We were there yesterday and were thrilled. Very friendly service and excellent food. We ordered a Thali for two as a starter, and I had a Vegetable Tandoori while my husband had Duck Jalfrezi. All the dishes were perfectly seasoned and delicious.

I've ordered from Kisaan – Indian and Tandoori Grill Specialties Restaurant several times via Uber, and every single time my order was canceled shortly before closing time – even though the restaurant was still open according to the app. This has happened multiple times now and seems completely unreliable. If a restaurant can't or won't accept orders, it should adjust its opening hours accordingly or communicate this clearly. This only leads to customer frustration. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant based on this experience. I've ordered from Kisaan – Indian and Tandoori Grill Specialties several times on Uber, and every single time my order was canceled shortly before closing time – even though the restaurant was shown as open. The food was excellent, the service very friendly and attentive, parking right outside, and the prices reasonable in a lovely setting. We had chicken and lamb – highly recommended!

We were here for lunch on Saturday. I had a lamb dish and a vegetable soup as a starter. I really enjoyed both the vegetable soup and the lamb, especially the lamb, which was tender as butter. Since it was a lunch menu, it didn't even cost 10 euros—what more could you ask for? The service was friendly, and the food arrived quickly.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner one Thursday evening with our gift card. Truly delicious mango chicken and a top-notch wine selection. I highly recommend it and would gladly come back.

Update 09.2025: Unfortunately, the tandoori vegetables turned out really bad. One piece of paneer in the entire dish, mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots aren't really Indian vegetables either, especially since some of the pieces were huge. The spices were still Indian, but overall we were very disappointed. We've been here several times and have eaten in and ordered. It's always smooth and quick. The food is really delicious. We're vegetarian, so we can only relate to that. The chili paneer is very tasty and very, very hot. And we also liked the tandoori vegetables. Good value for money too. We're satisfied :)

The sauces are fantastic – wonderfully thick, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned with the spices. The rice is the best quality we've ever eaten, and we've eaten at many Indian restaurants. The service is very attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. Top-notch! You immediately notice that great attention to detail is paid to the food here – both in the kitchen and in the service. A total of 10 of us were there for dinner today. We chose the restaurant from the current Schlemmerblock (gourmet book). The service staff was very attentive and very friendly. The menu offers a very interesting selection for all tastes. I was pleased that there are also good options for vegetarians and vegans. Today I had wonderful vegetables in chickpea batter (Vegi Pakoras) and stuffed eggplant with vegetables, nuts, and raisins in a dreamy tomato and almond sauce (Punjabi Bangain). This was accompanied by a very tasty wheat bread with cheese, cashew nuts, raisins, and coconut (Peshawari Kulcha). The portions were very generous, and I was more than full. My friends were also very satisfied with their meals and full of praise. We are happy to have found this wonderful restaurant and will gladly return, even without the Schlemmerblock (gourmet book).

The food was delicious and plentiful, served quickly and in an appealing way.

The portion sizes are shockingly small for the prices charged. We ordered one butter chicken, and two plates of tikka masala, and the amount that arrived for each could easily fit in one hand — definitely not enough for a single adult. For a main dish, it felt more like a side or a sample. That being said, the food itself is undeniably delicious. The butter chicken was rich, flavorful, and clearly well-prepared. It’s just unfortunate that such great taste is paired with such underwhelming portions. If the quantity matched the quality, this place would be an easy favorite.

Das Essen war vielseitig, hervorragend und gut gewürzt. Das vegetarische Angebot kam uns sehr entgegen. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service. Kinderfreundlich. Für uns war sehr schön, dass es nicht zu voll und eher ruhig war. Keine laute Musik, man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Aber Achtung für Gehbehinderte: Toilette im Keller, nur über Treppe zu erreichen.

The first restaurant I tried in Munich.. A really delicious Indian restaurant. They have chicken masala and butter chicken, and they have free parking in front of the restaurant and nice outdoor seating.. It's worth a try!

I ordered the palak paneer for €16 and what they sent me was, in my opinion, the boil-in-the-bag mush you can buy in the Indian supermarkets for €3 – a disgusting mush of flavourless baby food. Restaurant food should be prepared and cooked on the premises, otherwise take it off the menu if you can't be bothered.

We were there yesterday, and the appetizers were delicious. The tandoori grill also had a good selection of meat, fish, and vegetables. The vegetarian curry paneer was also very tasty and spicy. Just what we wanted. :) We were both full and were able to take another portion with us. It's worth a bike ride there if you're craving Indian food.

I ordered for pickup. The food tasted pretty good. Only the meat (chicken) was quite dry. It tasted like many Indian restaurants. It was missing the icing on the cake. It's pretty average. I'd give it between 3-4 stars.

We come to the trade fair in Munich once a year as a company, stay in one of the hotels nearby and always look forward to dinner at an Indian restaurant 😍 Everything was very tasty again, the tandoori mix was great, the mutton mango was excellent, and the rest of the dishes were also very tasty! The atmosphere in the restaurant is also quite nice. Toilets are a bit old and could be a bit cleaner, but it's still okay. There is also no skimping on rice, which I often find a shame. Big plus point! The service is nice and also packed up the leftovers for us after we couldn't make it due to the size. All in all recommended.
