We had lunch at Bok. We tried spicy duck, fried noodles, Korean chicken, and various desserts. The sushi was incredibly delicious. Overall, everything was delicious, and we highly recommend the food and service here.

Ordered something after a long time, but only 4 of the 5 items were delivered, and I paid €7.50 for nothing. One dish was cold, one was more salad than main course, two were as expected, and one wasn't included. The food tasted good: edible. Overall, a bad experience. Delivery was on time and friendly via Uber Eats.

I eat there often because my studio is across the street. The bun is amazing, but so are the other dishes. Everything is fantastic!

I had my food delivered during peak times. It was a disaster. My food wasn't there after 1 hour and 45 minutes. After that, they stopped answering my call. My wife got home from much further away, faster than my food. Last time I ordered food from them.

Good food with compromises on hygiene and hospitality I eat regularly at the Asian snack bar Bok in Hamburg-Wandsbek – the crispy duck and crispy chicken are particularly tasty and the prices are absolutely fair. The ambiance is also a pleasant surprise for a snack bar: you can sit comfortably and even take a look into the kitchen. However, there are two clear weak points: Hygiene: There's always a large puddle in the dining room, obviously coming from the kitchen. Whether it's dishwater or something else – it simply seems unhygienic and is a bit of a damper every time you come with an appetite. Service: The female staff are mostly friendly. The male counter staff, on the other hand, seems as silent as a fish. No eye contact, no "hello," no "you're welcome." Anyone who walks in here as a guest tends to feel like they're not going to stand out – which is a shame, because a simple welcome would go a long way. There are almost always parking spaces right outside the door, which makes visiting convenient. Overall: The food was good, the location was good, but the service and cleanliness could be improved.

The food 🍱 was good . We have ordered Korean chicken and Tteok-bokki and it was good quantity but the price was lil expensive side for Korean chicken .

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food we ordered (curry) arrived completely spilled – the sauce was all over the bag, and the packaging was completely soggy. The cardboard containers couldn't hold the contents, and the whole thing was a huge mess. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again. The restaurant was very unaccommodating on the phone – they claimed it was well packaged and suggested we take it up with Uber Eats directly.

Unfortunately, the portions have gotten much smaller. A few weeks ago, you could get a really large portion of kimchi for €5, but the packaging has since changed, and it's a ridiculously small portion for the price.

That was probably the first and last time I ordered from here. I found the restaurant via Uber Eats, but then decided to order directly from the website to do the company a favor and not give Uber the money. After I had ordered for almost €40, someone called me and said I had ordered from the wrong restaurant (the same one that was supposed to deliver to me via Uber). Two options - either I come and pick up the food myself or I HAVE to give the driver gas money (without specifying this). Instead of the order being sent to another branch and then having them deliver to me, I get blackmailed. With every other ordering tool you enter your address and if you are not in the delivery area it is immediately shown. Not here. Let's see if the food at least tastes good.

Ordered via Uber eats! I extra wrote UTENSILS!!!!! How are we suppose to eat a soup???? by hand???? NO CHOPSTICKS, NO SPOONS!!! NONE!!!! I think it's common sense! when somebody ordered a food and will be delivered in a hotel there is no spoon and fork in some hotel rooms!!!

We have rarely ordered or eaten such bad food. An absolute disappointment. Ordered: • Gäng Pla Salmon in Red: The fish was clearly frozen and not fresh at all. The taste is completely bland, as are the vegetables. No trace of spice or freshness. In addition, there was an absolutely careless presentation that didn't exactly whet the appetite. • Futo Sweet Ebi: The sushi was simply inedible. It had an unpleasantly sour taste, apparently from way too much vinegar. The ebi seemed old and was anything but fresh or crispy. • Korea Fried Chicken Sweet & Spicy (Halal): That wasn't Korean Fried Chicken, it was a bad joke. Poorly fried, soggy and a disaster in terms of taste. If you want good fried chicken, you're much better off at KFC. Overall rating: The entire meal seemed as if it had been “spiced up” with sauces. Everything tasted old, like frozen food and not fresh at all. Compared to other restaurants in Hamburg, especially in Altona, this is by far the worst BOK. I will definitely never order here again.

Bok has deteriorated drastically after reopening. What was once a reliable delivery service with good Asian food is now an absolute disappointment. The noodles are partially burnt, dripping with fat and simply taste terrible. The dishes are completely different than before, but not in a good way. In addition, prices have exploded while quality has plummeted. Unfortunately I won't be ordering here again because the food is absolutely not worth the money.

Went there for lunch, the food is by far the best Asian in Hamburg. We come here to eat regularly, the price is TOP!!

Nice atmosphere and great furniture for dining. My food was good and tasty and made fresh and with love. In my opinion the price is quite high. You didn't sit cramped together and you could have a good conversation, so it's a good place to stop off at this restaurant.

Cashier was unfriendly. I ordered a Bulgogi Bibimbap and was disappointed by the portion size, the contents don't go over even half the bowl and the rice at the bottom which is crucial, is just a mushy, sticky mess(slightly burnt). For the price, absolutely not worth it. My advice, go to Chingu.

Fried noodles were bland, the cabbage was bitter, and a lot of it wasn't cooked. Maki shakes were from the freezer, totally greasy rice and salmon that was already pale in places. Tasteless! Mandu soup was also bland. Only the Krupuk really tasted freshly prepared. Everything was fresher/better before the new menu/change. Tried it for a while now. It's not getting better, it's getting worse. ..and goodbye

There is a delicious snack bar here where we can highly recommend the Korean Fried Chicken. We can recommend Sweet Chili and Soy. Be careful Buldok is really spicy because it is Korean hotness. We found the Bulgogi to be a bit small in terms of meat portion compared to other restaurants and snack bars in the similar price segment. Otherwise it tastes very tasty. We found the cashier very nice, attentive and accommodating. The toilets were clean both times. Card payment (credit or debit card) or cash payment are possible. Atmosphere: upscale snack bar, casual, not classy, ​​but very clean. Parking situation difficult (residents and machine), as it is on the main street Wandsbeker Chaussee - parking ticket depends on the time or is free in the residents' area. I noticed that they had changed what they look like ~ and went in recently... BIG MISTAKE Something wasn't right and I noticed it once I couldn't releave my gastric distress for quite a while! :(

Were there today and ordered to go. My kids were so happy, but it's not like it used to be. The soup is spicier, the wonton soup is no longer available in the same quality. The fried noodles are now drenched in sauce. And the fried rice wasn't like it used to be either. It is also more expensive with smaller portions. We were loyal customers for years. First as a couple, then also with the kids. Now we have to look for an alternative. I will no longer recommend it. It's a real shame.☹️

The restaurant is great. The food is delicious. But….. The store manager, who usually wears a gray jacket, is a real curmudgeon. You can't beat the unfriendliness. Can only rate the food. Ordered rice and chicken. Chicken was not completely cooked. From where I know this? Stomach problems after I ate some last night and left some left over. Checked today and confirmed my suspicions. The rice was also dry and had been sitting there for a while…. Es schmeckt einfach nicht mehr !!!!! Mitarbeiter sind überfordert und schieben ihre Fehler auf den Kunden. Ich hab da gerne gegessen, aber bei so einem derben Verlust von Qualität kann man dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen. Preise erhöhen und leistung verringern. Leider ein weiterer Gastronomen der nichts leisten will, aber mein Geld haben möchte. Portionen sind viel kleiner geworden. Aber vorallem hat sich der Geschmack ins negative verändert. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!

Seit der Umstellung nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Früher habe ich hier regelmäßig und gerne gegessen, da es immer lecker und vor allem gleich geschmeckt hat. Der Preis ist gestiegen (was ich verstehe), aber leider sind auch die Portionen kleiner geworden. Kunden werden hier auch anscheinend nach irgendeinem Muster präferiert, schade!

Typisches Asia-Restaurant. Schnelle Bedienung. Speisen werden sehr schnell im Wok frisch zubereitet. Staff ist "nett" und effektiv. Preise sind günstig. Man kann draußen sitzen.

Meist schnelle Lieferung. Essen gut temperiert. Hähnchen schön knusprig, viel Gemüse, gut gewürzt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Neue Verpackung gefällt mir.

Für meine Bestellungen gibt es nur positives zu berichten. On top kommt das freundliche Personal, selbst wenn sehr viel zu tun ist.

Leider Leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Ich bin Stammkunde der ersten Stunde und war immer sehr zufrieden. Gestern habe ich zum ersten mal das neuen Konzept und die neue Speisekarte ausprobiert und es war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Man könnte meinen es wird jetzt mit Fertigprodukten gearbeitet. Der Preis wurde nochmal um 20% erhöht, allerdings die Menge um mindestens 20% reduziert. Und die Qualität ist nicht mal mehr bei 50% gelandet. Wir müssen uns nach einem neuen Stammlokal mit frischer Wokküche umschauen. In Hamburg sagt man Tschüss ...

Als erstes möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung hervorheben. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen sind wirklich sehr lecker und gut bemessen. Werde weiterhin sehr gerne dort essen und bestellen. MfG

Das letzte mal beim Lieferservice bestellt. Seit der Umstellung auf umweltfreundlichere Verpackungen liegt die gebackene Ente direkt auf dem Reis und durchfettet diesen. Darüber hinaus sind die Preise gestiegen und die Menge des Essens ist gleichzeitig kleiner geworden. Noch dazu war bis auf die Soße alles schon fast kalt und eine der Enten war an vielen Stellen schwarz. Schade früher sehr lecker.

Sehr lecker! Haben bestellt und 15 Min. später könnt ich das Essen abholen...toll!

Hähnchen mit Reis, lecker Suppe , geschmacksneutral

Ich kenne bok als guten, soliden chinesischen Imbiss. Aber diesmal war es eine Katastrophe: ich hatte mir die 81: gebratenen Tofu in Erdnuss Soße zum mitnehmen bestellt. Als ich zu Hause ankam, stellte ich fest dass der Tofu vergessen wurde und das Gemüse war nur hartes Gestrüpp. Der Reis war pappsig und die Erdnusssoße ich hoffe sehr, dass das nur eine Ausnahme war.

Eigentlich bin ich ein Fan von BOK , aber heute war das Hühnerfleisch nicht durch :( Deshalb einen Punkt Abzug … bitte in Zukunft drauf achten

Immer zu empfehlen und lecker. Oft jedoch sehr scharf. Wer das nicht mag, sollte dies gleich bei Bestellung angeben.

Bin bei BOK ziemlich regelmässig und finde das Essen sehr schmackhaft und gut, es wird immer frische zubereitet. Manchmal ziemlich scharf, was ich aber mag. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Die Preise sehr moderat.

Habe mir heute das Sondermenü Bowl mit Garnelen bringen lassen. Bin begeistert über die Qualität und Frische ebenso die Auswahl der Zutaten. Danke, gerne wieder !

Sehr leckeres Essen und schnelle Lieferung! Habe über deren Website bestellt und kann das nur empfehlen das bei allen Restaurants zu machen, denn die Lieferservices nehmen immer ne hohe Pauschale. Das einzige was noch schön wäre: in meinem Essen war ein bissl viel frischer Ingwer drin. Denke für den Geschmack wär es angenehmer, einfach eine Scheibe Ingwer reinzuwerfen und nicht mehrere Streifen Ingwer (Gemüse Tofu mit Erdnusssauce). Das ist aber auch nur ne Kleinigkeit. Meine Poke Bowl mit Tofu war auch echt extrem lecker und frisch zubereitet! Werde hier jetzt häufiger bestellen. Danke!

Immer fehlt erwas bei der bestellung. Zahlen erfolgt trotzdem. Erst nachsehen ob alles dabei ist dann zahlen. Blöd bei paypalzahlung. Auch wo sushi drinne ist einfach reingeschmissen alles. Nicht ordentlich verpackt. Es schmeckt gut.
