The gentleman on the phone was unfriendly and said that the driver would pick up the food again, after 3 hours we called again and was told no the food was warm, we wouldn't get any money back or we would have to bring the food back to the restaurant ourselves. Gisteren tegen 16.30 uur daar gaan eten, bij aankomst vriendelijk begroet en na vragen netjes naar een tafeltje gebracht, menukaart erbij en bestellen, bij bestelling ging het al mis met de duitse spraak, ik als Nederlander, die duitse taal in het bloed heeft en de medewerkers, die de duitse taal nog niet helemaal machtig zijn, maar na 10 minuten zijn we er toch uitgekomen met de vriendelijke mederkers, een voorafje, die ik graag gewenst had, heb ik gekregen en een hoofdmenu daarna, alles perfect, de zaak is goed verlicht, geen donkere hoeken, een open keuken, dus niets te verbergen, luid muziek, waar ikzelf niet zo van hou, ieder zijn smaak, dus met alles bij elkaar, een volgend bezoekje is het wel waard, dank je voor de gastvrijheid en zorg ervoor dat de medewerkers allemaal de duitse taal wat meer machtig worden.

Leider war meine Erfahrung bei "King Food" sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen kam deutlich zu spät an, was bereits ein schlechter Start war. Noch schlimmer war jedoch, dass das Essen kalt war, als es endlich ankam. Geschmacklich war es eine große Enttäuschung – es hatte kaum Aroma und das Fleisch wirkte sehr billig und minderwertig verarbeitet. Insgesamt eine frustrierende Erfahrung, die ich nicht wiederholen möchte.
