Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida. El interior es intrigante. Las estanterías están cargadas de libros de cocina. La única profesional de servicio, Daniela, era increíblemente eficiente, amable y conocedor. Disfrutamos mucho del viaje a través de los 7 campos con los extras añadidos. Ciertamente hubo muchos grandes momentos destacados entre ellos. La mezcla de porcelana vintage y cubiertos con utensilios de servicio modernos fue un placer para la vista y la memoria. I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT. Every time we visit, it’s same nice and cozy atmosphere and lovely dishes. I am excited to try new dishes, but at the same time to enjoy the same dishes. I and my husband love Kase Kase Kase, and I love carrot mouse Amazake. I love their pickle juice, tea time, dessert. Most dishes are vegetarian but I don’t miss protein while I have them (also protein dish is fantastic) We are always happy to come back, we appreciate your creativity and hospitality so much and see you soon!

We dined as a couple on 16/10/24. The restaurant is small and quiet. It is run by Daniela and Udo Knörlein, with Daniela handling serving and front of the house and Udo in the kitchen. Daniela was delightful, attentive and made an excellent recommendation when we requested help with choosing a German wine to accompany our meal. We chose the 5 course meal which on that evening was: SIGNATURE DISH-KOJI CARROT | AMAZAKE | CRESS BEETROOT | KALE | BASIL | CEREALS PUMPKIN | RADISH | BUTTERMILK | SMOKE SCALLOP | BRANDADE | LINSEED FRANCONIAN WAGYU SHORTRIBS|POINTED CABBAGE | POTATO | MIDZLE CHEESE, CHEESE, CHEESE | PEPPERS | FIGS PEPPER | PEAR | TARRAGON The presentation was attractive, the portions were small but reasonable, and in keeping with this type of restaurant. The courses exhibited Udo's talent in the kitchen. A charming evening and a recommended experience.

Modern cuisine with a German-French touch and other international influences, for example from Asia. Great creativity and courage to experiment without having to worry about being served something you don't like. The food is exquisite, the ingredients are of high quality, the setting is pleasantly informal and I always leave the restaurant with a great feeling of happiness. However, I'm not so thrilled about the switch to menus. Visiting with a small child is hardly possible.

We would like to thank Kitchen Library for this amazing culinary experience. All dishes were perfectly matching, very tasty ingredients and cute little surprises such as the tea time and caramelised butter.

“Great dishes, nice wines and very friendly service!” - that's what it's been saying here for more than two years now. During this time I have been able to enjoy more than 30 menus and have to say - the quality of the food and wine was/is always at the highest level. I have rarely experienced a restaurant that has been able to delight me over and over again over such a large number of visits. The service itself, the selection and advice on the choice of wine by Daniela is carried out in such a loving, open and respectful manner that the boundaries between a restaurant and eating in the living room with friends become blurred after a short time. But the best service cannot shine without an outstanding kitchen - the invisible virtuoso in the back room of the Kitchen Library. For years, Udo has been cooking, blanching, steaming, flaming and caramelizing all these wonderful compositions on his own, which all too often elicit a smile from the guests. He is never satisfied with the status quo, but always strives to take his dishes and himself to the next level. This requires a lot of patience, effort and trial and error - which often, understandably, remains hidden from the guest. He enjoys the result with all its nuances - whether grated tuna heart, amazake or pickled kohlrabi. To all those who are still undecided: do it! Get involved in the culinary adventure - you won't regret it.

Yesterday we were able to experience creativity and perfection at a really high level. Everything about this great location is perfect except for the famous icing on the cake. Service, ambience and a cuisine that does not have to hide behind Berlin star restaurants in the points mentioned at the beginning. I hope the path of this great team will continue for a long time. I will definitely stop by again.

Michelin-starred cuisine in a casual atmosphere with attentive service - an extraordinary pleasure!

Restaurante muy agradable, con un ambiente único. Ambos anfitriones son muy acogedores. Puedes sentir el amor de Udo y Daniela por el producto de calidad, la deliciosa cocina y su deseo de hacerte vivir una hermosa experiencia. Aparte del menú, no te pierdas la oportunidad de pedir algunos pepinillos para llevar a casa: estos son probablemente los mejores que he tenido.

You can eat fantastic food here in a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. Every course was a poem and a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. I was particularly enchanted by the tomato courses Buffalo mozzarella..., Salty Teatime and cheese, cheese, cheese. I would be happy to come back when I'm in Berlin again.

Potential to become a new favorite restaurant. An outstanding store in all aspects, we had a great evening. Both the decor and the service as well as the food and wine are great. The creativity and quality of the food is absolutely at a star level, every course was great.

Absolutely insane. It is a small, incredibly cozy restaurant without stress and hectic. Extremely good and attentive service, the courses were absolutely perfect and incredibly tasty, so much so that you just want to lick the plate. I had 7 courses and couldn't even say what my highlight was because everything was so great. By the way, you can also have a nice evening there alone without being afraid and completely indulge in the flavors. Unfortunately it's very far away from my home, but it definitely won't be the first and last visit!

What can you say? A great evening spent in a great restaurant! From start to finish, perfect. You will be warmly welcomed and well advised. The menu is very well put together, you can choose between 5 and 7 courses and order a wine accompaniment. I decided on 5 courses and the wine accompaniment. All courses, perfect and creative, without relying on anything you don't need. The wines, excellently selected and suitable, I got to know some new ones. The time between courses is perfect to relax and enjoy. Unfortunately you can't give this place more than 5 stars!

This restaurant was fantastic! The dishes looked great and tasted even better. Service was friendly and fluent in English. Sphere in restaurant and music was awesome. In Dutch we call this “een schot in de roos”. We especially loved the signature dish and the wagyu beef! We definitely recommend this super restaurant.

The most creative and lovely food in Berlin (at least that we found). Only two people run the whole restaurant; and the experience is exquisite. Each course is just the right size, and the chef was very responsive to dietary needs. An undiscovered gem!

Die Kitchen Library ist wirklich ein hidden champion. Unweit vom trubeligen Savignyplatz liegt das Lokal fast etwas versteckt in der Bleibtreustraße 55. Wenn man das Restaurant betritt fallen sofort die unzähligen Kochbücher auf, die dem Lokal auch seinen Namen geben, und die für eine urgemütliche Atmosphäre sorgen. Wir haben uns für das komplette 7-Gänge-Menü entschieden. Zunächst mal: der Preis dafür ist mit 120 Euro absolut fair, zumal es auch noch diverse Grüße aus der Küche gibt. Und das Essen ist wirklich phantastisch, sowohl qualitativ als auch von der Präsentation! Betrieben wird das Restaurant von lediglich 2 Personen, von der charmanten Daniela Knörlein im Service und ihrem Mann Udo in der Küche. Wir waren von unserem schönen Abend so begeistert, dass wir gleich kurz danach erneut hier eingekehrt sind, dieses mal zu einem schönen Winzerabend mit Christian Peth. Eine klare Empfehlung!

The menu at Kitchen Library is phenomenal! The flavors and textures are perfectly balanced! The service was super friendly and very competent. The suggestions for wine accompaniment fit perfectly into the entire concept. Hats off to this magnificent achievement. How do you know that this is “your” store? Quite simply the playlist could come from you. A very rare experience in a restaurant, but where do the Sex Pistols play? We weren't here to listen to music, but to enjoy a great evening. Our menu was fantastic, each one was special in its own way. My favorite was the Gorgonzola Crème Brûlée We had great wines with it, even if we didn't take the full wine accompaniment. Daniela in service was just great. Super attentive, great explanations and all of that even though she does the service all by herself. I take my hat off to that. An absolute recommendation for us, we will definitely come back!

The food and ambience were among the best I've had. Easily matching more expensive Michelin star restaurants. This included the wine list, where the majority of bottles were reasonably priced. The place was run by a couple, so hugely impressive that two people can cook and serve the whole (be it small) restaurant.

Fantastische Symphonie in 5-7 Gängen! Hier zeigen zwei Menschen, was möglich ist, wenn Handwerkskunst und Leidenschaft perfekt kombiniert werden. Die Gänge waren alle für sich hervorragend und als Abfolge ein Gaumenschmaus. Weine waren auch sehr lecker, vielseitig und v.a. A bestens erklärt. Absolute Empfehlung für West-Berlin.

Obwohl unsere Bedienung alleine für uns 20 Personen zuständig war, waren die Gläser immer voll und das Essen schnell am Tisch. Fremragende mad, betjening og atmosfære. Kitchen Library var den perfekte afslutning på vores tur til Berlin. Vi fik syv retter med tilhørende vin. Maden var fremragende, vinen var god og betjeningen fra Daniela var fantastisk. Stor anbefaling fra os, vi kommer tilbage næste gang vi er i Berlin.

Eine sehr spannende, andere Küche. Das Menü ist nicht nur ein Augen-, sondern auch ein Gaumenschmaus. Viel Fermentiertes - normalerweise nicht zwigend meins, hier aber unglaublich lecker und gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Auf der Weinkarte ebenso viel zu entdecken, zB spannende Weine aus Osteuropa. Das schöne Ambiente und der überragende Service von Daniela rundet das Erlebnis ab.

Seit fast einem Jahr bin ich regelmäßig in der Kitchen Library zu Gast, und es gibt nur wenige Orte, an denen ich mich so wohl fühle wie hier. Man denkt dann natürlich jedes Mal, dass man weiß, was einen erwartet. Heute aber bin ich vom Stuhl gefallen. Sternewürdig.

Sehr toller Geheim-Tipp für einen entspannten Abend mit gehobener deutscher und französischer Küche. Das Essen ist auf den Punkt abgestimmt und mit einer roten Linie durch alle Gänge. 6 oder 7 "kleine Dinge" sind zu empfehlen.

This place is a little jewel but one needs to be prepared before going. I was not totally aware that picking a min of 5 courses menu (for over 80 euros) was derogatory, no "à la carte" menu. Even by splitting the menu in 2 (meaning you eat half of the courses for 66 euros per person!) ...it's better to know that before going there with your kids for a casual dinner (also I do not eat meat and there was nothing to be done about that for the 7-course menu....the chef did accommodate for the one entremet broth but not the courses) Again on the price side, I found it really enerving to pay 6.5€ for a .75l bottle of water....when drinking normally, you need at least 4 bottles in 4... that is 26€ of water...I mean in 2023, you can offer filtered high-quality water everywhere. Also a glass of wine is measured 10 cl...that's unusual. I had to ask twice for bread but was told that would not come before the 3rd or 4th plate. And bread came just once....no more. I understand that one should concentrate on the savors of the plate but given the size of it and the delicious sauce...one might want to pick the sauce with some bread! Now, on the bright side, the food is high quality and the plates are beautifully presented. The tastes were really well combined, and I can see why they got mentioned by the Michelin guide. The service was really full of attentions but thankfully there were only 2 tables to serve as dinner took almost 3 hours, and I was not prepared for that.... starting at 19.30. It was hard to stay awake until the end but was really worth it in terms of food flavors. Spent almost 80 euros per person and had only 2 glasses of wine total (in 4)

While the Kitchen Library was impeccable with respect to food and service, it is overpriced which unfortunately detracts from the overall experience. A 75cl bottle of water was €6.50 and a .1cl glass of wine €4.50, and you are locked into a fixed menu that starts at €66 a head for the tasting menu. So if you are going for dinner you will not get away for less than €100 a person. Add to that a song playlist that is a Cat Stevens vibe and no table cloth (a personal expectation when one gets above a certain level of spend) and one gets the sense of a missed opportunity. But, if budget is not an issue and Cat Stevens does not grate on your nerves, then is a wonderful German experience with great food and a lovely service.

Tolle, kreative, sehr leckere mit Finesse gemachte Küche , welche einigen Sterne Restaurants in nichts nachsteht und dem entsprechend bei diesem hohen Niveau ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat. Also wer quasi Sterne-Küche zu vernünftigen Preise haben möchte ist hier richtig. Außer der besonderen Köstlichkeiten ist noch der super Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre hervor zuheben. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Originelle Gerichte, das Menü hat uns von Anfang bis Ende gemundet. Auch die Weinbegleitung war klasse. Schöne ruhige Ecke, sehr zuvorkommendes und ein top organisiertes Team.

Wir kommen immer sehr gern hierher. Udo, der Koch, hat seine Menüs über die Zeit immer weiter verfeinert und so perfektioniert, dass man nur staunen kann. Daniela macht perfekten Service, und das ganz allein. Ist dennoch immer ansprechbar und hat gute Empfehlungen in Sachen Wein (auch wenn wir dann meistens doch die Weinbegleitung nehmen 😂). Wir sind begeistert, und das schon seit einigen Jahren. Macht weiter so!

Very charming place with very cute interior. The couple setup with one person at the front and another person in the kitchen is so cool to see. The food and wine pairing was good. The dishes were all well balanced and cooked to perfection. Slightly disappointing was the flat white after the meal. The roaster choice is a bit disappointing. Overall great evening, thank you for having us.

Längst kein Geheimtipp mehr, und dennoch wert, es Freunden und Bekannten dringend zu empfehlen: ein Kleinod inmitten der überbordenden Restaurantlandschaft Berlins. Essen wie bei guten Freunden im Wohnzimmer (streng genommen: in der Bibliothek), nur mit dem Unterschied, dass die Küche hier ein Niveau hat, dass man selbst kaum erreichen kann. Jeder Gang des 7-Gang-Menüs komponiert wie der Satz eines virtuosen Violinkonzerts. Was Maestro Udo aus zumeist „einfachen“ frischen Zutaten zusammenfügt, gefällt Gaumen und Augen. Vom Amuse-Bouche bis zu den Petits Fourts: ein Geschmackserlebnis folgt auf das andere, jeweils begleitet von wunderbaren Weinen aus Baden, Rheinhessen, Mosel oder dem Burgenland. Alles liebevoll erklärt von der bezaubernden Daniela, die mit ihrem Mann nicht nur sich diesen Lebenstraum erfüllt. „Geheim-Tipp“: das 7-Gang-Menü zum Teilen ist perfekt für zwei abgestimmt, die Portionen völlig ausreichend, um diesen wunderbaren Zustand zu erreichen, dass Geist und Körper im Einklang sind: man braucht nicht mehr, um glücklich zu sein.

Den Besuch in der library kitchen kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir waren gestern mit Freunden dort essen, eigentlich ist nicht „nur“ ein Essen, es ist ein Event! Unsere Freund waren genauso begeistert, wie wir. Die Gerichte suchen ihres gleichen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Es war alles spannend und ausgezeichnet, schade nur, dass der Wunsch nach einem Stück Brot vorab nicht akzeptiert wurde.

Wie jedes Mal wieder auf identischem hohen Niveau!

Kann leicht mit den Sternerestaurants in Berlin konkurrieren... Was ist passiert? Wir sind auf die Kitchen Library aufmerksam geworden, als ich vor einem Termin einmal mehr Zeit hatte und zufällig vorbei gelaufen bin. Der Gastraum sah nett aus und die Karte ansprechend - da haben wir gleich einen Tisch reserviert. Seitdem waren wir schon vier oder fünfmal dort und es war immer phänomenal. Was ist die Kitchen Library? Es nettes Team aus genau zwei Personen: Daniela kümmert sich liebevoll um Gäste und Getränke während Udo in der Küche 4 bis 7 "kleine Dinger" zubereitet. Entsprechend ist das Restaurant klein mit 6 bis 8 Tischen. An den Wänden stapeln sich ordentlich sortiert hunderte Bücher über Kochen und Essen, in denen man natürlich gerne schmökern darf. Sonst ist alles schlicht aber wohnlich gehalten: Berliner Dielenboden, etwas verlebt anmutende Holztische und Tresen, Kronleuchter, Anstriche und Tropfkernzen erwecken den Eindruck ein bisschen zusammengewürfelt zu sein. Mich versetzt das Ambiente zurück in meine Studentenzeit und die Berliner WGs etlicher Freunde. Ich fühle mich richtig wohl! Muss ich reservieren? Ich bin sicher, dass sich oft auch ein spontaner Besuch machen lässt. Ich selbst habe immer relativ kurzfristig per Mail reserviert. Auf meine Anfrage kam innerhalb einer Stunde eine sehr herzliche Email zurück. Wie komme ich hin und zurück? Von der S-Bahn Savignyplatz sind es nur 3 Minuten zu laufen. Mit dem Auto ist die Parkplatzsuche nicht hoffnungslos, aber man sollte etwas Zeit einplanen. Außerdem kann man dann nicht die Weinbegleitung genießen. Für uns hat sich BVG/S-Bahn hin und Uber/Taxi zurück etabliert. Wie ist das Essen? Nun zum Wichtigsten: Serviert wird Haute Cuisine in kleinem Rahmen. Es gibt ein wechselndes Menü aus dem man 4 bis 7 Gänge auswählen kann. Das beste ist aber, dass man sich auch das 7-Gänge-Menü für zwei Personen zum Teilen bestellen kann. Da wir beide gern vom anderen räubern und so alles probieren können ohne uns zu überessen, ist das für uns ganz perfekt. Auf den Teller kommen kleine Kunstwerke mit erstaunlichen Aromen und Texturen. Man merkt, dass ich Udo viel Gedanken darum gemacht hat. Mir gut im Gedächtnis geblieben ist das Zwei- oder Dreierlei der Roten Beete mit Dillöl vom letzten Mal oder das 72h sous-vide-gegaarte Wagyu, das ich in ähnlicher Zartheit und Qualität bisher nur in Kobe (Japan) bekommen habe. Was machen die Getränke? Daniela gibt sich viel Mühe bei der Weinbegleitung; eine absolute Empfehlung. Wein und Essen sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und hier und da kommt auch ein besonders interessanter Tropfen ins Glas. Beim Aperitif ist besonders der Winzersekt mit Zirbensirup ist erwähnenswert. Man kann aber auch ohne Alkohol glücklich werden. Wie lange sollte ich mir Zeit nehmen? Die Kitchen Library ist der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten und geplanten Abend aber ein schlechter Ort für ein schnelles, spontanes Essen. Vier bis sieben entspannte Gänge brauchen sicher 1,5 bis 2,5 Stunden. Wer zufällig vorbei kommt und zu 22:00 Uhr noch "mal schnell" einen Happen essen möchte, wird wahrscheinlich enttäuscht werden. Und nicht vergessen: Es gibt genau eine Person im Service, die sich um alle Tische kümmern muss. Auch wenn ich noch niemanden erlebt habe, der so eine Mammut-Aufgabe so effizient und dabei gleichzeitig so freundlich und umsichtig erledigt, kommt es zwangsläufig dazu, dass man sich für fünf Minuten entspannen muss, bevor der nächste Gang kommt. Das gibt Gelegenheit, das Essen sacken zu lassen, den Wein zu genießen oder in einem Buch zu stöbern. Wie ist der Vergleich? Wir haben in Berlin schon einige bessere Restaurants ausprobiert und die Kitchen Library kocht absolut auf einem 1-Sterne-Niveau. Also, Guide Michelin: Zeit, Daniela und Udo noch einmal unter die Lupe zu nehmen! Und der Preis? Preislich bewegt man sich aktuell zwischen 60 und 110 € pro Person plus Getränke (Weinbegleitung 8 € pro Glas), verglichen mit der Qualität geradezu preiswert. Fazit: Wer noch nicht da war, sollte einmal hingehen. ;)

We had a good night with wonderful “7 KLEINE DINGER” and white wine. It makes us beautiful memories.

We had the 5 course meal. Food quality, design and presentation were outstanding. Wonderful, beautiful, and delicious. However, I gave 3 stars only because the timing of the meal was extremely slow - 4 hours (7:30pm to 11:30pm) from start to finish. We were not expecting this style and there was no mention of this on the restaurant website.

Delikates, außergewöhnliches Essen, sehr freundlicher Service, entspannte Örtlichkeit und gute Getränke. Das Ganze zu angemessenen Preisen und auch wunderbar geeignet für Gäste, die sich Speisen teilen möchten. Das Menue bot überraschende und besondere Aromen und Texturen. Ein toller Abend. Gerne wieder.

Ich kann nicht mehr zählen wie häufig ich hier gegessen habe, aber genau das sagt eigentlich alles über die Qualität und Atmosphäre aus. :)

Wollten am Samstag um kurz nach 21 Uhr dort essen. An der Tür steht "Küche bis 22.30 Uhr". Wurden dann von der Inhaberin abgewiesen, es gäbe nur noch Getränke. Sehr schade, da scheint wohl das Schild falsch zu sein. Update: Schade, dass der Eigentümer eine unfreundliche Antwort auf die ehrliche Rezension gibt. Uns wurde vor Ort nicht gesagt, es wäre eine Reservierung für ein kleines Abendessen nötig, dies wird auch nicht durch das Schild an der Tür suggeriert, nur dass die Küche bis 22.30 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Einfach super köstliches Essen und spannende Kreationen in lockerer Atmosphäre. Hat aus meiner Sicht mindestens einen halben Michelin Stern verdient :)

Was da gezaubert wird hat absolut Sterneniveau. Super Bedienung und Beratung. Leckere Getränke zu fairen Preisen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Kitchen Library Wow, it's all about the taste! I highly recommend this restaurant. We ordered the "7 kleine Dinger" menu and we were delighted. (7 different small dishes) The food was extraordinary, delicious, like a poem. The service was very attentive andfriendly. The ambience is great. This restaurant is worth a visit. --------------- Kitchen Library Wow! Von ganzem Herzen zu empfehlen. Wir haben das Menü "7 kleinen Dinge" bestellt und wir waren begeistert. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich, köstlich, ein Gedicht. Alle Zutaten waren sorgfältig ausgewählt und aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, herzlich, freundlich. Das Ambiente ist klasse. Dieses Restaurant ist ein Muss und definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Wir haben das Menu mit 7 Gängen "zum Teilen" mit Weinbegleitung genommen. Es ging mit 2 Gängen los, wobei wir zum Teilen den Teller wechseln mussten. Der Wein (0,1l) wurde bei manchem Gang ebenfalls geteilt (aus einem Glas), bei anderen Gängen haben wir jeder ein 0,1l Glas bekommen, eingegossen wurde großzügig. Für 4 Gänge muss man mind. mit 2 Stunden rechnen, wobei wir die kleinen Pausen angenehm fanden. Jeder Gang hatte etwas Überraschendes, die beiden Käse-Gänge waren völlig ungewöhnlich, hatten nichts mit "ein paar Stückchen Käse auf dem Teller" zu tun. Man sitzt sehr angenehm mit größerem Abstand zu den anderen Tischen. Die Kochbuchsammlung ist einen extra Blick wert.

Definitely a different gastronomic experience. They duck is fabulous and the käse käse käse dish is delicious.

Hochwertig, frisch, innovativ, schön präsentiert, manchmal etwas lange Wartezeiten, aber man sitzt ja schön und geniesst den Moment.

We had a terrific night at Kitchen Library! Super friendly and great service, great food which offered both different taste combinations and textures. Wine list was good, but not fantastic, however it felt as if they were conscious choices, which we appreicated. We would defintately come back!

Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit super sympathischem Service und authentischer Beratung. Das Essen ist perfekt, alles außergewöhnlich gut, schön angerichtet und ein Geschmackserlebnis. Entspannte, ruhige und lockere Atmosphäre. Mehr als einen Besuch wert!

Ich habe selten ein Restaurant erlebt, das so authentisch seine Werte nach außen trägt. Einfach eingerichtet, gehobene Küche welche Hand in Hand mit dem sympathischen Service arbeitet. Neben dem tollen Essen fande ich besonders schön wie wenig Tische in diesem Raum vorhanden waren. Dementsprechend ruhig und gemütlich ist das Ambiente. Perfekt um sich voll und ganz auf die Köstlichkeiten zu konzentrieren welche auch immer saisonal angepasst werden. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Abend und weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Großartige und sehr orginelle Küche ! Völlig ungezwungene Atmosphäre, einfach zum Wohlfühlen . Preis/Leistung sensationell. Ohne das unnütze Oberballett kommen die Michelin-Männchen leider nicht - Gut für uns !

Es war wieder außergewöhnlich und großartig. Was Udo und Daniela dort auf die Teller und den Tisch zaubern ist innovativ, exzellent und stimmig. Die Karte macht neugierig, die Erklärungen am Tisch lassen einem die Ohren sausen und Auge und Mund staunen nur, was man so alles kreieren kann. Licht, Musik.....der Gesamteindruck, alles stimmig und anders als so vieles. Schade, dass die vielen Kochbücher jetzt so aufgeräumt im Regal stehen......das frühere "Chaos" war auch schön. Ein wunderbarer Abend. Nehmt ein paar € mehr mit. Jeder davon ist gut investiert!

WOW - the food in this place is amazing. Ive eaten at many a mitchelin star restaurant around the world, and the food here is as good if not better than many of them. Honestly, go for the shared 7 course meal, totally worth it. Also trust the waitress regarding wine selection, they know what theyre talking about. Will i recommend this restaurant? yes, but also a tad scared that if the word got out, i would never get a table here again. Quite simply - GO.........

We took four courses. Each one was beautiful. The tastes were layered in such interesting and surprizing and pleasurable ways. There was no fluff. Even bread and butter here have wonderful twists. Our hostess was very, very helpful. She explained the concept when we arrived and introduced each plate as it arrived. It was the best anniversary that my wife and I have had in 12 years of marriage. Thank you. We will be back soon.

Die Küche: laufend wechselnde individuelle Karte, filigrane leckere Gänge, super abgestimmtes Menü. Der Service: aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich, locker und fröhlich. Das perfekte Ambiente für einen schönen Abend, der lange in Erinnerung bleibt.

Ein sehr liebevolles Restaurant mit toller Küche und sehr netter Service.

Ich habe noch nie so gut gegessen wie in der Kitchen Library! Atmosphäre locker, zwanglos gemütlich. Service wie er besser nicht sein kann. Großartige Weinauswahl zu moderaten Preisen. Und schließlich eine Küche deren Kreativität und Qualität kaum zu überbieten sein dürfte.

Wir hatten das 8 Gänge Menü zu zweit mit Weinbegleitung. Feine kleine Speisen. Sehr abwechslungsreich. Jedes ein spezifisches Genusserlebnis für sich. Die Weinbegleitung excellent auf die Speisen abgestimmt. Wie ein Theaterstück in 8 Gängen. Formidable. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Gelungener Abend.
