We have ordered there several times and have always been satisfied. But today was just bad... Delivery time was stated on the phone as 1.5 hours. Ok, no problem for us. After 2 hours I asked where our delivery was. The answer I got was that there was a lot going on and the boss had to deliver himself. but the delivery is right with us.. When the delivery finally came after 2.5 hours, Unfortunately it didn't get any better: Instead of the pide with spinach we ordered, we simply got a pizza with spinach.. Apparently it was not possible to prepare a pide. The kebab flatbread wasn't baked properly. The salad that came with the pide (in this case pizza) was without dressing. They apologized to us and gave us a discount of 4 euros. Well, better than nothing. But exactly this 4 euro discount corresponded to the price of the fries. The fries we ordered were completely missing, unfortunately this was only noticed after the driver had already left... The chicken burger was also very dry today and everything was almost cold overall. If it were possible, I wouldn't give any stars at all... Next time on the phone, it's better to say honestly that you don't have any capacity today.

Waited 3.5 hours for the order, was always lied to over the phone and in the end the quality was substandard - we will never order again! Absolute impudence.

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars! Ordered 5 kebabs, only 3 were delivered and an hour late. I had to call first to ask where my order was. I then lied on the phone that they tried to call me several times (not a single call!). As an excuse: the meat wasn't enough because we just came back from vacation. That's all well and good... but is it my problem? Will never order there again!

Ordering for the 3rd time now. For the first time, super fast delivery time. 2 times 1.5 hour delivery time for 2 party pizzas. Absolute impudence, delivery time was stated as 60 minutes. But the absolute hammer is today, since 6:06 p.m. now it's been over 2 hours. Since we are waiting for 4 kebabs.... *Sorry* but that was the last order from you. It's actually a shame because the food itself is so delicious, regardless of whether it's pizza, kebab or anything else. But the delivery time is simply impossible. 08/18/2024 😡😡😡 I've never experienced anything like that. If I hadn't been with PayPal, the door would now stay closed.

We have eaten at this place twice during our stay in Zell and loved it. Extraordinary food and charming owners, unbeatable service. Totally recommended.

The pizzas had very rich fillings and fillings The taste of the pizzas was very well rounded. The salad was very good, very fresh. Ambiance and service was very polite, informative and nice. As soon as we get back to Zell from Dortmund, we'll be happy to come by again. All in all, Kinzigtaler Pizza & Kebap is highly recommended.

Doner kebabs taste great and are well filled. Salad plate with two different salad dressings and also very well filled. I would be happy to recommend it! Also a friendly delivery service! Great praise!!!

The kebab came to us by delivery, A feast at home wasn't difficult. The scent filled the house, tempting and mild, Fast and comfortable, like a dream, like a picture. The meat so tender, the sauce so delicious, The salad is so fresh, oh how wonderful. Every bite a poem, every sauce a dance, A kebab like this, a real shine. We enjoyed the meal, full of joy and splendor, Thankful for the delivery, in no time, in a wreath. Kudos to the service, so quick, so quick, The kebab, a hero, for us, like a child. The cigarettes came then, like a bonus so fine, But the kebab was our sunshine. We'll order again, that's for sure Because the delivery does what it promises, no test.

Every time we order, they forget to put the sauce on it and they didn't give me enough money back on the last order and the pizza wasn't quite cooked through, it was still a bit raw

We ordered two pizzas and a salad. The toppings were good to generous, and both pizzas were very tasty! Everything about the salad was also great; unlike expected, the cucumbers, onions and tomatoes were cut extremely finely. What we were very happy about. The delivery time took a little longer than expected, but it wasn't that big. Both the employee on the phone and the driver were super friendly. Gladly again!! 😊

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars! Holiday or not, the phone said 45 minutes - 1 hour. Ordered at 6 p.m. sharp, food arrived at 8:20 p.m.! Absolute impudence. In addition, the pizza was extremely dry because the sauce was forgotten and you couldn't have saved more on toppings. Both yufkas burned! And in a sauce you also forgot the sauce. So difficult to read from a piece of paper or write down orders correctly? Will never order there again! That's why every second person thinks they have to become a restaurateur.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I got home it turned out that I got a pizza not with pepperoni but with some green stuff. Waste of money…

Wir kennen die Familie schon aus Seelbach und waren Stammkunden. Waren sehr traurig als sie weg gingen . Aber heute waren wir in Zell am Hammersbach und wir werden wieder öfters kommen die Km sind es mir echt wert . Mega lecker 😋 wie früher
