Kim-Chi Lieferservice in Hamburg

My order ended with an emergency doctor coming to my home. A few hours after eating it (the duck in the salad already had a strange bluish tint), I got severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. It was the worst night I've ever had, and even two days later, I still feel awful. The doctor documented everything. This simply shouldn't happen! We will never order from there again.

I regularly order the chicken fried noodles and can say that both the portion size and the quality are truly impressive for just under five euros. From my perspective, there's nothing to improve; there's absolutely no reason to complain.

I bought the sweet and sour chicken. It cost just over €11, so it was a great price. The rice was a little hard, as if it hadn't been cooked all the way through, which is unusual for Asian food, but it still didn't taste bad. The chicken was good, albeit a bit greasy. Overall, the meal was okay, but it didn't blow me away.

We ordered through Lieferando. Duck with bamboo shoots and mushrooms (the roasted duck looked gray), chicken with cashew nuts (the meat tasted old, 4 cashew nuts), and chicken and vegetable soup (it was too salty to eat). Conclusion: We've never had such a bad meal. Better stay away. I don't understand where the positive reviews come from!

Today, our sauces were especially delicious and spicy. The duck and Nem Rantom were delivered nice and crispy and hot. The Hot Honey Chicken had plenty of vegetables in it, in addition to the chicken. We're looking forward to our next order.

Unfortunately, we didn't like it at all.

Ordered via Lieferando: The duck was unfortunately dry and had a green tint in places. Probably not quite fresh. The sauce tasted indefinable and awful. I couldn't finish either. The dim sum was okay. At least they were hot. The summer rolls consisted almost entirely of salad. Overall, the quality and value for money weren't up to scratch. The duck in particular (without rice) was far too expensive for the quality. I probably won't order from here again.

It's pretty sad that for €12, you only get a chicken breast with dry rice for baked chicken. No vegetables or sauce. It's not a complete meal. I won't order it again. The quality and value for money are completely abysmal for something like this.

This restaurant is not recommended. Customers are made to wait 45 minutes after ordering, and then when they call, they say the meal has been canceled.

They gave me the wrong order and refused to change it. Won't order there anymore....bad customer service ever

Thank you for my stay in the hospital! Despite explicit indications of an allergy to onions, my food was made with onions. Episode Allergic shock and a night in the hospital! The second portion was cold and with wrong sauce. Advertisement follows.

Very tasty food, super fast delivery.

I was craving Asian food and didn't know it was a delivery-only service. The operator invited me to dine inside too. They kindly accommodated my vegetarian needs and were able to cook everything the way I wanted. Unfortunately I don't live nearby, otherwise I would have come here more often.

Fried noodles weren't too oily, there was no skimping on the chicken and there was also egg. I will order again.

The spring rolls were supposed to be with minced meat, didn't have a crumb of it and were tough and completely tasteless. The soup also had to be seasoned and was also tasteless. What was ordered was baked chicken with sweet and sour sauce and fried noodles, for which an additional charge of €2.90 was charged. The chicken was also coated in a chewy paste dough. The price of delivery cannot be reduced. I could have received a credit of €2.90 for another order. However, I will never order there again.

Delivery good. The taste of the food is average, but the portion of the noodles is an absolute disgrace. Far too little meat. Absolutely not recommended. A mini pot of pasta I think it's starting, I would have expected a sauce in something like that. Ridiculous

We often order from you via Lieferando and everything was always good, but today I unfortunately received meat that was blue in color, this meat was definitely no longer good and I wonder how many days it has been lying around with you. As proof, I took a photo.

I can't rate the service and ambience, the food was okay. Could have been warmer, delivery time stated was exceeded by around 25 minutes.

The delivery took a while, but it was still on target... The food was super tasty and really hot... Spring rolls are crispy as they should be and the food, rice, bamboo and chicken taste really good... I'm happy to order again at any time... Thanks

Update: The restaurant tried to have this review deleted or threatened a warning. My lawyer and I look forward to this calmly. Had it delivered. Delivery service quick and friendly. Food not good. Crispy chicken and duck not crispy either, just fatty. Peanut sauce very sweet, no seasoning, Canton sauce actually just soy sauce. We threw away almost everything. Not recommendable.

The shop is called Kim Chi but there is no Kim Chi on offer :( The food that was available was quite ok

It's a shame that you ordered crispy duck and you get the duck in the sauce, you should have your food the way you want it, really expensive for the price. I won't be ordering again because it's a waste of my money. You can get it somewhere else without saying anything, just as it should be

Absolutely not recommended! Take 2 hours to deliver food, don't answer, don't answer the phone, don't inform that it might be later - then when you reach someone you're supposed to do it yourself, then they get mushy and demand the food delivered back.

Also hier in Bramfeld ist für mich Kim Chi der beste China essen Lieferservices, den ich kennen gelernt habe. Super lecker und Turbo schnelle Lieferung. Und immer richtig heisses essen. Ich kann denn nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Und ich habe schön des öfteren da bestellt Immer top.

Habe heute um 18.30 Uhr div, Gerichte bei Kim Chi Fahrenkroen bestellt, der junge Mann am sagte das dauert ca 40 Minuten ( kein Problem für uns )Als nach einer Stunde noch niemand bei uns geliefert hatte habe ich nachgefragt wann geliefert wird, habe dann ziemlich dumme Antworten bekommen, viel zu tun, Sonntag Abend, ich muss mich gedulden. Ich kenne die Familie sehr gut und war sehr enttäuscht über die Behandlung am Telefon. Der junge Mann gab dann an der neue Chef zu sein und ich muss es ihm Überlassen wie er seinen Laden führt. Nach ca.10 Min. klingelte bei uns das Telefon und er sagte mir das er seinen Fahrer angewiesen das von uns bestellte Essen nicht mehr abzuliefern und sagte ich soll In Zukunft wo anders bestellen !!! Macht man heutzutage so Geschäfte ??? Viele liebe Grüße an den Vorbesitzer !!!

Wir haben zu dritt bei Kim-Chi nach Hause bestellt. Gebackenes Huhn mit 8 Kostbarkeiten, Huhn Szechuan Art und Huhn in Erdnussbuttersoße. Alles drei war wirklich sehr lecker. Das gebackene Huhn kam knusprig an, man kann nach Wahl alles scharf zubereiten lassen, das hat uns sehr gefallen und die Erdnussbuttersoße hat uns besonders begeistert, auch mich der die sonst nicht mag. Immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank :)

Oft bestellt. Huhn mit Gemüse+Cashews, Bratnudeln mit Huhn, gebackene Ente, Japanese fried chicken, ... Schnell, heiß, gute Portionen. Immer alles bestens!

Wir haben sooft schon bestellt. Sehr oft den Mittagstisch, den es leider nicht mehr gibt, aber auch immer genauso gerne zum Abendessen. Das Essen wird immer heiß ausgeliefert und schmeckt uns wirklich sehr gut.

Das war echt lecker...Rindfleisch Szescuan nur zu empfehlen..Sehr aromatisch..sind von Eppendorf nach Berne gezogen und besser als der Asia im AEZ und besser als die gehalten asia Outfits in der Schanze..Empfehlung pur.. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, einfach nur lecker, pünktlicher Lieferservice und sehr freundlich! Bestelle öfters dort und der Bratreis reicht für 3 Tage, da ist wirklich viel drin! Die Eiersuppe war der Hammer, hab ich heute das erste Mal probiert. Das Essen war noch so heiß, dass ich mir fast die Zunge verbrannt habe - bei anderen Läden bekommt man das meistens nur Lauwarm zugestellt.

Für Qualität und leckeres Essen ist man bei Kim-Chi an der richtigen Adresse :)

Das Essen war lecker außer ich habe Nudel mit Gemüse bestellt und es befand sich mit Ei. Habe sofort angerufen und habe nachgefragt man sagte mir es gehöre so.. kenne ich allerdings nicht! Aber service top es wurde nicht diskutiert und neu geliefert ohne Ei. Das Menü mit Ente könnte besser sein es war mehr Fett als Fleisch und war zu wenig Fleisch aber dazu ein Berg von Nudel. Also öffnet eure Herze bei Fleisch und spart dabei nicht . Mein Mann fand es garnicht Chinesisches aber ich fand's lecker.

Wir bestellen hier seit Jahren und finden, dass es hier in der Gegend keinen besseren Lieferdienst für chinesisches Essen gibt! Manchmal wartet man ein klein wenig länger, dafür ist das Essen wirklich mega lecker.

Hatte ursprünglich 5 Sterne gegeben. Leider hat die Qualität immer weiter nachgelassen, weswegen wir jetzt auch woanders bestellen. Ist Schade, da wir bestimmt 6-7 Jahre Kunden waren...

Wir können echt nur GUTES sagen. Das Essen ist immer lecka und heiß, frisch! Plus mega schnell geliefert! Und falls mal was vergessen wird was wirklich selten ist selbst wenn man für 10 Person mit Vor, Haupt plus Nachtisch ordert. Klappt alles mega gut. Sowas findet man wirklich selten! Und jedesmal freuen wir uns wenn man wieder bei euch Essen bestellt!! Eure Ente Szechuanart. Ist echt der Hammer. Wir lieben dieses Essen mega aber auch die anderen Gerichte sind mega gut!! Macht weiter so!!!

Lieferung dauert hier her (Nahe Volksdorf) etwas länger aber es lohnt sich! Auf Extrawünsche wird immer eingegangen, der Tofu ist Weltklasse, das Essen ist immer heiß und wir würden am liebsten jeden Tag hier bestellen :-)
