a taste delight. Great, great, great. We discovered Kochwerk by chance a few years ago and now no holiday in Zingst is possible without eating here. The service is always excellent and very accommodating. The selection of dishes is varied and it is actually impossible to make a wrong decision - everything tastes delicious. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Everything was perfect! :) We stayed at Kochwerk for 4 nights. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The room was very clean, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. There was free water every day. The breakfast was super delicious. Very lovingly prepared and everything you need. They kept asking us if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. I would particularly like to highlight Mirko at this point. :) Since we unfortunately also experienced very unfriendly workers (in various shops) in Zingst, we can definitely say that all employees at Kochwerk are incredibly hard-working and friendly to all guests. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening and were more than thrilled. Anyone who has something to complain about at Kochwerk is complaining at a high level. We would come back at any time. Thank you for the great stay, it made our vacation perfect. :)

Nice welcome, good food. I pointed out that I needed gluten-free dishes and ordered accordingly. 10 minutes later the same waiter puts bread in front of me. If I hadn't asked if it was gluten-free and trusted him to know, it could have gone wrong. It would have been nice if some small alternative had been possible for me. Unfortunately, I rarely experience this and here too I came away empty-handed. No drama, that would have changed the visit from a good restaurant visit to a great experience for me. But what's worse is that allergies are often treated very inattentively in restaurants, which can end badly. The food was tasty in the end. I would go there again too.

The two of me went to Kochwerk in Zingst for my birthday at the end of June 2024. My subjective opinion: I and my companion didn't like the food, neither the main course nor the dessert... And the whole thing wasn't worth the 110 euros to me.

An absolutely obligatory gastronomic stop on any trip to Zingst. There are many attractive restaurants in the city, but come on, none like this one: a high culinary level, generous portions, a well-curated wine list and some delicious cocktails as well. All of this rounded off, as it should be, with a friendly, highly professional and pleasantly casual service at the same time. Must go!

Top!!! Friendly welcome and consistently attentive service. Great food!! We had ordered a birthday table in the restaurant and got it... with candles and some decorations... warm and, above all, a little apart so that we could enjoy our little group even more. The menu offered us a varied selection, there was something for every taste and we really enjoyed it. Everything was very creative, playful and delicious...from the starter to the dessert...there's nothing to complain about. The prices are quite high, but there is really something to behold and enjoy here. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. A really nice evening 🥰

We stayed at Pension Kochwerk for 3 nights in July 2024. It is located in the center of Zingst. We were greeted very nicely and friendly. The room was very large and clean with a very nice welcome gift - so perfect. The breakfast was amazing 😉 there was everything your heart or stomach could desire. We can only rate the restaurant, but this can be recommended without reservation, even if we don't like eating with a time limit. The menu offers something unusual and actually even a greeting from the kitchen. Wine prices are relatively high, but overall a visit is worth the price. Unfortunately, a week later we had the exact opposite experience. On the last evening of our vacation we wanted to have another good meal and chose Kochwerk again a week before because of the good experience. Overall, things didn't work out so well organizationally at the beginning. The greeting from the kitchen came at the same time as the starter. That can happen, but as things progressed, we left a restaurant without a tip for the first time in our long lives. After the starter we waited an hour and a half for the main course. The same thing happened to the guests at the next table. On the terrace we saw other guests eating three courses at the same time. The table next door received the main course just as the guests decided to cancel, which they made clear. No reaction other than a shrug of the shoulders. Meanwhile, I asked if our main course had been forgotten. After all, you only have a total of two hours to eat. Again, no apology, just a statement that the food has just arrived. Overall, arrogant behavior, no real apology or an espresso on the house. We can't say how the food tasted. We had lost our appetite. It is not enough to offer good cuisine in an upscale restaurant with prices in the upper segment. There's more to it. We won't eat here again on our next vacation.

We visited this restaurant on recommendation and were looking forward to it. The food is really top class, greetings to the kitchen. But in the guest room we didn't feel like kings; anyone who doesn't like the staff is ignored. I would like to be treated courteously and respectfully as a guest; last but not least, it is a service. So please remember, the guest is not a friend who comes over for a beer.

The food was simply fantastic! My expectations were exceeded. In addition to the beautiful Baltic Sea, that was our highlight on vacation. The service was also very friendly! Wir haben zum runden Geburtstag ein Büfett bestellt und das Restaurant Kochwerk hat es uns nach Hause geliefert. Von der ersten Begegnung- bis zur letzten Absprache- bis zur Ausführung- alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles wurde nachgefragt und zu unseren Wünschen erfüllt bzw. übererfüllt. Das Büfett, aus mehreren Menüs zusammengestellt, war optisch sehr ansprechend angerichtet und mega lecker zubereitet. Eine wirklich gelungene Veranstaltung- keine Null Acht fünfzehn- alles besonders zubereitet und sehr lecker. Das Kochwerk können wir wärmsten empfehlen.

Only the restaurant is judged, we didn't have an overnight stay. We spontaneously went there for dinner. The service is absolutely top class, very friendly, not intrusive. The food was super tasty. We had pulpo and a wild herb salad as a starter, fantastic!! For the main course we had pork cheeks and lamb shank, tender as butter and a delight for the palate. The wine selection is also excellent. We can absolutely recommend Kochwerk and its staff without any ifs or buts. Thank you for the lovely evening. We will be back definitely.

Ate here during the holidays and were absolutely happy! They also have special wines on the menu that are very interesting and you can't get them everywhere. Gladly again!

We were here on June 4th and as usual very happy with the food. The cooking is a real enrichment for Zingst. It is rather expensive, but the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. The food and drinks are served attractively, the selection is small but exquisite. We were subsequently able to resolve a disagreement with the service with the owner to our satisfaction. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, we were only here on the last day of our Zingst vacation... otherwise we would certainly have gone more often. Without a doubt the best restaurant in all of Zingst. Extremely tasty dishes and very nice service just great!! We had a green gazpacho with salmon and caramelized goat cheese and for the main course the plaice fillets under the Café de Paris crust and the braised shovel roast of Wolowina Pomeranian beef.

Were guests at the Kochwerk restaurant last night. We chose fish dishes and were thrilled by the taste experience that was served to us there. We give it all the stars there are. The staff was very accommodating. We recommend this restaurant. Keep it up.

Wir erwarteten eine kreative Küche und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Im geschmackvoll eingerichteten Gastraum nahm meine Frau zunächst einen sehr gelungenen gebratenen Pulpo-Salat (gute Mischung zwischen Aromen, Crunchyness und leichter Schärfe) und ich einen wunderbaren rosa gebratenen Tafelspitz von Kalb zu uns. Beide schmeckten nicht nur sehr gut, sondern wurden darüber hinaus schön auf dem Teller präsentiert. Auch meine gratinierten Filets von der Scholle unter der Café de Paris-Kruste mit Riesling-Schaum, Forellen-Kaviar und Kartoffel-Gurken-Ragout waren wirklich hervorragend. Leider hatte meine Frau bei ihrem gratinierten Dry-Aged Kalbskotelett unter der Café de Paris-Kruste mit Madeirasauce und wildem Stangenbrokkoli deutlich weniger Glück, denn ihre Beilagen waren zwar gut, aber die Hauptsache – das Kalbskotelett - war schlichtweg zäh, kein Genuss und darüber hinaus mit dem Tafelmesser schwer zu schneiden (da wäre ein scharfes Laguiole Steak-Messer besser gewesen). Wiederum sehr überzeugend dann unsere Desserts. Meine Frau genoss das Joghurt-Buttermilch-Basilikum-Espuma. Auch mein Parfait von der Valrhona-Schokolade war einfach klasse. Aufmerksam und korrekt der Service, der aber leider auch erst darauf hingewiesen werden musste, dass der von mir bestellte Grüne Veltliner deutlich zu warm war. Die Zugabe von etwas Eis in den Kühler half nur bedingt; besser wäre es gewesen, die Flasche vorher einfach für 10 Minuten ins Eisfach zu stellen. Insgesamt jedoch ein schönes Abendessen mit einer sehr guten und pfiffigen Küchenleistung und gutem Service, bei denen nur das suboptimale Kalbskotelett und der zu warme Weisswein die Höchstpunktzahl kosteten. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt am Darss gerne wiederkommen, denn das Restaurant ist ein Lichtblick im Restaurant-Einerlei auf der schönen Ostsee-Halbinsel.

I planned an overnight stay at Kochwerk Zingst on a longer hike. As soon as I arrived I was greeted extremely warmly. You immediately feel like you've arrived. The room was spacious and very tastefully decorated. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee and champagne on the house is not common and makes you even happier. The bathroom is also very nicely decorated. The inn, where breakfast is also served, exudes comfort and harmony. If you find fault with breakfast, you should reconsider your expectations. It impresses across the board in terms of quality, quantity and serving style. The personal closeness of the staff to the guest, there is always time for a short conversation, the question of whether something is still missing is still really alive here. Price-performance ratio for overnight stay with breakfast is within the normal range. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come to Kochwerk as a guest and enjoy it.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht in Zingst ein Restaurant gefunden zu haben, das sich vom hier üblichen Einerlei durch eine erfrischende kreative Interpretation der norddeutschen Küche auszeichnet. Sowohl der schwarze Heilbutt, wie auch der Wolfsbarsch waren ausgezeichnet. Der Service war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier.

I was just in the restaurant. And that was pure enjoyment. My selection: baked buffalo mozzarella praline. Then duet by the black-feathered chicken. Multi-faceted accompaniments on the plates. Pea mousse, quinoa chips to potato-kohlrabi ragout. First of all, gin and tonic from the region. Merlot for the main course. Thanks to the extra bread delivery, not one ml of the sauce from the main course survived. Unfortunately, dessert was no longer possible after that. The service was very attentive and helpful. Absolutely great. The best that Zingst has to offer, super nice service and sensationally good food, not to be topped, we were here twice in four days, and will definitely do it more often at the next opportunity. Fantastic!

About five weeks before our two-week vacation in Zingst, we had reserved a table with a dog (Labrador) by phone for May 18th. We wanted to spend a special evening there on the occasion of my 70th birthday, as the reviews for the restaurant were mostly positive. The table was reserved for 7:30pm and we got there 5 minutes before time. The lady in service offered us a “cat table” in front of the toilet and halfway under the overhanging counter. There was no place at all for the dog to lie down and guests had to step over the dog to go to the toilet. Two tables of four were set up just before we entered the restaurant entered, each occupied by 2 guests. We were just told that we were too late. Within the short time we sat at this table, a few tables became available. When we asked if we could move to one of these tables, the lady told my husband that they were tables for three people. We weren't allowed to move around, it was unbelievable! Our advice that there were only two people at each of the two large tables was ignored. Since we hadn't ordered anything yet, we decided to leave the restaurant. The lady from the service ran after us and asked what was happening again. Such treatment is truly incredible and it really spoiled my special birthday. I hope that the staff will deal with such situations more professionally in the future.

Really great, creative food. I like it when restaurants don't serve 0815 and think about a good composition and that was the case here. Starters and main courses were put together super creatively and tasted really good. The service was great too. I really wouldn't have expected something like that in a small town on the Baltic Sea! We were completely satisfied with our stay at KOCHWERK Zingst. The lovingly and modernly furnished room had a comfortable size and all sorts of amenities (including champagne reception, coffee machine, well-stocked minibar, enough ironing, high-quality organic chocolate and chips, plenty of storage space, toiletries). The room, grounds, parking lot and hallways were very clean and tidy! We think it's very good that in addition to a rich, very fresh breakfast, the price also included parking, tourist tax and a bicycle depot. The breakfast room is located in the restaurant of the same name. Stylish ambience and service are very important at KOCHWERK. The dishes we chose were a true experience for the eyes and taste buds. With sophistication and your own signature, you can experience fresh, modern cuisine at KOCHWERK.

We were there from the 1st to the 8th. We were there in May 2024 and had booked room 1 with a balcony and, in short, we were thrilled with our stay! We were greeted very friendly upon arrival and informed about everything important at check-in: Each room has its own parking space, which is something anyone who visits Zingst often will appreciate. There is also space for bicycles in a new lockable shed. There are also enough sockets there to charge e-bikes. We were given a key for the shed so that we could access the bikes at any time. Unfortunately, experience shows that this is not the case everywhere. The room, like the bathroom, is a nice size, new and tastefully decorated and very clean. The many storage options in the cupboards and drawers are very commendable. A chilled minibar is available, with a variety of beer, shandy and non-alcoholic drinks. In addition, there are 2 bottles of water free every day! A coffee machine with coffee discs rounds off the range of drinks. A swiveling television and the comfortable couch contribute to your feeling of well-being. We were greeted with 2 piccolos champagne on the day of arrival. We then enjoyed it while sitting on the balcony in the sun. We really liked the location within Zingst, so you can easily reach both the harbor and the Baltic Sea / pier. Breakfast is served as a table buffet. There were fresh rolls every day, as well as alternating croissants, chocolates, etc., a good selection of sausages, cheese, jams, honey and other spreads, as well as bowls with daily salads (fish, eggs, etc.). Plus fresh pineapple pieces, orange and grapefruit slices, cucumbers, tomatoes and more on the beautifully decorated cake stand. In addition to coffee, there was also orange juice to drink. Eggs could be prepared every day (boiled, scrambled, fried). So we always started the day very well. We had delicious meals in the restaurant several times. The fine cuisine spoiled us with starters, desserts as well as the main courses! In the evening you can also enjoy a nice wine, Aperol spritz and much more. enjoy. The restaurant is a real feel-good area, we felt like we were in the living room. In general, the stay felt like visiting good friends. The warm nature of the crew also contributes to this; we laughed a lot and were happy about Mirko's tips for our bike tours. You could talk about anything, again “thumbs up” for his warm, clear manner! Conclusion: it was a wonderful week, and a clear recommendation for the cooking! Wir waren im Mai für eine Woche in der Pension Kochwerk. Im Restaurant haben wir mehrfach sehr lecker gegessen. Die gehobene Küche hat uns sowohl bei Vor- und Nachspeise wie auch den Hauptgängen verwöhnt! Abends kann man auch sehr schön noch gemütlich einen Wein, Aperol-Spritz uvm. geniessen. Das Restaurant ist ein echter Wohlfühlbereich, wir haben uns wie im Wohnzimmer gefühlt. Der aufmerksame und freundliche Service hat zum positiven Erlebnis beigetragen! Ein paar Bilder vom Essen: Vorspeise, Zander und Wolfsbarsch, Nachtisch. Vom Lamm und dem Schwarzfederhuhn habe ich leider keine Fotos, es war aber mindestens genauso lecker!

In our opinion, the best food in the immediate area. We asked for some bread and were quite surprised that we were charged 2.50 euros for it. Given what we ordered overall, a bit unnecessary and small-minded. We deducted one star for this.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem reservierten Tisch begleitet. Sehr einladendes Ambiente mit netter Deko. Unsere Getränkebestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und auch unsere Wünsche für das Essen wurden zügig an die Küche weitergegeben. Was dann vom unaufdringlichen aber aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service an den Tisch gebracht wurde , war sowohl eine Augenweide als auch ein Gaumenschmaus. Sowohl Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Dazu eine klasse Auswahl an Getränken. Nicht billig , aber jeden Euro wert. Wir haben gleich wieder reserviert.

We only went to the restaurant to eat here. The food was very good and reasonable for the local prices. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very attentive and seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, but very friendly. That was a shame because we would have liked to have stayed a little longer and had a drink and dessert. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very comfortable. We understand something different by hospitality.

We ate at Kochwerk twice during our holiday week in Zingst. A great restaurant, very nice ambience, great, attentive service and really great cuisine. We ate fantastically well. A real recommendation!

The first impression was awesome. We were greeted very friendly by Mirco and were even allowed into the room at 12.30 p.m. We were greeted with Prosecco. The parking lot is free of charge. The rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The whole guesthouse is very clean. There is nothing to complain about. Anyone who finds something here has only themselves to blame. The breakfast is fantastic, something for everyone. You don't have to get up to get something, everything is brought to the table. You can choose from scrambled eggs, fried eggs or boiled eggs every day for breakfast. On the last day we went to the restaurant. My wife and I have never eaten such beef and lamb so well. Keep it up! Thank you for this great vacation.

Wir waren erneut im Kochwerk und es war wieder fantastisch. Das Essen hat seinen Preis, ist es aber auch wert. Der Geschmack und die Qualität sind sehr gut. Uns hat die Küche und auch das Personal einen schönen Abend bereitet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

There is really good food here served by nice people. The restaurant is located a little away from the center of Zingster and is fortunately far away from the usual pizza, pasta, convenience nonsense that is so often served. This is a clear recommendation for people who value quality over quantity

We were there for a birthday event. Both the sequence of dishes and the quality of the menu were excellent. The wine wasn't that convincing, but the staff easily made up for it. A discovery that we can only recommend.

60ster Geburtstag von Freunden, geschlossene Gesellschaft! Amuse bouche und 4 verschiedene kleine Vorspeisen für jeden, 3 Weine weiß, Rosé und rot zur Auswahl: am besten Gamla Merlot 2021 von Golan Heights! Dann durften alle zur Auswahl des Hauptgerichts in die Küche: vegetarische Ravioli, Boddenzander und ein grandioser Hirschrücken wurden präsentiert und nach Wahl arrangiert. Tolle phantasievolle Beilagen. Als Dessert verschiedene kleine Schälchen bzw. Gläschen z.B. mousse aux Chocolat und Birnen-Tiramisu. Total nette Crew, perfekter Abend! Derzeit klar unter den 3 besten Restaurants auf dem Darß!

Very friendly and competent service staff/actually all tables were reserved/the service then called and offered a free table. Fortunately, the cocktails are very well made, whether with or without alcohol, the food is prepared with attention to detail, the taste is harmonious, it is well prepared without making too much of a show, the food works for itself, the price/performance is fair, it is fresh, regional and homemade We cooked/we really ate very well and were pleasantly surprised to discover such a pearl of hospitality in a rather gastronomic wasteland of monotony... we'll be back... and thank you for a lovely evening

A very special restaurant with extremely selected, delicious dishes that I have never had anywhere else. The staff is also particularly friendly and strives to fulfill every wish of the guests. The guest room with balcony that we are currently living in is very nice, newly renovated, great size and tasteful furnishings. We would like to come again!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend mit einem wunderbaren Essen. Die Gerichte sind wirklich toll zubereitet und auch sehr geschmackvoll präsentiert. Das Auge isst mit. Selten so gut gegessen wie hier. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

We were very lucky and got a reservation for the same day. Short summary of our impressions: great atmosphere, very good service & a fantastic, creative kitchen performance, at a fair price. The kitchen predominantly uses regional and very high-quality products. The price of the bottled wines is absolutely honest. We can highly recommend Kochwerk and will definitely come back.

Absolute recommendation on the Darß - absolutely worth a stop and at Bib level! A bit inconspicuous from the outside on a side street, so plan a visit and definitely try it!

We gathered with friends for a cooking class followed by eating the prepared food and met an excellently coordinated, young, dynamic team that was bursting with creativity, who not only gave us lots of tips and tricks, but also helped us prepare a delicious 4-course meal -To conjure up a menu made from the highest quality ingredients on the table.

Unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant war ein gelungener Abend. Hier wird mit Liebe gekocht und und mit Herz serviert. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise gebeizten Lachs und Teigtaschen mit Ente schon zum einstimmen eine Geschmacksexplosion. Dann zum Hauptgang Die geratene Entenbrust sowie Maultaschen mit Wild und Wagyu und die zarteste Versuchung vom Dry-aged Landschwein. Alle Gerichte mit seinen Beilagen durchdacht und ein Gedicht. Hier wird mit viel Respekt und liebe zum Essen gekocht. Eine klare Empfehlung.
