This was our first time here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff attentive and very friendly. The food was truly delicious—I had the tandoori chicken, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Namaste, Sai Ram, I've been eating here for years. The quality of the food is always very good. The chai—well, I especially love the taste of the tea here at Indian Bites. Coke and the like, wine, beer, and mixed drinks are also available. Not my thing. I never order dessert. ALL the waiters are ALWAYS friendly ☺️ Let me know how you like it here.

Extremely disappointed from misleading timings and rude behavior I reached the restaurant at 10:15 PM, well within their official opening hours (they claim to be open until 11:00 PM online). But when I asked for a table, I was told dine-in was not possible and I could only get takeaway. If your restaurant closes dine-in early, why mislead customers with false timings online? I made the effort to come all the way, only to be turned away last minute. Completely unprofessional and honestly, a pathetic way to treat customers. If you can’t stick to your own hours, don’t expect people to respect your business.

It used to be the best Indian restaurant in town. Unfortunately, the meat quality has repeatedly left something to be desired (chicken in Murgh Tikka). Please change/improve it again; it truly was the best Indian dish for me in Munich.

The lunch menu offered an extremely small and boring vegetarian selection. After our meal, we heard at the next table that you could also order from the regular menu—disappointing. The waiters were nice, but charged for the wrong, more expensive drink (seemed very deliberate). The food was good, but nothing special.

Luckily, we had a reservation and arrived at lunchtime. It was extremely busy and therefore loud. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The service is also very friendly and even offered us a shot of schnapps as we left. At lunchtime, there's only a weekly menu, or just the dishes for that day, but you'll always find something.

We had our food delivered and were very impressed. The appetizers are especially recommended (be sure to try the Aloo Tikki Chat). We'd be happy to go back anytime.

Visiting Munich for a couple of days. Found this restaurant via Google search. Glad we went for dinner. Located in a quiet residential area. We were welcomed and seated immediately. Cuisine is Punjabi, cooked by a Garwahli chef from India. Ordered Masala Chai, Lychee Lassi, Dahi Bhalla, and for mains, Chole Kulche and Chole Bhature. Food arrived promptly, and was mostly on-point, except for the Bhalla, which was a bit dry on the inside. Wonderfully balanced spices, flavors and tastes, ample quantity. Overall, the food was certainly among the best we have had round the world. Service was very prompt and friendly; interior was tastefully decorated, outdoor patio seating too was very attractive. The meal set us back EUR 42. An excellent experience; hope to return next time!

The furnishings are tastefully chosen - not overloaded, but with enough details to make the Indian culture noticeable. Subtle Indian music in the background rounds the whole thing off perfectly without being intrusive. Service: The service is absolutely top class. The employees take their time, explain individual dishes if necessary, give recommendations and ensure that you feel completely at home. The food – the star of the evening: Every dish was on point. We were there for lunch. The food is very tasty, but the service is not good at all. We were interrupted several times during our conversations by the staff. Suddenly the waiter stood there and wanted to charge us even though there was still food at the table. The restaurant was half empty, so there was no shortage of space in sight. We felt very unwelcome and unwelcome.

We were there for lunch during the week. The selection was quite small (which is generally ok), but there was no vegan option, which is rather unusual for an Indian restaurant. It tasted very good. Unfortunately, we had the impression that the staff were happy when we left because the bill was brought out during the meal (without us asking for it). During the meal, half of the dining room was rearranged, which was very disturbing. The price for a business lunch is also in the upper segment.
